现在, 越来越多的样本分析仪的用户希望生产厂家提供更专业的售后服 务, 由厂家监控仪器的运行状态, 及时发现潜在故障问题, 尽早解决, 保障样 本分析仪连续可靠的运行。但是由于样本分析仪安装在医院的检验室,仪器的 生产商如果定期去医院检查仪器运行状态, 非常不便, 而且也无法实现实时监 控。将医院的样本分析仪并入网络, 方便生产商远程获取仪器在运行状态中的 运行信息, 能够方便实现实时监控, 但存在仪器联网存在信息安全的风险。 现 有的方法是,样本分析仪本身不联网, 分析仪用户先将所需的数据导出存储在 移动存储装置,再将移动存储装置连接入另外一台联网的电脑上,将数据传送 给仪器厂商。该方法需要移动存储装置在不同计算机之间连接,有感染和传播 病毒的风险, 使用不方便, 且容易泄露无关信息。 因此, 需要一种安全、 方便 地传送样本分析仪设备运行信息的系统及方法。 发明内容

步骤 S106, 将所述预存信息与所述设备运行信息进行比对并生成比对结 果信息。 在本步骤中, 所述远程监控装置 30获取设备运行信息, 并与预存信 息进行比对, 获取比对结果信息。从而通过比对结果信息判断医疗设备的运行 状态是否与预存信息一致、 医疗设备是否处于正常运行状态之下。
本发明的医疗设备数据传送系统与方法在读取装置 20—端通过二维码作 为图像标签进行数据的传输, 传输操作过程可见、 可控, 医疗设备本身不必接 入互联网,保证医疗设备的数据安全。且读取装置 20所传输的数据量被限定, 可降低医疗设备用户对信息安全的疑虑。 同时, 远程监控装置 30可对读取装 置 20所读取的信息进行响应, 从而实现对医疗设备的远程监控。
如图 3所示,是本发明的第二较佳实施例, 本实施例中的医疗设备数据传 送系统与第一较佳实施例大致相同, 不同之处在于:

进一步的, 所述读取装置 20还设有还原单元 22, 所述还原单元 22用于 接收所述读取单元 21所发送的图像标签, 并将所述图像标签还原为设备运行 信息, 从而在读取装置 20的读取阶段即生成设备运行信息, 并将该设备运行 信息发送至远程监控装置 30。
进一步的, 所述读取装置 20还可设置第二输出单元 25, 所述第二输出单 元 25连接于所述读取单元 21和 /或还原单元 22, 用于显示所述读取装置 20 所接收读取的信息和 /或还原单元 22所还原的信息。 可以理解的是, 所述第二 输出单元 25可釆用显示屏、 设有显示屏的各类移动终端或具有打印功能的打 印装置, 从而通过显示、 打印等方式进行各类信息的输出与显示。
在本实施例中, 所述第二输出单元 25可在进行图像标签还原生成设备运 行信息时, 输出显示所述设备运行信息, 从而便于读取装置 20的操作者确认 向所述远程监控装置 30发送的设备运行信息的具体内容, 防止由于操作者的 误操作而使读取装置 20发送无关信息、 隐私信息或不匹配信息。
如图 4所示,第二较佳实施例的医疗设备数据传送系统实现的医疗数据传 送方法与第一较佳实施例大致相同, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201, 对获取医疗设备的设备运行信息的请求进行鉴权。 在本实施 例中, 通过设置于图像标签生成装置 10的鉴权单元 15对图像标签生成装置 10的图像标签生成权限进行鉴权。 即, 当图像标签生成装置 10的获取单元 11 向医疗设备请求获取所述医疗设备的设备运行信息时,在医疗设备发送设备运 行信息至图像标签生成装置 10前, 所述鉴权单元 15对图像标签生成装置 10 进行鉴权。 鉴权单元 15通过判断医疗设备是否正常开启以判断医疗设备及图 像标签生成装置 10的使用者是否具有医疗设备及图像标签生成装置 10的使用 权限, 如医疗设备可正常开启并工作, 则允许图像标签生成装置 10相应地进 行设备运行信息的获取及图像标签的生成。在任一其他实施例中, 也可以没有 该步骤。
步骤 S202, 获取医疗设备的设备运行信息。

