본 발명은 실내 또는 실외에서 광고시트를 걸어서 사용하는 배너 광고대에 관한 것으로, 어느 위치에서나 광고내용을 확인할 수 있도록 삼방향으로 광고가 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 배너 광고대는 실사출력되는 광고시트를 고정대에 설치하여 광고를 하는 것으로, 종래에 외벽에 걸어서 설치하던 현수막이나 벽면 설치방식의 광고간판과는 달리 비교적 저렴하고, 크기가 소형으로 제작되므로 운반이나 설치가 용이하다는 장점이 있어서 최근에는 대부분의 영업장에서 배너 광고대를 사용한다.
배너 광고대의 가장 기본적인 형태는 플라스틱 물통에 파이프를 연결하여 X자 형태로 휘어져 광고시트의 모서리를 지지하도록 한 구조이다.
그런데 이렇게 파이프를 연결하여 걸어 고정하는 구조는 물통과 구조물이 외부로 그대로 노출되는 구조이므로 미관상 매우 지저분하고, 일면에만 광고를 할 수 있음에 반하여 설치공간을 많이 차지하게 되는 문제가 있으며, 강도가 매우 약해서 외부에 설치할 경우 행인이 스쳐 지나가면서 살짝이라도 부딪히면 휘어져 파손되거나 너무 쉽게 넘어진다는 문제가 있다.
따라서 최근에는 금속프레임으로 틀을 짠 후, 광고시트를 끼워 넣어서 A자 형태로 세워서 사용하거나 또는 스탠드형으로 세워서 광고시트를 게재하도록 한 배너 광고대가 제안되었다.

따라서 본 발명은 사용자가 조립식으로 간편하게 조립하여 사용할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 외관이 미려하고 삼방향으로 광고구현이 가능하며, 안정적으로 세워진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한 배너 광고대를 제공함에 본 발명의 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적 사상으로서 본 발명은, 세 개의 프레임바가 삼각형으로 연결되도록 조립되는 상부프레임 및 하부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임의 각 모서리를 상,하로 연결하기 위하여 수직으로 세워 조립되는 연결프레임과, 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임과 연결프레임의 단부를 삽입하여 접속된 모서리를 연결할 수 있도록 삽입소켓이 형성된 모서리연장구와, 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임과 연결프레임의 조립에 의하여 방사형으로 측면에 개방된 공간에 게재되는 광고시트와, 상기 광고시트의 네 모서리를 프레임에 고정하여 게재가 가능토록 하기 위한 체결수단을 포함하여 구성되도록 함으로써 조립식으로 간편하게 사용할 수 있고 삼방향으로 안정적인 광고구현이 가능하도록 한 것이다.
본 발명의 배너 광고대에 의하면, 조립식으로 이루어지므로 사용자가 영업장에서 간단하게 조립하여 사용할 수 있고, 외관이 미려하고 설치공간을 적게 차지하면서도 삼방향으로 광고를 구현하여 광고효과를 향상할 수 있다.
또한, 조립된 상태에서는 임의로 쉽게 분리되지 않고, 광고시트가 삼방향으로 세워진 각각의 변이 후방의 꼭지점에 의하여 지지되므로 경량임에도 불구하고 안정적인 구조로 지지되어 실내 또는 실외에서 모두 사용가능하며, 실외에 설치하는 경우에는 탈부착 가능한 무게중심을 이용하여 더 안정적인 구조로 지지되도록 할 수 있다.

그리고 하부 걸이구(634)에는 탄성력을 부여하여 광고시트(500)를 하부로 당겨 탄력 지지하도록 하기 위한 텐션부(635)를 형성하면 광고시트(500)의 상부를 걸어서 하부로 늘어뜨려서 당겨줌으로써 간단하게 설치할 수 있고, 팽팽하게 당겨진 상태로 설치할 수 있다.
이때, 텐션부(635)는 스프링 방식이나 또는 탄성재로 이루어진 합성 밴드 등이 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 배너 광고대는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 하부에 배너 광고대의 무게중심을 하부측으로 유도하여 외력에 의한 쓰러짐을 방지하기 위한 중량체(800)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 중량체(800)는 내부에 물을 충진할 수 있는 튜브체(810)로 이루어지고, 튜브체(810)에 고정밴드(820)가 형성되어 하부프레임(200) 또는 연결프레임(300)에 고정되도록 함이 바람직하다.
따라서 바람이 불거나 행인이 배너 광고대에 부딪치는 등 외력이 발생할 경우에도 중량체(800)에 의하여 무게중심이 하부측으로 유도되므로 흔들리지 않고 안정적으로 지지되도록 되며, 이러한 중량체(800)는 광고시트(500)에 의하여 삼면이 가려지므로 외부로 노출되지 않고 미관을 수려하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 배너 광고대의 내측에는 야간에도 광고시트(500)의 시인성을 확보할 수 있도록 조명수단(900)이 장착될 수 있다.
