Description

COMMUNICATION TERMINAL DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
The present invention relates to a communication terminal device, a program, and a communication method that determine applications that can communicate based on application restriction information.
Conventionally, a technology for regulating terminal connection requests is known. In the E-UTRAN (EvolvedBUniversal Terrestrial Radio Access Network), the mobile station described in Patent Literature 1 receives the SIB2 and performs a predetermined restriction process in the E-UTRAN based on the information element included in the SIB2. Based on “ac-BarringForCSFB-r10” and “ac-BarringForMO-Data” among the information elements described above, the restriction process for the transmission of the CS call using the CSFB function is performed.
Also, a method for restricting connection of voice calls is known. The base station described in Patent Literature 2 receives a control signal from a user device through a bearer for a control signal set for each user device, regardless of whether or not the user device can support the service-specific access restriction method, Whether to restrict the voice signal of the user apparatus that has transmitted the control signal is determined according to a certain restriction rate.
In addition, for example, when the in-vehicle device described in Patent Document 3 should perform emergency communication, the wireless communication unit is accessed by switching to the second communication mode in which short-range communication is possible and security is released. Predetermined emergency information is distributed to the mobile terminal. In addition, for example, the portable terminal described in Patent Document 4 can receive an incoming call even when the outgoing call is restricted, identify the incoming call received during outgoing call restriction, and reply to the caller after the restriction is released To do.
Also, for example, the emergency call system described in Patent Document 5 digitizes and stores the voice input to the microphone at a fixed time before and after the emergency call button is operated. The stored digitized voice is read out and transmitted to the emergency call center through a data communication line. Further, for example, the emergency notification device described in Patent Document 6 has a telephone function, a FAX image transmission / reception function, and an electronic mail transmission / reception function, and reports a plurality of telephone numbers, FAX numbers, and electronic mail addresses as emergency contacts. It is memorized with the priority order. Upon receiving a notification instruction from the operator, the emergency contact notification device notifies the emergency contact in order according to priority.

As described above, in the prior art, when a special situation such as the occurrence of a disaster occurs and access is restricted, it relates to how to transmit the user's message on the terminal. It is not possible to grasp whether or not is regulated. As a result, it has not been possible to determine whether it is necessary to switch to an alternative communication means or to switch to a low power consumption mode for reducing power consumption. A terminal like the prior art is not something that has been pursued by digging into the ease of use, and it cannot be said that it is convenient for the user.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a communication terminal device, a program, and a communication method that allow a user to easily recognize the contents of restriction when access restriction is performed. With the goal.
(1) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has taken the following measures. That is, the communication terminal device according to the present invention is a communication terminal device equipped with a plurality of applications, and includes an acquisition unit that acquires application restriction information that restricts execution of an application, and communication restriction based on the application restriction information. And a determination unit for determining the reason.
Thus, since the reason for communication restriction is determined based on the acquired application restriction information, the user can grasp the reason for communication restriction. As a result, the user can determine whether or not it is necessary to switch to an alternative communication means, and can determine whether or not to switch to the low power consumption mode for suppressing power consumption.
(2) Moreover, the communication terminal device of the present invention further includes a control unit that activates a communication application that is not subject to communication restriction when the communication restriction is based on a reason that the communication restriction is urgent as a result of the determination. It is characterized by.
As described above, when the communication regulation is based on the urgent reason, the communication application that is not subject to the communication regulation is activated, so that communication can be performed even if the communication regulation exists.
(3) Further, in the communication terminal device according to the present invention, when the application used in the case of urgency is not subject to communication restriction according to the application restriction information, the determination unit determines that communication restriction is urgent. It is characterized in that it is based on the reason for having sex.
In this way, if the application used in the case of urgency is not subject to communication regulation according to the application regulation information, it is determined that the communication regulation is based on the reason for urgency, so the executable application It becomes possible to grasp the reason for the communication restriction based on the type of communication.
(4) Further, in the communication terminal device of the present invention, when the execution of an application used in the case where the determination unit has urgency is permitted by the application restriction information, the communication restriction is set to be urgent. It is characterized in that it is determined based on the reason for possession.
In this way, if the application regulation information permits execution of an application used in case of urgency, it is determined that the communication regulation is based on the reason of urgency. As described above, based on the application restriction information, the reason for the communication restriction is determined. As a result of the determination, if the communication restriction is based on the urgent reason, the wireless module in use is switched to another wireless module. Even if there is a restriction, it is possible to secure alternative communication means.
(6) Moreover, in the communication terminal device according to the present invention, when the result of the determination is based on the reason that the communication regulation is not urgent, the control unit causes the device to transition to a standby state with low power consumption. It is characterized by that.
Thus, when the communication regulation is based on the reason that there is no urgency, the own apparatus is shifted to a standby state with a small amount of power consumption, so that power consumption can be reduced.

