Abstract
TC ist ein System zur Wasserreinigung mittels UV-Licht. Es werden runde Reaktorrohre verwendet in deren Mitte jeweils ein Brenner mit einem Hüllrohr angeordnet ist. Zwischen Hüllrohr und Innenwand befindet sich der drehende Flügelkanal, der durch das durchfließende Wasser angetrieben wird. Innerhalb des Flügelkanals wird das bereits bestrahlte Wasser nach oben, unter die innere Reaktorwand befördert und bildet somit eine Schicht von bereits bestrahlten Wasser. Durch die weitere Förderung vom bestrahlten Wasser, wird diese Schicht wieder nach unten gedrückt, bis sie wieder direkt ans Hüllrohr (hier ist die Strahlungsintensität am größten) gelangt. Der Prozess beginnt erneut. Der Vorteil: Mit extrem wenig Energieaufwand ist eine systembedingt gesicherte tödliche Bestrahlung von allen durchfließenden Mikroorganismen gewährleistet.
