Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'exercice personnel qui comprend une barre d'exercice comprenant des parties extrémités opposées, une partie de préhension entre les parties extrémités, la partie de préhension étant en forme de w, et une bande de résistance allongée fixée de manière amovible à au moins une des parties extrémités.
