Le dispositif d'actionnement comprend quatre lignes d'actionnement (3) permettant aux rails de périphérie supérieure et aux rails de périphérie inférieure (1) de répondre au mouvement de l'élément de rétractation de cadre inférieur (19) de manière à commuter le parc d'un état déplié vers un état plié. Une extrémité de chacune des quatre lignes d'actionnement (3) est raccordée de manière correspondante à l'un des quatre éléments de raccordement de périphérie supérieure (20), et l'autre extrémité de chacune des lignes d'actionnement (3) s'étend vers le bas le long de la périphérie latérale du parc et est ensuite raccordée à l'élément de rétractation de cadre inférieur (19) le long du cadre inférieur du parc d'une manière rassemblée. Le parc pliable est pratique à installer, peu coûteux, pratique à utiliser, sûr et fiable, et le pliage synchrone des rails de cadre inférieur et des rails de périphérie supérieure peut être obtenu.
