所述通信模块 用 于接收由所述付款方终端设备提交的电子货币结算形式的支付请求,以及接收由所述收款方终端设备针对该 支付请求的回复信息,并将该回复信息输入所述电子货币验证模块;
所述电子货币验证模块用于接收到用于表示确认电子货币验证操作的回复信息时,依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该电子货币进行安全验证;
所述电子货币验证模块还用于接收到用于表示拒绝电子货币验证操作的回复信息时,生成 表示取消该次电子货币验证操作的提示信息,并将该提示信息分别发送到所述付款方终端设备及所述收款方终端设备。
在本发明上述网上支付验证系统中,所述电子货币验证模块包括电子货币验证信息提取单元及电子货币验证信息比较单元;
所述电子货币验证信息提取单元用于提取该电子货币中的第一支付验证信息;
所述电子货币验证信息比较单元用于读取所述数据库由该电子货币的付款方所预留的第二支付验证信息,并将该第二支付验证信息与该第一支付验证信息进行比较;其中,该第一支付验证信息包括第一账户信息及用于安全支付的加密秘钥,该第二支付验证信息包括第二账户信息及用于解付该笔网上支付交易的解密秘钥;
所述电子货币验证信息比较单元还用于判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息完全对应一致时,生成电子货币验证成功的提示信息,或者判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息不完全对应一致时,生成电子货币验证失败的提示信息,并将该电子货币验证成功 / 失败的提示信息输入所述通信模块;
所述通信模块还用于将接收到的电子货币验证成功 / 失败的提示信息 转发 到该笔网上支付交易所涉及到的付款方终端设备及收款方终端设备。
在本发明上述网上支付验证系统中,所述电子货币验证中心还包括电子货币验证结果记录模块及支付信用评估模块;
所述电子货币验证结果记录模块用于对电子货币的安全验证结果进行记录,并将记录结果写入所述数据库;
所述支付信用评估模块用于读取所述数据库中存储的电子货币安全验证结果,根据该电子货币安全验证结果判断涉及到同一付款方的电子货币验证失败次数超过设定的电子货币验证失败次数上限时,调低该付款方的支付信用等级。
由于本发明网上支付验证方法及网上支付验证系统采用了建立一个经各大银行授权并可与各大银行进行业务对接的电子货币验证中心,通过该电子货币验证中心对网络支付中流通的各种电子货币进行安全验证的技术方案,所以克服了现有技术中对于在网络支付中流通的各种电子货币缺乏有效的监管及安全验证机制,由此造成伪造电子货币肆意泛滥,致使用户利益严重受损的缺陷,达到了遏制假冒电子钞票的网上泛滥趋势,有效地打击了不法分子肆意伪造各种电子货币的猖獗行为,提高了用户进行网上支付的安全性,进而为实现电子货币的推广普及营造一个健康有序的网上支付环境的有益效果。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中对于在网络支付中流通的各种电子货币缺乏有效的监管及安全验证机制,由此造成伪造电子货币的肆意泛滥,致使用户在支付过程中的权益严重受损的缺陷,本发明的主要创新点在于: 1 )建立一个经各大银行授权并可与各大银行进行业务对接的电子货币验证中心 200 ,用于对网上支付过程中流通的各种电子货币进行安全验证,该电子货币验证中心 200 只有收到付款方及收款方针对同一笔网上支付交易的确认信息,且该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币经其进行安全验证的前提下,方可指示相关银行执行资金转账操作,完成该笔网上支付交易,以此来确保用户进行网上支付行为的安全性; 2 )电子货币验证中心 200 的数据库 203 存储有电子货币验证记录信息以供用户进行查询; 3 )电子货币验证中心 200 具备储户支付信用评级功能,可为用户的网上购买及支付行为提供参考,进一步提高了用户进行网上支付的安全性。
由于本发明采用了建立一个经各大银行授权并可与各大银行进行业务对接的电子货币验证中心 200 ,通过该电子货币验证中心 200 对网络支付中流通的各种电子货币进行安全验证的设计,所以解决了现有技术中对于在网络支付中流通的各种电子货币缺乏有效的监管及安全验证机制,由此造成伪造电子货币的肆意泛滥,致使用户权益严重受损的技术问题,实现了遏制假冒电子钞票的泛滥趋势,有效地打击了不法分子肆意伪造电子货币的猖獗行为,提高了用户的网上支付行为的安全性,进而为实现电子货币的推广普及营造一个健康有序的网上支付环境的目的。
为了使本发明的目的更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是本发明网上支付验证系统的第一种结构示意图。如图 1 所示,本发明网上支付验证系统包括付款方终端设备 100 、收款方终端设备 300 、连接在该付款方终端设备 100 与该收款方终端设备 300 之间的电子货币验证中心 200 、以及连接到该电子货币验证中心 200 的银行服务器 400 。
其中,该付款方终端设备 100 用于接收付款方的支付命令,向该电子货币验证中心 200 提交一笔网上支付交易的支付请求。
该电子货币验证中心 200 用于接收该支付请求,并依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币进行安全验证。
