7.本发明公开一种男女通用避孕套，其特征在于该避孕套的内面设置有横向的仿女性阴道内壁的凹陷皱褶3和在避孕套的外面设置有纵向凸起的仿男性 阴茎表面弯曲排列的曲张静脉结构造型4，以便于填充可溶性的、在35℃～45℃即可熔化的膏状药物。这些膏状药物成分在体温的作用下自动发挥作用，一方面在性交中可起到润滑剂的作用，另一方面这些膏状药物通过性交的抽插活动其不同的药物配方即可发挥出其预防、保健和治疗妇科、男科病症的功效，因此，本避孕套也是一种大众容易接受和日常使用方便的医疗保健器具。
8.本发明公开一种男女通用避孕套，其特征在于避孕套根部的环圈6内侧布有仿女性处女膜样的片状薄片7，该片状薄片为硅橡胶材料制成，可根据需要制作成圆形、椭圆形、锯齿形、半月形或筛状、毛缘状的处女膜形状。
9.本发明公开一种男女通用避孕套，其特征在于避孕套的套管和根部左右两侧与下侧设置的3条呈丁字形设置的粘贴膜片2采用无色透明或仿人体颜色的硅橡胶材料，以使其与人体肤色融为一体而更具有仿生性以增加视觉美感。
10.本发明公开一种男女通用避孕套，其特征在于配有一个可以套在避孕套根部外面的橡皮筋套环8，该橡皮筋套环直径为0.1厘米～3厘米，宽0.1厘米～3厘米。此橡皮筋有伸缩性从而可方便地取戴该套环，男性在使用本避孕套时，先在阴茎上套上避孕套，再根据需要选用不同直径和宽窄的橡皮筋套环套在阴茎根部的避孕套外面，从而达到性交时固定避孕套的作用和其它医疗保健用途。
发明与背景技术相比所具有的有益效果
本男女通用避孕套与目前市面上销售的各种男用避孕套和女用避孕器具等相比，具有厚度不同、造型不同、固定方便等特征与特点，并且男女均可通用，即使用时，女性可将避孕套置入阴道内，使避孕套的外面与阴道壁接触，男性则可将避孕套佩戴于阴茎上，使避孕套的内面与阴茎表面接触，因此佩戴避孕套和使用粘贴膜片2的方法操作简单方便。
本男女通用避孕套与目前各种市售避孕套薄而光滑的特征不同，本避孕套在厚度0.01毫米～0.5厘米管壁的内外两面分别设置有额外的凹凸造型结构， 如其中内面布有仿女性阴道内壁的3～30条横向排列的、厚度为0.01毫米～0.5厘米的凹陷皱褶3，外面则布有仿男性阴茎表面凸起3～10条纵向、斜形弯曲排列的、厚度为0.01毫米～0.5厘米的曲张静脉造型结构4。此种特殊造型结构，有增加性器官摩擦力和增强性快感的效果，即避孕套的两面由于分别具有仿女性阴道内壁皱褶和仿男性阴茎表面曲张静脉的不同造型和厚度，具有增加摩擦力提高快感和良好的感官效果，如女性将其置入阴道后，男性的阴茎插入本避孕套可感受到与插入女性阴道一样的实感；而男性将其佩戴于阴茎上后，插入阴道内抽插女性也可感受到男性阴茎插入阴道一样的实感。
由于本男女通用避孕套的两面分别具有不同的仿生造型和厚度，即避孕套的管壁厚度最大可达0.5厘米，女性在使用时不仅能有效的防止性交过程中的阴茎反复抽送动作可能使避孕套从阴道向外带出而滑脱，达到提高避孕套安全舒适使用的目的，而且对女性阴道松弛者，选用厚度大的型号作为仿生填充器具使用还能增加阴道的紧缩感从而提高性生活的情趣。
本男女通用避孕套，通过批量化的生产该避孕套各种不同型号与标号的系列产品，使得每一个人均可以选择到符合自己体型尺寸大小与不同厚薄避孕套喜好的此新型避孕套品种，进而增加日常性生活中的使用率而达到防止意外怀孕，预防艾滋病、性病和制止性病传播的目的，并因为本新型男女通用避孕套具有多项仿生性的独特构造，从而有利于男女性生活的健康愉悦，避免了目前普通避孕套虽然安全价廉但是会减少和破坏性快感的缺陷。
本男女通用避孕套，佩戴操作简单易行，如女性使用避免了子宫帽/避孕帽以及避孕膜等操作复杂、使用不便并且受到使用时间限制等缺陷，并且女性使用本避孕套而男性因不用使用任何避孕器具因此更喜于接受，不但不会影响快感反而能够增加快感，因此易于为大众接受而增加使用率。同时，本男女通用避孕套还可扩大通用范围至同性恋肛交、男性和女性手淫自慰使用。
本男女通用避孕套，因为内面设置有仿女性阴道内壁的3～30条横向排列 的、厚度为0.01毫米～0.5厘米的凹陷皱褶，以及对厚度为0.1毫米以上的本避孕套的内面还专门设置有1～10条直线纵行的细槽5方便清洗，因此本男女通用避孕套可在冲洗干净和消毒后可反复使用，从起到节约原材料资源和利于环保的效果。
