一种云数据备份及恢复方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及基于云服务的数据同步管理技术领域,特别是涉及一种云数据备份及恢复方法。
【背景技术】
随着移动设备的快速发展,针对移动设备的数据云同步备份技术现已非常流行,云同步是指用户设备与云服务器之间的数据备份,或是以个人为中心的不同用户设备之间数据共享。
现有技术中用户普遍通过百度云、360云、腾讯云等工具实现数据的云同步。然而,上述工具仅能存储及备份预先设定好的既定内容,比如文件、照片、联系人信息等,当用户需要对移动设备存储的数据,如聊天记录、浏览器历史记录或应用程序数据文件等,按照生活及办公等分类进行选择性云备份时,现有技术显然不能满足用户的实际需要,即无法实现不同数据在不同用户设备间共享,或者一旦移动设备丢失或损坏,如何重新找回这些重要的数据,都成了现今人们非常渴望解决的问题。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种云数据备份及恢复方法,以按个人需要实现不同数据在不同设备间的共享。
本发明提供一种云数据备份方法,云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,该方法包括:用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表并显示;用户设备根据用户的第一输入选择应用程序列表中的一个或多个应用程序;用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将第一存储路径以及第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器;云服务器保存第一存储路径以及对应的应用程序数据文件备份;用户设备获取文件系统中的文件夹并显示;用户设备根据用户的第二输入选择文件夹中的一个或多个文件夹;用户设备获取用户选择的文件夹所在的第二存储路径,并将第二存储路径及第二存储路径下的文件夹内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器保存第二存储路径及文件夹内容备份;其中,用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径还包括:用户设备根据应用程序数据文件判断是否有更新的内容;若有更新的内容,则用户设备将更新的内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器根据更新的内容对应用程序数据文件备份进行更新。
其中,用户设备获取用户选择的文件夹的第二存储路径包括:用户设备判断第二存储路径的文件夹内容是否有更新的日志信息;若有更新的日志信息,则用户设备根据更新的日志信息获取更新的文件夹内容;用户设备将更新的文件夹内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器根据更新的文件内容对文件夹内容备份进行更新。
其中,该方法还包括用户身份验证步骤,用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将第一存储路径以及第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器是在用户通过用户身份验证的前提下进行的,其中用户身份验证的步骤包括:用户设备提供输入界面以供用户输入账号及对应的密码;用户设备发送用户输入的账号及密码至云服务器,其中云服务器存储有已经注册的账号及其对应的密码;云服务器判断用户输入的账号及密码是否与已经注册的账号及其对应的密码一致,若一致,则发送验证通过消息至用户设备,若不一致,则发送验证失败消息至用户设备;用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将第一存储路径以及第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器包括:用户设备响应验证通过消息之后获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将第一存储路径以及第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器。
本发明还提供一种云数据备份方法,云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,该方法包括:用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表并显示;用户设备根据用户的第一输入选择应用程序列表中的一个或多个应用程序;用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将第一存储路径以及第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器;云服务器保存第一存储路径以及对应的应用程序数据文件备份。
其中,用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径还包括:用户设备根据应用程序数据文件判断是否有更新的内容;若有更新的内容,则用户设备将更新的内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器根据更新的内容对应用程序数据文件备份进行更新。
