如图1至图4所示,本发明的用于婴儿床的连接机构,婴儿床包括若干个防护栏100,防护栏100包括护栏本体110和设置于护栏本体110的上边缘和下边缘的边框杆120,相邻的两个防护栏100通过连接机构20连接;连接机构20包括第一铰接件210、第二铰接件220、架体连杆230和锁定件240,相邻的两个防护栏100的处于护栏本体110的上边缘的边框杆120通过相应的第一铰接件210相互对接,相邻的两个防护栏100的处于护栏本体110的下边缘的边框杆120通过相应的第二铰接件220相互对接,第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220上均设有连接通孔200,第一铰接件210的连接通孔200的中轴线和第二铰接件220的连接通孔200的中轴线共线,第一铰接件210的连接通孔200的中轴线和第二铰接件220的连接通孔200的中轴线均与护栏本体110所在的平面平行,架体连杆230依次穿入于第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220的连接通孔200中,锁定件240将架体连杆230与第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220连接。
婴儿床还包括床板130,床板130的边缘与相应的防护栏100连接。
架体连杆230的一端上设有压紧部231,架体连杆230的另一端上设有外螺纹232;锁定件240为带有内螺纹的锁定杆;架体连杆230的另一端与锁定杆螺纹啮合连接。
锁定杆的端部设置有支撑件。
本实施例中,相邻的两个防护栏100的处于上边缘的边框杆120通过第一铰接件210连接,相邻的两个防护栏100的处于下边缘的边框杆120通过第二铰接件220连接,架体连杆230依次穿入第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220的连接通孔200中,架体连杆230的压紧部231压住第一铰接件210的顶部,锁定杆与架体连杆230的底端螺纹啮合连接;锁定杆的杆头上的支撑件用于支撑婴儿床。由于架体连杆230处于相邻的两个防护栏100之间,架体连 杆230将相邻的两个防护栏100之间的较大的间隙分隔为两个较小的间隙,减少了安全隐患。
如图1至图3所示,当支撑件为轮子支撑柱241时,轮子支撑柱241与滚轮242固定连接。滚轮242的设置便于婴儿床的移动。
如图5至图7所示,根据本发明的一个优选实施例,当支撑件为底板243时,底板243与地面直接接触,使相连接的防护栏100设置成围栏结构,婴儿可以在围栏结构中玩耍。
如图8和图9所示,根据本发明的另一优选实施例,当支撑件为平衡架244时,平衡架244包括架本体2441,架本体2441的顶部上设有安装柱2442,安装柱2442上设有安装通孔2443,安装通孔2443的中轴线与锁定杆的中轴线共线,安装柱2442插入于第一铰接件210的连接通孔200中,架体连杆230穿入于安装通孔2443中。平衡架244与第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220配合使用,使相连接的两个防护栏100设置成隔挡护栏。
如图1至图3、图11和图13所示,第一铰接件210和第二铰接件220均包括第一杆体连接部21和与第一杆体连接部21铰接的第二杆体连接部22;第一杆体连接部21的本体上设有第一连接块211,第一连接块211为圆柱形,第一连接块211的连接端面上设有若干个沿周向均匀分布的凹入口212;第二杆体连接部22的本体上设有第一承接块221,第一承接块221为中空圆柱形,第一承接块221的内部沿周向均匀设有若干个与凹入口212相应的凸起件222;第一承接块221套设在第一连接块211上,且凸起件222插入于凹入口212中。
第一连接块211上设置的若干个凹入口212与第二承接块321上设置的若干个凸起件222配合,使第一杆体连接部21和第二杆体连接部22之间的能够形成多种角度,进而使第一杆体连接部21和第二杆体连接部22所连接的相邻两个防护栏100之间形成多种角度。
第一连接块211上设有第一通孔213;第一承接块221上设有第二通孔223;第一通孔213的中心轴与第二通孔223的中心轴共线;第一通孔213和第二通孔223构成连接通孔200。架体连杆230穿过相应的第一通孔213和第二通孔223。
如图1至图3、图10和图12所示,第一杆体连接部21的本体的与第一连接块211相对的一侧上设有第一卡槽214;第二杆体连接部22的本体的与第一承接块221相对的一侧上设有第二卡槽224;相互对接的两个边框杆120分别插入于第一杆体连接部21的第一卡槽214和第二杆体连接部22的第二卡槽224中。第一卡槽214和第二卡槽224的设置,使边框杆120与第一杆体连接部21和第二杆体连接部22的连接更稳固。
如图14和图15所示,根据本发明另一优选实施例,用于婴儿床的连接机构还包括第一墙体连接部31和第二墙体连接部32;第一墙体连接部31的本体的一侧设有第二连接块311,第二连接块311的结构与第一连接块211的结构相同,第一墙体连接部31的本体的与第二连 接块311相对的一侧为平面;第二墙体连接部32的本体的一侧设有第二承接块321,第二承接块321的结构与第一承接块221的结构相同,第二墙体连接部32的本体的与第二承接块321相对的一侧为平面;当第一墙体连接部31与第二杆体连接部22铰接时,第一墙体连接部31与墙面贴合且固定连接,第二杆体连接部22与边框杆120连接;第二墙体连接部32与第一杆体连接部21铰接,第二墙体连接部32与墙面贴合且固定连接,第一杆体连接部21与边框杆120连接。第一墙体连接部31和第二墙体连接部32作为配件,使防护栏100和墙面50围成的婴儿的活动区域。
如图16所示,根据本发明另一优选实施例,防护栏100的数量为三个,三个防护栏100通过连接机构20依次连接,在三个防护栏100上固定设置平板40,可作为书桌使用。
如图1和图17所示,根据本发明另一优选实施例,将婴儿床的床板130、轮子支撑柱241和滚轮242拆下,采用带有底板243的锁定杆与架体连杆230固定连接,形成围栏。
