[0001] La présente invention concerne un procédé dit de rajeunissement de la peau, ou de maîtrise du vieillissement cutané.
[0002] L'invention peut également cibler d'autres traitements de la peau du visage, comme par exemple le blanchiment de la peau, les cernes, ou toute forme de travaux d'esthétique qui nécessite la pénétration de produits actifs dans le derme.
[0003] L'invention s'applique particulièrement à la peau du visage.
[0004] L'invention vise les soins en instituts, réalisés par des esthéticiennes qui sont spécialement formées. Le temps de traitement doit être raisonnable, c'est à dire d'une heure environ par séance, et les conditions de traitement agréables, c'est à dire sans gêne, sans douleur, sans marque après le soin.
[0005] Les procédés de rajeun issement de la peau de l'état de la tech n iq ue présentent des insuffisances que se propose de résoudre l'invention.
[0006] Les procédés de l'art antérieur sont souvent peu performants, avec une performance inégale selon les zones du visage qui sont traitées.
[0007] En effet, la difficulté majeure qui se pose dans les procédés de rajeunissement est de faire pénétrer les produits actifs sous la couche cornée de l'épiderme, pour les apporter dans un milieu ambiant favorable dans le derme, et ce afin que l'organisme métabolise ces produits actifs, l'organisme cherchant de son côté naturellement à évacuer tout produit, l'évacuation de l'organisme se réalisant par drainage.
[0008] Les procédés de l'art antérieur ont, par ailleurs, des performances médiocres et de court terme et ne combinent pas deux qualités à savoir : proposer des produits complets qui s'adaptent aux différentes zones du visage, et proposer des produits qui pénètrent dans des conditions optimisées dans le derme.
[0009] Il n'existe pas à ce jour de procédé électromécanique de pénétration de produit qui soit significativement performant sur une durée de un mois au moins, pour le rajeunissement de la peau du visage. Les procédés de l'art antérieur ne savent
notamment pas faire coopérer deux techniques existantes : celle dite de l'ionophorèse (par laquelle une molécule est dissociée en ions, grâce à un courant continu, pour la faire pénétrer sous la peau) et celle dite d'électrophorèse (création de pores de manière réversible dans la peau, par application de courants bipolaires de hautes fréquences, pour faire pénétrer les produits sous la peau). Aucun procédé existant à ce jour ne réussit à combiner efficacement ces deux techniques. En effet, apparemment, la cohabitation de ces deux techniques parasite leur action respective sur l'organisme.
[0010] Les enjeux de l'invention sont notamment d'apporter des produits actifs performants in situ en franchissant la barrière cutanée ; d'obtenir que ces produits actifs soient métabolisés pas les cellules du derme, notamment les fibroblastes ; de maîtriser leur drainage par la circulation de retour ; de stimuler les métabolismes sous- cutanés pour que ces produits actifs soient efficacement utilisés par la physiologie cellulaire.
[001 1] Un objet de l'invention est de proposer un procédé qui satisfasse les conditions de soins en institut. En particulier, ce procédé doit être compréhensible et abordable avec un petit temps de formation, pour être ensuite pratiqué par des techniciens en institut de soin et ce procédé doit être suffisamment confortable pour la clientèle. Par « confortable », on entend notamment temps de traitement raisonnable et conditions de traitement non douloureuses ou disgracieuses.
[0012] Un autre objet de l'invention est de proposer un traitement de l'ensemble des zones du visage.
[0013] A ces fins, il est proposé, selon un premier aspect, un procédé de stimulation des métabolismes cutanés en trois temps comprenant les étapes suivantes :
- a) pénétration d'un premier produit liquide par microphorèse, par application de courants d'électrophorèse et d'ionophorèse superposés, avec alternance de temps de travail et de temps de repos ;
- b) sidération par application de froid ;
- c) apport d'énergie photonique.
Par « ionophorèse », il est entendu un procédé qui dissocie une molécule en ions. Par les lois de la physique connues à ce jour, ce procédé s'applique restrictivement seulement à un nombre limité de molécules qui acceptent la dissociation moléculaire, typiquement du sel, NaCI par exemple. Ce procédé utilise un courant continu.