其中,该方法进一步包括:用户设备获取文件系统中的文件夹并显示;用户设备根据用户的第二输入选择文件夹中的一个或多个文件夹;用户设备获取用户选择的文件夹所在的第二存储路径,并将第二存储路径及第二存储路径下的文件夹内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器保存第二存储路径及文件夹内容备份。
其中,用户设备获取用户选择的文件夹的第二存储路径包括:用户设备判断第二存储路径的文件夹内容是否有更新的日志信息;若有更新的日志信息,则用户设备根据更新的日志信息获取更新的文件夹内容;用户设备将更新的文件夹内容备份发送至云服务器;云服务器根据更新的文件内容对文件夹内容备份进行更新。

本发明还提供一种云数据恢复方法,其云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,其中云服务器保存有用户设备中需要进行数据恢复的应用程序数据文件备份及应用程序数据文件备份对应的应用程序数据文件在用户设备中的第一存储路径,该方法包括:用户设备响应用户的第一输入发送数据恢复命令至云服务器;云服务器根据数据恢复命令将应用程序数据文件备份及第一存储路径发送至用户设备;用户设备将应用程序数据文件备份存储于第一存储路径中,使得应用程序数据文件备份对应的应用程序运行时,调用应用程序数据文件备份。
其中,云服务器根据数据恢复命令将应用程序数据文件备份及第一存储路径发送至用户设备还包括:云服务器根据数据恢复命令获取需要进行恢复的应用程序数据文件的配置文件;用户设备获取配置文件,并根据配置文件匹配本地的有效应用程序;云服务器获取有效应用程序,并将有效应用程序对应的应用程序数据文件备份发送至用户设备;用户设备根据有效应用程序的应用程序数据文件备份对第一存储路径备份进行恢复。
其中,该方法进一步包括:用户设备响应用户第二输入发送文件恢复命令至云服务器;云服务器根据文件恢复命令将需要恢复的文件夹内容及文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至用户设备;用户设备将文件夹内容备份存储于第二存储路径中,使得文件夹内容使用时,调用文件夹内容备份。
其中,云服务器根据文件恢复命令将需要恢复的文件夹内容及文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至用户设备还包括:云服务器根据文件恢复命令获取需要恢复的文件夹的配置文件;用户设备获取配置文件,根据配置文件匹配本地第一文件夹,并判断本地第一文件夹是否缺失;若缺失,则在用户设备建立第二文件夹;云服务器将需要恢复的文件夹内容及文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至用户设备;用户设备将文件夹内容存储至第二文件夹,并根据第二文件夹恢复第二存储路径。

本发明实施例的有益效果是:本发明实施例将云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,通过用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表选择其中的一个或多个应用程序,并且获取选择的应用程序数据文件所在的存储路径,然后将应用程序数据文件备份及其所在的路径发送至云服务器保存。根据用户选择的应用程序数据文件在云服务器备份,从而实现云服务器和用户设备之间用户选择需要的数据的共享,并且在数据丢失或缺失后,也可通过云服务器的备份数据对用户设备的数据进行恢复,完全实现智能化。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
周期性的对用户设备的数据文件备份是现今社会人们必备的使用习惯。图1是本发明云数据备份的第一实施方式示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的云数据备份方法包括以下步骤:
S11:用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表并显示。
用户设备获取本地已经安装的所有应用程序,如QQ、office、杀毒软件、浏览器、游戏程序等,并且将本地安装的所有应用程序以列表的方式显示在操作界面上。
S12:用户设备根据用户的输入选择应用程序列表中的一个或多个应用程序。
用户在操作界面上显示的应用程序的列表中,根据个人需要输入其中一个或多个应用程序,例如仅选择游戏程序,或同时选择游戏程序和QQ等其他任意应用程序。本实施例的输入具体可通过用户点击操作界面上显示的应用程序的图标实现。
S13:用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的存储路径,并将该存储路径以及存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器。
本实施例的存储路径指的是应用程序数据文件在本地用户设备中的存储位置,用户设备将存储路径及存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份一起发送至云服务器。
S14:云服务器保存存储路径以及对应的应用程序数据文件备份。
云服务器将应用程序数据文件保存在相应的存储路径中,将应用程序数据文件和相应的存储路径一并保存备份,从而实现保存存储路径以及对应的应用程序数据文件备份。
