工作原理:
脊柱手术时切皮后,通过管路扩张系统扩皮微创操作,在植入钉体的相应部位插入导针,通过中空的手术工具将螺钉按照先前置入的导针安装到相应位置,之后撤离管路扩张系统,根据术中实际情况利用相应手术工具可选择折断保护片,通过U型槽放入棒后拧入相配合的螺塞,之后可按照术中实际情况利用相应手术工具与腰形槽中的提拉复位槽配合后可对脊柱进行提拉复位,使椎弓根钉与内固定棒接触良好。螺塞压住内固定棒后,旋转到位,即可通过相应的折断工具插入腰形槽中的折断工具插入槽,继而配合腰形槽中的折断工具槽将加长部分折断取出,操作方便,适用于脊柱矫形和复位,安全有效。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2、3,一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉由钉帽1、钉体2、压紧垫圈3组成,钉体2上部安装在钉帽1内,并通过压紧垫圈3限位固定。钉帽1设有钉座12和加长套管19,钉座12和加长套管19为一整体,在钉座12和加长套管19之间设有楔形槽111,以便术中折断;钉帽1两侧面设有腰形槽110,所述的腰形槽110有提拉复位槽1101、折断工具槽1103、折断工具插入槽1102组成,提拉复位槽1101、折断工具槽1103和折断工具插入槽1102连通,分别用于提拉复位,折断工具插入及钉帽加长断的折断;钉帽1另两侧面设有U型槽11,在术中方便棒的置入;在U型槽11上端设有保护片112,可在运输过程中保护钉帽不变形,保护片112与加长套管19间设有短筋相连,在术中易于折断;钉帽1下部内壁设有内螺纹,钉体2为中空。
以下提供所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉的具体实施方式。
附图1和图2为所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉的二维示意图,附图3为压紧垫圈的二维示意图。
如附图1和图2所示,所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉一种新型微创空心椎弓根螺钉由钉帽1、钉体2、压紧垫圈3组成,钉体1安装在钉帽2内,并通过压紧垫圈3限位固定。
如附图1和图2所示,所述的钉帽1设有钉座12和加长套管19,钉座12和加长套管为一整体,钉座12两侧内壁开有与钉帽轴向垂直的槽一15和槽二16,在钉座12和加长套管19之间设有楔形槽111,钉帽1两侧面设有腰形槽110,腰形槽110由提拉复位槽1101、折断工具插入槽1102、折断工具槽1103组成,钉帽1另两侧面设有U型槽11,U型槽11开口一端内壁设有内螺纹一13;内壁主体为圆柱一14,钉帽1底部设有球形臼杯一17和通孔一18;钉帽上端两侧设有保护片112,保护片112与加长套管19间有短筋113相连。
如附图1所示,所述的钉体2头部设有球形臼体21和内六角孔22,球形臼体端部设有若干台阶23,钉体头部的球形臼体21与钉帽上的球形臼杯一17和压紧垫圈3上的球形臼杯二34配合;钉体身部螺纹为双头螺纹24,钉体为中空25。
如附图1和图3所示,所述的压紧垫圈3设有通孔二31,一端开有U型槽孔32,两边缘凸起33卡于钉帽内壁的槽一15处用以限位,压紧垫圈下端设有球形臼杯二34,压紧垫圈外侧主体为圆柱二35,与钉帽内壁主体圆柱一14匹配。
该实用新型微创空心椎弓根螺钉装配流程为:首先将钉体2穿过钉帽1的通孔一18处,其球头臼体21与钉帽的球形臼杯一17配合;再将压紧垫圈3卡入,垫圈的球形臼杯二34与钉体的球形臼体21配合,两边缘凸起33卡于钉帽的槽一15处。装配后钉体2和压紧垫圈3不能从钉帽1上脱出。
所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉钉帽侧面独特的加长套管19、保护片112及腰形槽110设计,钉帽两侧的U形槽11在加长套管19的作用下使得在术 中更加容易的调整固定棒的放置位置,上端保护片112确保在运输过程中产品不发生变形,腰形槽在术中配合工具可同时起到提拉复位及折断的作用。手术时,微创操作,通过中空的手术工具,利用钉体的中空25将螺钉按照先前置入的导针安装到相应位置,根据术中实际情况利用相应手术工具可选择折断保护片112,通过U型槽11放入棒后拧入相配合的螺塞,之后可按照术中实际情况利用相应手术工具与腰形槽中的提拉复位槽1101配合后可对脊柱进行提拉复位,使椎弓根钉与内固定棒接触良好。螺塞压住内固定棒后,旋转到位,即可通过相应的折断工具插入腰形槽中的折断工具插入槽1102,继而配合腰形槽中的折断工具槽1103将加长部分折断取出,减少植入物在体内的体积,操作方便,适用于脊柱矫形和复位,安全有效。
以上所述仅是所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为所述一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:由钉帽、钉体、压紧垫圈组成,钉体上部安装在钉帽内,并通过压紧垫圈限位固定,钉帽设有钉座和加长套管,钉座和加长套管为一整体,在钉座和加长套管之间设有楔形槽,以便术中折断;钉帽两侧面设有腰形槽,所述的腰形槽有提拉复位槽、折断工具槽、折断工具插入槽组成,提拉复位槽、折断工具槽和折断工具插入槽连通,分别用于提拉复位,折断工具插入及钉帽加长断的折断;钉帽另两侧面设有U型槽一,在术中方便棒的置入;在U型槽一上端设有保护片,可在运输过程中保护钉帽不变形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:保护片与加长套管间设有短筋相连,在术中易于折断。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉帽下部内壁设有内螺纹。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉体为中空。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉帽另两侧面设有的U型槽开口一端内壁设有内螺纹一;内壁主体为圆柱一,钉帽底部设有球形臼杯一和通孔一。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述的钉体头部设有球形臼体和内六角孔,球形臼体端部设有若干台阶,钉体头部的球形臼体与钉帽上的球形臼杯一和压紧垫圈上的球形臼杯二配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉体身部螺纹为双头螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加长型微创空心椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:、所述的压紧垫圈设有通孔二,一端开有U型槽孔,两边缘凸起卡于钉帽内壁的槽一处用以限位,压紧垫圈下端设有球形臼杯二,压紧垫圈外侧主体为圆柱 二,与钉帽内壁主体圆柱一匹配。
