Description

带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器 所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种负压助勃装置,尤其是能使勃起功能障碍患者在类似常人自然勃起状态下自如完成性交的复合负压助勃性交器,即一种帮助ED患者恢复男性功能的医疗器具。
背景技术
男性勃起功能障碍(简称ED)是一种常见病,历来就是人类的苦恼。近半个世纪以来,随着现代社会节奏的日益加快,男性社会压力普遍增加,体力活动迅速减少,加上一些不良生活习惯(如久坐电脑前等等)的蔓延,ED发病率呈上升趋势。由于许多ED患者无法履行夫妻生活义务,又难于启齿,因而背上沉重的思想包袱,久而久之,往往变得性格孤僻和易于暴躁,既影响夫妻感情、家庭稳定,又影响人际关系和日常工作,最终给社会和谐安定带来极不利影响。为攻克ED这一男性生理难题,各国医学工作者经长期不懈努力,研究开发出多种多样的治疗方法、药品和装置。其中1960年Geddings Osbon设计开发的真空缩窄装置(VCD)具有里程碑意义。该装置于1982年获美国食品药物管理局(FDA)批准,开始商业化生产。自此,各种负压吸引装置相继出现,并在全世界得到广泛应用。目前,在世界各地销售的负压助勃装置是由阴茎根部缩窄套头、透明圆柱形阴茎套筒、导气管、阀门和各种吸气装置构成。操作时,在阴茎经与套筒密封的缩窄套头吸入套筒后,随着负压的增加,强制阴茎海绵体充血勃起,当负压解除后,留在阴茎根部的缩窄套头阻止静脉血液回流,阴茎能保持勃起进而勉强完成性交。但是VCD存在着一个固有缺陷,确切地讲是由阴茎根部缩窄套头引出的一对矛盾。阴茎海绵体有体内体外两部分,但构造上是一个整体,由于ED患者无法自主使其正常充血,在借助负压吸引强制充血勃起后,当负压解除会出现两种情况:如果缩窄套头足够紧,就能有效阻止静脉血液回流,使海绵体体外部分保持勃起,但缩窄部位由于缩窄套头压迫、体内部分由于不能自主充血,阴茎根部以内海绵体是疲软的,也即充血受限或不足,直径小且软,使其难于支撑相对粗大的体外部分、缺乏向外的“顶”力,在前端遇到阻力时会向内收缩,自然无法自如地进行“活塞运动”,助勃的目的难于达成;而如果缩窄套头不够紧,便不能阻止静脉血液回流,当负压解除后,阴茎将很快疲软。矛盾的是:缩窄套头适当变小,能使阴茎勃起更持久,但对阴茎的支撑也变弱;而缩窄套头变大,却无法保持勃起,同样达不到助勃的目的。总之,VCD只是给ED患者带来“可见的’勃起。几十年来,为了同时给ED患者带来“可用的”勃起,国内外许多机构和个人进行了大量的开发研究,先后提出的专利不下百项。纵观这些专利及其产品,有从吸气球改成吸气枪再到吸气泵的,有从缩窄套改成缩窄圈再到缩窄环的,有把负压筒改成两节再到不用的,不一而足,但竟无一例实质性解决过这个问题。此外,阴茎的自然完全勃起与身体并非垂直,这是由海绵体在体内的着生方式决定的。用圆柱形阴茎套筒助勃时,要么龟头压迫套筒上壁影响阴茎完全勃起;要么摆动套筒角度而造成耻骨局部受压,在高负压下,耻骨痛感强烈。
发明内容
为了克服现有负压助勃器在助勃时引起的不适和性交时阴茎缺乏支撑的不足,本发明提供一种带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器,该复合助勃器能帮助ED患者轻松地使阴茎以自然角度完全勃起,并提供阴茎根部在性交时所需的必要支撑。不但能给ED患者带来“可见的”勃起,而且能给ED患者带来“可用的”勃起。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:在阴茎根部缩窄套头、透明圆柱形阴茎套筒、导气管、吸气装置的连接中,或更确切地说是在阴茎根部缩窄套头和透明阴茎套筒的连接之间增加一个阴茎根部环形支撑基座和采用与圆柱形不同的弯形阴茎套筒。前者是内壁上有一卡槽的环形基座,厚度为18mm至22mm之间,由硅胶类材质制成。阴茎根部缩窄套头通过一个不锈钢环连接于卡槽上,方法是:采用一不锈钢环压入阴茎根部缩窄套头的大开口端内,把小开口端从环中压翻至环的另一边,然后一起装入环形基座的卡槽内,使三者连成一体。