本发明涉及纸币处理技术,具体涉及一种钞箱及其纸币长度和宽度尺寸调节装置。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,纸币的处理量越来越大,人们对于纸币处理设备的处理能力的要求也随之提高。目前普遍使用的纸币处理设备的主要功能有自动存取款机、清分机等,而在这些设备的钞箱中,纸币尺寸的调节装置被广泛应用。纸币尺寸的调节装置是用于根据纸币的长度和宽度尺寸调整钞箱内容纳纸币的空间大小的结构,当钞箱存入某一尺寸的纸币时,纸币尺寸调节装置将钞箱内容纳纸币的空间调节为刚好适合纸币尺寸的大小,使得纸币堆叠更加整齐有序,而不至于折钞或者散乱。因此纸币尺寸调节装置是钞箱内不可或缺的结构。
目前采用的纸币尺寸调节装置普遍存在调节复杂不方便的问题,传统的钞箱纸币尺寸调节方式在调节时需要操作者先要松开较多数量的螺钉,然后分别移动长度尺寸限位板和宽度尺寸限位板,目测限位板对准标尺线,最后再锁紧螺钉来固定位置,操作时比较麻烦,容易造成尺寸调节不准确。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中纸币尺寸调节装置调节操作方式复杂不方便的问题,本发明提供一种纸币尺寸调节装置,使得钞箱内纸币尺寸调节变得简单易行。
本发明还提供一种钞箱,包含有上述纸币尺寸调节装置。
该纸币尺寸调节装置设置在钞箱内,其包括:一对装配体,相互配合形成一承载纸币的空间,该承载纸币的空间可被调节尺寸大小;以及一前支撑架和一后支撑架,该前支撑架与该后支撑架上设置有相互对应的横向标尺与纵向标尺以及与该标尺对应的多个定位孔,该前支撑架与该后支撑 架分别固定在该钞箱内前壁和后壁上,用于支撑该对装配体;其中,每一装配体包括一限位板、一加强板、一对插拔销板以及一对压缩弹簧,该加强板固定在该限位板的底部,其中一插拔销板设置在该限位板与该加强板的一端且被夹持于该限位板与该加强板之间,一压缩弹簧的一端固定在该加强板或该限位板上,另一端连接该插拔销板一端,给予该插拔销板一弹性力,使得该插拔销板的另一端始终保持插入该定位孔中的趋势,另一插拔销板与另一压缩弹簧对称地设置在该限位板与该加强板的另一端,该装配体依赖于该对插拔销板定位在该前支撑架和后支撑架上。
优选的,该限位板横截面具有一L形状,该对装配体相对设置,两限位板相对形成一个三面合围的承载纸币的空间。
优选的,该插拔销板上设置有一对导向槽,该限位板或该加强板上设置有相应的一对导向圆柱,该对导向圆柱伸入该对导向槽中,用以限制该插拔销板的插拔方向。
优选的,组装状态下,该导向槽垂直于该前支撑架和该后支撑架。
优选的,该前支撑架与该后支撑架上的横向标尺与该纵向标尺均呈T字形分布。
优选的,该定位孔为方形孔、圆孔或多边形孔。
本发明提供的钞箱,包括上述纸币尺寸调节装置。
本发明提供的纸币尺寸调节装置通过一对装配体承载纸币,且装配体通过插拔销板定位在前、后支撑架上,因此只需要通过插拔销板调节装配体的安装位置,即可改变承载纸币的空间的尺寸,也就是说,可根据纸币的尺寸调整钞箱内容纳纸币的空间大小。而插拔销板的一端固定在压缩弹簧上,因此只需稍用力即可将压缩弹簧进一步压缩至解锁位,插拔销板即可从定位孔中拔出,以便移至合适尺寸的定位孔中,当选择对准好定位孔后,只需放松插拔销板,压缩弹簧即可借助于弹性力将插拔销板插入定位孔中。因此,本发明提供的纸币尺寸调节装置省时省力,而且由于承载纸币的限位板横截面呈L型,两块限位板配合形成三面合围的纸币承载空间,当移动插拔销板而移动该装配体时,相当于同时调整了容纳纸币长度和宽度上的尺寸,因此实现了纸币长度和宽度上尺寸的同时调整。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1是一种自动存取款机纸币处理装置的结构示意图。该自动存取款机大体可分为上部模块A1,下部模块A2和金库A3,其中下部模块A2被置于金库A3中。上部模块主要由出入钞口1,纸币传送通道2,纸币鉴别器3,暂存区4等组成。而下部模块主要由下部传送通道5,存款钞箱9和循环钞箱6等组成。本发明提供的纸币尺寸调节装置可应用于存款钞箱9和/或循环钞箱6中。
以下结合图示介绍本实施例提供钞箱及其纸币尺寸调节装置:
结合图2和图3所示,该纸币尺寸调节装置设置在钞箱9内,该纸币尺寸调节装置包括一对装配体10和一对支撑架101和106,该对装配体10 相互配合形成一承载纸币的空间,该对支撑架可分为一前支撑架101和一后支撑架106,该前支撑架101与该后支撑架106分别固定在该钞箱9的内前壁和后壁上,用于支撑该对装配体10;该对支撑架上设置有相互对应的横向标尺107和纵向标尺108以及与该标尺107和108对应的多个定位孔,该装配体10固定在该些定位孔中。该前支撑架101与该后支撑架106上的横向标尺107与该纵向标尺108均呈T字形分布,横向标尺107分别向两端延伸,分别为两个装配体10的位置移动提供横向坐标,该纵向标尺108供两个装配体10的位置移动提供共同的纵向坐标。