如图18所示,根据本发明另一优选实施例,婴儿床还包括门板140,门板140与相应的防护栏100连接,采用带有底板243的锁定杆与架体连杆230固定连接,形成带有门的围栏,该结构使围栏的区域增大,扩大了孩子的行动范围,并且便于出入。
如图19所示,根据本发明另一优选实施例,将婴儿床的床板130安装在靠近护栏本体110的上边缘的位置,婴儿床的其中一侧设置门板140。该结构使床板130可作为台板,门板140实现门的功能,该结构可用作换尿布台。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,减小了相邻两个防护栏100之间的间隙对婴儿床安全使用的影响,且本发明能够改变婴儿床的使用状态,实现多种功能,可根据孩子的成长情况作出相应的调整。
综上,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于婴儿床的连接机构,所述婴儿床包括若干个防护栏(100),所述防护栏(100)包括护栏本体(110)和设置于所述护栏本体(110)的上边缘和下边缘的边框杆(120),相邻的两个所述防护栏(100)通过连接机构(20)连接;其特征在于:
    所述连接机构(20)包括第一铰接件(210)、第二铰接件(220)、架体连杆(230)和锁定件(240),相邻的两个所述防护栏(100)的处于所述护栏本体(110)的上边缘和下边缘的边框杆(120)分别通过相应的所述第一铰接件(210)和所述第二铰接件(220)相互对接,所述第一铰接件(210)和所述第二铰接件(220)上均设有连接通孔(200),所述第一铰接件(210)的连接通孔(200)的中轴线和所述第二铰接件(220)的连接通孔(200)的中轴线共线,所述连接通孔(200)的中轴线与所述护栏本体(110)所在的平面平行,所述架体连杆(230)依次穿入所述第一铰接件(210)和所述第二铰接件(220)的连接通孔(200)中,所述锁定件(240)将所述架体连杆(230)与所述第一铰接件(210)和所述第二铰接件(220)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述架体连杆(230)的一端上设有压紧部(231),所述架体连杆(230)的另一端上设有外螺纹(232);所述锁定件(240)为带有内螺纹的锁定杆;所述架体连杆(230)的另一端与所述锁定杆螺纹啮合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述锁定杆的端部设置有支撑件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述支撑件为轮子支撑柱(241),所述轮子支撑柱(241)与滚轮(242)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述支撑件为底板(243)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述支撑件为平衡架(244),所述平衡架(244)包括架本体(2441),所述架本体(2441)的顶部上设有安装柱(2442),所述安装柱(2442)上设有安装通孔(2443),所述安装通孔(2443)的中轴线与所述锁定杆的中轴线共线,所述第一铰接件(210)套设在所述安装柱(2442)上,所述架体连杆(230)穿入于所述安装通孔(2443)中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:
    所述第一铰接件(210)和所述第二铰接件(220)均包括第一杆体连接部(21)和与所述第一杆体连接部(21)铰接的第二杆体连接部(22);
    所述第一杆体连接部(21)的本体上设有第一连接块(211),所述第一连接块(211)的连接端面上设有若干个凹入口(212);
    所述第二杆体连接部(22)的本体上设有第一承接块(221),所述第一承接块(221)的内部设有与所述凹入口(212)相应的凸起件(222);所述第一承接块(221)套设在所述第一连接块(211)上,且所述凸起件(222)插入于所述凹入口(212)中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述第一连接块(211)上设有第一通孔(213);所述第一承接块(221)上设有第二通孔(223);所述第一通孔(213)的中心轴与所述第二通孔(223)的中心轴共线;所述第一通孔(213)和所述第二通孔(223)构成所述连接通孔(200)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:所述第一杆体连接部(21)的本体的与所述第一连接块(211)相对的一侧上设有第一卡槽(214);所述第二杆体连接部(22)的本体的与所述第一承接块(221)相对的一侧上设有第二卡槽(224);相互对接的两个所述边框杆(120)分别插入于所述第一杆体连接部(21)的第一卡槽(214)和所述第二杆体连接部(22)的所述第二卡槽(224)中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于婴儿床的连接机构,其特征在于:
    还包括第一墙体连接部(31)和第二墙体连接部(32);
    所述第一墙体连接部(31)的本体的一侧设有第二连接块(311),所述第二连接块(311)的结构与所述第一连接块(211)的结构相同,所述第一墙体连接部(31)的本体的与所述第二连接块(311)相对的一侧为平面;
    所述第二墙体连接部(32)的本体的一侧设有第二承接块(321),所述第二承接块(321)的结构与所述第一承接块(221)的结构相同,所述第二墙体连接部(32)的本体的与所述第二承接块(321)相对的一侧为平面;
    所述第一墙体连接部(31)与所述第二杆体连接部(22)铰接;所述第二墙体连接部(32)与所述第一杆体连接部(21)铰接。
