Abstract

A stator bracket (52) for a motor stator (5) of a compressor (100) of a refrigeration system comprises a sheet portion (521) mounted on an end surface (54) of a stator laminate (51) and a rod portion (522) protruding from the sheet portion for fixing the sheet portion to the end surface of the stator laminate. By arranging the stator bracket, the noise generated by the collision between the motor stator and other parts in the compressor is reduced or eliminated.
