本发明涉及通信领域,具体涉及一种生成功能菜单的方法和一种终端。
背景技术
随着人们需求的日益增长,各种各样的服务平台也越来越多,服务平台通过提供的平台账号为用户提供服务,满足用户的各种需求。
例如,用户可以通过人工输入设定的短信发送给电信服务平台来查询自己的话费余额、套餐流量使用情况等等。然而,由于运行商(如,移动、联通等)提供的自助查询服务多种多样,每一种服务都有其对应的特定的指令。用户需要准确的记住各类复杂的指令,并且需要能够确定指令对应的服务,才能通过人工输入特定的指令获取相应的服务。
在此情况下,一方面,用户无法完全记住各类复杂的指令;另一方面,即使用户记住了复杂的指令,仍然有可能在人工输入指令的过程中由于输入错误而导致不能获取到相应的服务,需要重复输入和发送,增加了用户和终端的负担。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的一种生成功能菜单的方法和一种终端。
依据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种生成功能菜单的方法,包括:终端获取短信应用中的平台账号信息;获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息;根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单,并显示所述功能菜单。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种终端,包括:第一获取模块,用于获取短信应用中的平台账号信息;第二获取模块,用于获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息;生成模块,用于根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单;显示模块,用于显示所述功能菜单。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种程序,包括可读代码,当所述可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据本发明实施例的任一 个所述的生成功能菜单的方法。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种可读介质,其中存储了本发明实施例所述的程序。
本发明提供的一种生成功能菜单的方案,终端可以直接获取短信应用中的平台账号信息;然后,获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息;最后,根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单并显示所述功能菜单,整个功能菜单在短信应用中展示并使用。功能菜单的各个选项上配以文字,用来说明各个选项对应可以实现的服务,用户直接通过对所述功能菜单中的选项进行操作即可实现平台账号对应提供的服务,避免了用户对大量冗长而复杂的指令的记忆过程。且,以对功能菜单的点击操作确定服务替代了手动输入指令的过程,节约了时间,提高了效率;同时避免了手动输入的错误,提高了准确度,避免重复输入和发送,减轻了用户和终端的负担。本发明的方案,改变了传统短信的展现和使用方式,为用户提供了极大的便利。

在本实施例中,所述平台账号可以是公众账号、服务账号、功能账号或者订阅账号中的任意一种。其中,公众账号可以是一些大型的企业或组织向用户公开的账号,如,中国移动的公众账号:10086;中国联通的公众账号:10010。服务账号可以是一些为用户提供查询服务的账号,如,号码百事通:114。功能账号可以是一些为用户提供自助功能选择的账号,如,中国工商银行提供的功能账号:95588。订阅账号可以是在接收用户订阅之后定期或定时向用户发送消息资讯的账号。
步骤106,根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单,并显示所述功能菜单。
这里需要说明的是,与通过网络如3G(3rd-Generation,第三代移动通信技术)网络、WIFI(WIreless-Fidelity,无线保真)网络传输数据不同,在本实施例中,信息的交互是以短信形式进行的,所有信息都是基于短信的通道进行传输的。

需要说明的是,上述步骤202-206可以在终端系统初始化时生成,也可以在接收到第三方指示指令时生成,在生成后,由用户在后续使用,而无须每次使用都生成。但为了便于本领域技术人员完整地了解本发明的方案,本实施例中将功能菜单的生成和使用作为一个完整的方案,但本领域技术人员应当明了,在实际使用中,后续对功能菜单的操作可以独立于功能菜单的生成。
步骤208,终端获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息。
较佳地,所述服务信息可以包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的指令信息;和用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址。
在本实施例中,当所述服务信息是用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的指令信息时,在所述步骤208之后可以执行步骤210。
步骤210,终端生成携带所述指令信息的短信。
其中,所述指令信息为所述服务器提供的设定指令信息,所述设定指令信息通过所述服务信息发送给所述终端。
例如,当生成的功能菜单是移动运营商提供的服务的功能菜单时,设定该功能菜单中有“查询话费”选项,则当用户选择该选项后,终端生成携带号码“11”的短信,并向移动运营平台如10086平台发送。再例如,如果用户选择“开通彩铃”选项,则终端生成携带字符串“KTCL”的短信,并向移动运营平台如10086平台发送。
步骤212,终端使用短信发送通道将生成的短信发送至为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器。
步骤214,终端接收所述服务器返回的、响应所述短信的回复信息;通过所述短信应用以短信形式显示所述回复信息。
在本实施例中,当所述服务信息是用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址时,在所述步骤208之后可以执行步骤216。
步骤216,终端根据所述页面链接地址加载对应的页面。
这里需要说明的是,执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的可以是一种终端, 也可以是一个安装有用于执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的应用的终端。

