Abstract

Provided is a fastening device for sealing a bag-type container, which consists of, at least, a longitudinal piece (1) formed by a pliable wire that is coated in food grade plastic. The fastener can be disposed on each side of a bag-type container or on the central part thereof, extending completely or partially along said container and being affixed to the inside or outside of the container. When the longitudinal piece is rolled, a hermetic seal is provided for the container which remains suitably sealed owing to the pliability of the wire.

Description

FOLDING AND ROLLABLE SEALING CLOSURE

Object of the invention The present invention relates to a closure for bags of food and other products, which is intended to allow self-closing, keeping the product in the best hygienic conditions, protecting it from external agents (such as moisture) once It has been open and allowing its conservation in optimal conditions for a longer time.

Background of the invention

Currently, a multitude of self-locks are used for all types of bags, 10 which are located on top of them. This new closure can be located in the center or on both sides of the bag, it is flexible, thus allowing its folding on itself as the product is consumed, maintaining its quality and reducing its occupation when stored.

Description of the invention

The sealing closure to which we refer is made up of one or two pieces of fine and flexible steel wire, covered with food plastic, which are fixed in the center or on both sides of the bag, thus allowing its folding at any height of the same, ensuring its closure and preventing at the same time the output of the content and the entry of air.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, this folding and rolling seal closure is composed of one or more equal pieces of steel wire covered with food plastic, and can be made of any other material allowed by the sanitary authorities.

Figure 1 shows the piece of steel wire, covered with food plastic with the same length as the bag (1).

Figure 2 shows a piece of wire of smaller length with respect to the size of the bag and covered with adhesive and removable food plastic (2). In figure 3 you can see the location of the pieces of wire (1) on both sides of the bag, which can be located both inside and outside.

In figure 4 you can see the location of the pieces of wire of greater length (1) that protrudes from the bag on both sides and that can be located both inside and outside.

In figure 5 you can see the strip of shorter length (2) placed in the center of the bag and located on the outside of it.

In figure 6 you can see the strip of equal length (1) located in the center of the bag and located inside the bag.

In figure 7 you can see the operation of the strip located on the outside (2).

In figure 8 you can see the operation of the strip located in the inner part (1).

Claims

1- The folding and rolling seal closure is characterized by being a linear structure of manual operation, composed of one or two equal, flexible and adaptable pieces of steel wire or other material covered with food plastic, preferably flat, which they are fixed in the center or on both sides of the bag, by any modality of fixation, integration, heat sealing, etc., thus allowing its folding at any height of the bag, ensuring its closure and preventing at the same time, the output of the content and the air inlet.

2- The folding and rolling seal closure, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the parts object of the invention can have a flat or any other shape, and can be made of any material preferably recyclable and authorized by the sanitary authorities.

3- The folding and rolling sealing seal, according to claim 1, is characterized in that this closure can consist of a wire of greater length, which can be located both inside and outside the raft, which in turn protrudes and which bends over itself by way of insurance.

4- The folding and rolling seal closure, according to claim 1, is characterized in that this closure can be presented in individual strips, by a fixed or removable adhesive, for external and independent use of the bag, being able to adapt to any type of container susceptible to Be folded or rolled up.