在本实施例中,上述四个步骤是在云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络的前提下进行的,即云服务器和用户设备必须网络连通,才能实现应用程序数据文件从用户设备处发送至云服务器上进行备份,本实施例优选网络连通可通过有线连接或无线WiFi连接。
图2是本发明的云数据备份方法的第二实施例的流程图,其在第一实施例的云数据备份方法的基础上作进一步描述。如图2所示,本实施例的云数据备份方法包括以下步骤:
S21:通过用户设备登录并验证用户的身份信息。
用户设备在操作界面上提示用户输入账号及对应的密码,并将该账号及对应的密码发送至云服务器。其中,云服务器上存储有已经注册的账号及对应的密码,云服务器通过匹配判断用户设备发送的账号及密码是否与云服务器存储的账号及对应密码一致,若一致,则反馈验证通过消息至用户设备,并执行步骤S22,若不一致,则反馈验证失败消息至用户设备,则用户设备的操作界面上会显示验证失败的消息并提示用户重新输入正确的账号及密码。
此步骤是本实施例比较关键的一步,通过账号及密码验证用户的身份信息,确保用户个人信息的安全,不被泄露。
S22:用户设备获取需要同步的备份目录并根据用户输入选择需要备份的内容,该内容主要包括:
用户从应用程序列表中选择需要备份的一个或多个应用程序;以及
用户从文件系统中选择需要备份的一个或多个文件夹。
在本实施例中,选择应用程序和文件夹可以同时进行,也可以分步选择需要备份的应用程序或文件夹中的一个或多个,根据用户个人的实际需要而定,以完全实现智能化。
其中,需要同步的备份目录是对应的账号下预先设定的,其包括用户设备中已安装的应用程序形成的应用程序列表以及文件系统中的文件夹。当然,用户还可根据个人需要注册多个账号,每个账号对应不同的备份目录信息,从而实现智能化。
S23:用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件及文件夹所在的存储路径,并将该应用程序数据文件备份及文件夹的存储路径及存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份及文件夹内容备份发送至云服务器。
S24;云服务器保存存储路径及对应的应用程序数据文件备份及文件夹内容备份。
在本实施例中,上述四个步骤均是在云服务器与用户设备均接入云网络的前提下进行的,其原理与第一实施例中所描述的相同,在此不再赘述。
考虑到在第二实施例中,由于发送应用程序数据文件及文件夹内容、存储路径需要占用大量的流量和比较耗时,因此,本发明实施例还提出了第三实施例的云数据备份方法。
图3是在本发明的云数据备份方法的第三实施例的流程图。如图3所示,本实施例的云数据备份方法包括:
S31:通过用户设备登录并验证身份信息。
S32;从应用程序列表中选择需要备份的一个或多个应用程序和/或从文件系统中选择需要备份的一个或多个文件夹。
本实施例与第二实施例的云数据备份方法的不同之处在于,应用程序及文件夹的发送是分两部分进行的,而且对更新信息的备份是同时进行的,即步骤S33和步骤S34:
S33;用户设备根据应用程序的数据文件判断是否有更新的内容,若发现有更新的内容,则用户设备直接将更新的内容备份发送至云服务器。
S34,用户设备根据文件夹内容判断是否有更新的日志信息,若有更新的日志信息,则直接将更新的日志信息对应的文件夹内容发送至云服务器。
其中,步骤S33和步骤S34是在用户设备多次发送备份数据至云服务器,并相对于上一次操作后,检测到有更新的内容,则直接将更新的内容发送至云服务器。例如,通过文件夹属性的修改时间判断该文件夹是否有更新的文件内容,或通过日志信息(简称log)判断文件夹是否存在更新的文件内容。
S35:云服务器根据更新的内容对应用程序数据文件备份及文件夹备份进行更新。
此处的更新指的是应用程序数据文件备份及文件夹备份这两部分的操作均已完成,才算是完成本次更新操作。
本实施例中,直接将更新的内容存储至云服务器相应的存储路径中,例如,若用户设备的QQ程序有更新的内容,则直接将更新的内容发送至云服务器中QQ程序数据文件的存储路径中。
在本实施例中,上述五个步骤均是在云服务器与用户设备均接入云网络的前提下进行的,其原理与以上第一实施例中所描述的相同,在此不再赘述。
而云数据恢复和备份是对应设定的,通过备份与恢复,实现数据信息在用户设备与云服务间共享,其中,云数据恢复是在云服务器已经保存有用户设备中需要进行数据恢复的备份文件及其所在的存储路径的情况下才可进行的。图4是本发明的云数据恢复方法的第一实施例的流程图。如图4所示,本实施例的云数据恢复方法包括以下步骤:
S41:用户通过用户设备登录并验证身份信息。
在本实施例中,用户登录并验证身份信息与云数据备份方法的实施例所描述的原理相同,在此不作赘述。
S42:用户设备响应用户输入并发送数据恢复命令至云服务器。
其中,由于云服务器上的备份文件包括应用程序数据文件及文件夹文件,因此,S42选择以下两种方式:
用户设备响应用户输入并发送数据恢复命令至云服务器;
用户设备响应用户输入并发送文件恢复命令至云服务器。
在本实施例中,用户设备是根据用户输入的恢复命令选择相应的应用程序数据文件或文件夹。数据恢复命令或文件恢复命令可以根据用户需要,设定为恢复其中某一部分数据或是恢复设定的备份文件的所有数据或文件内容的命令。例如,用户若发现正在使用的设备中某部分数据丢失,如设备重装系统、或程序中毒;例如,当用户重装系统后,只希望恢复QQ的程序,则只要发送恢复QQ程序的指令至云服务器即可。
