步骤S205:用户决策是否下载该应用,如果终端中已安装了该应用,则向用户提示查询结果,询问用户是否下载该应用,若用户选择下载则进入步骤S206;若用户选择不下载,则进入步骤S207;
步骤S206:下载该应用;
步骤S207:不予下载该应用。
在其他实施例中,若查询到终端中已安装了该应用,也可以直接跳转至该应用的安装路径,以方便用户启动该应用。
实施例三
参见图4,本发明第三实施例的应用下载方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:接收到应用下载请求;
步骤S302:获取该应用的唯一标识;
步骤S303:根据唯一标识查询预存的应用记录表;
本实施例中的应用记录表中,可以仅记录终端中已存储的应用,而不用记录是否已安装。
步骤S304:终端中是否存储了该应用,如果终端中已存储了该应用,则进入步骤S306;如果未存储,则进入步骤S305;
步骤S305:下载该应用;
当终端中没有存储该应用时,则直接下载该应用。
步骤S306:跳转至该应用的存储路径。
跳转至该应用的存储路径后,询问用户是否需要安装或传送。
由于应用可能会经常更新版本,对于比较旧的版本,应用服务商可能不再提供服务,需要更新版本才可以使用。因此在下载应用前,根据唯一标识查询到终端中已安装或/和存储了待下载的应用,判断应用记录表中的版本是否可以正常使用;如果可以正常使用,则提示用户查询结果,根据用户决策决定是否下载应用;如果旧版本不能使用,则直接下载该应用,以更新版本。
可选地,当满足预设条件时,则对应用记录表进行更新。举例而言:当下载或/和安装了新的应用时,则将该新应用的信息写入到应用记录表中,并将应用存储或/和安装信息标记为是(如果下载了新的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为是;如果安装了新的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为是);当删除了终端中存储的应用或/和卸载了终端中安装的应用时,则将应用记录表中的应用存储或/和安装信息标记为否(如果删除了终端中存储的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为否;如果卸载了终端中安装的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为否);每隔预设时间或每次开机时,扫描一次终端中所有的应用,对于扫描到的已安装并存储的应用,解析该应用的唯一标识信息,与应用记录表中的信息进行查找比对,如果应用记录表中没有相关记录,则将该应用的唯一标识信息写入到应用记录表中,且将应用存储和安装信息标记为是,如果有记录且只是标记为已安装,则更新已存储标记。
本发明实施例的应用下载方法,通过在终端中预先设置应用记录表,记录终端中应用的安装和/或存储情况,当下载应用时,首先获取待下载的应用的唯一标识,根据唯一标识信息在应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装和/或存储了该应用,然后根据查询结果决定是否下载该应用。从而可以防止用户重复下载应用,有效提高终端中资源的利用率,减少用户流量费和终端存储空间的浪费,提升了用户体验。
实施例四
参见图5,本发明第四实施例的移动终端,所述移动终端包括应用记录模块41、获取模块42和查询模块43,其中:
应用记录模块41:设置为生成应用记录表并存储,所述应用记录表中记录了终端中安装或/和存储的应用的唯一标识;
当终端首次开机使用时,应用记录模块41则对终端中的所有应用进行扫描,获取终端中安装或/和存储的应用的唯一标识,根据唯一标识建立应用记录表并存储。该应用记录表中包含了应用唯一标识、应用安装信息和应用存储信息等数据,即记录了终端中每一个应用的唯一标识,并标记每一个应用是否已经安装于终端,或者存储于终端。本实施例所述的应用存储于终端,是指应用的安装文件(或安装包)存储于终端中。
获取模块42:设置为接收到应用下载请求时,获取待下载的应用的唯一标识,并发送给查询模块43;
本实施例中,应用商店中的应用都包含有一个唯一标识,该唯一标识由应用提供商信息、应用名称、应用版本号(包括当前版本号和旧版本可用最新信息)、应用大小、校验码等信息,以一定的协议标准组装而成,对于每个字段的内容长度可以限定在一定的范围内。可选地,该唯一标识包含应用提供商信息、应用名称、应用版本号和应用大小等信息,可以唯一的标识一个应用,每个应用提供方遵循该协议标准发布应用。唯一标识的协议标准可以用图2表示。
当要下载应用时,获取模块42则首先对待下载的应用进行解析,获取该应用的唯一标识。
查询模块43:设置为根据待下载的应用的唯一标识在应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装或/和存储了该应用。
其中,查询模块43将待下载的应用的唯一标识与应用记录表中每个应用的唯一标识进行比对匹配,若有相匹配的应用唯一标识,则查询该应用的安装或/和存储信息标记,以判断该应用是否已安装或/和存储;若没有相匹配的应用唯一标识,则判定终端中没有安装和存储该应用。
可选地,移动终端还包括处理模块,所述查询模块43还设置为向处理模 块44发送查询结果;
所述处理模块44:设置为根据查询结果执行相应的操作。
其中,若查询结果为终端中安装并存储了该应用,处理模块44则通过语音、文字或画面向用户提示查询结果,并不予下载该应用,或者根据用户决策决定是否下载该应用,若用户仍然选择下载则下载该应用。可选地,还可以跳转至应用的安装路径,以方便用户启动该应用,或者跳转至该应用的存储路径,以方便用户使用(如传送或重新安装)该应用的安装文件。
