Description

通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法及客户端 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网应用领域,特别是涉及一种通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法及客户端。
背景技术
随着互联网影视的发展,互联网上的影视资源越来越丰富,查找也更为方便,吸引着越来越多的用户选择在互联网上观看视频。
目前互联网主要通过影视网站进行影视资源的播放,在影视网站上,每个视频仅仅标识出一张海报和影片播放资源,并且只提供顺序播放一种方式。如果用户希望迅速浏览其中某个精彩片段,需要通过x2、x4、x16倍等多倍速加速快进播放,或者用户拖动播放进度条实现迅速浏览精彩片段的目的。
但是,加速方式仍需要从头观看本视频,需要耗费一定的时间才能够播放到精彩片段,并且,如果在短时间内未查找到精彩片段可能导致用户放弃浏览本视频;而用户拖动播放进度条的方式,因事先并不知道精彩片段的具体时刻,无法进行准确定位,查找到精彩片段仍需要耗费一定的时间资源,并且准确度较低。
进一步,对于具备同一主题的系列视频而言,比如科幻主题系列电影,或者《速度与激情》1-5等等,每个视频都具有其独特的精彩片段,参见上文可知,用户需要将每个视频都从头浏览才能够找到想看的精彩片段,耗时过长。或者通过拖动进度条滑动,精准度不高。用户想在较短时间内浏览具备同一主题的系列视频,较快的掌握其中的精彩信息,实现起来较为困难。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法和相应的客户端。
基于本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了一种通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法,包括:
在显示界面呈现一张或多张特征图片,以供用户进行选择,其中,所述一张或多张特征图片对应于一个视频,或者,所述一张或多张特征图片分别对应于多个同系列视频;
基于用户浏览所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;或者,基于用户浏览所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
从所述选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
基于本发明的另一个方面,本发明还提供了一种通过图片进行视频定点播放的客户端,包括:
显示模块,适于在显示界面呈现一张或多张特征图片,以供用户进行选择,其中,所述一张或多张特征图片对应于一个视频,或者,所述一张或多张特征图片分别对应于多个同系列视频;
链接模块,适于基于用户浏览所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及从所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;或者,适于基于用户浏览所述同 系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
播放模块,适于从所述选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种计算机程序,其包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据上述通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法。
根据本发明的再一个方面,提供了一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了上述的的计算机程序。
在本发明实施例中,视频具备一张或一张以上的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看影视资料(即视频)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片在视频中对应的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,视频提供了一张或一张以上的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓对应在视频上的播放进度,从而准确选择用户想要观看的视频片段。相对于现有技术中提及的两种加速方式,本发明实施例能够不需要从头开始播放视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的。
在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频具备一张或多张的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到特征图片对应的视频以及从所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看同一主题的影视资料(即视频,例如变形金刚1-4)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片对应的视频,并准确链接到该特征图片在对应视频中的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频提供了一张或多张的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓该特征图片是属于同系列视频中的哪个视频,并知晓其在对应的视频上的播放进度,从而可以准确地在同系列的每个视频选择用户想要观看的视频片段。