该电子货币验证中心 200 还用于判断该电子货币通过其安全验证时,查找该电子货币的付款方银行账户及该付款方银行账户所对应的银行服务器 400 ,将该电子货币及收款方银行账户信息发送到该银行服务器 400 ,并向该银行服务器 400 提交转账请求。
该银行服务器 400 用于接收到转账请求时,将与该电子货币等额的资金从该付款方银行账户划拨到该收款方银行账户。
其中,该付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 可以是现有的台式电脑、笔记本电脑等信息处理终端,该电子货币验证中心 200 可以是认证服务器。
图 2 为本发明网上支付验证系统的第二种结构示意图。图 2 所揭示的网上支付验证系统与图 1 所揭示的网上支付验证系统的区别在于:付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 均通过无线网络与电子货币验证中心 200 进行通信。其中,该付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 可以是现有的智能手机、平板电脑等信息处理终端。
如图 3 所示,本发明电子货币验证中心 200 包括电子货币验证模块 202 、与该电子货币验证模块 202 电连接的通信模块 201 、数据库 203 、以及与该数据库 203 电连接的电子货币验证结果记录模块 204 及支付信用评估模块 205 。
其中,该数据库 203 预存有各储户预留的用于网上支付验证的第一支付验证信息(包括第一账户信息及用于安全支付的加密秘钥)。
该通信模块 201 用于接收由付款方终端设备 100 提交的一笔网上支付交易的支付请求,将该支付请求发送到该电子货币验证模块 202 。
该电子货币验证模块 202 用于接收到该支付请求时,通过该通信模块 201 向收款方终端设备 300 发送该笔网上支付交易的电子货币验证请求信息。
该通信模块 201 还用于接收由收款方终端设备 300 针对该电子货币验证请求的回复信息,并将回复信息输入该电子货币验证模块 202 。
该电子货币验证模块 202 还用于接收到确认电子货币验证请求的回复信息时,提取该电子货币中的第二支付验证信息(包括第二账户信息及用于解付该笔网上支付交易的解密秘钥),依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该电子货币进行真伪验证,以及接收到拒绝电子货币验证请求的回复信息时,将电子货币验证取消的提示信息发送到付款方终端设备 100 ,以便于付款方 / 收款方的其中一方对该笔网上支付交易的订单信息及支付金额进行核查及修改。
该电子货币验证结果记录模块 204 用于对电子货币验证结果进行记录,并将记录信息写入数据库 203 。
该支付信用评估模块 205 用于调用该数据库 203 中存储的电子货币验证结果,根据电子货币验证结果判断涉及到同一付款方的电子货币验证失败次数超过设定的电子货币验证失败次数上限时,调低该付款方的支付信用等级。
如图 4 所示,该电子货币验证模块 202 包括电子货币验证信息提取单元 2021 、以及与该支付验证信息及数据库 203 电连接的电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 。
该电子货币验证信息提取单元 2021 用于提取该电子货币中包含第一账户信息及用于安全支付的加密秘钥的第一支付验证信息,并将该第一支付验证信息输入到该电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 。
该电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 用于调用数据库 203 中由该电子货币的付款方预留的包括第二账户信息及用于安全支付的加密秘钥的第二支付验证信息,并将该第二支付验证信息与该第一支付验证信息逐一进行比较,以对该电子货币进行真伪验证,并将所得电子货币真伪验证结果输入该数据库 203 。
下面将以本发明的较佳实施方式为例对本发明网上支付验证方法进行说明:
如图 5 所示,在步骤 S101 中,电子货币验证中心 200 通过数据库 203 存储各储户所预留的第二支付验证信息。
在步骤 S102 中,付款方 / 收款方通过各自的付款方终端设备 100/ 收款方终端设备 300 达成一笔网上支付交易,付款方针对该笔网上支付交易,通过该付款方终端设备 100 向电子货币验证中心 200 提交电子货币结算形式的支付请求。电子货币验证中心 200 通过通信模块 201 接收该支付请求,并通过该通信模块 201 向收款方终端设备 300 发出该笔网上支付交易的电子货币验证请求。
在步骤 S103 中,如通信模块 201 接收到付款方终端设备 100 的确认电子货币验证请求的回复信息,则该通信模块 201 将该确认信息输入电子货币验证信息提取单元 2021 。该电子货币验证信息提取单元 2021 收到该确认信息时,提取该电子货币中的第一支付验证信息(包括第一账户信息以及用于解付该笔网上支付交易的解密秘钥),并将该第一支付验证信息输入电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 。