另外,用户设备指的是用户当前正在使用的电子设备,例如当用户使用另一个电子设备进行办公或生活,希望得到云服务器上的所有备份数据进行使用,也可以一并发送数据恢复命令和文件恢复命令至云服务器,将云服务器的应用程序数据备份及文件夹文件备份直接下载到新的电子设备上。
S43:云服务器根据恢复命令将备份文件及其所在的存储路径发送至用户设备。
S44:用户设备将备份文件存储于相应的存储路径中,使得备份文件对应的程序运行时,调用应用程序数据文件备份。
在本实施例中,如果是应用程序数据文件恢复,则用户设备将应用程序数据文件备份存储于存储路径中,使得应用程序数据文件备份对应的应用程序运行时,调用该应用程序数据文件备份;如果是文件夹内容恢复,则将文件夹内容备份存储于相应的存储路径中,使得该文件夹内容使用时,可调用文件夹内容备份。
在本实施例中,上述四个步骤均是在云服务器与用户设备均接入云网络的前提下进行的,其原理与云数据备份方法的实施例所描述的相同,在此不再赘述。
考虑到由于云服务器经常会定期更新维护一些程序数据文件及安装配置信息,用户发送的数据恢复指令也可以直接将更新的配置文件下载到本地用户设备的存储路径中,本发明还提供一种如图5所示的第二实施例的云数据恢复方法。如图5所示,本实施例的云数据恢复方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S51:用户通过用户设备登录并验证身份信息。
步骤S52:用户设备响应用户输入并发送数据恢复命令至云服务器。
其中,步骤S51和步骤S52与第一实施例所描述的相同,在此不再赘述。与其不同之处在于,本实施例中应用程序数据文件的恢复与文件夹恢复分两部分操作,其中应用程序数据文件恢复与文件夹恢复是同时进行的,即:
S53:云服务器根据数据恢复命令获取服务器上的最新配置文件。
S54:用户设备根据该配置文件匹配本地的有效应用反馈给云服务器。
S55:云服务器将本地有效应用的程序数据发送至用户设备,以使用户设备根据该有效应用程序的应用程序数据文件备份对存储路径备份进行恢复。
通过上述方式,本实施例首先获取云服务器的配置文件,再根据该配置文件所形成的列表检测本地的有效应用程序,主要是防止用户使用新的电子设备进行数据恢复时,倘若新的电子设备上没有安装某个应用程序,则无法恢复该应用程序对应的数据。基于此,检测到本地电子设备上已经安装的有效应用程序之后,只需在云服务器上下载本地已经安装的应用程序的最新数据至本地电子设备即可。
此外,对于固定文件夹的数据恢复,则包括以下步骤:
云服务器根据文件恢复命令获取服务器上的最新配置文件。
用户设备根据该配置文件检测本地文件夹是否缺失,并把缺失的文件夹信息反馈给云服务器。
用户设备建立对应缺失的文件夹,并从云服务器下载对应的文件至对应的文件夹中,根据该文件夹对存储路径备份进行恢复。
以上云数据备份及恢复方法的实施例均是在用户登录的账号下实现的,鉴于此,本发明还提供一种如图6所示的云数据同步方法。请参阅图6所示,本实施例的云数据同步方法包括:
步骤S61:用户登录并验证身份信息。
采用云同步通信的方案涉及用户的个人数据资料,比较敏感,因此,在本实施例中,用户如果是第一次进行数据云同步,则提示用户先注册账号再在该账号下进行设置数据云同步,后续开启或使用本方案均需要通过账号密码对用户的身份进行认证。同一个用户也可以针对不同的场景设定不同的备份策略,即用户可以根据实际需要注册多个账号,根据不同的账号自定义备份不同的数据,当用户注册了新的账号并登录本方案,系统会提示重新备份设置,完全实现智能化。
在本实施例中,用户需要开启使用通信功能时,在当前使用的用户设备的操作界面上会提示用户输入账号及对应的密码,用户设备验证账号与密码匹配后,操作界面相应的进入到云同步数据自定义设置的页面。
步骤S62:用户自定义设置备份目录及用户设置备份更新的应用配置文件。
其中,用户自定义设置备份目录指用户根据需要指定文件夹系统中某部分文件夹为需要备份的文件夹,同时,获取用户设备中的应用程序列表,指定需要备份的应用程序。在本实施例中,可以指定多个需要同步的文件夹和应用程序,也可以在不同的账号下指定不同的文件夹和应用程序。该备份目录,不仅包括指定的应用程序和文件夹,还包括需要记录的应用程序数据文件和文件夹文件所在的存储路径。
用户设置备份更新的应用配置文件指用户选择更新应用程序列表配置文件,并与云服务器通信,以从云服务器上获取应用程序的最新配置文件与本地文件匹配,判断有更新的数据后,则只从云服务器下载更新的配置文件到本地用户设备相应的存储路径备份中进行更新。
步骤S63:用户设置云数据同步的条件。
在本实施例中,同步的条件为频率及网络环境,用户可设置同步的频率为手动或自动同步,自动同步可根据实际需要设定为每天同步一次或每周一次等,手动同步只有在手动选择的情况下才进行同步,优选的,同步设置为自动同步。对于同步的网络环境,本实施例可设置在任何网络下均可同步,而考虑到同步需要占用比较大的流量,也可设置为仅限于WiFi网络下才可同步。
通过以上三个步骤,用户根据实际需要完成了定义需要进行备份的资料及同步的频率和网络环境,而考虑到数据的敏感,从保护个人信息的角度,首次使用本方案时需要注册账号,在后续的设置备份的资料及备份或恢复数据,均需要通过身份验证;而且,用户也可以根据自身需要及使用场景,注册不同的账号进行不同的备份定义,满足用户对不同数据的备份需求。
