Abstract
Es wird eine optoelektronische Vorrichtung angegeben, mit einer ersten Elektrode (2), die lichtdurchlässig ausgebildet ist, einer elektrisch leitfähigen Bahn (3), die ein Metall umfasst, einem funktionellen organischen Bereich (4), der zumindest einen aktiven Bereich (5) umfasst, wobei die elektrisch leitfähige Bahn (3) zwischen der ersten Elektrode (3) und dem funktionellen organischen Bereich (4) angeordnet ist und die elektrisch leitfähige Bahn (3) in direktem Kontakt mit der ersten Elektrode (2) und dem funktionellen organischen Bereich (3) steht.