如该通信模块 201 接收到付款方终端设备 100 的拒绝电子货币验证请求的回复信息,则电子货币验证模块 202 生成取消电子货币验证操作的提示信息,并通过该通信模块 201 将该提示信息分别发送到上述的付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 。
在步骤 S104 中,电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 读取数据库 203 中由该电子货币的付款方预留的第二支付验证信息,并将该第二支付验证信息与该第一支付验证信息逐一进行比较。
在步骤 S105 中,如该电子货币验证信息比较单元 2022 判断该第一支付验证信息与该第二支付验证信息不完全对应一致,则执行下一步骤 S106 ;否则,执行下一步骤 S107 。
在步骤 S106 中,电子货币验证中心 200 生成电子货币验证失败的提示信息,并通过通信模块 201 将该电子货币验证失败的提示信息分别发送到上述的付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 。
在步骤 S107 中,电子货币验证中心 200 生成电子货币验证成功的提示信息,并通过通信模块 201 将该电子货币验证成功的提示信息分别发送到上述的付款方终端设备 100 及收款方终端设备 300 。
在步骤 S108 中,电子货币验证中心 200 查找该电子货币所对应的付款方银行账户,以及该付款方银行账户所对应的银行服务器 400 ,将该电子货币及收款方银行账户发送到该银行服务器 400 ,并指令该银行服务器 400 执行与该电子货币等额的资金转账操作。
在步骤 S109 中,该银行服务器 400 受理该电子货币验证中心 200 的资金转账请求,将与该电子货币等额的资金从该付款方银行账户划拨到该收款方银行账户。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (1)

1 、一种网上支付验证方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1 )电子货币验证中心( 200 )接收到一笔网上支付交易的电子货币结算形式的支付请求时,依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币进行安全验证;
S2 )电子货币验证中心( 200 )判断该电子货币是否通过安全验证,并在该电子货币通过安全验证时,将该电子货币发送到该笔网上支付交易所涉及到的银行服务器,并指示该银行服务器执行与该电子货币等额的支付金额的转账操作。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的网上支付验证方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤 S1 之前还包括如下步骤:
S0 )电子货币验证中心( 200 )预先存储由各个储户分别预留的用于网上支付验证的第一支付验证信息。
3 、根据权利要求 2 所述的网上支付验证方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S1 还包括:所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )在接收到由付款方终端设备( 100 )提交的电子货币结算形式的支付请求时,向收款方终端设备( 300 )发送电子货币安全验证请求,并在接收到收款方终端设备( 300 )针对该电子货币验证请求返回的确认信息时,依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币进行安全验证。
4 、根据权利要求 3 所述的网上支付验证方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S1 中所述依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币进行安全验证的步骤具体包括:
所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )提取该电子货币中包含的第一支付验证信息,及查找数据库( 203 )中由该电子货币的付款方所预留的第二支付验证信息,并将该第一支付验证信息与该第二支付验证信息进行比较;
所述步骤 S2 中所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )判断该电子货币是否通过真伪验证的步骤具体包括:
如该电子货币验证中心( 200 )判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息完全对应一致,则该电子货币验证中心( 200 )允许该电子货币通过电子货币真伪验证,确定该电子货币为可支付结算的电子货币,并向该笔支付交易所涉及到的付款方终端设备( 100 )及收款方终端设备( 300 )发送电子货币验证成功的提示信息;
