Abstract

Procédé pour créer un processus de transfert de technologies et système d'informations pour la mettre en oeuvre appartenant au domaine des systèmes d'informations dont les bases de données sont basées sur des connaissances déterminées. Le résultat technique consiste à élargir les fonctionnalités du processus (et du système) et d'en augmenter l'efficacité. Selon l'invention, les informations placées dans le système par les utilisateurs sont transformées en un objet de transfert de technologies, et des liens sont formés entre les utilisateurs et les objets de transfert de technologies. Le système pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé comprend des unités d'entrée et de sorties de données (1), d'enregistrement et d'identification d'utilisateurs (2), une unité de commande, un accès au système (3) et une unité de traitement de données (4). Le système comprend également une unité de mise en grappes (5) et un module d'organisation du transfert de technologies comprenant une base de données de personnalités (11), de profils (12), de propositions (13), de demandes (14), de résultats analytiques (15) et d'autorisations (16). L'utilisation du groupe d'inventions proposé permet de créer de nouveaux produits novateurs et des postes de travail et favorise l'apparition de nouvelles professions et spécialisations.