另外，本男女通用避孕套在内面设置的条纹皱褶凹陷处和外面的曲张静脉结构造型处填充可热熔的膏状药物，还可以发挥保健治疗等作用。在本避孕套根部的环圈6内侧布有仿女性处女膜样的片状薄片7，该片状薄片为硅橡胶材料制成，有圆形、椭圆形、锯齿形、半月形或筛状、毛缘状的处女膜形状，可供使用者根据自己的喜好选择，因此可以提高使用者的兴趣，从而使更多的人使用此避孕套而达到计划生育与防治性病等目的。
因此，本发明是具有多用途的男女通用计生用品与保健用品，与现有背景技术相比，本男女通用避孕套具有明显的技术优势。

具体实施方式
1.选择现有的避孕套生产厂家进行生产设备的改造，以及根据本男女通用避孕套的不同型号开模；也可通过电脑设计和3D打印机打印不同型号的模板样品。
2.生产出一批不同大小型号的样品，在工厂通过充气、灌水、清洗等实验项目检查其可靠性和耐用性，在符合国家关于避孕套的各种要求后，将其提供给一批自愿者使用，收集其使用后的反映。
3.在本男女通用避孕套通过试用达到安全、舒适的效果后，逐步扩大使用范围，包括提供给同性恋肛交、男性和女性手淫自慰使用。另外，对女性阴道松弛者可选用厚度大的型号作为仿生填充器具使用，以及在避孕套仿女性阴道内壁设置的条纹皱褶凹陷处填充可热熔的膏状药物发挥其保健治疗等作用，观察具体的使用效果。
4.在多个方面的使用达到安全舒适的目的后，可联系国家和地方的计生部门、卫生部门等进行技术鉴定，然后推广使用。
5.逐步在世界各国进行推广使用，以造福整个人类。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种男女通用避孕套，是采用硅胶、乳胶或聚胺酯材料制造成长度3～20厘米、直径1～10厘米、厚度0.01毫米～0.5厘米的避孕套(1)，其特征在于避孕套的根部左右两侧与下侧设置有3条呈丁字形设置的粘贴膜片(2)，在避孕套管壁的内面布有仿女性阴道内壁的凹陷皱褶(3)和纵行细槽(5)，在避孕套管壁外面则布有仿男性阴茎表面凸起的曲张静脉结构造型(4)，避孕套根部的环圈(6)内侧布有仿女性处女膜样的片状薄片(7)，还配有一个可以套在避孕套根部外面的橡皮筋套环(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于避孕套的根部左右两侧与下侧设置的3条呈丁字形设置的粘贴膜片(2)，各条的长度为1～10厘米、宽度1～5厘米、厚度0.001毫米～0.1厘米。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于避孕套的根部左右两侧与下侧设置的3条呈丁字形设置的粘贴膜片(2)其阴、阳两面均具有粘着性，因此其上均覆盖有一层塑料薄膜以免包装折叠时粘结，使用时撕下该层塑料薄膜即可方便地粘贴在皮肤上，为方便使用本避孕套根部的粘贴膜片上的阳面印制有“女性请撕开本面”、阴面印制有“男性请撕开本面”的提示图案。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于该避孕套与一般避孕套薄而光滑的特征不同，本避孕套在管壁的内外两面分别设置有额外的凹凸结构造型，即其内面布有仿女性阴道内壁的3～30条横向排列的、厚度为0.01毫米～0.5厘米的凹陷皱褶(3)，外面则布有仿男性阴茎表面凸起3～10条纵向、斜形弯曲排列的、厚度为0.01毫米～0.5厘米的曲张静脉结构造型(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于对厚度为0.1毫米以上的本避孕套的内面还专门设置有1～10条直线纵行的细槽(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于避孕套根部的环圈(6)内侧布有仿女性处女膜样的片状薄片(7)，该片状薄片为硅橡胶材料制成， 可根据需要制作成圆形、椭圆形、锯齿形、半月形或筛状、毛缘状的处女膜形状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的男女通用避孕套，其特征在于配有一个可以套在避孕套根部外面的橡皮筋套环(8)，该橡皮筋套环直径为0.1厘米～3厘米，宽0.1厘米～3厘米。