步骤 S208, 将所述预存信息与所述设备运行信息进行比对并生成比对结 果信息。在本步骤中,远程监控装置 30接收所述读取装置 20所发送的设备运 行信息, 并将设备运行信息与预存信息进行比对。 可以理解的是, 在此步骤 中, 所述比对生成的比对信息也可回传至读取装置 20, 并通过第二输出单元 25显示。 例如, 当设备运行信息为质控信息时, 远程监控装置 30通过第二通 信单元将比对信息发送给读取单元, 显示在第二输出单元 25, 用户可以非常 方便、 实时地了解该样本分析仪的质控结果是否在受控范围内, 以及与其他实 验室相比的情况。 进一步的, 如果该样本分析仪的质控数据异常, 厂家还可以 通过远程监控装置 30将分析建议也传送给位于用户处的读取装置 20, 并通过 第二输出单元 25显示。 更进一步的, 用户可以通过读取装置 20与远程监控单 元 30进行即时通信, 在线咨询厂家技术人员。
本实施例中的医疗设备数据传送方法在获取医疗设备的设备运行信息时 设置鉴权步骤, 用于进一步保证设备运行信息的安全。 通过读取装置 20完成 将图像标签还原为设备运行信息这一过程, 并通过设置于读取装置 20的第二 输出单元 25进行显示,防止由于操作者的误操作而使读取装置 20发送无关信 息、 隐私信息或不匹配信息。
如图 5所示是本发明的第三较佳实施例,本实施例中的医疗设备数据传送 系统与第一较佳实施例大致相同, 不同之处在于:
所述图像标签生成装置 10设有第一加密单元 16, 所述第一加密单元 16 连接于所述获取单元 11 与图像标签生成单元 12之间, 用于将所述获取单元 11获取的设备运行信息进行加密, 并发送至图像标签生成单元 12。 所述图像 标签生成单元进而根据加密后的设备运行信息生成图像标签。。
所述读取装置 20还设有连接于所述还原单元 22与第一通信单元 24的第 二加密单元 23, 用于对所述还原单元 22生成的设备运行信息进行加密, 并将 加密后的设备运行信息发送至第一通信单元 24。 可以理解的是, 所述第二加 密单元 23也可连接于所述读取单元 21, 并对图像标签直接进行加密。
所述远程监控装置 30还设有连接于处理单元 33与第二通信单元 31的解 密单元 32, 所述解密单元 32用于接收所述第二通信单元 31发送的图像标签 或设备运行信息,并将由图像标签生成装置 10的第一加密单元 16加密过的设 备运行信息及 /或读取装置 20的第二加密单元 23加密过的图像标签或设备运 行信息进行解密, 以便处理单元 33进行处理。
在本实施例中, 图像标签生成装置 10设有第一加密单元 16, 第二读取装 置 20设有第二加密单元 23, 可在信息的转换、 发送的各个阶段对信息进行加 密。 如可在图像标签生成装置 10获取生成图像标签阶段对所需传递的信息进 行加密, 也可在读取装置 20接收信息之后、 发送设备运行信息或图像标签至 远程监控装置 30 之间将所需传递的信息进行加密。 且所述第二加密单元 23 可对图像标签进行加密, 也可对设备运行信息进行加密。
可以理解的是, 在每次的数据传递的过程中, 第一加密单元 16与第二加 密单元 23可单独对所传递的信息进行加密; 也可同时对信息进行加密, 从而 形成对数据的多次加密, 保证数据的安全。
进一步的, 本实施例中所述远程监控装置 30还设有连接于所述比对单元 34的预警单元 35,所述预警单元 35用于根据所述比对结果信息输出预警信息。 所述比对单元 34还将比对信息发送至第二通信单元 31, 并通过第二通信单元 31发送至读取装置 20, 并通过读取装置 20的第二输出单元 25进行显示, 便 于进行读取操作的使用者观看。
进一步的, 本实施例中所述远程监控装置 30还设有存储单元 36, 所述存 储单元 36连接于所述处理单元 33, 所述存储单元 36用于存储设备运行信息 及通过设备运行信息与预存信息生成的比对结果信息。可以理解的是, 所述预 警信息的相关信息, 如预警发生的原因、 内容、 类型、 预警发生时间等信息也 可发送至存储单元 36进行存储, 以便于使用者通过有线或无线网络进行远程 读取。
