本申请要求于2014年09月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410513886.X,发明名称为“一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法及终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法及终端。
背景技术
随着终端越来越智能化的发展,其硬件能力(CPU计算能力、存储容量)逐渐增强,用户可以在终端上安装功能各异、且数量繁多的应用,比如社交、娱乐休闲、新闻等应用,以满足用户对终端的不同需求。
当终端上安装着大量应用时,由于终端显示界面上应用图标的尺寸固定,且终端显示界面的面积有限,通常大量的应用图标会以平铺的形式排列在显示界面的多个页面上,或者以文件夹包含多个应用图标的形式分布在显示界面上,其中文件夹可以是用户自定义的,也可以是按应用类别划分的。对于用户来说,当用户想要使用终端上的某个应用时,用户需要记住该应用在显示界面上的具体位置,或者遍历显示界面上的应用图标才能找到想要使用的应用,这样将会导致用户查找应用时间长,用户体验差,并且导致终端操作便捷性降低,终端显示屏和按键的磨损增加。另外,终端上很多已安装的应用由于查找难度大,被淹没在众多应用中,很可能渐渐地被用户遗忘。
为解决用户在查找应用过程中所遇到的上述问题,现有技术中终端可以根据以往用户使用应用时对应的时间、终端的物理位置与移动速度,为用户推荐当前时间、终端的物理位置与移动速度下用户适合使用的应用。此种为 用户推荐应用的方法需要终端实时采集当前时间、终端的物理位置与移动速度的状态信息,由于终端此类状态信息变化比较频繁,导致在为用户推荐应用的过程中终端的采集、分析以及计算的工作量比较大,同时会消耗终端较多的电量。
综上所述,当终端上安装着大量应用时,用户查找终端上的应用时耗费时间长,且用户体验差,并且导致终端操作便捷性降低,终端显示屏和按键的磨损增加;采用现有技术为用户推荐应用的方法,导致终端的采集、分析以及计算的工作量比较大,同时会消耗终端较多的电量,因此可操作性低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法及终端,用以为用户推荐应用,进而降低用户查找应用图标时的难度。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种终端,该终端包括:
应用确定单元,用于当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;

如图2所示,本发明实施例二提供的一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方 法,该方法包括:
S21、当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;
S22、根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。
一般情况下,终端的网络连接状态发生变更是指,终端从当前网络连接状态切换到到异于当前网络连接状态的另一种网络连接状态,其中,网络连接状态包括接入移动无线保真(Mobile Wireless Fidelity,Mobile Wi-Fi)状态、4G状态、3G状态、2G状态以及无数据连接状态等。例如当终端进入到某个wifi覆盖的区域内时,该终端会断开当前网络连接状态,并连接到其所处区域的wifi网络,即接入WiFi网络,此时能够检测到该终端的网络连接状态发生变更,并确定该终端当前网络连接状态为wifi状态;
在确定终端当前网络连接状态发生变更后,通过查找网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用,并将该应用确定为推荐给终端使用的应用;然后根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局,使得用户能够通过调整后的终端显示界面上应用图标的布局,得知推荐的适合终端当前网络连接状态使用的应用。
通过实施例二提供的方法,可以实现根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,为用户推荐适合终端当前网络连接状态下使用的应用,进而降低用户查找应用图标时的难度,同时降低终端显示屏和按键的磨损程度、以及电量的消耗。

