Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
<First Embodiment>
First, an outline of the structure of the deodorization storage according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the deodorization storage as viewed from the front side, and FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional side view of the deodorization storage. In FIG. 2, the left is the front (front side) of the deodorization storage, and the right is the rear (back side) of the deodorization storage.
The deodorization storage 1 is provided with the main-body part 2 installed in a floor surface, and the cover part 10 which covers the upper surface of the main-body part 2 as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2. The main body 2 has an outer box 3 that forms an exterior. Casters 17 and 18 are provided on the bottom surface of the outer box 3, and a handle 16 is provided on the upper front surface of the outer box 3. The user can hold the handle 16 and move the deodorization storage 1 on the floor surface.
The lid 10 is pivotally supported at the rear end of the outer box 3 and opens and closes the opening 3 a on the upper surface of the outer box 3. An open button 11 that opens the lid 10 is provided at the front upper surface of the lid 10.
The outer box 3 is formed in a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section, and an opening 3a is opened on the upper surface formed of an inclined surface with the front side lowered. A machine room 5 is provided at the bottom of the outer box 3. A storage unit 4 is provided above the machine room 5 via a partition wall 9. The wall surface of the storage part 4 including the partition wall 9 is formed by filling a heat insulating material such as urethane foam.
The lid portion 10 is pivotally supported by a hinge portion 12 provided at the rear end of the outer box 3. The hinge portion 12 is provided with a biasing portion (not shown) made of a torsion spring that biases the lid portion 10 in the opening direction. A locking claw (not shown) that protrudes downward is provided on the lower surface of the front portion of the lid 10, and a hole (not shown) that engages the locking claw is provided on the upper surface of the front portion of the outer box 3. It is done. The locking claw engages with the hole and the lid 10 is closed. When the open button 11 is pressed, the engagement between the locking claw and the hole is released and the lid 10 is opened.
An annular packing (not shown) that closes the gap between the outer box 3 and the lid 10 is provided on the periphery of the opening 3a and the lid 10 facing the periphery of the opening 3a. Thereby, the outflow of the odor component from the clearance gap between the outer case 3 and the cover part 10 can be prevented.
The casters 17 and 18 arranged on the bottom surface of the outer box 3 are attached to the bottom plate 5c of the machine room 5. The pair of front left and right casters 17 have a vertical rotation axis and a horizontal rotation axis, and are attached to the attachment surface 5a of the bottom plate 5c. The pair of rear left and right casters 18 have a horizontal rotation shaft, and are attached to the recess 5b disposed below the attachment surface 5a.
Compressor 7 for operating the refrigeration cycle is attached inside recess 5b via support plate 7a. Thereby, the compressor 7 is arrange | positioned under the accommodating part 4 which has arrange | positioned the inner case 6 mentioned later. Therefore, the installation space of the deodorizing storage 1 can be reduced, and the deodorizing storage 1 can be installed in the living room.
Moreover, since the compressor 7 is installed in the recessed part 5b arrange | positioned below with respect to the attachment surface 5a of the caster 17, the height of the machine room 5 can be made low. Thereby, while accommodating the storage part 4 with a large internal volume, the opening part 3a of the outer case 3 can be provided in a low position.
The compressor 7 is connected to a cooler 8 made of a refrigerant pipe. The cooler 8 is disposed inside the front wall and both side walls of the storage unit 4 by meandering. When the refrigeration cycle is operated by the compressor 7, the inside of the storage unit 4 is cooled to the refrigeration temperature (0 ° C. to 10 ° C.) by the cooler 8 (3 ° C. in this embodiment). By cooling the inside of the storage part 4 to a refrigeration temperature higher than the freezing point, it is possible to prevent the cover part 10 and the inner case 6 to be described later from sticking due to freezing of condensed water.
An operation panel 15 is provided at the lower end of the front surface of the main body 2. The operation panel 15 includes a button for turning on and off the power and an LED (Light Emitting Diode) that shines when the power is turned on. For example, a liquid crystal display panel may be provided on the operation panel 15 to display the temperature inside the storage unit 4.