有益的是,本发明实施例让用户在浏览某一系列或主题的视频/电影的图片过程中,自主选择感兴趣的图片对应的视频剧情开始播放,从而能够不需要从头开始浏览每个视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,并且可以横向浏览多个不同视频中的精彩片段(例如每部变形金刚中的打斗场景),从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的,使得用户能够在短时间内浏览具备同一主题的系列视频,较快的掌握其中的精彩信息。另外,基于本发明的技术方案,根据用户的播放指令虽然是跳转到特征图片对应进度开始播放,但链接到的视频资源是整部电影,因此在播放中也能接受用户对进度条的控制指令,比如实现从视频开头重播,或跳转到某一时段续播。

在本发明实施例中,视频具备一张或一张以上的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看影视资料(即视频)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片在视频中对应的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,视频提供了一张或一张以上的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓对应在视频上的播放进度,从而准确选择用户想要观看的视频片段。相对于现有技术中提及的两种加速方式,本发明实施例能够不需要从头开始播放视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的。
需要说明的是,为起到特征图片的标识作用,特征图片为从视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够分别链接到视频的不同播放进度。采用视频中提取的画面作为特征图片,能够更好地体现视频片段的内容,用户浏览图片时能够直观得到该帧画面的内容,准确地确定该特征画面对应的播放进度。实施时,每张特征图 片链接到视频的播放进度为特征图片出现的对应帧,或者,特征图片出现的对应帧之前至少一帧。往前倒几帧再播放,可以给用户一个接受信息的缓冲时间,提高用户的感受体验。具体的帧数设置由具体运营确定,在此不做限定。
举例来说,用户想要浏览一个景点的风景视频,重点在于想要了解该景点的一天的日出月落,因此,针对早上、中午、晚上三个时间段提供了三张特征图片。本例中,假设该视频为40分钟,其中,前十分钟拍摄的是上午的风景,中间二十分钟拍摄的是中午的风景,最后十分钟拍摄的是晚上的风景。其中,图2示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第一张特征图片的示意图。参见图2,该特征图片代表早晨的天气,即将开始日出,画面中呈现了清晨云彩,还未有太阳出现,在特征图片下有播放按钮,播放按钮下方有着播放进度4:57。当用户点击播放按钮时,直接链接到4:57开始播放。图3示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第二张特征图片的示意图。参见图3,该特征图片代表中午的天气,画面上呈现中午骄阳,播放按钮下方有着播放进度12:50。当用户点击播放按钮时,直接链接到12:50开始播放。图4示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第三张特征图片的示意图。参见图4,该特征图片代理晚上的天气,画面上呈现月牙形的新月,播放下方有着播放进度36:57。当用户点击播放按钮时,直接链接到36:57开始播放。此处需要说明地是,播放按钮下的播放进度是为了让用户更方便更直接地了解到播放进度,若没有播放进度的提示也可以。
前文提及,特征图片是从视频中提取的某一帧画面,那么,提取特征图片的方式至少可以从如下两种方式入手:一种是根据时间从视频中提取某一帧画面;而另一种是根据播放内容从视频中提取某一帧画面。
现对不同的特征图片的提取方式进行详细说明。首先对第一种方式进行说明。在该方式中,时间成为特征图片提取的关键词。考虑到视频本身是一个时段,因此,可以每间隔固定时长在视频中提取一帧画面作为特征图片,也可以每间隔变化时长在视频中提取一帧画面作为特征图片,还可以在视频的至少一个指定时间点提取对应帧的画面作为特征图片。例如,假设视频本身时间较长,2小时,可以每隔30分钟提取一帧画面作为特征图片,如此,该视频可以具有三张特征图片,第一张能够链接到00:30:00,第二张可以链接到01:00:00,第三张可以链接到01:30:00,第四张因结束无须提取。图5至图7示出了根据本发明一个实施例的同一个视频具备多张特征图片的示意图,图5-图7分别是第一张至第三张。再例如,也可以是间隔变化时长选择特征图片,例如,第一张是00:10:00时那一帧的画面,第二张是00:30:00帧的画面,第三张是01:10:00帧的画面,等等。而指定时间点可以是由用户选定,在此不做赘述。
上文对第一种特征图片的提取方式进行详细描述,现对第二种进行详细描述。播放内容本身信息量较大,包括人物、情节、场景等多种信息。因此,可以根据其包含的一种信息或多种的结合进行特征图片的选择。
具体地,若视频中包括多个人物,特征图片可以为根据人物出场顺序分别从视频中提取对应各个人物的剧情画面;若视频包括多个完整故事片段,特征图片为根据每个完整故事片段分别从视频中摘取具有代表性的画面;若视频包括多个场景,特征图片为根据不同场景分别从视频中提取场景画面;根据视频的精彩片段,特征图片为从视频中提取对应的精彩画面;特征图片为视频的宣传图片或剧情图片。图8至图10示出了根据本发明一个实施例的不同场景的特征图片的示意图。图8中的画面为松树边,图9中的画面为房屋外,图10中的画面为岩石上。
