背景技术
随着汽车技术的高速发展,汽车已经成了寻常百姓家的主要交通工具,随着城市的高速发展,城市的人口数量急剧上升,从而也导致交通堵塞越来越严重,堵车时间也愈加的长,在堵车时间内司机朋友都会通过收听音频信息来打发这漫长而又无聊的堵车时间。
从目前的技术来看,汽车车内的音频信息包括:广播音频信息、CD音频信息、车载MP3音频信息等。其中广播音频信息,用户选择的余地不大,广播的内容很多时候并不是自己想听的、同时广告多,并且有时还受信号强弱的影响,收听的效果不佳。而CD音频信息中的内容太少,无法满足用户的选择需求。车载MP3音频信息需要通过其他电脑智能终端更新,使用起来不方便;另外车载MP3的音频信息内容多,一般可以收录数千首歌,用户很难选择。即现有的汽车音频信息还不能满足用户想听什么音频信息便可快速相应音频信息的播放要求。

本发明的主要目的在于解决汽车音频信息不能满足用户想听什么音频信息便可快速播放相应音频信息的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种汽车音频信息处理方法,包括:
汽车音频信息处理装置根据用户输入的请求信息,向音频资源中心发送相应的请求指令;
音频资源中心接收并保存所述请求指令,根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;
若是,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置;
所述汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
优选地,所述请求信息包括:语音信息和文字信息。
优选地,所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息具体包括:
判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;

若是,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置;
所述汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。

本步骤中,所述请求信息为语音信息或文字信息,即用户通过可以语音说话的方式向汽车音频信息处理装置输入请求信息,也可以通过手动输入文字的方式输入所述请求信息。其中当所述请求信息为语音信息,则所述步骤S10具体为:汽车音频信息处理装置首先获取用户的语音信息,再对语音信息进行语音识别,然后根据语音识别结果生成相应的请求指令,并将请求指令 发送至音频资源中心。当所述请求信息为文字信息,则所述步骤S10具体为:汽车音频信息处理装置接收用户输入的文字信息,并根据文字信息生成相应的请求指令,并将请求指令发送至音频资源中心。
步骤S20、音频资源中心接收并保存所述请求指令,根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息。
本实施例中音频资源中心根据接收并保存的请求指令,能够大致分析得出用户偏好哪种类型的音频信息。
本实施例中,本步骤S20中所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息具体包括如下处理:判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息。若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息。当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息。当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
本实施例中,所述音频资源中心设置有专门存储音频信息的音频数据库,该音频数据库存储有海量的音频信息。同时该音频资源中心与网络服务器建立网络通讯连接,可以从网络中搜索获取所需的音频信息。虽然音频资源中心的音频数据库存储有海量的音频信息,但不可能完全做到只要是用户需要的都存储有,同时受网络信号强弱的影响,并不是每时每刻均可通过网络搜索成功获取相应的音频信息。因此音频资源中心接收到请求指令,首先判断自身音频数据库是否存在对应的音频信息,如果不存在则尝试通过网络搜索的方式从网络服务器端获取对应的音频信息。只有当音频数据库中不存在对应的音频信息以及也无法从网络服务器端获取对应的音频信息时,才不具备推送对应的音频信息的能力。
步骤S30、若能推送相应的音频信息,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置。
步骤S40、所述汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
本步骤S40中,汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息后需要对该音频信息进行编码,然后发送给播放器(如车内音响设备),播放器接收到所述编码后的音频信息首先需要对其进行解码,然后再对解码后的音频信息进行播放。
参见图2,图2是本发明的汽车音频信息处理方法第一实施例的另一流程示意图。本实施例在所述步骤S20之后还包括:
步骤S50、若不能推送相应的音频信息,音频资源中心则生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息。

本实施例中,用户通过汽车音频信息处理装置的呼叫模块与音频资源中心的话务员进行语音通话,在语音通话过程中告知话务员想收听什么音频信息,话务员根据用户告知的信息输入相应的请求指令。
本实施相比第一实施例区别在于:汽车音频信息处理装置根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员输入相应的请求指令。其他与第一实施例相同,在此不再对本实施例提供的汽车音频信息处理系统第二实施例进行进一步的展开说明。
本发明进一步提供一种汽车音频信息处理装置,参见图5,图5是本发明的汽车音频信息处理装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。在该第一实施例中,所述汽车音频信息处理装置200包括:请求模块210和接收模块220。其中,所述请求模块210,用于根据用户输入的请求信息,向音频资源中心发送相应的请求指令,以使音频资源中心推送相应的音频信息。所述接收模块220,用于接收音频资源中心推送的音频信息,并通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
本实施例中,所述请求信息为语音信息或文字信息,即用户可以通过语音说话的方式输入请求信息,也可以通过手动输入文字的方式输入所述请求信息。其中当所述请求信息为语音信息,则请求模块210首先获取用户的语音信息,再对语音信息进行语音识别,然后根据语音识别结果生成相应的请求指令,并将请求指令发送至音频资源中心。当所述请求信息为文字信息,则接收模块210接收用户输入的文字信息,并根据文字信息生成相应的请求指令,并将请求指令发送至音频资源中心。
另外,请求模块210接收所述音频信息后需要对该音频信息进行编码,然后发送给播放器(如车内音响设备),播放器接收到所述编码后的音频信息首先需要对其进行解码,然后再对解码后的音频信息进行播放。
参见图6,图6是本发明的汽车音频信息处理装置第二实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例在第一实施例基础上进行了改进,改进之处在于,还包括呼叫模块230,所述呼叫模块230,用于根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员向音频资源中心输入相应的请求指令,以使音频资源中心 推送相应的音频信息。
