一种电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,包括固定电缆架(1),随动电缆架(2),随动电缆(3),支撑架(4)及电缆槽(5),电缆槽(5)安装在电梯井道侧壁上,固定电缆架(1)安装在井道侧壁上端,且位于电缆槽(5)内,随动电缆架(2)通过支撑架(4)固定在电梯轿厢侧壁上,且随动电缆架(2)位于电缆槽(5)内,随动电缆(3)一端连接随动电缆架(2),另一端连接固定电缆架(1)。该电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构结构简单,设计合理,配合隐藏式电缆槽,保护了随动电缆的使用安全和使用周期,并提升了观光电梯的视觉效果。

Description

一种电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯轿厢配件,尤其涉及一种隐藏在侧壁的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构。
背景技术
电梯在运行中,均存在一个随动电缆,电缆一端连接顶部机房控制柜,另一端沿井道壁向下到合适长度后形成一个弯曲半圆固定在轿厢底部,当电梯轿厢上下运动时,带动着电缆上下运动,然而在观光电梯中,可在井道外看到悬挂在轿厢底部的随动电缆,且随着电梯轿厢的上升,悬挂电缆长度越长,极度影响了观光电梯的美观感,同时由于阳光的照射,电缆的使用寿命大大缩短,针对一些全户外型电梯,大风,雨水等恶劣天气会使得电缆偏移碰挂到井道内其他部件,导致部件损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,不仅增加了美观感,还延长了电缆的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:
一种电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,包括固定电缆架,随动电缆架,随动电缆,支撑架及电缆槽,所述电缆槽安装在电梯井道侧壁上,所述固定电缆架安装在井道侧壁上端,且位于所述电缆槽内,所述随动电缆架通过支撑架固定在电梯轿厢侧壁上,且所述随动电缆架位于所述电缆槽内,所述随动电缆一端连接随动电缆架,另一端连接固定电缆架。
所述电缆槽包括对称设置的两个折弯挡板,且两个折弯挡板之间间隙大于所述支撑架厚度。
所述折弯挡板的折弯夹角为120~135°。
所述支撑架呈L型。
所述随动电缆端部穿过线槽通过紧固螺丝固定在所述随动电缆架上。
与现有技术相比,本发明揭示的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,将电缆与轿厢的连接由底部改到侧壁上,使得电缆形成的弯曲在轿厢侧壁而不是底部,从而改善了美观度,同时在井道侧壁设置电缆槽,将电缆隐藏至电缆槽内,从而保护了电缆免受阳光,大风及雨水的影响,增加了电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~2所示,本发明所揭示的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,用于隐藏电梯轿厢的随动电缆,具体包括固定电缆架1,随动电缆架2,随动电缆3,支撑架4及电缆槽5,其中所述固定电缆架1固定安装在井道侧壁6上端,所述电缆槽5通过紧固螺丝安装在井道侧壁6上,所述随动电缆架2通过支撑架4固定在所述电梯轿厢8的侧壁上,所述随动电缆3一端连接随动电缆架2,另一端连接固定电缆架1。
具体说来,所述电缆槽5包括对称设置的两个折弯挡板7,且两个折弯挡板7之间存在间隙,所述间隙宽度大于所述支撑架4厚度,所述折弯挡板7的折弯夹角A为120~135°,所述支撑架4呈L型, 其一端固定在电梯轿厢7侧壁上,另一端位于所述电缆槽5内,连接所述随动电缆架2,所述固定电缆架1位于所述电缆槽5内,所述随动电缆3一端固定连接在所述固定电缆架1上,且连接位于电梯顶部的机房控制柜,所述随动电缆3另一端穿过线槽通过紧固螺丝固定在所述随动电缆架2上。
本发明所揭示的一种电梯轿厢隐蔽式随动电缆机构,其工作原理为,电梯轿厢8上下运动时,安装于侧壁的支撑架4也上下运动,从而带动随动电缆架2及随动电缆3也上下运动,然而随动电缆架2及固定电缆架1均位于所述电缆槽5内,则随动电缆3隐藏在电缆槽5内运动,而非暴露在外面。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

  1. 一种电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,其特征在于:包括固定电缆架,随动电缆架,随动电缆,支撑架及电缆槽,所述电缆槽安装在电梯井道侧壁上,所述固定电缆架安装在井道侧壁上端,且位于所述电缆槽内,所述随动电缆架通过支撑架固定在电梯轿厢侧壁上,且所述随动电缆架位于所述电缆槽内,所述随动电缆一端连接随动电缆架,另一端连接固定电缆架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,其特征在于:所述电缆槽包括对称设置的两个折弯挡板,且两个折弯挡板之间间隙大于所述支撑架厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,其特征在于:所述折弯挡板的折弯夹角为120~135°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,其特征在于:所述支撑架呈L型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢隐藏式随动电缆机构,其特征在于:所述随动电缆端部穿过线槽通过紧固螺丝固定在所述随动电缆架上。