A drain pipe 33 is provided inside the partition wall 9 to allow the storage portion 4 and the outside of the outer box 3 to communicate with each other. Condensed water generated inside the storage unit 4 due to the cooling of the storage unit 4 is drained through the drain pipe 33. In addition, a tray for condensed water may be provided inside the machine room 5, and the storage unit 4 and the tray may be communicated by the drain pipe 33. Further, the drain pipe 33 may be omitted.
Inside the storage unit 4 is disposed an inner case 6 that is opened at the top and into which waste is put. The inner case 6 is formed in a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section, and waste is taken in and out through the opening 3a. The inner case 6 is provided with a handle (not shown) that is gripped when the waste is taken in and out. A waste bag into which waste is introduced may be provided inside the inner case 6, and the waste bag may be taken in and out through the opening 3a.
The storage unit 4 is provided with a circulation duct 20 for circulating the air inside the storage unit 4. The circulation duct 20 is disposed on the installation wall 4 a that is the back wall of the storage unit 4. The circulation duct 20 is provided with a temperature sensor 36 that detects the temperature inside the storage unit 4. Based on the detection result of the temperature sensor 36, the compressor 7 is turned on and off, and the inside of the storage part 4 is maintained at a predetermined temperature.
Subsequently, the detailed configuration of the circulation duct 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7 in addition to FIGS. 3 and 4 are a perspective view of the circulation duct 20 as seen from the front side and a perspective view as seen from the back side. FIGS. 5 and 6 are partial schematic perspective views of the circulation duct 20 as seen from the back side, with FIG. 5 seen from the rear side and FIG. 6 seen from the rear side slightly above. . FIG. 7 is a partial rear view of the circulation duct 20. The white arrows in FIGS. 4 to 7 indicate the air flow path and flow direction.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a suction port 22 b and a blower port 22 a are opened at the upper end of the front surface of the circulation duct 20. The suction port 22b is disposed at a position biased to the right when viewed from the front, and the air outlet 22a is disposed at a position biased to the left when viewed from the front. The inlet 22b and the outlet 22a are disposed above the upper end of the inner case 6 (see FIG. 2).
A blower 25 composed of a centrifugal fan is disposed inside the circulation duct 20. The lower part of the circulation duct 20 protrudes forward and guides the airflow to the intake port facing the front of the blower 25. An intake passage 22c is formed between the suction port 22b and the intake port of the blower 25, and an exhaust passage 22d is formed between the exhaust port of the blower 25 and the outlet 22a.
An ion generator 26 that emits ions is disposed inside the exhaust path 22d on the upper side wall 20b of the exhaust path 22d. The ion generator 26 has a discharge electrode (not shown), and generates ions and ozone by corona discharge caused by applying a high voltage having an AC waveform or an impulse waveform to the discharge electrode. The ions generated by the ion generator 26 are preferably those having a deodorizing and sterilizing effect. For example, negative ions or a pair of positive ions and negative ions are preferable.
A deodorizing unit 50 is detachably disposed in the exhaust path 22d between the ion generator 26 and the air outlet 22a. The deodorizing unit 50 includes a deodorizing body 51 and a housing 52.
The deodorizing body 51 is formed by supporting a metal oxide such as manganese oxide or an adsorbent such as zeolite on a honeycomb substrate. The deodorizing body 51 deodorizes the air inside the circulation duct 20 by chemical adsorption or physical adsorption of odor components. The housing 52 is formed of a resin molded product, covers the periphery of the deodorizing body 51, and opens an air inlet 52a and an outlet 52b. The deodorizing body 51 is disposed inside the housing 52 so that the honeycomb-shaped opening face faces the inlet 52 a and the outlet 52 b of the housing 52. Thereby, the deodorizing effect inside the accommodating part 4 can be improved more.
In the deodorization storage 1 having the above-described configuration, the lid portion 10 is opened by pressing the open button 11, and waste is introduced into the inner case 6 or the garbage bag disposed in the inner case 6 to close the lid portion 10. . The refrigeration cycle is operated by driving the compressor 7, and the inside of the storage unit 4 is cooled to the refrigeration temperature. Thereby, transpiration of moisture containing odor components from the waste is suppressed.
In addition, the air inside the storage unit 4 flows into the circulation duct 20 through the suction port 22b as shown by the arrow A1 in FIG. 4 by driving the blower 25. At this time, the ion generator 26 is driven. The air flowing into the circulation duct 20 flows through the intake passage 22c as shown by an arrow A2 (see FIG. 4) and is guided to the blower 25.