조명수단(900)은 상부프레임(100)의 개구된 공간을 차단하도록 상판(120)이 장착되고, 그 상판에는 빛을 조사하여 광고시트(500)를 발광시킬 수 있도록 조명수단(900)을 장착함이 바람직한 것으로, 조명수단(900)의 광원은 형광램프나 LED가 사용될 수 있으며, 형광램프를 광원으로 사용할 경우에는 형광램프가 상,하 수직으로 장착되도록 하여 삼면으로 빛이 조사되도록 함이 바람직하고, LED를 광원으로 사용할 경우에는 삼면으로 게시된 각각의 광고면을 각각 LED로 조사하여 발광이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 상판(120)은 모서리연결구(400)에 날개부(420)를 일체로 형성하면 상판(120)의 하단을 지지하도록 되므로 프레임이 조립된 상태에서 상판(120)을 상부프레임(100)에 얹어서 간단하게 조립할 수 있다.
그리고 조명수단(900)의 광원을 LED로 사용할 경우에는 그 상판(120)에 삼 방향으로 부착면(912)이 형성된 수직대(910)를 장착하여 수직대(910)가 상판(120)으로부터 하부로 돌출되게 장착되도록 하고, 수직대(910)의 부착면(912)에는 각각 LED바(920)를 부착하여 광고시트(500)가 게재되어 있는 삼 방향으로 빛을 조사토록 함이 바람직하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 세 개의 프레임바가 삼각형으로 연결되도록 조립되는 상부프레임(100) 및 하부프레임(200);
    상기 상부프레임(100)과 하부프레임(200)의 각 모서리를 상,하로 연결하기 위하여 수직으로 세워 조립되는 연결프레임(300);
    상기 상부프레임(100)과 하부프레임(200)과 연결프레임(300)의 단부를 삽입하여 접속된 모서리를 연결할 수 있도록 삽입소켓(410)이 형성된 모서리연장구(400);
    상기 상부프레임(100)과 하부프레임(200)과 연결프레임(300)의 조립에 의하여 방사형으로 측면에 개방된 공간에 게재되는 광고시트(500);
    상기 광고시트(500)의 네 모서리를 프레임에 고정하여 게재가 가능토록 하기 위한 체결수단(600);
    을 포함하여 구성되어 내부의 구조가 외부로 노출되지 않고 방사형으로 세 개의 광고시트를 게재하여 광고구현이 가능하게 되는 배너 광고대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부프레임(100)과 하부프레임(200)과 연결프레임(300) 중 어느 하나 이상이 연결소켓(710)이 형성된 연장구(700)에 의하여 프레임 길이 가변이 가능하게 되어 다양한 크기의 광고시트(500)를 게재할 수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 배너 광고대.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 광고시트(500)는 네 모서리가 체결수단(600)에 의하여 모서리연결구(400)에 고정되어 상부프레임(100)과 하부프레임(200)과 연결프레임(300)이 임의로 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되는 배너 광고대.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 체결수단(600)은,
    모서리연결구(400)에 걸이홈(610)이 형성되고, 광고시트(500)의 타공홀(620)이 형성되며, 걸이홈(610)과 타공홀(620)을 걸이구(630)로 고정하여 광고시트(500)가 걸이구(630)에 의하여 팽팽한 상태로 게재되면서 광고시트(500)에 의하여 배너 광고대.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 걸이구(630)는,
    광고시트(500)의 상부를 모서리연결구(400)에 연결하기 위한 상부 걸이구(632)와, 광고시트(500)의 하부를 모서리연결구(400)에 연결하기 위한 하부 걸이구(634)로 이루어지고,
    하부 걸이구(634)에는 탄성력을 부여하여 광고시트(500)를 하부로 당겨 탄력 지지하도록 하기 위한 텐션부(635)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배너 광고대.
  6. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부프레임(200) 또는 연결프레임(300)에 고정되되 무게중심을 하부로 유도하고 배너 광고대의 쓰러짐을 방지하기 위한 중량체(800)를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배너 광고대.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 상부프레임(100)의 개구된 공간을 차단하도록 상판(120)이 장착되고, 그 상판에는 삼 방향으로 빛을 조사하여 광고시트(500)를 발광시킬 수 있도록 조명수단(900)이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배너 광고대.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 조명수단(900)은,
    삼 방향으로 부착면(912)이 각각 형성된 수직대(910)가 상판(120)으로부터 하부로 돌출되게 장착되고, 수직대(910)의 부착면(912)에 각각 LED바(920)가 부착되어 삼 방향으로 빛을 조사토록 됨을 특징으로 하는 배너 광고대.
