Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'étanchéité d'extrémité d'ensembles à tube traceur et à conduite de transport, consistant à utiliser une première conduite de transport et à appliquer, à des intervalles longitudinaux sélectionnés, un matériau adhésif le long de la surface extérieure de la première conduite de transport. Le procédé consiste également à fixer un premier tube traceur longitudinalement à la première conduite de transport de sorte que le premier tube traceur vienne en contact avec le matériau adhésif sur la première conduite de transport. Le procédé consiste à revêtir la première conduite de transport et le premier tube traceur d'un matériau isolant, tout en laissant une partie des extrémités libres de la première conduite de transport et du premier tube traceur exempte de matériau isolant, et à envelopper un revêtement polymère autour de la première conduite de transport et du premier tube traceur au niveau de leurs extrémités libres non isolées et à gainer ensuite la première conduite de transport et le premier tube traceur revêtus d'isolant.