若查询结果为终端中安装了该应用但没有存储该应用,处理模块44则通过语音、文字或画面向用户提示查询结果,并不予下载该应用,或者根据用户决策决定是否下载该应用,若用户仍然选择下载则下载该应用。可选地,还可以跳转至应用的安装路径,以方便用户启动该应用。
若查询结果为终端中没有安装该应用但存储了该应用,处理模块44则通过语音、文字或画面向用户提示查询结果,并不予下载该应用,同时跳转至该应用的存储路径,以方便用户立即安装该应用。或者,也可以根据用户决策决定是否下载该应用,若用户仍然选择下载则下载该应用。
若查询结果为终端中没有安装和存储该应用,处理模块44则直接下载该应用并进行安装。
在其他可选实施例中,应用记录表中仅记录终端中已安装的应用,当查询结果为终端中没有安装待下载的应用时,处理模块则直接下载该应用;当查询结果为终端中安装了待下载的应用时,处理模块则不予下载该应用,或者提示用户查询结果,由用户决策是否下载该应用,还可以跳转至应用的安装路径,询问用户是否需要启动该应用。
在其他可选实施例中,应用记录表中仅记录终端中已存储的应用,当查询结果为终端中没有存储待下载的应用时,处理模块则直接下载该应用;当查询结果为终端中存储了待下载的应用时,处理模块则不予下载该应用,或者提示用户查询结果,由用户决策是否下载该应用,还可以跳转至应用的存储路径,询问用户是否需要安装或传送该应用。
可选地,由于应用可能会经常更新版本,对于比较旧的版本,应用服务 商可能不再提供服务,需要更新版本才可以使用。因此在下载应用前,查询模块根据唯一标识查询到终端中已安装或/和存储了待下载的应用时,则判断应用记录表中的版本是否可以正常使用;如果可以正常使用,处理模块则提示用户查询结果,根据用户决策决定是否下载应用;如果旧版本不能使用,则直接下载该应用,以更新版本。
可选地,当满足预设条件时,应用记录模块还对应用记录表进行更新。举例而言:当下载或/和安装了新的应用时,应用记录模块则将该新应用的信息写入到应用记录表中,并将应用存储或/和安装信息标记为是(如果下载了新的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为是;如果安装了新的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为是);当删除了终端中存储的应用或/和卸载了终端中安装的应用时,应用记录模块则将应用记录表中的应用存储或/和安装信息标记为否(如果删除了终端中存储的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为否;如果卸载了终端中安装的应用,则将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为否);每隔预设时间或每次开机时,应用记录模块则扫描一次终端中所有的应用,对于扫描到的已安装并存储的应用,解析该应用的唯一标识信息,与应用记录表中的信息进行查找比对,如果应用记录表中没有相关记录,则将该应用的唯一标识信息写入到应用记录表中,且将应用存储和安装信息标记为是,如果有记录且只是标记为已安装,则更新已存储标记。
本发明实施例的移动终端,通过在终端中预先设置应用记录表,记录终端中应用的安装和/或存储情况,当下载应用时,首先获取待下载的应用的唯一标识,根据唯一标识信息在应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装和/或存储了该应用,然后根据查询结果决定是否下载该应用。从而可以防止用户重复下载应用,有效提高终端中资源的利用率,减少用户流量费和终端存储空间的浪费,提升了用户体验。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的移动终端在下载应用时,仅以上述功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成。另外,方法实施例中的技术特征在移动终端实施例中均对应适用,这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明实施例不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
通过在终端中预先设置应用记录表,记录终端中应用的安装和/或存储情况,当下载应用时,首先获取待下载的应用的唯一标识,根据唯一标识信息在应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装和/或存储了该应用,然后根据查询结果决定是否下载该应用。从而可以防止用户重复下载应用,有效提高终端中资源的利用率,减少用户流量费和终端存储空间的浪费,提升了用户体验。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种应用下载方法,包括:
    接收到应用下载请求时,获取所述应用的唯一标识;