本实施例中,用户通过呼叫模块230与音频资源中心的话务员进行语音通话,在语音通话过程中告知话务员想收听什么音频信息,话务员根据用户告知的信息输入相应的请求指令,话务员向音频资源中心输入相应的请求指令之后,所述音频资源中心则可以根据所述请求指令判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;当能推送相应的音频信息,则将所述音频信息推送给汽车音频信息处理装置200。
上述第一、二实施例中,所述接收模块220,还用于接收音频资源中心反馈的提示信息,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息,或告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
本发明提出汽车音频信息处理装置第三实施例。本第三实施例中汽车音频信息处理装置与上述第一、二实施例不同,不同之处在于本实施例中所述汽车信息处理装置包括:呼叫模块和接收模块,不包括请求模块。本实施例中的所述呼叫模块与第二实施例中的呼叫模块230相同;所述接收模块与第一、二实施例中的接收模块220相同。在此不再对所述呼叫模块和接收模块功能进行赘述。
由上述实施例的内容可知:本发明能够最大限度地满足用户想听什么音频信息便可快速播放相应音频信息的要求,满足用户“所听之所想”需求,大大提升了用户收听汽车音频信息的体验效果。
本发明进一步提供一种音频资源中心,参见图7,图7是本发明的音频资源中心第一实施例的功能模块示意图。在该第一实施例中,所述音频资源中心300包括:判断模块310和推送模块320。其中,所述判断模块310,用于接收并保存汽车音频信息处理装置发送的请求指令,根据所述请求指令判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息。所述推送模块320,用于当能推送相应的音频信息,将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置。
参见图8,图8是本发明的音频资源中心第二实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例在第一实施例基础上进行了改进,改进之处在于,还包括:语音通话模块330,所述语音通话模块330,用于实现与汽车音频信息处理装置的语音通话连接,使话务员通过语音通话的方式获知用户需要输入的请求指令,接收并保存话务员输入的请求指令,通过判断模块根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息。
本实施例中音频资源中心根据接收并保存的请求指令,能够大致分析得 出用户偏好哪种类型的音频信息。
上述第一、二实施例中,所述判断模块310,具体用于判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
上述第一、二实施例中,所述音频资源中心300设置有专门存储音频信息的音频数据库,该音频数据库存储有海量的音频信息。同时该音频资源中心300与网络服务器建立网络通讯连接,能够从网络中搜索获取所需的音频信息。虽然音频资源中心300的音频数据库存储有海量的音频信息,但不可能完全做到只要是用户需要的都存储有,同时受网络信号强弱的影响,并不是每时每刻均可通过网络搜索成功获取相应的音频信息。因此音频资源中心300接收到请求指令,首先通过判断模块310判断自身音频数据库是否存在对应的音频信息,如果不存在则尝试通过网络搜索的方式从网络服务器端获取对应的音频信息。只有当音频数据库中不存在对应的音频信息以及也无法从网络服务器端获取对应的音频信息时,才不具备推送对应的音频信息的能力。
参见图9,图9是本发明的音频资源中心第三实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例在第一、二实施例基础上进行了改进,改进之处在于,还包括:提示信息生成模块340。所述提示信息生成模块340,用于当不能推送相应的音频信息,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;在能推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
本实施例中,音频资源中心300当无法实现向用户推送用户当前想听的音频信息时,首先有提示信息生成模块340生成提示信息,并向汽车音频信息处理装置反馈提示信息,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;并保存对应的请求指令,后续时间里在能够实现相应的音频信息推送时(如工作人员已经在音频数据库存储了相应的音频信息,或者当前能够通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息),生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
由上述实施例的内容可知:本发明能够最大限度地满足用户想听什么音频信息便可快速播放相应音频信息的要求,满足用户“所听之所想”需求,大大提升了用户收听汽车音频信息的体验效果。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    汽车音频信息处理装置根据用户输入的请求信息,向音频资源中心发送相应的请求指令;
    音频资源中心接收并保存所述请求指令,根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;
    若是,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置;
    所述汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述所述请求信息包括:语音信息和文字信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息具体包括:
    判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;
    若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;
    当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;
    当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息之后还包括:
    若否,音频资源中心则生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;
    在能够推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  5. 一种汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    汽车音频信息处理装置根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源 中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员输入相应的请求指令;
    音频资源处理中心接收并保存所述请求指令,根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;
    若是,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置;
    所述汽车音频信息处理装置接收所述音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息具体包括:
    判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;
    若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;