如该电子货币验证中心( 200 )判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息不完全对应一致,则该电子货币验证中心( 200 )禁止该电子货币通过电子货币真伪验证,确定该电子货币为无效作废的电子货币,并向该笔网上支付交易所涉及到的付款方终端设备( 100 )及收款方终端设备( 300 )发送电子货币验证失败的提示信息。
5 、根据权利要求 4 所述的网上支付验证方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S2 还包括:
所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )对电子货币验证失败事件进行记录,并判断涉及同一付款方的电子货币验证失败次数达到或超过设定的电子货币验证失败次数上限时,调低该付款方的支付信用等级。
6 、一种网上支付验证系统,其特征在于,所述网上支付验证系统包括付款方终端设备( 100 )、收款方终端设备( 300 )、连接在所述付款方终端设备( 100 )与所述收款方终端设备( 300 )之间的电子货币验证中心( 200 )、以及连接所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )的多个银行服务器( 400 );
所述付款方终端设备( 100 )用于向所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )提交任意一笔网上支付交易的电子货币结算形式的支付请求;
所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )用于接收该支付请求,并依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该笔网上支付交易中的电子货币进行安全验证;
所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )还用于判断该电子货币是否通过安全验证,并在该电子货币通过安全验证时,将该电子货币发送到该笔网上支付交易所涉及到的银行服务器,并指示该银行服务器执行与该电子货币等额的支付金额的转账操作。
7 、根据权利要求 6 所述的网上支付验证系统,其特征在于,所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )包括数据库( 203 ),所述数据库( 203 )用于存储由各储户分别预留的用于网上支付验证的第一支付信息。
8 、根据权利要求 6 所述的网上支付验证系统,其特征在于,所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )还包括通信模块( 201 )及电子货币验证模块( 202 );
所述通信模块( 201 )用于接收由所述付款方终端设备( 100 )提交的电子货币结算形式的支付请求,以及接收由所述收款方终端设备( 300 )针对该支付请求的回复信息,并将该回复信息输入所述电子货币验证模块( 202 );
所述电子货币验证模块( 202 )用于接收到用于表示确认电子货币验证操作的回复信息时,依照设定的电子货币验证规则对该电子货币进行安全验证;
所述电子货币验证模块( 202 )还用于接收到用于表示拒绝电子货币验证操作的回复信息时,生成 表示取消 该次电子货币验证操作的提示信息,并将该提示信息分别发送到所述付款方终端设备( 100 )及所述收款方终端设备( 300 )。
9 、根据权利要求 6 所述的网上支付验证系统,其特征在于,所述电子货币验证模块( 202 )包括电子货币验证信息提取单元( 2021 )及电子货币验证信息比较单元( 2022 );
所述电子货币验证信息提取单元( 2021 )用于提取该电子货币中的第一支付验证信息;
所述电子货币验证信息比较单元( 2022 )用于读取所述数据库( 203 ) 中由该电子货币的付款方所预留的第二支付验证信息,并将该第二支付验证信息与该第一支付验证信息进行比较;其中,该第一支付验证信息包括第一账户信息及用于安全支付的加密秘钥,该第二支付验证信息包括第二账户信息及用于解付该笔网上支付交易的解密秘钥;
所述电子货币验证信息比较单元( 2022 )还用于判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息完全对应一致时,生成电子货币验证成功的提示信息,或者判断该第一支付信息与该第二支付验证信息不完全对应一致时,生成电子货币验证失败的提示信息,并将该电子货币验证成功 / 失败的提示信息输入所述通信模块( 201 );
所述通信模块( 201 )还用于将接收到的电子货币验证成功 / 失败的提示信息转发到该笔网上支付交易所涉及到的付款方终端设备( 100 )及收款方终端设备( 300 )。
10 、根据权利要求 6 所述的网上支付验证系统,其特征在于,所述电子货币验证中心( 200 )还包括电子货币验证结果记录模块( 204 )及支付信用评估模块( 205 );
所述电子货币验证结果记录模块( 204 )用于对电子货币的安全验证结果进行记录,并将记录结果写入所述数据库( 203 );
所述支付信用评估模块( 205 )用于读取所述数据库( 203 )中存储的电子货币安全验证结果,并根据该电子货币安全验证结果判断涉及到同一付款方的电子货币验证失败次数达到或超过设定的电子货币验证失败次数上限时,调低该付款方的支付信用等级。