Since the application used when it does not have is executed, it is possible to execute the application assumed in the communication regulation.
(8) Further, in the communication terminal device of the present invention, the control unit executes an application that is used when the urgency is not achieved by a method with low power consumption.
As described above, since the application used in the case where the urgency is not required is executed by a technique with a small amount of power consumption, it is possible to reduce the power consumption.
(9) Further, the program of the present invention is a program for a communication terminal device equipped with a plurality of applications, and performs communication based on processing for obtaining application restriction information for restricting execution of an application and the application restriction information.
(10) Further, the communication method of the present invention is a communication method for a communication terminal device equipped with a plurality of applications, based on the step of obtaining application restriction information for restricting execution of the application, and the application restriction information. And at least a step of determining the reason for the communication restriction.

[Configuration of communication terminal device]
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the communication terminal device 300. The communication terminal device 300 includes an LTE transmission unit 311, an LTE reception unit 312, a wireless LAN transmission / reception unit 313, an NFC transmission / reception unit 314, an input unit 321, an output unit 322, a SIM card connection unit 330, a restriction determination unit 340, a control unit 350, A voice recognition unit 360, a recording unit 370, a storage unit 380, and a GPS unit 390 are provided.
The LTE transmission unit 311 and the LTE reception unit 312 transmit and receive data to and from the base station apparatus 200 in accordance with the LTE (Long Term Term Evolution) method. The LTE receiving unit 312 receives access restriction information transmitted from the base station apparatus 200. Note that these transmission unit and reception unit do not necessarily operate in the LTE system.
The wireless LAN transmitting / receiving unit 313 communicates with an external server via a wireless LAN access point and a network using a wireless LAN antenna. Examples of the wireless LAN access point include a wireless LAN router installed in a public facility or home.
The NFC transmission / reception unit 314 performs non-contact wireless communication. In that case, an electromagnetic wave transmitted within a predetermined distance (for example, a short distance of several tens of centimeters) is received, the non-contact IC tag is activated using the electric energy of the electromagnetic wave as a power source, and the non-contact IC tag is set. The NFC identification information is placed on the electromagnetic wave and transmitted from the non-contact IC tag. The transmitted electromagnetic wave is received by an NFC reader, and NFC identification information is read from the received electromagnetic wave.
The input unit 321 receives a message input by the user, for example, using a touch panel, operation keys, or the like. The output unit 322 includes a display 400, displays an operation GUI (Graphical User Interface), and displays a message according to the operation. Note that a message box and operation buttons can be displayed on the display 400.
The SIM card connection unit 330 stores a SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module Card) inside the communication terminal device and is connected to the SIM card. Signals are transmitted / received to / from a SIM chip conductor plate provided so as to be exposed on the surface of the SIM card via a connection terminal.
The SIM card is a portable storage medium that stores call contract information and personal information related to subscribers and includes a SIM chip and a wireless circuit. A unique number is assigned to the SIM card, and communication is made possible by linking it to a telephone number. Instead of the SIM card, an eSIM (Embedded SIM) in which a non-volatile rewritable memory chip that stores the telephone call contract information and personal information related to the subscriber is directly mounted on the communication terminal device may be used.
The restriction determination unit 340 determines whether the access restriction is valid based on the received restriction information. The restriction determination unit 340 includes an ASAC determination unit 341, an ACB determination unit 342, and an SSAC determination unit 343.
ASAC判定部341は、受信したASAC(Application and Service Access Control)情報に基づいて通信端末上でのアプリケーションに関するアクセス規制が有効か否かを判定する。 The ASAC determination unit 341 determines whether or not the access restriction regarding the application on the communication terminal is valid based on the received ASAC (Application and Service and Access and Control) information. Specifically, it is determined whether ASAC information is included in the received notification signal. The ASAC information is information that is transmitted from the base station to the communication terminal apparatus and notifies access restrictions related to the application. An example of the ASAC information will be described later.
The ASAC determination unit 341 can determine whether or not the received ASAC information indicates a regulation at the time of a disaster. For example, the ASAC determination unit 341 determines whether the received access restriction information indicates a restriction at the time of a disaster depending on whether the received access restriction information includes information indicating that the use of the disaster application is permitted. can do. Thereby, it can be judged whether it is at the time of a disaster from access control information.
The ASAC determination unit 341 can also determine whether the received access restriction information indicates a disaster restriction based on whether the received access restriction information includes information indicating that it is a disaster. .
The ACB determination unit 342 determines whether the access class of the communication terminal device 300 itself is a restriction target from the received notification signal, and generates a random number when the access class of the communication terminal device 300 is a restriction target. Whether communication is possible is determined according to the comparison result between the random number and the threshold. The access class is determined in advance for all the communication terminal devices 300 before the start of communication, and the communication terminal device 300 is classified for each access class. Base station apparatus 200 determines an access class to be regulated, and notifies it to communication terminal apparatus 300 located in the cell by a broadcast signal or broadcast information.
判定の結果、通信できる場合はRRC(Radio Resource Control)コネクションが設定され、通信が開始される。 The SSAC determination unit 343 determines whether the service-specific access restriction is valid. The service specific access restriction (SSAC) is notified by a broadcast signal. In the case of trying to start communication by changing from the idle state in standby to the active state in communication, it is determined from the received notification signal whether regulation by SSAC is activated. When regulation by SSAC is activated, when trying to use a regulated service, the communication terminal device 300 generates a random number and determines whether communication is possible according to a comparison result between the random number and a threshold value. If communication is possible as a result of the determination, an RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection is set and communication is started.
When it is determined that the access restriction is valid, the control unit 350 disallows the use of restricted communication or service, activation of the restricted application, or communication by the application. In addition, when it is determined that the access restriction is valid, the control unit 350 can change the display of the icon on the display screen or set the state of the communication terminal device 300 to the power saving mode. The use of an application is a form of service.
For example, the control unit 350 can emphasize only the display of services permitted to be used under access restrictions. As a result, when access is restricted, the user can recognize the restriction contents. Details of the icon display change and the power saving mode will be described later.
The voice recognition unit 360 compares the voice captured by the microphone with the voice pattern stored in the storage unit and outputs a result indicating whether or not they match. In that case, speech recognition can be performed with reference to prosody information, phoneme standard patterns, other parameters, dictionaries recorded for vocabulary, and the like.
The recording unit 370 records the sound captured by the microphone. The storage unit 380 stores a table that identifies individual applications that are subject to regulation for the cause of regulation, or a table that identifies individual applications for information that identifies the type of application to be regulated. In addition, the message input from the user is stored. When using the voice recognition function, a voice pattern registered in advance is stored.
The GPS unit 390 receives carrier waves from a plurality of GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites, processes information related to the position included in the carrier wave, and determines the position (longitude, latitude, altitude) of the communication terminal device 300. Can be calculated.