在本实施例中,可以通过移动终端(如,手机)来执行所述生成功能菜单的方法。
具体地,
用于执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的可以是终端的一个功能模块。例如,该功能模块设置于终端的操作系统或者终端的短信应用中,,当终端如手机初始化时,系统使用该功能模块在短信应用中生成相应的平台账号的功能菜单,或者,系统在安装短信应用时,因短信应用具有该功能模块,从而生成相应平台账号的功能菜单,又或者,终端提供给用户安装时机选项,如当终端接收到用户的点击操作,确定用户要安装启动该功能模块的功能时,在短信应用中生成相应平台账号的功能菜单进而,在获取用户选择的功能菜单中的选项之后执行对应的功能服务。
或者,用于执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的可以是终端中的一个APP(Application,应用程序)或者APP中的功能模块,如,可以是安全应用(如, 360手机安全卫士)中的一个模块,该安全应用安装在手机中。例如,用于执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的是360手机安全卫士中的一个短信保镖模块,当360手机安全卫士启动时,会调用所述短信保镖模块的启动,所述短信保镖模块可以在短信应用中生成功能菜单,并在获取用户选择的功能菜单中的选项之后执行对应的功能服务。再例如,用于执行所述生成功能菜单的方法的是一个独立的APP,当用户安装启动该APP或者该APP被调用时,在短信应用中生成功能菜单,并在获取用户选择的功能菜单中的选项之后执行对应的功能服务。

在本实施例中,移动终端可以根据号码10010确定为平台账号提供服务的服务器。然后,移动终端从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的功能菜单生成信息。其中,所述功能菜单生成信息包括所述服务信息,和,待生成的功能菜单的格式信息。
较佳地,移动终端从服务器获取对应于中国联通平台账号的服务信息可以包括但不仅限于:HFCX105、10072、LL4581和SX508等。其中,服务信息HFCX105可以用来指示中国联通平台账号返回当月话费信息;服务信息10072可以用来指示中国联通平台账号返回套餐余量信息;服务信息LL4581可以用来指示中国联通平台账号返回账户余额信息;服务信息SX508可以用来指示中国联通平台账号返回历史账单信息。例如,当用户编辑短信内容为:HFCX105,并将所述短信发送至10010之后,可以接收到服务器返回的当月话费信息。
为了满足人们日益增长的生活需求,平台账号提供的服务越来越多,每个服务对应的服务器信息均不同,用户只有记住大量的不同的服务信息,才能查询到自己想要查询的信息。
这里需要说明的是,服务信息对应指示的服务可以根据不同的平台账号进行确定。
S306,移动终端按照所述待生成的功能菜单的格式信息指示的格式,在所述短信应用中生成对应于所述服务信息的各个功能菜单。
在本实施例中,所述待生成的功能菜单的格式信息指示的格式可以是:四个一级选项,多个二级选项。其中,所述四个一级选项是:收起/展开选项、自助查询选项、自助办理选项和充值及其他选项。多个二级选项包括但不仅限于:当月话费、套餐余量、账户余额、历史账单、积分查询和兑换、手机上网流量、3G流量包、套餐变更、国际业务办理、充值、修改密码和资费专区。
较佳地,收起/展开选项可以用来收起或展开功能菜单。多个二级选项则根据其实现的功能的类别分别设置在自助查询、自助办理和充值及其他三个一级选项下。这里需要说明的是,功能菜单的选项可以是一级也可以是多级,每一级下的选项个数可以是一个或多个,本实施例对此不作限制。待生成的功能菜单的格式信息可以是平台账号提供的并由服务器返回的格式信息;也可以是移动终端侧自定义的格式信息;还可以是用户通过移动终端侧提供的编辑功能编辑个性化格式信息。
在本实施例中,移动终端在所述短信应用中的平台账号下显示所述功能菜单。
S308,移动终端获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息。
其中,所述服务信息可以包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的指令信息。例如,上述“HFCX105、10072、LL4581和SX508”。较佳地,可以认为上述“HFCX105、10072、LL4581和SX508”均是指令信息,且所述指令信息是所述服务器提供的设定指令信息,所述设定指令信息通过所述服务信息发送给移动终端。所述服务信息还可以包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址。如,在本实施例中,充值选项对应的是充值服务,而充值服务对应的服务信息是一个支付页面的链接地址。