Par « électrophorèse », il est entendu un procédé qui crée temporairement des pores dans la peau pour faire pénétrer des molécules dans le derme, à travers la couche cornée. Ce procédé s'applique à une grande gamme de molécules et notamment à des molécules complexes de grande taille. Il utilise des courants bipolaires de haute fréquence.
La sidération du produit dans le derme est assurée par application localisée d'un froid modéré. L'apport d'énergie photonique assure une relance métabolique.
[0014] Selon diverses mises en œuvre, le procédé présente les caractères suivants, le cas échéant combinés :
- le procédé est en deux fois trois temps et comprend, en plus des trois étapes ci-dessus, une étape de pénétration d'un second produit, sous forme de gel, par électrophorèse ; suivie d'une sidération par application de froid et d'un apport d'énergie photonique. Le procédé peut être lui-même répété, plusieurs fois, pour traiter différentes parties du visage ;
- la fréquence du courant d'électrophorèse, dite fréquence de l'onde porteuse, est fixe ;
la fréquence de la modulation de travail est variable ;
- la sidération est obtenue par application d'un transducteur d'application de froid dont la température surfacique est comprise entre -5°C et 2°C ;
- l'apport d'énergie photonique est assuré par des diodes ;
- les diodes sont regroupées en un panneau placé à une distance de 5 à 10 cm de la surface de la peau ;
les diodes sont des LED de puissance comprise entre 3mW/cm2 et 25mW/cm2 ;
[0015] L'invention se rapporte, selon un deuxième aspect, à l'application du procédé tel que présenté ci-dessus au rajeu nissement de la peau ou à la maîtrise d u vieillissement cutané, notamment pour la peau du visage ou du cou.
[0016] Dans une mise en œuvre, l'étape de pénétration d'un premier produit par microphorèse est effectuée sur au moins une des zones de la peau du visage, dites zones à microphorèse, et une étape de pénétration d'un deuxième produit par électrophorèse est effectuée sur au moins une des zones de la peau du visage, dites zones à électrophorèse.
[0017] Dans certaines mises en œuvre, les zones à microphorèse sont au moins en partie différentes des zones à électrophorèse.
[0018] Dans diverses mises en œuvre, les zones à microphorèse sont, pour le visage, choisies dans la liste suivante : glabelle, sourcilière et frontale, péri-oculaire, sillon nasogénien, péribuccale externe, péribuccale supérieure.

[0020] Dans un aspect particulier, les courants d'électrophorèse et d'ionophorèse de la microphorèse sont superposés avec une alternance de temps de travail et de temps de repos avec une fréquence du courant d'électrophorèse qui est fixe, dite fréquence de l'onde porteuse, et une fréquence de la modulation de travail qui est variable.
[0021] Typiquement le courant de microphorèse est délivré par un pistolet dit de microphorèse avec un courant compris entre 0,14 à 0,81 mA.

Claims
1 . Procédé de stimulation des métabolismes cutanés comprenant les étapes suivantes :
- a) pénétration d'un premier produit liquide par microphorèse, par application de courants d'électrophorèse et d'ionophorèse superposés, avec alternance de temps de travail et de temps de repos ;
- b) sidération par application de froid ;
- c) apport d'énergie photonique.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 , comprenant en outre une étape de pénétration d'un second produit, sous forme de gel, par électrophorèse, suivie d'une sidération par application de froid et d'un apport d'énergie photonique.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence du courant d'électrophorèse, dite fréquence de l'onde porteuse, est fixe.
4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence de la modulation de travail est variable.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la sidération est obtenue par application d'un transducteur d'application de froid dont la température surfacique est comprise entre -5°C et 2°C.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'apport d'énergie photonique est assuré par des diodes regroupées en un panneau placé à une distance de 5 à 10 cm de la surface de la peau.
7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les diodes sont des LED de puissance comprise entre 3mW/cm2 et 25mW/cm2.
8. Machine pour la mise en œuvre d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que qu'elle comprend un pistolet à microphorèse.