如图3所示,本发明实施例三提供了一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法,具体步骤如下:
S301、当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,确定终端当前网络连 接状态;
一般情况下,终端的网络连接状态发生变更是指,终端从当前网络连接状态切换到到异于当前网络连接状态的另一种网络连接状态,其中,网络连接状态包括接入wifi状态、4G状态、3G状态、2G状态或无数据连接状态等。
S302、根据网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用;
其中,网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则为预先设置的或者从服务器中下载的,网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则是指网络连接状态与应用之间一对一或一对多的对应关系,此外一个应用也可以对应多个网络连接状态。在该对应规则中,每种网络连接状态对应的应用表示,当终端在该种网络连接状态下时,适合推荐给终端用户使用的应用。通过查找网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,可以查找到终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用,即适合推荐给终端用户使用的应用。
较佳地,当检测到终端从高带宽网络连接状态切换到低带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前低带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,将低流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中,高带宽网络是指高速数据传输网络,即每秒传输的数据字节数较高的网络,低带宽网络是指低速数据传输网络,例如高带宽网络可以包括wifi网络、4G网络和3G网络,低带宽网络可以包括2G网络,低流量应用包括工具类应用、阅读类应用以及新闻类应用;或者
当检测到终端从低带宽网络连接状态切换到高带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前高带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,将高流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中高流量应用包括视频类应用、音乐类应用以及聊天类应用;或者
当检测到终端从存在数据连接状态切换到无数据连接状态时,根据终端 当前无数据连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将单机无流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中单机无流量应用包括离线类应用。
需要说明的是,低流量应用、高流量应用以及单机无流量应用各自对应的应用也可以包括其他具有相应属性的应用,并不局限于本发明实施例提供的上述应用。例如,在离线状态下使用视频类应用或者音乐类应用,即播放已下载的视频或音乐,此时也可将视频类应用或者音乐类应用归为单机无流量应用。
S303、将查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用中该终端已安装的应用确定为推荐给该终端使用的应用;
由于查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用中,可能会存在该终端未安装或者安装过但已卸载的应用,因此将查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用中该终端已安装的应用确定为推荐给该终端使用的应用。
对于查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的单个或多个应用中该终端未安装或者安装但已卸载的应用,可以作为推荐该终端下载安装的应用,并在该终端的通知栏中推荐用户下载安装。
S304、根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局;
其中,S304中的具体方法可以有如下多种方式:
方式(一):在终端显示界面的预定位置显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;
例如:在显示界面的预定位置以文件夹的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标,或者在显示界面上顺序比较靠前的位置显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标,依置信度从高到低,应用图标的预定位置不同,较佳地,按照应用的置信度从高至低排列,并在显示界面上按照该排列顺序显示应用图标。
其中,显示界面上顺序比较靠前的位置可以是每个显示界面上首个或第二个应用图标位置。通过以下公式计算应用的置信度:
置信度(X—>Y)=同时包含X和Y的操作信息/操作信息中包含X的次数
置信度表示操作信息中包含网络连接状态X的次数中使用应用Y的概率,置信度表示网络连接状态和应用之间的量化关系,置信度越高说明在网络连接状态X出现时,使用应用Y的概率越高。
方式(二):在终端显示界面上,标记确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标,例如增加阴影或星号等;
方式(三):在终端显示界面中以弹出窗口的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标,例如在用户打开程序列表时,在弹出窗口中显示推荐的应用的图标;
方式(四):在终端显示界面的通知栏中以下拉列表的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标。
需要说明的是,本发明中还可以以其他方式在终端显示界面中显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标,并不局限于本发明实施例提供的上述方式(一)至方式(四)。
在另一实施例中,当确定推荐给终端使用的应用存在多个时,可以根据确定的每个应用与网络连接状态之间的置信度高低,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。例如:将确定的应用的置信度从高至低排列,按照排列后的顺序在终端显示界面上的固定位置显示应用图标。
本发明实施例三提供的方法还包括:

较佳地,当检测到终端使用推荐给该终端使用的应用时,根据本次终端操作应用时的操作信息以及S305,更新网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则;或者
终端周期性地,或者当终端接收到更新对应规则的外部指令时,根据S305更新网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则。
在上述的步骤S305中,统计的终端每次操作应用时的操作信息还可以包括应用消耗的流量、应用使用时长以及应用打开时刻等,进而可以根据统计的操作信息更新网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则。例如,在计算支持度与置信度的下述公式中,可以将网络连接状态与应用消耗的流量、应用使用时长以及应用打开时刻中至少一个指标共同形成X,Y表示应用。

在本发明实施例三提供的方法中,终端首次执行步骤S302时,网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则为预先设置的或者从服务器中下载,后续终端根据步骤S305执行规则更新过程。
通过实施例三提供的方法,可以实现根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,为用户推荐适合终端当前网络连接状态下使用的应用,进而降低用户查找应用图标时的难度,同时降低终端显示屏和按键的磨损程度、以及电量的消耗。本发明实施例三通过更新网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,精确了终端在当前网络连接状态下适合使用的应用。
实施例四
如图4所示,本发明实施例四提供了一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法,具体步骤如下:
S401、当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,确定终端当前网络连接状态;
S402、根据网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别;
其中,网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则为预先设置的或者从服务器中下载的,网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则是指网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应关系,网络连接状态可以对应一个或多个应用类别。在该对应规则中,每种网络连接状态对应的应用类别表示,当用户的终端在该种网络连接状态下时,适合推荐给用户具有该种应用类别的应用。通过查找网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,可以确定终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别,进而确定具有该种应用类别的应用,即适合推荐给用户使用的应用。