综上所述,本发明通过用户设备获取本地已安装的应用程序列表显示,用户选择其中一个或多个应用程序,用户设备获取用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的存储路径,并将该存储路径及存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至云服务器,云服务器保存存储路径及对应的应用程序数据文件备份,从而实现根据用户选择的数据文件在用户设备与云服务器间共享,完全智能化。

    所述用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表并显示;
    所述用户设备根据用户的第一输入选择所述应用程序列表中的一个或多个应用程序;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器保存所述第一存储路径以及对应的所述应用程序数据文件备份;
    所述用户设备获取文件系统中的文件夹并显示;
    所述用户设备根据用户的第二输入选择所述文件夹中的一个或多个文件夹;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的文件夹所在的第二存储路径,并将所述第二存储路径及所述第二存储路径下的文件夹内容备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器保存所述第二存储路径及所述文件夹内容备份;
    其中,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径还包括:

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的文件夹的第二存储路径包括:
    所述用户设备判断所述第二存储路径的文件夹内容是否有更新的日志信息;
    若有所述更新的日志信息,则所述用户设备根据所述更新的日志信息获取更新的文件夹内容;
    所述用户设备将所述更新的文件夹内容备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器根据所述更新的文件内容对所述文件夹内容备份进行更新。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述云数据备份方法还包括用户身份验证步骤,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器是在所述用户通过用户身份验证的前提下进行的,
    其中所述用户身份验证的步骤包括:
    所述用户设备提供输入界面以供所述用户输入账号及对应的密码;
    所述用户设备发送所述用户输入的账号及密码至所述云服务器,所述云服务器存储有已经注册的账号及其对应的密码;
    所述云服务器判断所述用户输入的账号及密码是否与所述已经注册的账号及其对应的密码一致,若一致,则发送验证通过消息至所述用户设备,若不一致,则发送验证失败消息至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器包括:
    所述用户设备响应所述验证通过消息之后获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器。
  4. 一种云数据备份方法,其中,云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,所述云数据备份方法包括:
    所述用户设备获取已安装的应用程序列表并显示;
    所述用户设备根据用户的第一输入选择所述应用程序列表中的一个或多个应用程序;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器保存所述第一存储路径以及对应的所述应用程序数据文件备份。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径还包括:
    所述用户设备根据所述的应用程序数据文件判断是否有更新的内容;
    若有所述更新的内容,则所述用户设备将所述更新的内容备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器根据所述更新的内容对所述应用程序数据文件备份进行更新。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述云数据备份方法进一步包括:
    所述用户设备获取文件系统中的文件夹并显示;
    所述用户设备根据用户的第二输入选择所述文件夹中的一个或多个文件夹;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的文件夹所在的第二存储路径,并将所述第二存储路径及所述第二存储路径下的文件夹内容备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器保存所述第二存储路径及所述文件夹内容备份。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的文件夹的第二存储路径包括:
    所述用户设备判断所述第二存储路径的文件夹内容是否有更新的日志信息;
    若有所述更新的日志信息,则所述用户设备根据所述更新的日志信息获取更新的文件夹内容;