采用播放内容进行特征图片的选择,相对于采用时间进行特征图片的选择而言,更能够体现视频本身的内容,在实施时能够更为准确地向用户提供视频信息,提高视频定位准确度。
前文提及,一个视频可以具备一张以上的特征图片,并提供了特征图片的多种提取方式。在一个优选的实施例中,可以将视频分成多组子视频,为每组子视频中选择一帧画面,作为一张特征图片,代表每段子视频的播放内容。
因特征图片作为图片本身具有一定的局限性,例如图片仅仅能够使用某一帧的画面,不能够体验一个时间段内的信息,因此,可以在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同特征图片一起供用户浏览,其中,文本描述信息为特征图片的内容描述,或者,以特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。用户浏览特征图片时结合文本描述信息,能够更准确地获知从特征图片对应的播放进度起的视频所要表达的内容。此可见,本发明实施例提供图片与播放进度对应的功能,尤其在结合文本描述信息之后,一张精彩图片对应一段文字描述再对应一个播放进度,通过提供给用户图片浏览并且可在图片浏览时点击播放即可直接播放图片对应的视频片段的功能,可以让用户能够迅速浏览视频精彩片段,快捷高效,用户体验好。图11示出了根据本发明一个实施例的结合文本描述信息的特征图片的示意图。参见图11,其与图8的特征图片相同,在播放按钮下有一行文本描述信息:小松鼠在松树边采松茸。即,点开图11所示的特征图片后会显示小松鼠采松茸的视频。
互联网上的影视资源越来越丰富,大量用户选择在互联网的影视网站上观看影视资源,常见的有电影、电视剧、综艺节目、视频解说等等。现以电影为例对本发明实施例提供的通过图片选取对应视频进度进行视频播放的方法进行说明。本实施例中,电影选取《变形金刚》,为其选择四张特征图片。图12至图15示出了根据本发明一个实施例的四张电影特征图片的示意图。其中,图12至图15左上角均出现标题“变形金刚”,正中间出现特征图片的序号。具体地,第一张(即图12)序号为1/4,特征图片选取的是男主出场那一帧的画面,播放按钮下方的文字描述信息为:男主角出场,与女主角相遇。第二张(即图13)序号为2/4,特征图片选取的是机器人大战中的一帧的画面,播放按钮旁边或下方的文字描述信息为:擎天柱与霸天虎大战。第三张(即图14)序号为3/4,特征图片选取的是打斗中的大爆炸的画面,播放按钮下方的文字描述信息为:众多汽车人参与激战,场面出现连环大爆炸。第四张(即图15)序号为4/4,特征图片选取的是临近结尾的一帧显示远方青山的画面,播放按钮下方的文字描述信息为:一切都已结束,和平和安宁再次降临。当用户浏览图12-15中的任意一张特征图片,通过点击每张图片对应的播放按钮,即可直接跳转到图片对应的电影播放进度(即特征图片所提供的精彩片段的播放起始点),进而从图片对应的剧情开始播放该电影供用户观看。
需要说明的是,本发明任意一个实施例或其组合中提供播放时间、播放图片以及文字描述信息均是例举,用于说明本发明所提供的方法的应用场景与具体实施过程,在实际应用中可以根据实际情况修改,且与具体的电影或其他类型的视频并不完全一致,上述实例对本发明并不造成限定。另外,在每张特征图片浏览界面上,除设置播放按钮之外,还可以进一步显示图片对应的视频播放进度状态的功能浮层,为了让用户更方便更直接地了解到图片对应的视频播放进度,类似上一个实施例的方式展示。
可选地,特征图片除从视频或电影中抽取以外,也可以通过运营进行设置,例如特征图片可以设置为经典场景的剧照、或经过修改/美化的视频场景图片。
步骤S106中提及,在特征图片选择好之后,从选择的特征图片链接的时间点开始播放视频。若视频本身具备多个精彩片段,那么,在先的特征图片触发播放进度时,是仅仅播放到该精彩片段结束,还是直接播放到视频结束,这是个需要解决的问题。在本发明实施例中,通过确定特征图片是否能够链接到另一个时间点(例如5分钟之后)来解决这一问题。其中,该另一个时间点在特征图片在视频中出现的时 间点之后,视频的播放结束时间点之前。若确定结果为是,则播放视频至另一个时间点,即将本精彩片段播放结束即可。若确定结果为否,则播放视频至播放结束。
当特征图片能够链接到另一个时间点,或者说,在播放视频的过程中播放中止(中止即是说该视频并未播放到终止时间,中间停止播放),则在显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息,以供用户选择。若接收来自用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放视频,而若接收来自用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
为保证用户能够在当前视频停止播放之后能够浏览其他特征图片,因此,视频播放停止后,跳转到用户浏览的某一张特征图片的浏览界面。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种通过图片选取对应视频进度进行视频播放的客户端。图16示出了根据本发明一个实施例的通过图片选取对应视频进度进行视频播放的客户端的结构示意图。参见图16,该客户端至少包括:
显示模块1610,适于在显示界面上呈现对应视频的一张或一张以上特征图片,以供用户进行浏览;
链接模块1620,与显示模块1610耦合,适于基于用户浏览的某一张特征图片,接收用户选取特征图片对应视频进度开始播放的指令,链接到该特征图片在视频中对应的播放进度;

