目前,免疫印迹类产品的检测趋势是采用全自动操作仪,该类仪器安全性强、操作简便。但该类仪器成本较高,不适合一般基层医疗机构使用。德国欧盟公司生产的印迹法自动操作仪和奥地利TECAN公司生产的全自动蛋白印迹仪均配有印迹检测膜条反应托盘,但该类托盘只适用于检测印迹裸条,对于带反应凹槽的检测板并不适用;且粘贴印迹裸条的过程比较费时费力,操作者用手接触试剂条的过程中还存在生物危害风险。德国Mediwiss-analytic公司发明的免疫印迹检测板反应支架,可以很好的固定检测板条,实现手工操作过程中试剂的洗涤、更换液体等步骤。该反应支架可同时实现多人份样本的检测,适合范围广。但该反应支架需通过借助插拔动作实现检测板的安装和取下,由于受力面积小,插拔过程比较费力,而且插拔过程中手指容易碰触到反应槽中膜试剂的表面,造成背景污染,插拔多次后还容易造成卡槽的断裂。
发明内容
为了解决目前的全自动操作仪成本高以及现有的反应支架插拔费力、而且插拔过程中手指容易碰触到反应槽中膜试剂的表面,造成背景污染,插拔多次后还容易造成卡槽的断裂的问题,本实用新型提出了一种可以方便检测板的安装和取下,避免了检测板费力的插拔动 作、并可同时满足手工操作和仪器操作,实用性强,适用范围广的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置。

所述的托盘2底面任意位置设有至少一个用于支撑的托盘背面卡口24,托盘背面卡口24形状为圆形、长方形、正方形、半圆形、椭圆形、扇形、梯形、菱形、三角形或其他适宜形状。
所述的托盘架1的托盘槽体11为实心或空心,所述托盘,1的托盘槽体11的任意位置开至少一个正方形孔、长方形孔、椭圆形孔、圆形孔、菱形孔、三角形孔、梯形孔或其他适宜形状的孔。
所述的托盘2和托盘架1材质为ABS、PC、PA、POM、PPE、PETP、PBTP、PPS或其他适宜的工程塑料,包括在上述材质的塑料中添加20-30%比例或其他适宜比例的玻璃纤维材质。
实施例2利用实施例1提供的装置,进行免疫印迹法测定,在吸入性-食物性过敏原特异性抗体IgE检测试剂盒2(免疫印迹法)中的检测板手柄处标注上标本信息,用手握住检测板末端手柄,对准反应托盘的检测板卡口,轻轻将检测板装入托盘内。每个托盘可同时放置1-100个检测板。
在已安装于托盘上的检测板内加入洗涤液,使膜条充分润湿3分钟,润湿后,一只手拿住反应托盘编号槽位置,将检测板内的洗涤液倒掉后甩干。
在各检测板内加入300微升相应的血清标本,将托盘置于脱色摇床上,室温(20-25℃)孵育45分钟后,一手拿起反应托盘,将检测板内的液体顺着槽体小心倾倒掉,然后用洗瓶中的洗涤液来回冲洗检 测板膜面5次后甩干。
在各检测板内加入300微升二抗工作液,将托盘置于脱色摇床上,室温(20-25℃)孵育45分钟后,一只手拿住托盘编号槽位置,将检测板内的液体顺着槽体小心倾倒掉,然后用洗瓶中的洗涤液来回冲洗检测板膜面5次后甩干。
在各检测板内加入300微升酶工作液,将托盘置于脱色摇床上,室温(20-25℃)孵育45分钟后,一只手拿住托盘编号槽位置,将检测板内的液体顺着槽体小心倾倒掉,然后用洗瓶中的洗涤液来回冲洗检测板膜面5次后甩干。
在各检测板内加入300微升底物溶液,将托盘置于脱色摇床上,室温(20-25℃)孵育45分钟后,一手拿起托盘,将检测板内的液体顺着槽体小心倾倒掉,并用自来水将检测板彻底冲洗干净。
用电吹风将反应托盘上所有检测板膜面和反应槽吹干后,将反应托盘置于托盘架上,然后将托盘架倒扣在扫描仪上,通过配套软件判读检测结果。
本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对实用新型构思的实现形式的列举,本实用新型的保护范围不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形式,本实用新型的保护范围也包括本领域技术人员根据本实用新型构思所能够想到的等同技术手段。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:包括一个托盘架、至少一个托盘,所述的托盘的上表面设有若干个用于放置检测板的凹槽,并且每个凹槽底面配有用于卡住相应检测板的卡口,并且托盘凹槽与检测板完全贴合,所述的托盘的一侧设有用于扣合在托盘架上的按扣、托盘底面设有用于放置在全自动免疫印迹仪上的托盘背面卡口,所述的按扣包括扣合部和按压部,所述的扣合部一端与所述的托盘边缘固定、另一端与按压部固接;所述的托盘架包括托盘槽体和按扣卡口,所述的按扣卡口设置在所述的托盘槽体的边缘,并且所述的按压卡口与所述的托盘的扣合部扣合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:所有的凹槽沿同一方向均匀排列在托盘上表面,并且每个凹槽对应一个编号槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:编号槽槽形状为长方形、正方形、半圆形、椭圆形、扇形、梯形、菱形或三角形,编号形式为突起或凹进去的阿拉伯数字、中文小写数字、罗马数字或英文字母。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:所述的凹槽的槽体任意位置开至少一个正方形孔、长方形孔、椭圆形孔、圆形孔、菱形孔、三角形孔或梯形孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:卡口形状为长方形、正方形、半圆形、椭圆形、扇形、梯形、菱形或三角形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:所述的扣合部为U型、V型的凹槽式结构,所述的按压部为长方形、正方形、圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、扇形、梯形、菱形或三角形,并且所述的按扣卡口形状与按压部匹配。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:所述的托盘底面任意位置设有至少一个用于支撑的托盘背面卡口,托盘背面卡口形状为圆形、长方形、正方形、半圆形、椭圆形、扇形、梯形、菱形或三角形。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种免疫印迹检测板反应装置,其特征在于:所述托盘架的托盘槽体的任意位置开至少一个正方形孔、长方形孔、椭圆形孔、圆形孔、菱形孔、三角形孔或梯形孔。