而弯形阴茎套筒具有一个开口端和一个带有导气管的封闭端,该套筒的特征是在近开口端呈弯曲形状,弯曲度为50一75度,内径为50mm至65mm之间,弯曲的作用是使其与阴茎的自然完全勃起角度更为吻合,防止龟头压迫套筒上壁或耻骨局部受压引起不适。阴茎根部环形支撑基座连接端与弯形阴茎套筒开口端采用适配连接,使用非常简便。操作时,将龟头抵住阴茎根部缩窄套头,用公知吸气球开始吸气,环形基座与弯形阴茎套筒自然相吸达到气密,阴茎被吸入套筒内并逐渐充血膨大,在环形基座的缓冲下,弯形阴茎套筒可以一定角度摆动而无不适,进一步满足助勃过程和个体勃起角度差异的需要。继续吸气,直至阴茎完全勃起。此时环形基座己与身体表皮和皮下脂肪牢牢镶嵌在一起,并架于耻骨上,在身体筋键及各种组织和环形基座及钢环、套头的互相拉扯和挤压下,形成一个大于阴茎直径的稳固基座。当负压解除时,环形基座和阴茎套筒自然分离,前者连带不锈钢环和缩窄套头留在阴茎根部提供有力支撑。
本发明的有益效果很多。首先是阴茎根部环形基座给阴茎根部提供有力支撑,可用直径更小(指小开口端)的阴茎根部缩窄套头来有效限制静脉血液回流,使阴茎勃起更坚硬持久;其次是现有负压助勃器,当负压解除时,阴茎向体内收缩明显,而在本发明中,阴茎根部环形基座将起到限位器的作用,阻止阴茎向体内位移;再者是能轻松地使阴茎以自然角度完全勃起,减轻ED患者在助勃操作过程中的疼痛和不适,加上根部环形基座能缓冲性交时耻骨的对撞;最后是结构简单,操作方便。环形基座和阴茎套筒的适配连接方式提供这样一种好处:就是不管在助勃或性交过程中,如对阴茎勃起有何不满,随时可把阴茎套筒靠上进行重新助勃、增加阴茎血液交流。这是现有负压助勃器所无法比拟的,也是ED患者在实际操作中最常碰到的麻烦。总之,本发明能使ED患者真正做到既是“可见的”又是“可用的”,完全消除他们的烦恼。

具体实施方式
用不锈钢环(1)压入阴茎根部缩窄套头(2)的大开口端(4),把小开口端(3)从环中压翻到环的另一边,然后装入硅胶类阴茎根部环形支撑基座(5)的卡槽(6)内。对阴茎和缩窄套头(2)进行润滑,将环形基座(5)的连接端(7)卡入弯形阴茎套筒(8)的开口端(9),整体移至阴茎前使龟头抵住缩窄套头(2),取吸气球并以吸嘴(12)插入胶质短管(11),一手反复捏放吸气球,边观察阴茎勃起情况,另一手随时摆动弯形阴茎套筒(8)的角度,尽量避免龟头碰壁,直到阴茎 完全勃起。拔走吸气球,移开弯形阴茎套筒(8),环形支撑基座(5)自然留在阴茎根部。完事后,以两手的中指和无名指分别扣入环形基座(5)的底部两边往外拉,同时两手的拇指按住龟头往里压,环形基座(5)连同不锈钢环(1)和缩窄套头(2)能方便地脱出。有关清洁、消毒方面的常识性问题这里不再赘述。
如在上述实施例中出现较高负压下阴茎没有相应的勃起,可边吸气边拉扯、摆动阴茎套筒(8),保持负压,使被压于环形基座(5)下面的阴茎表皮尽量滑过缩窄套头(2)进入阴茎套筒(8)内,而后继续吸气,便能得到满意的结果。
上述阴茎根部缩窄套头(2)是由医用乳胶或硅胶制成,其大开口端(3)直径固定,小开口端(3)随个体差异而改变。阴茎根部环形支撑基座由硅胶类材质制成,优选厚度为18mm至22mm之间。透明弯形阴茎套筒(8)内径为50mm至65mm,弯曲度为50一75度,与导气管(10)一体由透明硬质材料制成。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器,由阴茎根部缩窄套头、透明阴茎套筒、导气管、吸气装置顺序连接,其特征是:在阴茎根部缩窄套头和透明阴茎套筒的连接之间增加一个阴茎根部环形支撑基座和采用与圆柱形不同的弯形阴茎套筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器,其特征是:阴茎根部环形支撑基座内壁上有一卡槽,阴茎根部缩窄套头通过一个不锈钢环连接于卡槽上,使三者连成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器,其特征是:阴茎根部环形支撑基座连接端与弯形阴茎套筒开口端为适配连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带有根部支撑基座的弯筒式复合负压助勃器,其特征是:阴茎根部环形支撑基座为硅胶类材质,厚度为18mm至22mm之间。
