一种可抽拉滑动置物架,包括滑轨和置物架(2),滑轨包括动滑轨(1)和静滑轨(6),动滑轨(1)与置物架(2)的两个侧边框(3)连接,每个侧边框(3)的前、后端分别具有贯穿侧边框(3)厚度的前、后端槽(31,32),动滑轨(1)的前、后端上对应位置处的挂钩分别卡接入该前、后端槽(31,32),从而将动滑轨(1)与侧边框(3)连接。挂钩和前、后端槽(31,32)之间设置胶圈(52),可起到限位、消除间隙及防止噪音的效果。侧边框(3)外表面设置长条形的凹槽(35),可起到增加强度和帮助定位的效果。

Description

一种新型可抽拉滑动置物架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型滑动置物架,用于酒柜、冰箱、冷柜等场合。
背景技术
目前市场上的冰箱、冷柜、酒柜等电器产品,内部一般设有多个搁架用来摆放物品,为方便存放、取出搁架上的物品,很多搁架设计为滑动式搁架。
在搁架的左右两侧各用螺钉安装一根动滑轨,动滑轨的截面为U形结构;在内胆左右侧板上对称位置各安装一根静滑轨,静滑轨截面亦呈U形结构;在静滑轨的内部还安装有一条U形的滑动板,滑动板的上下各装有若干数量的金属滚珠;在静滑轨前端还装有导入块,在静滑轨的后端装有止动块;动滑轨的U形外径最小,静滑轨的U形外径最大;安装时,先将动滑轨用螺钉固定在搁架的左右对称侧面,然后将左右静滑轨通过静滑轨的导入块分别插入到左右静滑轨,即可实现前后自由滑动。侧面安装型滑动搁架的优点是:由于动、静滑轨配合精密,搁架滑动平稳,产品档次得到提高;其缺点是:安装精度要求非常高,调整搁架难度大,生产效率低。由于冰箱、酒柜等产品的内胆都采用发泡工艺成型,发泡出来的内胆尺寸会有1-2mm的波动;另外,搁架在生产制造过程中也必然会存在加工误差,这些累计误差会导致安装时动滑轨不能准确插入到静滑轨内,或者可以插入进去但因为尺寸偏差过大导致滑动不顺畅,只能通过在左右增、减垫片 的方式来消除尺寸误差的影响,导致生产效率低下,且需专门培训员工来进行调整工作。
实用新型内容
有鉴于背景技术所述,有必要提供一种新型的震动更小、更加顺畅、结构更加简单的可抽拉的滑动置物架。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型可抽拉滑动置物架,其包括:
滑轨、置物架;
所述滑轨包括相互配合的动滑轨和静滑轨;
所述置物架的两个侧边与所述动滑轨连接;
其特征在于:
所述置物架的两个侧边分别固定有一个侧边框,每一侧边框的前端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的前端槽,每一侧边框的后端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的后端槽;
所述动滑轨的前端和所述前端槽相对应的位置,以及所述动滑轨的后端与所述后端槽相对应的位置,分别固定有一挂钩,所述挂钩对应卡接入所述前端槽和后端槽,从而将所述动滑轨和所述侧边框连接。
所述前端槽由位于下端的转角槽和位于上端的与所述转角槽连通的圆形挂槽组成,所述转角槽包括均为条形的竖直部分和水平部分,所述竖直部分设置于所述侧边框的侧面,所述水平部分设置于所述侧边框的与置物架连接的水平底面上,所述圆形挂槽的径向尺寸略小于所述转角槽的槽宽。
所述后端槽由位于下端的转角槽、与转角槽的顶端连接的具有长度的 横向挂槽,所述横向挂槽的端部边缘为弧形;所述转角槽包括均为条形的竖直部分和水平部分,所述竖直部分设置于所述侧边框的侧面,所述水平部分设置于所述侧边框的与置物架连接的水平底面上。
所述挂钩包括挂钩本体和紧密套接于挂钩本体上的圆环柱形的胶圈,所述挂钩本体包括水平的圆杆和圆形档盘,所述水平圆杆的一端与所述圆形档盘固定连接,另一端与所述动滑轨固定连接;所述胶圈套设于所述圆杆上并至少覆盖圆杆的长度,其径向尺寸不小于所述圆形档盘的径向尺寸,所述胶圈外表面设有一个圆环形凹槽,用于供所述圆形挂槽或所述横向挂槽卡入,达到止位效果。
所述侧边框的外表面设有水平的长条形的凹槽作为加强筋。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型具有以下优点:
本实用新型的挂钩和圆形挂槽或所述横向挂槽之间,即动滑轨和侧边框之间设置胶圈,可起到限位、消除间隙及有效防止产生噪音的效果;动滑轨和侧边框之间通过设置于侧面而不是底部的挂钩连接,稳定性和可靠性更好;而侧边框外表面的长条形的凹槽既可以作为加强筋,又能帮助定位。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供一种新型可抽拉滑动置物架,其包括:
滑轨、置物架2;
所述滑轨包括相互配合的动滑轨1和静滑轨6;
所述置物架的两个侧边与所述动滑轨1连接;
所述置物架的两个侧边分别固定有一个侧边框3,每一侧边框的前端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的前端槽31,每一侧边框的后端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的后端槽32。
所述动滑轨1的前端和所述前端槽31相对应的位置,以及所述动滑轨1的后端与所述后端槽32相对应的位置,分别固定有一挂钩,所述挂钩对应卡接入所述前端槽31和后端槽32,从而将所述动滑轨1和所述侧边框3连接。
所述前端槽31由位于下端的转角槽311和位于上端的与所述转角槽311连通的圆形挂槽312组成,所述转角槽311包括均为条形的竖直部分和水平部分,所述竖直部分设置于所述侧边框3的侧面,所述水平部分设置于所述侧边框3的与置物架2连接的水平底面上,所述竖直部分和水平部分呈直角,即,所述竖直部分与所述侧边框3的底边及底面垂直,所述水平部分与所述侧边框3的底边垂直。所述圆形挂槽312的径向尺寸略小 于所述转角槽311的槽宽。
所述后端槽32由位于下端的转角槽321、与转角槽321的顶端连接的具有长度的横向挂槽322,所述横向挂槽322的端部边缘为弧形,也即,所述横向挂槽322的端部具有类似于所述圆形挂槽312的形状和功能;与所述转角槽311相类似,所述转角槽321包括均为条形的竖直部分和水平部分,所述竖直部分设置于所述侧边框的侧面,所述水平部分设置于所述侧边框3的与置物架2连接的水平底面上。
所述挂钩包括挂钩本体51和紧密套接于挂钩本体51上的圆环柱形的胶圈52,所述挂钩本体51包括水平的圆杆511和圆形档盘512,所述水平圆杆511的一端与所述圆形档盘512固定连接,另一端与所述动滑轨1固定连接;所述胶圈52套设于所述圆杆511上并至少覆盖圆杆511的长度,其径向尺寸不小于所述圆形档盘512的径向尺寸,所述胶圈52外表面设有一个圆环形凹槽521,用于供所述圆形挂槽312或所述横向挂槽322卡入,达到止位效果。
另外,所述横向挂槽322还有一个功能就是:可以防止挂钩本体51脱离侧边框3,防止置物架2向上弹出。
优选的,所述胶圈52的一端抵接所述圆杆511的底部,即所述动滑轨1表面,所述胶圈52的另一端可以抵接所述圆形档盘512的背面,或者,将所述圆形档盘512也包覆或部分包覆。所述圆环形凹槽521位于所述胶圈52的柱身上。
所述侧边框3的外表面设有水平的长条形的凹槽35作为加强筋,该凹槽35由所述侧边框3本体向内凹陷形成。

    滑轨、置物架;

    所述置物架的两个侧边分别固定有一个侧边框,每一侧边框的前端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的前端槽,每一侧边框的后端均设有一个贯通框边厚度的后端槽;
    所述动滑轨的前端和所述前端槽相对应的位置,以及所述动滑轨的后端与所述后端槽相对应的位置,分别固定有一挂钩,所述挂钩对应卡接入所述前端槽和后端槽,从而将所述动滑轨和所述侧边框连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型可抽拉滑动置物架,其特征在于:
    所述前端槽由位于下端的转角槽和位于上端的与所述转角槽连通的圆形挂槽组成,所述转角槽包括均为条形的竖直部分和水平部分,所述竖直部分设置于所述侧边框的侧面,所述水平部分设置于所述侧边框的与置物架连接的水平底面上,所述圆形挂槽的径向尺寸略小于所述转角槽的槽宽。
