本发明的设计关键在于混合控制板的下板。混合控制板的下板为蓝牙耳机主板,包括蓝牙收发器,音频处理器,电源管理及控制器,麦克风,电池,USB接口等所有蓝牙耳机所需要的元器件,不同的是其耳塞为外接耳塞,由音频处理器中的音频功放驱动。板外壳应有一个按键Bc接至内部控制器,一个进音孔及一个通孔,同样进音孔内部对应麦克风,而通孔位置则对应另一板上的进音孔。板外壳与按键Bc在同一面上还有四个插孔电极(也可以是平面电极等其它形式),与上板插针电极相对应的,分别MICB,GNDB,HPLB,CTRLB。同样此板上需要有插拔探测短路,这里以最简单的电路实现,电阻Rb接在VDD和CTRLB之间,这样在两板相扣时,与Ra组成分压电路,如果Rb>>Ra,CTRLB=GNDa=GNDB,而在两板 拆开时,CTRLB=VDD。内部控制器内置电压探测电路监测CTRLB,继而实现了最为简单的插拔探测功能。注意还有不同的是,MICB线接至控制器部分,控制器可以硬件或软件模拟方式,针对不同品牌的线控算法来驱动MICB,用于与主机间的线控数据通讯。MICB和HPLB线接至电源管理部分,控制器中可以内置DC/DC(用于MICB线的直流充电)或AC/DC(用于HPLB线的交流充电)电源模块,用于主机对用蓝牙耳机的充电。
进一步的,两板内面的四插针/插孔(或更多数量,或其它任何方式,比如平面电极以磁铁相吸),可实现机械和电学连接,非常方便的拆卸和扣紧。
进一步的,可以控制同时启动两板上的麦克风,实现多麦克风录音,增强音效。下板上也可以加传感器等功能,与手机可以以有线方式或无线方式传输数据。
进一步的,由于两板的接口为标准形式,其间可以增加一块或多块中间板,以增加任何适配与上下板接口的任何功能板,只要其一面是插针另一面是插孔即可,由此可以实现混合控制板的功能的扩展。
结合图5描述本发明的多功能耳机的工作步骤如下:
当上下两板相扣时,MIC=MICB,GND=GNDB,HPL=HPLB,GND=CTRLB,CTRLB被置低电平,将蓝牙耳机完全关闭。上下音频线接通,耳机即可组成一个完整的立体声有线线控耳机。同时,主机也可以通过音频线MIC和或HPL给蓝牙耳机的电池充电,比如主机低阻高电平直流或交流驱动控制器中的DC/DC或AC/DC模块,用于充电。注意当主机用交流信号驱动HPL线时,频率必须大于音频频率使得人耳听不到,而且耳塞在此频率下的阻抗大大增加从而不用消耗太多能量在耳塞中。
当上下两板相扣时,但音频插头未插入主机时,可以按下键Bc手动开启蓝牙耳机功能或者简单数据传输功能做为防丢器之用。
当上下两板相扣时,音频插头插入主机,在实现有线的耳机通话时,当此时拆开两板时,下板的CTRLB由低电平变为高电平,蓝牙耳机自动启动,上板的插拔探测模块识别两板拆开后,通知主机,启动无线蓝牙通讯,与配对的蓝牙耳机通话,继而实现蓝牙耳机的热拔启动。
当上下两板相扣时,音频插头插入主机,可以手动按下键Bc多次,来通知音频处理器启动下板上的麦克风,加上上板上的麦克风,可以有两个麦克风同时工作,实现多麦克风录音,增强音效,比如立体声录音,或者背景噪音消除,等等。
当上下两板拆开后,电极断开,下板的CTRLB被置高电平,开启整个蓝牙耳机,使用方式跟传统蓝牙耳机一模一样。但是此蓝牙耳机为单声道音频。
当上下两板拆开后,电极断开,上板,右耳塞,音频线及音频插头组成一个完整的单声道有线的线控耳机。使用方法跟传统耳机一模一样。
另一个实施例为将所述混合控制板一端分出两条音频线分别与左右耳塞相连接,另一端通过音频线与音频插头相连接上,如图6和图7所示,变化为:作为上板的传统耳机的线控制板,一端通过音频线MIC,GND,HPL,HPR与音频插头连接;另一端通过GND和HPR与一耳塞连接。其它一切都不变,包括蓝牙耳机不变,实现方法参照上述实施例,在此不做详细论述。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,举凡熟悉此项技艺的专业人士。在了解本发明的技术手段之后,自然能依据实际的需要,在本发明的教导下加以变化。因此凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的同等变化与修饰,都应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种多功能耳机,包括:左右耳塞、音频插头和混合控制板,且左右耳塞、混合控制板和音频插头之间通过音频线连接,其特征在于:
    混合控制板由上板和下板两个子板组成,且上板为传统耳机的线控制板,下板为蓝牙耳机主板;
    当上下两板拆开时,该多功能耳机分为两部分,蓝牙耳机主板控制与其连接的一个耳塞构成单声道音频的蓝牙耳机;传统耳机的线控制板控制另一个耳塞及音频插头组成单声道有线的有线线控耳机;
    当上下两板相扣时,蓝牙耳机主板控制蓝牙耳机关闭,传统耳机的线控制板控制左右耳塞和音频插头构成有线线控耳机。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,所述混合控制板一端通过音频线与一个耳塞相连接,另一端通过音频线与另一个耳塞的音频线混合后连接到音频插头上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,所述混合控制板一端分出两条音频线分别与左右耳塞相连接,另一端通过音频线与音频插头相连接上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,作为上板的传统耳机的线控制板:
    通过音频线MIC、GND和HPL与音频插头连接;
    上板上设有麦克风、线控器和插拔探测模块,麦克风和线控器接至音频线MIC上;
    上板的板外壳有三个按键、一个进音孔及一个通孔,三个按键分别接至线控器,进音孔与麦克风相通,通孔与下板的进音孔相通;
    板外壳与三个按键对立的另一面有四个插针电极,分别接至音频线 MIC、GND、HPL和GNDa,其中GNDa是一个电阻Ra接在GND和插拔探测模块之间的音频线;
    插拔探测模块监测GNDa状态,并以键控信号组合上传主机。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,作为上板的传统耳机的线控制板:
    一端通过音频线MIC、GND、HPL和HPR与音频插头连接;另一端通过音频线GND和HPR与一耳塞连接;
    上板上设有麦克风、线控器和插拔探测模块,麦克风和线控器接至音频线MIC上;
    上板的板外壳有三个按键、一个进音孔及一个通孔,三个按键分别接至线控器,进音孔与麦克风相通,通孔与下板的进音孔相通;
    板外壳与三个按键对立的另一面有四个插针电极,分别接至音频线MIC、GND、HPL和GNDa,其中GNDa是一个电阻Ra接在GND和插拔探测模块之间的音频线;
    插拔探测模块监测GNDa状态,并以键控信号组合上传主机。
  6. 如权利要求2或3所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,作为下板的蓝牙耳机主板:
    通过音频线GNDB和HPLB接至左耳塞;
    下板上设有蓝牙收发器、音频处理器和电源管理及控制器;
    下板的板外壳有一个接至内部控制器的按键Bc、一个进音孔及一个通孔,进音孔与麦克风相通,通孔与上板的进音孔相通;
    板外壳与按键Bc在同一面上还有四个插孔电极,分别与上板的四个插针电极依次对应,分别接至音频线MICB、GNDB、HPLB和CTRLB上,且相互插入时短路;
    音频线MICB接至下板控制器部分,用于蓝牙耳机与主机间的线控数 据通讯,内置的线控器上电开启,不可关闭。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,音频线MICB和HPLB接至电源管理部分,通过内置DC/DC或AC/DC电源模块对蓝牙耳机进行充电。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,设计一个电阻Rb接在VDD和CTRLB之间,两板相扣时,Rb与Ra组成分压电路,CTRLB=GNDa=VDD*Ra/(Ra+Rb),而在两板拆开时,CTRLB=VDD;GNDa=GND;
    蓝牙耳机的控制器内置插拔探测模块,监测CTRLB,确定插拔状态;
    当上下两板相扣时,MIC=MICB,GND=GNDB,HPL=HPLB,GND=CTRLB,此时CTRLB被置低电平,将蓝牙耳机完全关闭,上下音频线接通,耳机为立体声有线线控耳机;
    当上下两板拆开后,电极断开,下板的CTRLB被置高电平,构成单声道音频蓝牙耳机;上板、右耳塞、音频线及音频插头组成单声道有线的线控耳机。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,当上下两板相扣但音频插头未插入主机时,通过按下键Bc手动开启蓝牙耳机。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,当上下两板相扣、音频插头插入主机且在实现有线的耳机通话时,拆开两板,则:
    下板的CTRLB由低电平变为高电平,蓝牙耳机自动启动;
    上板的插拔探测模块识别两板拆开后,通知主机,启动无线蓝牙通讯,与配对的蓝牙耳机通话,继而实现蓝牙耳机的热拔启动。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,当上下两板相扣且音频插头插入主机时,通过按下键Bc多次手动通知音频处理器开启下板上的麦克风和上板上的麦克风,以进行多麦克风的录音处理。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,所述混合控制板通过具有插针或插孔的中间板增加与上下板接口适配的一个或多个功能板,进行功能扩展。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,所述上板和下板以滑槽凹凸的方式进行扣合。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,
    当上下两板相扣时,通过蓝牙耳机主板控制蓝牙耳机的音频部分关闭,蓝牙耳机的数据传输部分启动,构成具有无线数据传输功能的有线线控耳机。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的多功能耳机,其特征在于,两个子板的四个插孔电极为平面电极,且以磁铁相吸。
