Description

一种收银机 技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,具体来说,涉及一种收银机。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,刷卡支付成为一种主流的消费支付方式,无论是商场、酒店,还是大大小小的各经营场所,我们都随处可见P0S机。但传统的收银机大都是都为单一的P0S机连接在电脑上,连接的电脑显示屏则固定在指定的位置上,面对操作者,背对消费者。消费者在刷卡前往往要扭过头转向操作者一方才能看到屏幕上所显示的消费项目,然后再把卡递给操作者刷卡支付。这种操作方式在一定程度上给消费者和操作者给带来了很大的方便,费时又费力。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种收银机,能够解决上述技术中的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种收银机,包括机架,所述机架的顶部、中部的卡槽和底端分别设有显示器、刷卡机和底座,所述卡槽顶端的凹槽内设有卡扣,所述卡扣内设有卡槽一,所述卡槽一内连接有水平分布的推杆一,所述推杆一的自由端垂直连接有推杆二;所述卡槽的底端的左右两侧均设有轴头,所述左侧轴头内安装有弹簧,所述右侧轴头上靠近机架的一端上安装有半圆滚齿,所述半圆滚齿的下方设有与所述半圆滚齿相切合的缓冲滚齿;所述刷卡机的顶端设有凹槽一和刷卡槽;所述机架底部空腔内设有安装板,所述安装板的中部设有轴承,所述机架底部和设于机架底端的底座之间通过轴承和设于底座上且与所述轴承相匹配的连接轴连接;所述底座上位于连接轴的两侧设有卡位孔,所述卡位孔内设有滚珠,与所述滚珠相连接的弹簧一的自由端固定于所述安装板上。
进一步的,所述推杆二的自由端设有按钮,所述机架的外壳上设有与所述按钮相匹配的按钮孔。
进一步的,所述轴头和缓冲滚齿均设于所述卡槽底端两侧的安装板一上。
进一步的,所述轴承和连接轴的顶端设有盖板,所述盖板通过螺钉固定于所述连接轴的轴套上。
本发明的有益效果:所述收银机操作简单,使用方便,所述收银机的机架底部和底座之间通过轴承连接,可实现整机的左右旋转,通过滚珠、弹簧和卡位孔的相互作用产生的旋转阻力,使整机旋转180°时停止旋转,刷卡机和显示屏刚好面朝消费者,通过按动机架上的按钮刷卡机弹出便于刷卡。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至3所示,根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种收银机,包括机架1,所述机架1的顶部、中部的卡槽和底端分别设有显示器2、刷卡机3和底座4,所述卡槽顶端的凹槽5内设有卡扣6,所述卡扣6内设有卡槽一7,所述卡槽一7内连接有水平分布的推杆一8,所述推杆一8的自由端垂直连接有推杆二9;所述卡槽的底端的左右两侧均设有轴头,所述左侧轴头内安装有弹簧10,所述右侧轴头上靠近机架1的一端上安装有半圆滚齿11,所述半圆滚齿11的下方设有与所述半圆滚齿11相切合的缓冲滚齿12;所述刷卡机3的顶端设有凹槽一13和刷卡槽;所述机架1底部空腔内设有安装板14,所述安装板14的中部设有轴承15,所述机架1底部和设于机架1底端的底座4之间通过轴承15和设于底座4上且与所述轴承15相匹配的连接轴16连接;所述底座4上位于连接轴16的两侧设有卡位孔17,所述卡位孔17内设有滚珠18,与所述滚珠18相连接的弹簧一19的自由端固定于所述安装板14上。
通过按动按钮20,在推杆一8和推杆二9的作用力下使卡扣6卡在凹槽13内带动刷卡机弹出。在所述弹簧10、半圆滚齿11和缓冲滚齿12的作用力下使刷卡机缓慢的弹出,避免弹出速度过快,损坏机器。在所述轴承15和连接轴16的作用下,实现整机的旋转,在旋转180°时,所述滚珠18对弹簧一19的反向作用力增强,使整机的旋转角度不易再增大,刚好使显示器2面朝消费者,便于刷卡消费。
所述推杆二9的自由端设有按钮20,所述机架1的外壳上设有与所述按钮20相匹配的按钮孔。
所述轴头和缓冲滚齿12均设于所述卡槽底端两侧的安装板一21上。
所述轴承15和连接轴16的顶端设有盖板22,所述盖板22通过螺钉23固定于所述连接轴16的轴套上。
具体使用时,当操作者完成好消费项目时,将机架整体旋转180°,则显示器2刚好面朝消费者,然后按动按钮20使刷卡机3向上弹出,消费者核对消费项目后则直接刷卡,确认后,显示器2则旋转到操作者一方,整个操作完成。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,所述收银机操作简单,使用方便,所述收银机的机架底部和底座之间通过轴承连接,可实现整机的左右旋转,通过滚珠、弹簧和卡位孔的相互作用产生的旋转阻力,使整机旋转180°时停止旋转,刷卡机和显示屏刚好面朝消费者,通过按动机架上的按钮刷卡机弹出便于刷卡。

  1. 一种收银机,包括机架(1),其特征在于:所述机架(1)的顶部、中部的卡槽和底端分别设有显示器(2)、刷卡机(3)和底座(4),所述卡槽顶端的凹槽(5)内设有卡扣(6),所述卡扣(6)内设有卡槽一(7),所述卡槽一(7)内连接有水平分布的推杆一(8),所述推杆一(8)的自由端垂直连接有推杆二(9);所述卡槽的底端的左右两侧均设有轴头,所述左侧轴头内安装有弹簧(10),所述右侧轴头上靠近机架(1)的一端上安装有半圆滚齿(11),所述半圆滚齿(11)的下方设有与所述半圆滚齿(11)相切合的缓冲滚齿(12);所述刷卡机(3)的顶端设有凹槽一(13)和刷卡槽;所述机架(1)底部空腔内设有安装板(14),所述安装板(14)的中部设有轴承(15),所述机架(1)底部和设于机架(1)底端的底座(4)之间通过轴承(15)和设于底座(4)上且与所述轴承(15)相匹配的连接轴(16)连接;所述底座(4)上位于连接轴(16)的两侧设有卡位孔(17),所述卡位孔(17)内设有滚珠(18),与所述滚珠(18)相连接的弹簧一(19)的自由端固定于所述安装板(14)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的收银机,其特征在于:所述推杆二(9)的自由端设有按钮(20),所述机架(1)的外壳上设有与所述按钮(20)相匹配的按钮孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的收银机,其特征在于:所述轴头和缓冲滚齿(12)均设于所述卡槽底端两侧的安装板一(21)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的收银机,其特征在于:所述轴承(15)和连接轴(16)的顶端设有盖板(22),所述盖板(22)通过螺钉(23)固定于所述连接轴(16)的轴套上。