    当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;
    当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车音频信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息之后还包括:
    若否,音频资源中心则生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;
    在能够推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  8. 一种汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    汽车音频信息处理装置,用于根据用户输入的请求信息,向音频资源中心发送相应的请求指令;以及接收音频资源中心推送的音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
    音频资源中心,用于接收并保存汽车音频信息处理装置发送的请求指令,根据所述请求指令判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;当能推送相应的音频信息,则将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,所述请求信息包括:语音信息和文字信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述音频资源中心,具体还用于判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述音频资源中心,还用于当不能推送相应的音频信息,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;在能推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  12. 一种汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    汽车音频信息处理装置,用于根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员输入相应的请求指令;以及接收音频资源中心推送的音频信息,通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
    音频资源中心,用于实现与汽车音频信息处理装置的语音通话连接,使话务员通过语音通话的方式获知用户需要输入的请求指令,接收并保存话务员输入的请求指令,根据所述请求指令判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;以及当能推送相应的音频信息,将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述音频资源中心,具体还用于判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的汽车音频信息处理系统,其特征在于,
    所述音频资源中心,还用于当不能推送相应的音频信息,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;在能推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  15. 一种汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求模块,用于根据用户输入的请求信息,向音频资源中心发送相应的请求指令,以使音频资源中心推送相应的音频信息;
    接收模块,用于接收音频资源中心推送的音频信息,并通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述请求信息包括:语音信息和文字信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    呼叫模块,用于根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员向音频资源中心输入相应的请求指令,以使音频资源中心推送相应的音频信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收音频资源中心反馈的提示信息,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息,或告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  19. 一种汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    呼叫模块,用于根据用户输入的语音呼叫指令,建立与音频资源中心的语音通话连接,使用户与音频资源中心话务员以语音通话的方式告知话务员向音频资源中心输入相应的请求指令,以使音频资源中心推送相应的音频信息;
    接收模块,用于接收音频资源中心推送的音频信息,并通过相应的播放器进行所述音频信息播放。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的汽车音频信息处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收音频资源中心反馈的提示信息,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息,或告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
  21. 一种音频资源中心,其特征在于,包括:
    判断模块,用于接收并保存汽车音频信息处理装置发送的请求指令,根据所述请求指令判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息;
    推送模块,用于当能推送相应的音频信息,将所述音频信息推送至汽车音频信息处理装置。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的音频资源中心,其特征在于,还包括:
    语音呼叫通话模块,用于实现与汽车音频信息处理装置的语音通话连接,使话务员通过语音通话的方式获知用户需要输入的请求指令,接收并保存话务员输入的请求指令,通过判断模块根据所述请求指令,判断自身是否能推送相应的音频信息。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的音频资源中心,其特征在于,
    所述判断模块,具体用于判断自身音频数据库中是否存在相应的音频信息,若是,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;若否,则判断是否能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息;当能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示可以推送相应的音频信息;当不能通过网络搜索获取相应的音频信息,则表示不能推送相应的音频信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的音频资源中心,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示信息生成模块,用于当不能推送相应的音频信息,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前不能推送相应的音频信息;在能推送对应的音频信息时,生成提示信息反馈至汽车音频信息处理装置,告知用户当前可以播放相应的音频信息。