结合图4,每一装配体10又包括一限位板104、一加强板105、一对插拔销板102以及一对压缩弹簧103,该加强板105固定在该限位板104的底部,该对插拔销板102对称地设置在该限位板与该加强板的一端,且该插拔销板102被夹持在该限位板104与该加强板105之间,压缩弹簧103的一端固定在该加强板105上,另一端连接该插拔销板102的一端,给予该插拔销板102一弹性力,使得该插拔销板102的另一端始终保持插入前支撑架101和后支撑架106上的定位孔中的趋势,该装配体10依赖于该对插拔销板102插入定位孔中并定位在该前支撑架101和后支撑架106上。另外值得说明的是,加强板105与限位板104固定在一起后,既被用来加强限位板104的强度,还被用来限制插拔销板102在上下方向上的自由度,也就是说,插拔销板102是被夹持在该限位板104与加强板105之间的,而压缩弹簧103的一端同时被固定在加强板105和限位板104上,另一端则当然连接该插拔销板102。该压缩弹簧103在如图5所示的锁定和解锁位置均处于压缩储能状态;当插拔销板102处于图5所示的解锁位置时,压缩弹簧前端会沿着图5所示的锁定方向给插拔销板102施加一个弹力,使插拔销板102插入到图6所示101或106上的定位方孔中;当插拔销板102处于图5所示的锁定位置时,压缩弹簧前端仍会沿着图5所示的锁定方向给插拔销板102施加一个弹力,使插拔销板102可靠地固定在支撑架101和106上。
从图3和图4中可以看出,该限位板104包括基本垂直的一个底面和侧面,因此从横截面看具有一L字母形状,组装时该对装配体10相对设置,两限位板相对形成一个三面合围的承载纸币的空间。调节两个装配体 10之间的距离即可调节容纳纸币空间的长度。
结合图8所示,该插拔销板102上设置有一对导向槽1021,该限位板104或该加强板105上设置相应的一对导向圆柱1041,该对导向圆柱1041伸入该对导向槽1021中,用以限制该插拔销板102的插拔方向。组装状态下,该导向槽1021是垂直于该前支撑架101和该后支撑架106的。也就是说,该插拔销板102的插拔方向是垂直于该支撑架101和106的,使得插拔销板102插入或拔出于该支撑架101和106,以实现装配体10从该支撑架101和106上装卸,以便移动装配体10的位置,从而实现承载纸币的空间的尺寸的调节,也就是根据纸币尺寸调节承载纸币空间的尺寸。
以下结合图示介绍本实施例提供的纸币尺寸调节装置调节承载纸币空间尺寸的方法。如图5所示,插拔销板102被固定在限位板104和限位板加强板105之间,可沿着图5所示的开、关锁方向进行移动,当需要调节尺寸时将插拔销板102按图5所示移动至开锁位,调节尺寸完成后松开插拔销板102,其可在压缩弹簧103的作用下自动伸入该支撑架101和106的定位方孔内,支撑架101上的定位方孔1011具体详见图6所示。限位板104被用来同时调节钞箱适用的纸币的长度尺寸规格和宽度尺寸规格,其通过插拔销板102固定在限位板支撑架101和106上。安装本装置时,先将支撑架101和106固定在钞箱内,然后再将装配体10通过插拔销板102固定在支撑架101和106上,如此便在钞箱内形成纸币放置的三面合围的空间。传统的纸币尺寸调节装配在调节纸币尺寸规格时,往往需要松开支撑架的螺钉移动支撑架位置,然后分别调整长度限位和宽度限位才能完成尺寸调节,尺寸调节完毕后还需要锁紧螺钉,调节不易且操作步奏繁琐;而使用本实施例提供的纸币尺寸调节装置的钞箱只需要向内压紧插拔销板102,然后移动装配体10即可同时对长度尺寸和宽度尺寸进行调节,调节完成后松开插拔销板102即可自动插入到支撑架101和106的定位方孔内,定位孔在本实施例中被描述为方孔,是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是上述优选实施方式不应被视为本发明的限制,其他的方式的定位孔,比如圆孔、多边形孔或其他形状的孔等也是可行的。
