Abstract

一种输送带二端的结合结构,其是一第一拉链部(20)结合于一输送带(10)的第一端(12),一第二拉链部(22)结合于一输送带(10)的第二端(14);如此该输送带的第一端(12)与第二端(14)相靠,且该第一拉链部(20)与第二拉链部(22)结合,则可使得该输送带(10)形成环状。藉此达到操作方便的功效,且以一位操作者便可完成输送带二端结合,更具有节省人力的功效。

输送带二端的结合结构 技术领域
本发明是关于一种输送带结构的技术领域,特别是指一输送带二端的结合结构。
背景技术
目前输送带可利用橡胶材料、金属材料或是不织布材料制成长带状,然后再使该长带状的输送带二端结合,藉此使得该输送带形成环状且能用以套接在适当的滚轮或传动装置提供输送作用。
为使该输送带二端能够结合,目前采用的结构是在该输送带的二端各自形成有套部。当一输送带的二端相靠时,各端的套部是形成相错,且各套部轴向的通孔互相连通,如此可取一插销穿置在相通的各通孔内,使得该输送带的二端能够结合。
此种结构虽能达到结合输送带二端的效果,但是结合过程需使各套部互相对准,然后才能使插销穿入相通的通孔内,故操作上明显不方便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种输送带二端的结合结构。
为达上述目的,本发明是这样实现的,一种输送带二端的结合结构,该输送带具有一第一端及一第二端,其特征在于:一第一拉链部,是结合于该输送带的第一端;一第二拉链部,是结合于该输送带的第二端;该输送带的该 第一端与该第二端是可相靠,且该第一拉链部与该第二拉链部结合,使得该输送带形成环状。
所述的输送带以不织布材料制成。
所述的输送带以橡胶材料制成。
所述的输送带以金属材料制成。
本发明具有操作方便的功效,而且以一位操作者便可完成输送带二端结合,也具有节省人力的功效。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,图中揭露一长带状的输送带(10)是具有一第一端(12)及一第二端(14)。又一第一拉链部(20)是配接在该第一端(12),一第二拉链部(22)是配接在该第二端(14)。
请参阅图2、图3,卷折该输送带(10)是可以使得该第一端(12)与该第二端(14)相靠。更进一步,可以使得该第一拉链部(20)与该第二拉链部(22)结合,且操作者再拉动拉链板(24)使得该第一拉链部(20)的拉链齿啮合该第二拉链部 (22)的拉链齿,则该输送带(10)可以形成环状。
由上可知输送带(10)的结合可由一位操作者独立完成。至于要拆下该输送带(10)也可由一位操作者独立松开第一拉链部(20)与该第二拉链部(20)的啮合状态。是以,本发明的操作具有方便及节省人力的功效。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种输送带二端的结合结构,该输送带具有一第一端及一第二端,其特征在于:一第一拉链部,是结合于该输送带的第一端;一第二拉链部,是结合于该输送带的第二端;该输送带的第一端与该第二端是可相靠,且该第一拉链部与该第二拉链部结合,使得该输送带形成环状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的输送带二端的结合结构,其特征为该输送带为不织布材料所制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述输的送带二端的结合结构,其特征为该输送带为橡胶材料所制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的输送带二端的结合结构,其特征为该输送带为金属网材料所制成。