采用本发明实施例提供的方法及客户端,能够达到如下有益效果:
在本发明实施例中,视频具备一张或一张以上的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看影视资料(即视频)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片在视频中对应的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,视频提供了一张或一张以上的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓对应在视频上的播放进度,从而准确选择用户想要观看的视频片段。相对于现有技术中提及的两种加速方式,本发明实施例能够不需要从头开始播放视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种通过图片选取对应视频进度进行视频播放的方法。图17示出了根据本发明一个实施例的通过图片进行系列视频定 点播放的方法的处理流程图,适用于具备同一主题的多个同系列视频的播放。参见图17,该方法至少包括步骤S1702至步骤S1706:
步骤S1702、在显示界面呈现一张或多张分别对应同系列多个视频的特征图片,以供用户进行选择;
步骤S1704、基于用户浏览同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收用户选取播放特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及从特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
步骤S1706、从选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频具备一张或多张的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到特征图片对应的视频以及从所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看同一主题的影视资料(即视频,例如变形金刚1-4)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片对应的视频,并准确链接到该特征图片在对应视频中的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频提供了一张或多张的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓该特征图片是属于同系列视频中的哪个视频,并知晓其在对应的视频上的播放进度,从而可以准确地在同系列的每个视频选择用户想要观看的视频片段。有益的是,本发明实施例让用户在浏览某一系列或主题的视频/电影的图片过程中,自主选择感兴趣的图片对应的视频剧情开始播放,从而能够不需要从头开始浏览每个视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,并且可以横向浏览多个不同视频中的精彩片段(例如每部变形金刚中的打斗场景),从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的,使得用户能够在短时间内浏览具备同一主题的系列视频,较快的掌握其中的精彩信息。另外,基于本发明的技术方案,根据用户的播放指令虽然是跳转到特征图片对应进度开始播放,但链接到的视频资源是整部电影,因此在播放中也能接受用户对进度条的控制指令,比如实现从视频开头重播,或跳转到某一时段续播。
需要说明的是,为起到特征图片的标识作用,步骤S1702至步骤S1706中提及的特征图片为从多个同系列视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够链接到特征图片在其对应的视频中的播放进度。采用不同视频中提取的画面作为特征图片,能够更好地体现同系列视频中不同视频的内容,用户浏览图片时能够直观得到该帧画面的内容,准确地确定该特征画面对应的播放进度。实施时,每张特征图片链接到其对应视频的播放进度为特征图片出现的对应帧,或者,特征图片出现的对应帧之前至少一帧。往前倒几帧再播放,可以给用户一个接受信息的缓冲时间,提高用户的感受体验。具体的帧数设置由具体运营确定,在此不做限定。
举例来说,用户想要浏览一个景点的风景视频,关于该景点的风景视频有多个,分别是针对春、夏、秋、冬以及每个季节代表性的一天中三个不同的早、午、晚三个时段共12个系列视频。因此,本发明实施例中针对12个系列视频提供了12张特征图片。本例中列举了针对春天的早晨、中午、晚上三个时间段提供的三张特征图片。本例中,假设每段视频为40分钟,每段视频从第5分钟起播放所拍摄时段的风景。其中,图18示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第一张特征图片的示意图。参见图18,该特征图片代表早晨的天气,即将开始日出,画面中呈现了清晨云彩,还未有太阳出现,在特征图片下有播放按钮,播放按钮下方有着播放进度5:00。当用户点击播放按钮时,直接链接到5:00开始播放。图19示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第二张特征图片的示意图。参见图19,该特征图片代表中午的天气,画面上呈现中午骄阳,播放按钮下方有着播放进度5:00。当用户点击播放按钮时,同样直接链接 到5:00开始播放。图20示出了根据本发明一个实施例的第三张特征图片的示意图。参见图20,该特征图片代理晚上的天气,画面上呈现月牙形的新月,播放下方有着播放进度5:00。当用户点击播放按钮时,直接链接到5:00开始播放。此处需要说明地是,播放按钮下的播放进度是为了让用户更方便更直接地了解到播放进度,若没有播放进度的提示也可以。上面的各视频的播放时间也均是为了举例使用,实际上并不造成任何限定。