当所述服务信息是用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址时,移动终端根据所述页面链接地址加载对应的页面。如,当用户触发充值选项时,所述移动终端根据充值选项对应的支付页面的链接地址加载支付页面,进而用户可以在所述支付页面中完成充值过程。
不同的平台账号可以提供不同的功能选项。如,酒店平台账号可以提供房间预订、客房服务、续费和退房等服务。餐厅则可以提供座位预订、会员办理、和积分查询等服务。这里需要说明的是,用户可以通过点击功能菜单以实现任意平台账号提供的所有服务,避免了用户手动编辑输入复杂冗长的服务信息,节约了时间,提高了效率。

例如,图9示出了可以实现根据本发明的生成功能菜单的计算设备。该计算设备传统上包括处理器910和以存储器920形式的程序产品或者可读介质。存储器920可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器920具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码931的存储空间930。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间930可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码931。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个程序产品中。这些程序产品包括诸如存储卡之类的程序代码载体。这样的程序产品通常为如参考图10所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图9的计算设备中的存储器920类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括可读代码931’,即可以由例如诸如910之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码 当由计算设备运行时,导致该计算设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
应该注意的是上述实施例对本发明进行说明而不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种生成功能菜单的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端获取短信应用中的平台账号信息;
    获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息;
    根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单,并显示所述功能菜单。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单,并显示所述功能菜单的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务信息包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的指令信息;
    生成携带所述指令信息的短信;
    使用短信发送通道将生成的短信发送至为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述使用短信发送通道将生成的短信发送至为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务器返回的、响应所述短信的回复信息;通过所述短信应用以短信形式显示所述回复信息。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指令信息为所述服务器提供的设定指令信息,所述设定指令信息通过所述服务信息发送给所述终端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务信息包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址;
    根据所述页面链接地址加载对应的页面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息,包括:
    确定为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器;
    从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的服务信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的服务信息的步骤包括:从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的功能菜单生成信息;其中,所述功能菜单生成信息包括所述服务信息,和,待生成的功能菜单的格式信息;
    根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单的步骤包括:按照所述待生成的功能菜单的格式信息指示的格式,在所述短信应用中生成对应于所述服务信息的各个功能菜单。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单的步骤包括:
    按照所述终端中预设的菜单生成规则,在所述短信应用中生成对应于所述服务信息的各个功能菜单。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,显示所述功能菜单的步骤包括:
    当接收到指示在所述短信应用中加载并显示所述功能菜单的加载指令时,根据所述加载指令在所述短信应用中显示所述功能菜单。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,显示所述功能菜单的步骤包括:
    在所述短信应用中的平台账号下显示所述功能菜单。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取短信应用中的平台账号信息;
    第二获取模块,用于获取所述平台账号信息指示的平台账号的服务信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述服务信息在所述短信应用中生成与所述平台账号对应的功能菜单;
    显示模块,用于显示所述功能菜单。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    第三获取模块,用于在所述显示模块显示所述功能菜单之后,获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务信息包括:用于执行与用户选择的所述功能菜单相匹配的服务的指令信息;
    短信生成模块,用于生成携带所述指令信息的短信;
    发送模块,用于使用短信发送通道将生成的短信发送至为所述平台账号 提供服务的服务器。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    接收显示模块,用于在所述发送模块使用短信发送通道将生成的短信发送至为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器之后,接收所述服务器返回的、响应所述短信的回复信息;通过所述短信应用以短信形式显示所述回复信息。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指令信息为所述服务器提供的设定指令信息,所述设定指令信息通过所述服务信息发送给所述终端。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    第四获取模块,用于获取用户选择的功能菜单所对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务信息包括:用于执行与用户选择的功能菜单相匹配的服务的页面链接地址;
    页面生成模块,用于根据所述页面链接地址加载对应的页面。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块,包括:
    服务器确定模块,用于确定为所述平台账号提供服务的服务器;
    服务信息获取模块,用于从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的服务信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述服务信息获取模块,具体用于从所述服务器获取对应于所述平台账号的功能菜单生成信息;其中,所述功能菜单生成信息包括所述服务信息,和,待生成的功能菜单的格式信息;
    所述生成模块,具体用于按照所述待生成的功能菜单的格式信息指示的格式,在所述短信应用中生成对应于所述服务信息的各个功能菜单。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述生成模块,具体用于按照所述终端中预设的菜单生成规则,在所述短信应用中生成对应于所述服务信息的各个功能菜单。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述显示模块,具体用于当接收到指示在所述短信应用中加载并显示所述功能菜单的加载指令时,根据所述加载指令在所述短信应用中显示所述功能菜单。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述显示模块,具体用于在所述短信应用中的平台账号下显示所述功能菜单。
  21. 一种程序,包括可读代码,当所述可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-10中的任一个所述的生成功能菜单的方法。
  22. 一种可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求21所述的程序。
