Abstract

A shoe construction that includes detachable components mainly of insole holder (1), out sole (2), insole (4) and upper shoe cap (5a. 5b). The said multipurpose shoe permits the user to wear a single pair of shoe sole while changing the upper cap of the shoe according to the occasion. The said components (2) and (5a) or (5b) are attached and detached using a pull tap (6) along the zipper teeth (3). With this shoe construction, the user has many more options for his shoe body (with less cost) and can easily detach the components of the shoe and replace with another if either the outsole, insole or upper cap of the shoe are worn out.

Description

Multipurpose Shoe with Interchangeable Parts
TECHNICAL FI ELD
[0001 ] The present invention relates to shoes 'and more particularly pertains to a new shoe having detachable components held firmly together using a pull tap (6) along the zipper teeth (3) which permits the user to wear a single pair of shoe sole while changing the upper cap of the shoe according to the occasion.
BAC KG ROUN D OF TH E IN V ENTION
[0002] The use of the shoes is known in the prior art. Myriad shoe designs are described in the prior art which have been developed for ful fi l lment of countless objectives. Some of the known prior art shoes include: U.S. Patent Nos. 4.279,083 and 5,3 1 7,822. While these shoe devices ful fil their respective objectives, none of the prior art describes detachable shoe components which permits the user to wear a single pair of shoe sole while changing the upper cap of the shoe according to the occasion by detaching the components held firmly together using a pull tap (6) along the zipper teeth (3)
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the prior art regarding known type of shoes, the present invention provides a new shoe construction that incl udes detachable components mainly of insole holder ( 1 ), out sole (2). insole (4) and upper cap (5a, 5b) which has many advantages and novel features, described heretofore which is not anticipated, rendered obvious by the prior art shoes.
[0004] It is the primary objective of the present invention to provide detachable components of a shoe mainly of insole holder ( I ), out sole (2), insole (4) and upper shoe cap (5a, 5b).
It is another object of the invention to provide an upper shoe cap which can be replaced according to the occasion.
[0005] It is another object of the invention to provide fastening means between the wear sole and upper portion of the shoe using a fastener, for example, a pull tap. It is the also the object of the invention to provide alternate fastener depending on the design of the shoe.
[0006] Other objects and advantages wil l become apparent from the following description and appended claims taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS :
[0007] The aforementioned paragraphs as wel l as the following detailed description of the disclosure will be better understood when read in conj unction with the diagrammatic representation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0008] In the following description, certain specific elements are provided in order to understand the various disclosed embodiments. However, a person skilled in the art who read the disclosure, the drawings and the clai ms will real ize that the disclosed embodiments can be practiced with or without one or more of these specific details or with other elements without deviating from the scope of the disclosure.
[0009] Reference will be now made in detail to the various embodiments of the disclosure; schematic representation of the invention has been illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference will be used throughout the description to refer to the same or like embodiments.
[001 0] The present invention aims to provide a new shoe construction, as best i l lustrated through Figures 1 through 9, that includes detachable components mainly of insole holder ( 1 ). out sole (2), insole (4) and upper cap (5a, 5b). The said detachable components is fastened using a fastener for example, a pull tap. It is the also the object of the invention to provide alternate fastener depending on the design of the shoe.
[001 1 ] Referring to Figure 1 is an incl ined view of the insole holder ( 1 ) along with the out sole (2) with zipper teeth (3). Figure 4 is an insole (4) which can be placed over the insole holder ( 1 ) as illustrated in Figure 3. Figures 4 and 5 are inclined views of the upper shoe cap 5(a) and 5(b) which can be conveniently detached and attached to the insole holder using a fastener. It should be appreciated that other means could be employed for detachably securing the upper shoe cap with the insole holder besides use of the zipper.
[0012] This feature of the invention wi l l be of advantageous to the end customers, wherein the hassle of carrying two or more shoes (especially whi le travel l i ng) can be minimized. The upper shoe cap can be selectively purchased depending on the occasion, wherein the same insole holder ( 1 ) can be used. If a person desired to use different types of shoe cap for di fferent activities, the present shoe construction allows a person to readily change the shoe cap to accommodate the desired activity or occasion. In this manner, a single insole holder or upper shoe cap could be sold and used with different upper shoe cap or insole holder, respectively. This may be desired to replace a worn sole or upper shoe cap rather than purchasing an entire shoe.
[0013] The above and other objects of the invention are realized in a specific illustrative embodiment thereof in which a shoe construction includes a conventional shoe body having an upper shoe cap which fits on top of the foot and a lower insole holder which is joined to the upper shoe cap and which fits under the foot.
[0014] As to a further discussion of the manner of using and operating the invention, the same is apparent from the aforementioned description. Accordingly, no further description relating to the manner of using and operating the invention is necessary.
[0015] It is to be appreciated that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use are deemed readily apparent and obvious to a person skilled in the art and all equivalent variations to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
[0016] Therefore, it needs to be appreciated that the aforementioned description is just an illustration of the principles of the invention. Since numerous modifications, variations, improvements and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not considered to limit the invention to the exact described format of the invention or its manufacturing and accordingly all suitable modifications and equivalents may be falling within the scope of the invention.