进一步的, 本实施例中所述远程监控装置 30还设有认证单元 37, 所述认 证单元 37连接于所述存储单元 36与第二通信单元 31。 所述认证单元 37用于 对存储单元进行加密保护,使用者可通过读取装置 20与认证单元 37进行数据 通信并经过鉴权后访问存储单元 36, 从而获取存储于存储单元 36的设备运行 信息、 比对结果信息、 历次的预警信息。 可以理解的是, 使用者不仅可以在通 过认证后对存储单元 36内的各类信息进行读取, 也可根据需要在通过认证后 通过读取装置 20上传或输入各类信息或命令至远程监控装置 30。 远程监控装 置 30可根据认证后确认的权限存储使用者上传的信息。
进一步的,所述医疗设备数据传送系统还包括一个或一个以上的接收装置 40,所述接收装置 40通过无线或有线方式连接于所述远程监控装置 30的第二 通信单元 31。 所述接收装置 40用于接收所述远程监控装置 30发送至所述接 收装置 40的设备运行信息、 比对结果信息、 预警信息。 在本实施例中, 所述 接收装置 40可釆用各类具有通信接收功能的设备或装置, 如可釆用设有客户 端软件的台式计算机或平板电脑、手机等各类移动终端,从而便于使用者随时 随地按需接收或查询远程监控装置 30发来的设备运行信息、 比对结果信息、 预警信息。 可以理解的是, 所述接收装置 40也可连接于认证单元 37, 并于远程监控 装置 30中预先设置具有不同权限的多个账户, 从而便于具有不同权限的使用 者经过认证后登入具有不同权限的账户,从而根据各个账户的权限获取相应的 向该账户公开的信息。 此外, 使用者还可以通过认证后, 使用接收装置 40与 远程监控装置进行即时通信。
使用时,接收装置 40不仅可以接收远程监控装置 30实时推送的设备运行 信息、 比对结果信息、 预警信息, 也可根据其权限登入远程监控装置 30的存 储单元 36,从而查看先前存储于存储单元 36的设备运行信息、比对结果信息、 预警信息。
如图 6所示,第三较佳实施例的医疗设备数据传送系统实现的医疗数据传 送方法与第二较佳实施例大致相同, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301, 对获取医疗设备的设备运行信息的请求进行鉴权。
步骤 S302, 获取医疗设备的设备运行信息。
步骤 S303, 根据所述设备运行信息生成并显示图像标签。
进一步的, 在本实施例中, 可在步骤 S302中获取设备运行信息后通过第 一加密单元 16对设备运行信息进行加密, 以便保证设备运行信息及 /或图像标 签的传输安全。
步骤 S304, 通过读取装置 20读取图像标签。
步骤 S305, 处理所述图像标签, 还原生成设备运行信息并将所述设备运 行信息。在本步骤中,可将由图像标签还原生成的所述设备运行信息进行加密, 或直接将图像标签进行加密。
在本实施例中, 通过所述读取装置 20对图像标签进行还原, 并将还原生 成的设备运行信息发送至远程监控装置 30。 因此可进一步通过第二加密单元 23将读取装置 20生成的设备运行信息进行加密, 以便将加密后的设备运行信 息发送至远程监控装置 30, 进一步保证设备运行信息的传输安全。
可以理解的是, 如在此步骤中, 如第一较佳实施例所述, 读取装置 20直 接将图像标签发送至远程监控装置 30, 则可通过第二加密单元 23将图像标签 进行加密, 并将加密后的图像标签发送至远程监控装置。 因此, 本步骤中, 可 通过第二加密单元 23对设备运行信息或图像标签信息进行加密。 步骤 S306, 将所述图像标签或所述设备运行信息解密; 在本步骤中, 远 程监控装置 30接收加密后的设备运行信息, 并将加密后的设备运行信息进行 解密。可以理解的是,如果远程监控装置 30直接接受读取装置 20所发送的加 密后的图像标签, 则远程监控装置 30则接收加密后的图像标签, 并将图像标 签解密并处理还原为设备运行信息。 因此在本步骤中, 可通过解密单元 32对 加密后的图像标签或设备运行信息进行解密。