互联网上的影视资源越来越丰富,大量用户选择在互联网的影视网站上观看影视资源,常见的有电影、电视剧、综艺节目、视频解说等等。现以电影为例对本发明实施例提供的通过图片进行系列视频定点播放的方法进行说明。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的视频为同一系列视频,内容上具有一定的关联性,因此其特征图片的获取方式通常也是相似的。并且,对于同一系列视频而言,每个视频的特征图片可以为一张或多张。现假设同系列视频包括四个视频,每个视频分别以一张或两张特征图片为例进行说明。
实施例一
本例中,同系列视频为电影集《变形金刚》(1-4),每部电影包括一张特征图片,分别对应本集中的激烈打斗场面,图28至图31示出了根据本发明一个实施例的《变形金刚》(1-4)的第一组特征图片。其中,图28至图31左上角均出现标题“变形金刚”,正中间出现特征图片的序号。在《变形金刚》1中,打斗场面从26:37开始,因此,特征图片选择26:37帧的画面(具体参见图28),序号为1/4,文本描述信息为:变1中的大打斗场面。在《变形金刚》2中,打斗场面从36:54开始,因此,特征图片选择36:54帧的画面(具体参见图29),序号为2/4,文本描述信息为:变2中的大打斗场面。在《变形金刚》3中,打斗场面从33:50开始,因此,特征图片选择33:50帧的画面(具体参见图30),序号为3/4,文本描述信息为:变3中的大打斗场面。在《变形金刚》4中,打斗场面从28:32开始,因此,特征图片选择28:32帧的画面(具体参见图31),序号为4/4,文本描述信息为:变4中的大打斗场面。
需要说明的是,附图28-31并不代表内容是相同的或图片是相同的,这里可以根据《变形金刚》系列电影1-4部每一部中的各自剧照或各自电影精彩截图来作为上述附图28-31中的特征图片,即每张是分别代表变1-4打斗场面的不同的特征图片。
另外,播放按钮下设置的播放进度是为了让用户更方便更直接地了解到图片对应的视频播放进度,实际上如果不设置播放进度的提示,仅提供播放按钮也是可以的。
实施例二
本例中,同系列视频为电影集《变形金刚》(1-4),每部电影包括两张特征图片,分别对应本集中的激烈打斗场面和主角打斗后会合的场面,其中,激烈打斗场面参见图28-图31,唯一区别是序号分母因特征图片总数改为8。图32至图35示出了根据本发明一个实施例的《变形金刚》(1-4)的第二组特征图片。在《变形金刚》1中,主角打斗后会合从50:37开始,因此,该特征图片选择50:37帧的画面(参见图32),序号为5/8,文本描述信息为:变1中的打斗结束,主角会合的场面。在《变形金刚》2中,主角打斗后会合从63:54开始,因此,特征图片选择63:54帧的画面(参见图33),序号为6/8,文本描述信息为:变2中的打斗结束,主角会合的场面。在《变形金刚》3中,打斗场面从83:50开始,因此,特征图片选择83:50帧的画面(参见图34),序号为7/8,文本描述信息为:变3中的打斗结束,主角会合的场面。在《变形金刚》4中,打斗场面从82:32开始,因此,特征图片 选择82:32帧的画面(参见图35),序号为8/8,文本描述信息为:变4中的打斗结束,主角会合的场面。
用户选择实施例一或实施例二中的任意一张特征图片,通过每张特征图片对应的播放按键,分别能够直接链接到对应的播放进度进行播放。
同样需要说明的是,上述附图32-35并不代表内容是相同的或图片是相同的,这里可以根据《变形金刚》系列电影1-4部每一部中的各自剧照或各自男女主角剧情截图来作为上述附图32-35中的特征图片,即每张是分别代表变1-4打斗结束主角会合场面的特征图片。
另外,播放按钮下设置的播放进度是为了让用户更方便更直接地了解到图片对应的视频播放进度,实际上如果不设置播放进度的提示,仅提供播放按钮也是可以的。
步骤S1706中提及,在特征图片选择好之后,从选择的特征图片链接的时间点开始播放该视频。若该视频本身具备多个精彩片段,那么,在先的特征图片触发播放进度时,是仅仅播放到该精彩片段结束,还是直接播放到该视频结束,这是个需要解决的问题。在本发明实施例中,通过确定特征图片是否能够链接到另一个时间点(例如5分钟之后)来解决这一问题。其中,该另一个时间点在特征图片在该视频中出现的时间点之后,该视频的播放结束时间点之前。若确定结果为是,则播放该视频至另一个时间点,即将本精彩片段播放结束即可。若确定结果为否,则播放该视频至播放结束。
当特征图片能够链接到另一个时间点,或者说,在播放该视频的过程中播放中止(中止即是说该视频并未播放到终止时间,中间停止播放),则在显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息,以供用户选择。若接收来自用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放该视频,而若接收来自用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
为保证用户能够在当前视频停止播放之后能够浏览其他特征图片,因此,视频播放停止后,跳转到用户浏览的同系列视频中的某一视频对应的某一张特征图片的浏览界面。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种通过图片进行系列视频定点播放的客户端,适用于具备同一主题的多个同系列视频的播放。图36示出了根据本发明一个实施例的通过图片进行系列视频定点播放的客户端的结构示意图。参见图36,该客户端至少包括:
显示模块3610,适于在显示界面呈现一张或多张分别对应多个同系列视频的特征图片,以供用户进行选择;
链接模块3620,与显示模块3610耦合,适于基于用户浏览同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收用户选取播放特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及从特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
播放模块3630,与链接模块3620耦合,适于从选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
在一个优选的实施例中,特征图片为从多个同系列视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够链接到特征图片在其对应的视频中出现的时间点。
在一个优选的实施例中,对于多个同系列视频中的任一视频,特征图片为根据时间和/或播放内容从该视频中提取的某一帧画面。
在一个优选的实施例中,显示模块3610还适于:
在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同特征图片一起供用户浏览,其中,文本描述信息为特征图片的内容描述,或者,以特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。
在一个优选的实施例中,显示模块3610还适于:在播放模块若在播放视频的过程中播放中止,在显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息;
播放模块3630还适于若接收来自用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放该视频;若接收来自用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
在一个优选的实施例中,显示模块3610还适于:在播放模块停止播放该视频之后,跳转到用户浏览的同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片的浏览界面。
采用本发明实施例提供的方法及客户端,能够达到如下有益效果:
在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频具备一张或多张的特征图片,能够根据特征图片链接到特征图片对应的视频以及从所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度。用户在观看同一主题的影视资料(即视频,例如变形金刚1-4)时,可以从多张特征图片中选择一张,输入开始播放的指令,就能够链接到该特征图片对应的视频,并准确链接到该特征图片在对应视频中的播放进度,从该播放进度开始播放视频。由上述分析可知,在本发明实施例中,具备同一主题的多个同系列视频提供了一张或多张的特征图片供用户浏览选择,用户可以根据特征图片的内容知晓该特征图片是属于同系列视频中的哪个视频,并知晓其在对应的视频上的播放进度,从而可以准确地在同系列的每个视频选择用户想要观看的视频片段。有益的是,本发明实施例让用户在浏览某一系列或主题的视频/电影的图片过程中,自主选择感兴趣的图片对应的视频剧情开始播放,从而能够不需要从头开始浏览每个视频,能够准确地定位到用户想要观看的视频片段,并且可以横向浏览多个不同视频中的精彩片段(例如每部变形金刚中的打斗场景),从而达到播放进度准确定位,节省视频播放的时间资源以及提高用户感受体验的目的,使得用户能够在短时间内浏览具备同一主题的系列视频,较快的掌握其中的精彩信息。另外,基于本发明的技术方案,根据用户的播放指令虽然是跳转到特征图片对应进度开始播放,但链接到的视频资源是整部电影,因此在播放中也能接受用户对进度条的控制指令,比如实现从视频开头重播,或跳转到某一时段续播。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

例如,图37示出了可以实现根据本发明的通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法的计算设备。该计算设备传统上包括处理器3710和以存储器3720形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器3720可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器3720具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码3731的存储空间3730。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间3730可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码3731。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图38所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图37的计算设备中的存储器3720类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码3731’,即可以由例如诸如3710之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由计算设备运行时,导致该计算设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法,包括:
    在显示界面呈现一张或多张特征图片,以供用户进行选择,其中,所述一张或多张特征图片对应于一个视频,或者,所述一张或多张特征图片分别对应于多个同系列视频;
    基于用户浏览的某一张特征图片,接收所述用户选取所述特征图片对应视频进度开始播放的指令,链接到该特征图片在所述视频中对应的播放进度;或者,基于用户浏览所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
    从所述选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片为从视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够分别链接到所述视频的不同播放进度。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其中,每张特征图片链接到所述视频的播放进度为所述特征图片出现的对应帧,或者,所述特征图片出现的对应帧之前至少一帧。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片为从视频中提取的某一帧画面,包括:所述特征图片为根据时间和/或播放内容从所述视频中提取的某一帧画面。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片根据播放内容从所述视频中提取的某一帧画面,包括下列至少之一:
    若所述视频中包括多个人物,所述特征图片为根据人物出场顺序分别从所述视频中提取对应各个人物的剧情画面;
    若所述视频包括多个完整故事片段,所述特征图片为根据每个完整故事片段分别从所述视频中摘取具有代表性的画面;
    若所述视频包括多个场景,所述特征图片为根据不同场景分别从所述视频中提取场景画面;
    根据所述视频的精彩片段,所述特征图片为从所述视频中提取对应的精彩画面;
    所述特征图片为所述视频的宣传图片或剧情图片。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片为从视频中提取的某一帧画面,还包括:
    将所述视频分成多组子视频;
    为每组子视频中选择一帧画面,作为一张特征图片。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,还包括:在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同所述特征图片一起供所述用户浏览,其中,所述文本描述信息为所述特征图片的内容描述,或者,以所述特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,从所述选择的特征图片链接的播放进度开始播放所述视频之后,还包括:
    若在播放所述视频的过程中播放中止,则在所述显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息;
    若接收来自所述用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放所述视频;
    若接收来自所述用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其中,停止播放所述视频之后,还包 括:
    跳转到所述用户浏览的某一张特征图片的浏览界面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片为从所述多个同系列视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够链接到所述特征图片在其对应的视频中的播放进度。
  11. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述特征图片为从所述多个同系列视频中提取的某一帧画面,包括:
    对于所述多个同系列视频中的任一视频,所述特征图片为根据时间和/或播放内容从该视频中提取的某一帧画面。
  12. 根据权利要求10-11任一项所述的方法,其中,对于所述多个同系列视频中的任一视频,所述特征图片为根据播放内容从该视频中提取的某一帧画面,包括下列至少之一:
    若所述视频中包括多个人物,所述特征图片为根据人物出场顺序分别从所述视频中提取对应各个人物的剧情画面;
    若所述视频包括多个完整故事片段,所述特征图片为根据每个完整故事片段分别从所述视频中摘取具有代表性的画面;
    若所述视频包括多个场景,所述特征图片为根据不同场景分别从所述视频中提取场景画面;
    根据所述视频的精彩片段,所述特征图片为从所述视频中提取对应的精彩画面;
    所述特征图片为所述视频的宣传图片或剧情图片。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的方法,其中,对于所述多个同系列视频中的任一视频,所述特征图片为根据播放内容从该视频中提取的某一帧画面,包括:
    为每个系列视频提取精彩片段;
    基于精彩片段选取画面中的一张画面作为特征图片。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同所述特征图片一起供所述用户浏览,其中,所述文本描述信息为所述特征图片的内容描述,或者,以所述特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14任一项所述的方法,其中,从所述选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频之后,还包括:
    若在播放该视频的过程中播放中止,在所述显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息;
    若接收来自所述用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放该视频;
    若接收来自所述用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15任一项所述的方法,其中,停止播放该视频之后,还包括:
    跳转到所述用户浏览的所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片的浏览界面。
  17. 一种通过图片进行视频定点播放的客户端,包括:
    显示模块,适于在显示界面呈现一张或多张特征图片,以供用户进行选择,其中,所述一张或多张特征图片对应于一个视频,或者,所述一张或多张特征图片分别对应于多个同系列视频;
    链接模块,适于基于用户浏览所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及从所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;或者,适于基于用户浏览所述同 系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片,接收所述用户选取播放所述特征图片对应视频进度的指令,链接到该特征图片对应的视频以及所述特征图片对应的视频播放进度;
    播放模块,适于从所述选择的特征图片链接到的视频的播放进度开始播放该视频。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的客户端,其中,所述特征图片为从视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够分别链接到所述视频的不同播放进度。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的客户端,其中,每张特征图片链接到所述视频的播放进度为所述特征图片出现的对应帧,或者,所述特征图片出现的对应帧之前至少一帧。
  20. 根据权利要求17-19任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述特征图片为根据时间和/或播放内容从所述视频中提取的某一帧画面。
  21. 根据权利要求17-20任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述显示模块还适于:在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同所述特征图片一起供所述用户浏览,其中,所述文本描述信息为所述特征图片的内容描述,或者,以所述特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。
  22. 根据权利要求17-21任一项所述的客户端,其中,
    所述显示模块还适于:在所述播放模块若在播放所述视频的过程中播放中止,在所述显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息;
    所述播放模块还适于若接收来自所述用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放所述视频;若接收来自所述用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
  23. 根据权利要求17-22任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述显示模块还适于:在所述播放模块停止播放所述视频之后,跳转到所述用户浏览的某一张特征图片的浏览界面。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的客户端,其中,所述特征图片为从所述多个同系列视频中提取的某一帧画面,且每张特征图片能够链接到所述特征图片在其对应的视频中出现的时间点。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的客户端,其中,对于所述多个同系列视频中的任一视频,所述特征图片为根据时间和/或播放内容从该视频中提取的某一帧画面。
  26. 根据权利要求24或25所述的客户端,其中,所述显示模块还适于:
    在每张特征图片上附加显示文本描述信息,连同所述特征图片一起供所述用户浏览,其中,所述文本描述信息为所述特征图片的内容描述,或者,以所述特征图片链接的时间点为起点的视频内容的描述。
  27. 根据权利要求24-26任一项所述的客户端,其中,
    所述显示模块还适于:在所述播放模块若在播放所述视频的过程中播放中止,在所述显示界面显示是否继续播放的提示消息;
    所述播放模块还适于若接收来自所述用户的同意继续播放的指令,则继续播放该视频;若接收来自所述用户的拒绝继续播放的指令,则停止播放。
  28. 根据权利要求24-27任一项所述的客户端,其中,所述显示模块还适于:在所述播放模块停止播放该视频之后,跳转到所述用户浏览的所述同系列视频中的某一视频对应的特征图片的浏览界面。
  29. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-16中的任一个所述的通过图片进行视频定点播放的方法。
  30. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求29所述的计算机程序。