对于具有终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类型、且该终端未安装或者安装过但已卸载的应用,可以作为推荐该终端下载安装的应用,并在该终端的通知栏中推荐用户下载安装。
S404、根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局;
其中,S404中的具体方法与S304中描述的调整应用图标布局的方式相同,在此不再赘述。
在另一实施例中,当确定推荐给终端使用的应用存在多个时,可以根据确定的每个应用与网络连接状态之间的置信度高低,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。例如:将确定的应用的置信度从高至低排列,按照排列后的顺序在终端显示界面上的固定位置显示应用图标。
本发明实施例四提供的方法还包括:

本发明实施例四中可以根据单个维度划分应用类别:例如应用类别可以根据应用的本身属性或者流量使用情况来划分,根据应用的本身属性可以将应用划分为阅读类应用、工具类应用、音乐类、视频类以及新闻类等,根据流量使用情况可以将应用划分为单机无流量应用、低流量应用、高流量应用等。
本发明实施例四中还可以根据多个维度划分应用类别:例如先对应用根据应用本身属性进行应用类别的划分,然后对每个应用类别中的应用根据流 量使用情况进行应用类别的划分,划分后的应用类别为离线单机阅读类应用,在线阅读类应用、单机游戏类应用、联机游戏类应用等。
本发明实施例四中应用的类别还可以从下载应用的软件商店中确定,或者用户自定义终端上安装的应用对应的应用类别,如用户将功能相近的应用图标放在终端显示界面的同一个文件夹内,并为此文件夹命名,每一个文件夹包含同一应用类别的应用,应用类别的名称即为该文件夹的名称。
这样,当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,便可以通过查找网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别,进而确定该应用类别中包含的应用,并将确定的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给该终端使用的应用。
例如,网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则中包含无数据连接状态对应单机无流量应用类别,3G网络连接状态对应低流量应用类别以及wifi网络连接状态对应高流量应用类别;这样,当终端处于无数据连接状态下,可以为用户推荐具有单机无流量应用类别的应用,依此类推。
需要说明的是,关于应用类别的划分方法并不局限于本发明实施例四中提供的上述方法,还可以存在其它划分应用类别的方法。

在本发明实施例提供的方法中,在根据表5中的规则查找到当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别后,由于应用类别中包含多个应用,为进一步提高应用推荐的效率,本发明实施例还可以进一步根据当前的网络连接状态查找表2 对应的规则,即根据网络连接状态与多个应用之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的多个应用,将同时存在于当前网络连接状态对应的多个应用和应用类别中的应用(根据表2查找到的应用的集合与根据表5查找到的应用的集合二者的交集)确定为推荐给终端使用的应用。
较佳地,当检测到终端使用推荐给该终端使用的应用时,根据本次终端操作应用时的操作信息以及S405,更新网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则;或者

本发明实施例四提供的方法还包括:

这样,当终端新安装的应用对应的应用类别被推荐给终端时,该新安装的应用也会被推荐给终端,克服了现有技术中由于新安装的应用被用户使用次数少,而无法被推荐给终端的问题。
在本发明实施例四提供的方法中,终端首次执行步骤S402时,网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则为预先设置的或者从服务器中下载,后续终端根据步骤S405执行规则更新过程。
通过实施例四提供的方法,可以实现根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网 络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,为用户推荐适合终端当前网络连接状态下使用的应用,进而降低用户查找应用图标时的难度,同时降低终端显示屏和按键的磨损程度、以及电量的消耗。实施例四通过更新网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,精确了终端在当前网络连接状态下适合使用的应用。另外,还克服了现有技术中由于新安装的应用被用户使用次数少,而无法被推荐给终端的问题。
实施例五
如图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种调整终端上应用图标布局的终端,该终端包括:
存储器51,用于存储网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则;
处理器52,用于当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局;
显示器53,用于显示调整后的应用图标的布局。
较佳地,处理器52在当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
当检测到终端从高带宽网络连接状态切换到低带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前低带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将低流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中低流量应用包括工具类应用、阅读类应用以及新闻类应用;或者
当检测到终端从低带宽网络连接状态切换到高带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前高带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将高流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中高流量应用包括视频类应用、音乐类应用以及聊天类应用;或者
当检测到终端从存在数据连接状态切换到无数据连接状态时,根据终端当前无数据连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将单机无流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
较佳地,处理器52在根据终端当前网络连接状态以及查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
根据终端当前网络连接状态,查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;或者
根据终端当前网络连接状态,查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,其中,同一应用类别包含至少一个应用。
较佳地,处理器52在根据终端当前网络连接状态,查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
根据查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用;
将查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
较佳地,处理器52还用于:
统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,操作信息包括终端操作的应用的标识以及操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态;
以及计算每次操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,并根操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,更新网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则。
较佳地,处理器52在根据终端当前网络连接状态,查询存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
根据存储器51存储的网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别;
将具有查找的应用类别包含的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
较佳地,处理器52还用于:
统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,操作信息包括终端操作的应用对应的应用类别以及操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态;
计算每次操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,并根据操作信息对应的支持度和/或置信度,更新网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则。
较佳地,处理器52在根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局时,具体用于:
当确定推荐给终端使用的应用存在多个时,根据确定的每个应用与操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态之间的置信度高低,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。
较佳地,处理器52在根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局时,具体用于:
在终端显示界面的预定位置显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
在终端显示界面上,标记确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
在终端显示界面中以弹出窗口的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
在终端显示界面的通知栏中以下拉列表的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标。
实施例五提供的终端,主要用于当终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,并根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示 界面上应用图标的布局,进而克服了当终端上安装较多数量的应用时,用户查找应用图标难度大、时间长的问题,降低了终端显示屏和按键的磨损程度、以及电量的消耗;同时克服了现有技术中终端通过采集并分析终端的物理位置与移动速度等为用户推荐应用的方法,而导致的终端采集以及分析工作量大、耗费较多电量的问题。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、装置、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步 骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    应用确定单元,用于当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;
    布局调整单元,用于根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用确定单元具体用于:
    当检测到终端从高带宽网络连接状态切换到低带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前低带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将低流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中低流量应用包括工具类应用、阅读类应用以及新闻类应用;或者
    当检测到终端从低带宽网络连接状态切换到高带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前高带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将高流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中高流量应用包括视频类应用、音乐类应用以及聊天类应用;或者
    当检测到终端从存在数据连接状态切换到无数据连接状态时,根据终端当前无数据连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将单机无流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中单机无流量应用包括离线类应用。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用确定单元在根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
    根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;或者
    根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,其中,同一应用类别包含至少一个应用。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用确定单元在根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
    根据网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用;
    将查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,该终端还包括:
    对应规则更新单元,用于统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,所述操作信息包括终端操作的应用的标识以及操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态;
    以及计算每次所述操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,并根据所述操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,更新所述网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用确定单元在根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用时,具体用于:
    根据网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用类别;
    将查找的应用类别包含的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,该终端还包括:
    对应规则更新单元,用于统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,所述操作信息包括终端操作的应用对应的应用类别以及操作该应用时终端所 处的网络连接状态;
    计算每次所述操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,并根据所述操作信息对应的支持度和/或置信度,更新所述网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述布局调整单元具体用于:
    当确定推荐给终端使用的应用存在多个时,根据确定的每个应用与操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态之间的置信度高低,调整终端显示界面上所述应用图标的布局。
  9. 如权利要求1或8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述布局调整单元具体用于:
    在终端显示界面的预定位置显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面上,标记确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面中以弹出窗口的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面的通知栏中以下拉列表的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标。
  10. 一种调整终端上应用图标布局的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;
    根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到终端的网络连接状态发生变更时,根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,包括:
    当检测到终端从高带宽网络连接状态切换到低带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前低带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则, 将低流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中低流量应用包括工具类应用、阅读类应用以及新闻类应用;或者
    当检测到终端从低带宽网络连接状态切换到高带宽网络连接状态时,根据终端当前高带宽网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将高流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用,其中高流量应用包括视频类应用、音乐类应用以及聊天类应用;或者
    当检测到终端从存在数据连接状态切换到无数据连接状态时,根据终端当前无数据连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,将单机无流量应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,包括:
    根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用;或者
    根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,其中,同一应用类别包含至少一个应用。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据终端当前网络连接状态以及网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,确定推荐给终端使用的应用,包括:
    根据网络连接状态与单个或多个应用之间的对应规则,查找终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用;
    将查找的终端当前网络连接状态对应的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,所述操作信息包括终端操作的应用的标识以及操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态;

    将查找的应用类别包含的应用中终端已安装的应用作为推荐给终端使用的应用。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    统计终端每次操作应用时的操作信息,其中,所述操作信息包括终端操作的应用对应的应用类别以及操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态;
    计算每次所述操作信息的支持度和/或置信度,并根据所述操作信息对应的支持度和/或置信度,更新所述网络连接状态与应用类别之间的对应规则。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局,包括:
    当确定推荐给终端使用的应用存在多个时,根据确定的每个应用与操作该应用时终端所处的网络连接状态之间的置信度高低,调整终端显示界面上所述应用图标的布局。
  18. 如权利要求10或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据确定的推荐给终端使用的应用,调整终端显示界面上应用图标的布局,包括:
    在终端显示界面的预定位置显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面上,标记确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面中以弹出窗口的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用 的图标;或者
    在终端显示界面的通知栏中以下拉列表的形式显示确定的推荐给终端使用的应用的图标。