步骤 S307, 设置预存信息。
步骤 S308, 将所述预存信息与所述设备运行信息进行比对并生成比对结 果信息。
步骤 S309, 输出预警信息。 本实施例中, 通过所述预警单元 35输出预警 信息, 从而提示远程监控装置 30处的相关人员关注比对结果信息。
步骤 S310, 将设备运行信息及通过设备运行信息与预存信息生成的比对 结果信息存储于存储单元 36。
步骤 S311, 接收认证请求, 并对访问存储于所述存储单元 36的认证请求 进行认证。 本步骤中, 所述认证单元 37用于对存储单元进行加密保护, 使用 者可通过读取装置 20或其他终端与认证单元 37进行数据通信并经过鉴权认证 后访问存储单元 36, 从而获取存储于存储单元 36的设备运行信息与比对结果 信息。 可以理解的是, 所述读取装置 20 可通过互联网连接远程监控装置 30 的第二通信单元 31随时请求认证并访问存储单元 36, 如读取装置 20可釆用 各类移动终端, 并可随时随地访问存储单元 36。
本实施例中的医疗设备数据传送方法设置加密及解密步骤,进一步保证所 述设备运行信息的传输过程的安全。 并且通过存储单元 36对设备运行信息与 比对结果信息进行存储, 方便使用掌握医疗设备的使用状况。 通过认证单元 37 实现认证鉴权, 进一步的, 本实施例中的医疗设备数据传送方法设置存储 及认证步骤,便于使用者随时随地对历次的设备运行信息与比对结果信息进行 阅览。
如图 7所示为本发明的第四较佳实施例的医疗设备数据传送系统。在本实 施例中, 医疗设备数据传送系统仅包括图像标签生成装置 10、 读取装置 20, 所述图像标签生成装置 10与读取装置 20的具体构成可与如上所述的任一较佳 实施例相同。 在本实施例中, 所述读取装置 20可向外部设置的任意类型的装 置发送图像标签及 /或运行状态信息, 也可将所述图像标签及 /或运行状态信息 进行存储, 以便相关人员按需自所述读取装置 20中提取。
相对应的, 如图 8所示, 第四较佳实施例的医疗设备数据传送系统实现的 医疗数据传送方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S401, 获取医疗设备的设备运行信息。
步骤 S402, 根据所述设备运行信息生成并显示图像标签。
步骤 S403, 读取所述图像标签。
进一步的, 还可包括步骤 S404, 将所述图像标签向外部发送, 或将所述 图像标签还原生成设备运行信息后将所述设备运行信息或设备运行信息连同 图像标签向外部发送。
可以理解的是,本实施例中的各个步骤与第一较佳实施例的相应步骤的实 现方式相同。
本发明的医疗设备数据传送系统及方法通过读取装置 20对设备运行信息 进行获取, 医疗设备无需连接互联网, 保证医疗设备的数据通信封闭性, 进而 保证医疗设备相关信息的安全性。且本发明的医疗设备数据传送系统及方法通 过二维码进行实时数据传输, 监控便捷, 并可保障数据信息安全。 且在有生物 污染风险的环境中, 釆用本发明的医疗设备数据传送系统及方法, 可以将读取 装置包装,既不影响读取图像标签、传送数据,又可以将读取装置与环境隔离, 解决生物污染的问题。

读取所述图像标签;
处理所述图像标签并还原生成设备运行信息;
设置预存信息;
将所述预存信息与所述设备运行信息进行比对以生成比对结果信息。

27、 一种医疗设备数据传送系统, 其特征在于, 包括图像标签生成装置及 读取装置;
所述图像标签生成装置连接于医疗设备,用于获取所述医疗设备的设备运 行信息, 并将所述设备运行信息生成为图像标签;
所述读取装置用于读取所述图像标签并发送所述图像标签或设备运行信 息。
28、 一种医疗设备数据传送方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括以下步骤: 获取医疗设备的设备运行信息;
根据所述设备运行信息生成并显示图像标签;
读取所述图像标签;
将所述图像标签向外部发送。

将所述图像标签还原为设备运行信息,
将所述设备运行信息向外部发送。