    所述用户设备将所述更新的文件夹内容备份发送至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器根据所述更新的文件内容对所述文件夹内容备份进行更新。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的云数据备份方法,其中,所述云数据备份方法还包括用户身份验证步骤,所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器是在所述用户通过用户身份验证的前提下进行的,
    其中所述用户身份验证的步骤包括:
    所述用户设备提供输入界面以供所述用户输入账号及对应的密码;
    所述用户设备发送所述用户输入的账号及密码至所述云服务器,所述云服务器存储有已经注册的账号及其对应的密码;
    所述云服务器判断所述用户输入的账号及密码是否与所述已经注册的账号及其对应的密码一致,若一致,则发送验证通过消息至所述用户设备,若不一致,则发送验证失败消息至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器包括:
    所述用户设备响应所述验证通过消息之后获取所述用户选择的应用程序数据文件所在的第一存储路径,并将所述第一存储路径以及所述第一存储路径中的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述云服务器。
  9. 一种云数据恢复方法,其中,云服务器和用户设备均接入云网络,其中所述云服务器保存有所述用户设备中需要进行数据恢复的应用程序数据文件备份及所述应用程序数据文件备份对应的应用程序数据文件在所述用户设备中的第一存储路径,所述云数据恢复方法包括:
    所述用户设备响应用户的第一输入发送数据恢复命令至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器根据所述数据恢复命令将所述应用程序数据文件备份及所述第一存储路径发送至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备将所述应用程序数据文件备份存储于所述第一存储路径中,使得所述应用程序数据文件备份对应的应用程序运行时,调用所述应用程序数据文件备份。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云数据恢复方法,其中,所述云服务器根据所述数据恢复命令将所述应用程序数据文件备份及所述第一存储路径发送至所述用户设备还包括:
    所述云服务器根据所述数据恢复命令获取所述需要进行恢复的应用程序数据文件的配置文件;
    所述用户设备获取所述配置文件,并根据所述配置文件匹配本地的有效应用程序;
    所述云服务器获取所述有效应用程序,并将所述有效应用程序对应的应用程序数据文件备份发送至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备根据所述有效应用程序对应的应用程序数据文件备份对所述第一存储路径备份进行恢复。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的云数据恢复方法,其中,所述云数据恢复方法进一步包括:
    所述用户设备响应用户第二输入发送文件恢复命令至所述云服务器;
    所述云服务器根据所述文件恢复命令将需要恢复的文件夹内容及所述文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备将所述文件夹内容备份存储于所述第二存储路径中,使得所述文件夹内容使用时,调用所述文件夹内容备份。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的云数据恢复方法,其中,所述云服务器根据所述文件恢复命令将需要恢复的文件夹内容及所述文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至所述用户设备还包括:
    所述云服务器根据所述文件恢复命令获取所述需要恢复的文件夹的配置文件;
    所述用户设备获取所述配置文件,并根据所述配置文件匹配本地第一文件夹,以判断所述本地第一文件夹是否缺失;
    若缺失,则在所述用户设备建立第二文件夹;
    所述云服务器将需要恢复的文件夹内容及所述文件夹所在的第二存储路径发送至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备将所述文件夹内容存储至所述第二文件夹,并根据所述第二文件夹恢复所述第二存储路径。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的云数据恢复方法,其中,所述云数据恢复方法还包括用户身份验证步骤,所述用户设备响应用户的第一输入发送数据恢复命令至所述云服务器是在所述用户通过用户身份验证的前提下进行的,
    其中所述用户身份验证的步骤包括:
    所述用户设备提供输入界面以供所述用户输入账号及其对应的密码;
    所述用户设备发送所述用户输入的账号及密码至所述云服务器,所述云服务器存储有已经注册的账号及其对应的密码;
    所述云服务器判断所述用户输入的账号及密码是否与所述已经注册的账号及其对应的密码一致,若一致,则发送账号验证通过消息至所述用户设备,若不一致,则发送验证失败消息至所述用户设备;
    所述用户设备响应用户的第一输入发送数据恢复命令至所述云服务器包括:
    所述用户设备响应所述验证通过消息之后响应用户的第一输入发送数据恢复命令至所述云服务器。