如图5和图6所示,表示本实施例提供的纸币尺寸调节装置的简易视图,纸币20在本装置上的放置关系如图5和图6所示,当纸币20的面额 不同时,纸币的外形尺寸也会不同,放入钞箱时就需要调整限位板来适应不同尺寸的纸币。如图5和图6所示,本装置中的插拔销板102、限位板104、加强板105和压缩弹簧103形成一个装配体10,当需要调整纸币的规格尺寸时,只需要移动装配体10的位置即可同时对长度和宽度尺寸进行调节,然后将插拔销板插入101(或106)上的定位方孔内即可。当需要更改钞箱内的纸币规格时,只需操作者向内压紧插拔销板102到插拔销板能解锁的位置,即可使装配体10与支撑架101和106脱离,然后参照标尺107和108将装配体10移动到需要的纸币尺寸规格,松开插拔销板102,插拔销板102通过压缩弹簧103自动锁定在支架撑101和106的定位方孔内。最后检查插拔销板102上的指示箭头是否对准锁定的位置,如没有,则表明此时的插拔销板102还没有正确的插入到支撑架101和106的定位方孔内,这时只轻微的调整一下插拔销板102使其正确插入定位方孔中,使指示箭头对准锁定位置即可。至此,就完成了对钞箱长度和宽度尺寸的调节。
如图7所示为调节尺寸时装配体10的移动示意图。当需要将纸币尺寸由L1×W1调节到L2×W2时,只需按上一段所述方式将插拔销板松开,然后将一对装配体10按图示方向移动到所需的L2×W2尺寸,放开插拔销板,即完成尺寸调节。反之由L2×W2调节到L1×W1亦然,只是装配体A的移动方向与图示方向相反即可。
进一步地,如图8和图9所示,支撑架101或106在钞箱组装时被固定在钞箱内,在其上已加工好对应各档尺寸的定位方孔。当需要调节纸币尺寸时,向内压紧插拔销板102至开锁位置(参照图5)即可使装配体10脱离支撑架101和106;尺寸调节完毕后,松开插拔销板102,其即可在压缩弹簧103的弹力作用下自动插入到限位板支撑架101和106的定位方孔内,插拔销板移动到锁定位置(参照图5)达到定位的作用。
传统的钞箱纸币尺寸调节装置,长度限位和宽度限位是分开的,因此要更改纸币尺寸规格时需要松开固定螺钉分别对长度限位和宽度限位进行调节;调节完成后还需锁紧固定螺钉来实现定位,操作明显复杂。本发明提供的纸币尺寸调节装置当需要调整纸币的规格尺寸时,只需要移动装配体10的位置即可同时对长度和宽度尺寸进行调节,然后将插拔销板102插入101(或106)上的定位方孔内即可,因此操作简单,省时省力。
惟以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,非意欲局限本发明的专利保护范围,故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的等效变化,均同理皆包含于本发明的权利保护范围内,合予陈明。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纸币尺寸调节装置,设置在钞箱内,该纸币尺寸调节装置包括:
    一对装配体,相互配合形成一承载纸币的空间,该承载纸币的空间可被调节尺寸大小;以及一前支撑架和一后支撑架,该前支撑架与该后支撑架上设置有相互对应的横向标尺与纵向标尺以及与该标尺对应的多个定位孔,该前支撑架与该后支撑架分别固定在该钞箱内前壁和后壁上,用于支撑该对装配体;
    其中,每一装配体包括一限位板、一加强板、一对插拔销板以及一对压缩弹簧,该加强板固定在该限位板的底部,其中一插拔销板设置在该限位板与该加强板的一端且被夹持于该限位板与该加强板之间,一压缩弹簧的一端固定在该加强板或该限位板上,另一端连接该插拔销板一端,给予该插拔销板一弹性力,使得该插拔销板的另一端始终保持插入该定位孔中的趋势,另一插拔销板与另一压缩弹簧对称地设置在该限位板与该加强板的另一端,该装配体依赖于该对插拔销板定位在该前支撑架和后支撑架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸币尺寸调节装置,其特征在于,该限位板横截面具有一L形状,该对装配体相对设置,两限位板相对形成一个三面合围的承载纸币的空间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的纸币尺寸调节装置,其特征在于,该插拔销板上设置有一对导向槽,该限位板或该加强板上设置有相应的一对导向圆柱,该对导向圆柱伸入该对导向槽中,用以限制该插拔销板的插拔方向。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的纸币尺寸调节装置,其特征在于,组装状态下,该导向槽垂直于该前支撑架和该后支撑架。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的纸币尺寸调节装置,其特征在于,该前支撑架与该后支撑架上的横向标尺与该纵向标尺均呈T字形分布。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的纸币尺寸调节装置,其特征在于,该定位孔为方形孔、圆孔或多边形孔。
  7. 一种钞箱,包括如权利要求1至6项中任意一项所述的纸币尺寸调节装置。
