Abstract

一种静态推靠式旋转导向装置，包括：具有中心通道的芯轴（12），在芯轴（12）的外壁上开设有周向凹槽（12b）;套接在周向凹槽（12b）内并且能够独立转动的外套（14）；能够切断或传递芯轴向外套输入的动力的离合器（18）。该静态推靠式旋转导向装置在稳斜段、竖直段和水平段中不需要提供偏向力时既不会降低其的转动惯量，也不会降低其内部的能量贮藏，从而利于处于其下游的钻头高效稳定的钻井。