The air exhausted from the blower 25 flows through the exhaust path 22d as shown by the arrow B1 (see FIG. 4), and is sterilized and deodorized by the ions generated by the ion generator 26. The air flowing through the exhaust path 22d flows into the housing 52 of the deodorizing unit 50 through the inflow port 52a. The air that has flowed into the housing 52 passes through the deodorizing body 51 and then flows out of the housing 52 through the outflow port 52b. Thereby, the air exhausted from the blower 25 is further deodorized.
The air that has passed through the deodorizing body 51 and has flowed out of the outlet 52b is sent from the outlet 22a to the inside of the storage section 4 as shown by an arrow B2 (see FIG. 4). Ions contained in the air sent out from the air outlet 22a are diffused inside the storage unit 4, and the inside of the storage unit 4 is sterilized and deodorized.
The ion generating device 26 is arranged on the upstream side of the deodorizing unit 50 in the air flow direction, whereby the odor component adsorbed by the deodorizing body 51 is decomposed. Thereby, lifetime improvement of the deodorizing body 51 can be achieved. The deodorizing unit 50 may be arranged upstream of the ion generator 26 in the air flow direction. In this case, ions and ozone can be directly discharged from the outlet 22a to the storage unit 4.
Further, the housing 52 of the deodorizing unit 50 includes a lid portion 52d disposed on the front side of the housing 52. An engaging portion 52e is provided at the center in the left-right direction of the upper end portion of the lid portion 52d. The engaging part 52e is elastically deformed when the upper end is pressed downward with fingers. Locking pieces (not shown) are provided at both ends in the left-right direction of the lower end portion of the lid portion 52d.
On the other hand, an opening 20a is provided at a location corresponding to the arrangement area of the deodorizing unit 50 on the front side of the deodorizing unit 50. The opening 20 a allows the deodorizing unit 50 to be attached to and detached from the outside of the circulation duct 20. Since the opening 20 a faces the inside of the storage unit 4, the deodorizing unit 50 can be attached and detached from the inside of the storage unit 4.
After engaging the locking piece at the lower end of the lid 52d with the lower end of the opening 20a of the circulation duct 20, the deodorizing body 51 is inserted into the circulation duct 20 from the opening 20a. Then, the engaging portion 52e of the lid portion 52d is elastically deformed and engaged with the upper end of the opening 20a. Thereby, the opening 20a is closed by the lid 52d, and the deodorizing unit 50 is attached to the main body 2. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the lid portion 52 d is arranged facing the inside of the storage portion 4.
Since the deodorizing performance of the deodorizing body 51 is reduced by using the deodorizing storage 1, it becomes necessary to replace the deodorizing body 51 after a predetermined period of use. When the deodorizing body 51 is replaced, after the lid portion 10 is opened by pressing the open button 11, the engagement portion 52e and the locking piece of the lid portion 52d of the deodorizing unit 50 are engaged with the peripheral edge of the opening portion 20a. And the deodorizing unit 50 is removed from the main body 2. Then, the replacement deodorizing unit 50 is attached to the main body 2 by engaging the engaging portion 52e and the locking piece of the replacement deodorizing unit 50 with the peripheral edge of the opening 20a.
Here, when using the deodorization storage 1, the deodorizing unit 50 may be removed from the main body 2 and the periphery of the opening 20 a may be cleaned. At this time, in order to remove liquid such as water that has entered the inside of the circulation duct 20 from the opening 20a, the circulation duct 20 includes a liquid removal unit 60 shown in FIGS.
The liquid removing unit 60 is provided below the opening 20a inside the circulation duct 20 and on the side wall 20c below the exhaust passage 22d. The liquid removing unit 60 is provided between the opening 20a and the blower 25. The liquid removing unit 60 has a communication hole 61 that allows the inside and the outside of the circulation duct 20 to communicate with each other.
Thereby, a liquid such as water that has entered the inside of the circulation duct 20 through the opening 20a is discharged to the outside of the circulation duct 20 from the communication hole 61 of the liquid removal unit 60 and does not reach the blower 25. A drainage member such as a drain pipe or a tray may be provided below the communication hole 61.
