请参阅图5,图5为本发明第二实施例中蓝牙耳机的第二接头插入一手机的充电接口的示意图。在图5中,参考标号表示与图1-图4相同的表述与第一实施方式相同的部件。所述第二实施例的蓝牙耳机2与所述第一实施例的蓝牙耳机1基本相同,其区别在于:所述第一接头13的形状匹配一手机的充电接口,如图4所示,可以将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口,从而方便携带所述蓝牙耳机2。当不需要使用所述蓝牙耳机2进行通话等功能时,将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口,所述蓝牙耳机2不易丢失。较佳的,较佳的,所述第一接头13与所述控制板15之间柔性连接,可以防止所述第一接头13从所述控制板15上掰断,较佳的,所述第一接头13的外接部132(为了清楚地显示,外接部132未在图5中示出)为柔性材质,所述柔性外接部132将所述第一接头13与所述控制板15连接,使得所述第一接头13可以相对于所述控制板15弯折,从而避免掰断。
在本实施例中,将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口时,还可以通过所述手机30的充电接口对所述蓝牙耳机2进行充电。
第三实施例
请参阅图6-图8,图6为本发明第三实施例中蓝牙耳机的示意图;图7为本发明第三实施例中蓝蓝牙耳机中控制板另一面的示意图;图8为本发明第三实施例中蓝牙耳机的第一接口与第二接口可拆卸安装的示意图。在图6-图8中,参考标号表示与图1-图4相同的表述与第一实施方式相同的部件。所述第二实施例的蓝牙耳机3与所述第一实施例的蓝牙耳机1基本相同,其区别在于:如图6所示,所述连接线12的一端通过所述控制板15连接所述耳塞11,使得所述控制板15与耳塞11直接连接,所述控制板15 和耳塞11可以一体成型,也可以分别成型。
在本实施例中,所述蓝牙耳机3还包括与所述第一接头13可拆卸安装的第二接头14,所述第二接头14位于所述耳塞11上。其中,所述第二接头14的形状与所述第一接头13的形状相匹配,使得所述第二接头14与第一接头13可拆卸安装。例如,如图8所示,所述第二接头14为micro USB母口,所述第一接头13为micro USB公口,则可以将所述第一接头13按图8中箭头的方向插入所述第二接头14中,使得所述蓝牙耳机3形成一个环形,可以套于手腕之上,方便携带。较佳的,所述第一接头13与所述连接线12之间柔性连接,可以防止所述第一接头13从所述连接线12上掰断,较佳的,如图7所示,所述第一接头13的外接部132为柔性材质,所述柔性外接部132将所述第一接头13与所述连接线12连接,使得所述第一接头13可以相对于所述连接线12弯折,从而避免掰断。
较佳的,所述控制板15包括相对的两面,如图6所示,在所述控制板15的一面15a上,设置有控制按键151和显示模块152,所述控制按键151可以用于控制所述蓝牙耳机3是否接听来自一手机的通话,所述显示模块152可以显示所述蓝牙耳机3的各种状态,例如正在通话的状态或正在充电的状态,此外,所述显示模块152还可以用于显示时间。如图7所示,在所述控制板15的另一面15b上,设置有进音孔153,用于向麦克风传输声音。此外,还可以在所述控制板15内设置一传感器模块,将所述蓝牙耳机3套于手腕之上作为计步器使用,并将计步结果在所述显示模块152上显示。
较佳的,如图7所示,所述第一接头13上还可以设置有用于给所述蓝牙耳机3充电的电极131,并且,所述第二接头14上也可以设置有用于给所述蓝牙耳机3充电的电极,从而可以通过所述第一接头13和第二接头14给所述蓝牙耳机3进行充电。
第四实施例
请参阅图9,图9为本发明第二实施例中蓝牙耳机的第二接头插入一手机的充电接口的示意图。在图9中,参考标号表示与图6-图8相同的表述与第三实施方式相同的部件。所述第四实施例的蓝牙耳机4与所述第三实施例的蓝牙耳机3基本相同,其区别在于:所述第一接头13的形状匹配一手机的充电接口,如图9所示,可以将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口,从而方便携带所述蓝牙耳机4。当不需要使用所述蓝牙耳机4进行通话等功能时,将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口,所述蓝牙耳机4不易丢失。较佳的,所述第一接头13与所述连接线12之间柔性连接,可以防止所述第一接头13从所述连接线12上掰断,较佳的,所述第一接头13的外接部132(为了清楚地显示,外接部132未在图9中示出)为柔性材质,所述柔性外接部132将所述第一接头13与所述连接线12连接,使得所述第一接头13可以相对于所述连接线12弯折,从而避免掰断。
在本实施例中,将所述第一接头13插入所述手机30的充电接口时,还可以通过所述手机30的充电接口对所述蓝牙耳机4进行充电。
本发明的较佳实施例所述,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施例,例如:
首先,所述控制按键151、显示模块152、进音孔153在所述控制板15上的设置方式并不限于上述实施例,所述控制按键151、显示模块152、进音孔153可以设置在同一面上,或者,控制按键151和进音孔153设置在同一面上,显示模块152单独设置在另一面上;
其次,所述第一接头13上还可以不设置用于充电的电极131,当将所述第二接头14插入手机的充电接口时,所述手机不对所述蓝牙耳机进行充电;
此外,在第一实施例和第三实施例中,当所述第一接头13设置用于充 电的电极131时,所述第一接头13的形状还可以不匹配手机的充电接口,所述第一接头13可以插入电脑的USB接口或充电器进行充电;
另外,所述蓝牙耳机可以具有两种以上的携带方法,例如,在本发明的其它实施例中,所述第一接头13的形状匹配一手机的充电接口,同时,所述耳塞11上还设置有第二接头14,则,既可以将所述第一接头13插在手机的充电接口,又可以将所述第一接头13插在所述第二接头14,均可以方便携带所述蓝牙耳机。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述蓝牙耳机包括耳塞、连接线以及用于插拔的第一接头,所述连接线的一端连接所述耳塞,所述连接线的另一端连接所述第一接头。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述蓝牙耳机还包括与所述第一接头可拆卸安装的第二接头,所述第二接头位于所述耳塞上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第二接头上设置有用于给所述蓝牙耳机充电的电极。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第一接头的形状匹配一手机的充电接头。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第一接头上设置有用于给所述蓝牙耳机充电的电极。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第一接头的形状匹配一手机的充电接头。
  7. 如权利要求2或3所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述蓝牙耳机还包括用于控制所述蓝牙耳机的音频信号的控制板,所述控制板包括一进音孔以及控制按键。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述连接线的另一端通过所述控制板连接所述第一接头。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第二接口通过一柔性连接部与所述控制板连接。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述连接线的一端通过所述控制板连接所述耳塞。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第二接口通 过一柔性连接部与所述连接线的另一端连接。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述控制板上还包括一显示模块。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述控制按键和显示模块位于所述控制板的一面,所述进音孔位于所述控制板的另一面。
