Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif orthopédique permettant d'améliorer la posture en position assise, lequel dispositif orthopédique est équipé d'un élément de base (4910) incluant une partie avant (4901) pour les parties supérieures des jambes et une partie de cuvette (20) pour la zone pelvienne inférieure. La partie de cuvette est dotée d'une partie centrale (102, 103) et d'une partie latérale inclinée vers le haut (104, 105). La partie latérale et la partie avant entourent ensemble la partie centrale. Une fixation de canal (4510) est couplée à une ou plusieurs portions de crête pelvienne (4520). La partie de fixation de canal (5410) se couple à une partie en creux concave (110). La partie centrale (102, 103) est pourvue de plusieurs zones à flexibilité variable et la partie latérale (104, 105) est pourvue de plusieurs zones à flexibilité variable.