    根据所述唯一标识在预存的应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装或/和存储了所述应用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    若查询结果为终端中安装并存储了所述应用,则向用户提示所述查询结果,并不予下载所述应用或根据用户决策决定是否下载所述应用。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    若查询结果为终端中没有安装和存储所述应用,则下载所述应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    若查询结果为终端中安装了所述应用但没有存储所述应用,则向用户提示所述查询结果,并不予下载所述应用或根据用户决策决定是否下载所述应用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    若查询结果为终端中没有安装所述应用但存储了所述应用,则跳转至所述应用的存储路径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的应用下载方法,在跳转至所述应用的存储路径之前,所述方法还包括:向用户提示查询结果。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    当终端首次开机使用时,对终端中的所有应用进行扫描,获取终端中安装和/或存储的应用的唯一标识,根据所述唯一标识建立应用记录表并存储,所述应用记录表即为所述预存的应用记录表。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述预存的应用记录表中包含应用的唯一标识、应用安装信息和应用存储信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1或7所述的应用下载方法,所述方法还包括:
    当下载了新的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为是;当安装了新的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为是;当删除了终端中存储的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为否;当卸载了终端中安装的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为否。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的应用下载方法,其中:
    所述应用的唯一标识包含:应用提供商、应用名称、应用版本号和应用大小。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括应用记录模块、获取模块和查询模块,其中:
    应用记录模块,设置为生成应用记录表并存储,所述应用记录表中记录了终端中安装或/和存储的应用的唯一标识;
    获取模块,设置为接收到应用下载请求时,获取所述应用的唯一标识;
    查询模块,设置为根据所述唯一标识在所述应用记录表中查询终端中是否安装或/和存储了所述应用。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,所述移动终端还包括处理模块,所述处理模块设置为:若查询结果为终端中安装并存储了所述应用,则向用户提示所述查询结果,并不予下载所述应用或根据用户决策决定是否下载所述应用。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,所述移动终端还包括处理模块,所述处理模块设置为:若查询结果为终端中没有安装和存储所述应用,则下载所述应用。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,所述移动终端还包括处理模块,所述处理模块设置为:若查询结果为终端中安装了所述应用但没有存储所述应用,则向用户提示所述查询结果,并不予下载所述应用或根据用户决策决定是否下载所述应用。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,所述移动终端还包括处理模块,所述处理模块设置为:若查询结果为终端中没有安装所述应用但存储了所述应用,则跳转至所述应用的存储路径。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中:
    应用记录模块是设置为:当终端首次开机使用时,对终端中的所有应用进行扫描,获取终端中安装和/或存储的应用的唯一标识,根据所述唯一标识建立应用记录表并存储。
  17. 根据权利要求11或16所述的移动终端,其中:
    所述应用记录表中包含应用的唯一标识、应用安装信息和应用存储信息。
  18. 根据权利要求11或16所述的移动终端,其中:
    所述应用记录模块还设置为:当下载了新的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为是;当安装了新的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为是;当删除了终端中存储的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用存储信息标记为否;当卸载了终端中安装的应用时,将应用记录表中的应用安装信息标记为否。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中:
    所述应用的唯一标识包含:应用提供商、应用名称、应用版本号和应用大小。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-10任一项所述的方法。