In this case, an individual application to be regulated can be specified using a database stored in the storage unit 380 of the communication terminal device 300. The ASAC information may be information that identifies the type of application. Further, the ASAC information may be information that identifies an individual application. In addition, the restriction | limiting by an event can consider the case where other functions except the function for participating in the activity in a concert hall are regulated, for example.

[First operation example (ASAC information specifies the cause of restriction and the type of application)]
The operation of communication terminal apparatus 300 configured as described above will be described below. First, the operation in the case where the restriction information indicates only the cause of restriction or the type of application to be restricted, and the communication terminal device 300 stores the correspondence between these and individual applications will be described. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the communication terminal device 300.
First, communication terminal apparatus 300 receives broadcast information from base station apparatus 200 (step S101). Then, it is determined whether the notification information includes regulation information (step S102). If the notification information does not include the restriction information, the process ends as it is.
When the broadcast information includes restriction information, the application that is subject to restriction (hereinafter also referred to as application) is identified by querying the database and extracting the application corresponding to the cause of restriction or the type of application from the table. (Step S103). Then, the specified application is restricted (step S104). The application may be restricted from starting, or may be restricted from communicating after the application is started (hereinafter the same). Next, screen display and power saving processing according to regulations are performed (step S105), and the processing is terminated.
[Second operation example (ASAC information identifies individual applications)]
Next, the operation in the case where the restriction information indicates individual identification information of the application to be restricted will be described. FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the operation of the communication terminal device 300.
First, communication terminal apparatus 300 receives broadcast information from base station apparatus 200 (step S201). Then, it is determined whether the notification information includes regulation information (step S202). If the notification information does not include the restriction information, the process ends as it is.
When the notification information includes the regulation information, the application to be regulated is identified based on the regulation information, and the identified application is regulated (step S203). Next, screen display and power saving processing according to regulations are performed (step S204), and the processing is terminated.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the first embodiment. As described above, after receiving the broadcast information and obtaining the ASAC information, the ASAC determination unit 341 determines which applications are currently permitted or which are not permitted (step S301). Next, the type of restriction is determined by the permitted application or the unauthorized application (step S302). For example, when the permitted application includes an application for disaster countermeasures such as “disaster prevention bulletin”, it is determined as “regulation due to disaster”. As described above, when a specific application is included in the permitted application group, it is determined that the restriction is based on the attribute related to the specific application.
On the other hand, in step S302, for example, when the application that is not permitted does not include an application for disaster countermeasures such as “disaster prevention bulletin”, it is determined as “regulation due to disaster”. As described above, even when a specific application is not included in the group of applications that are not permitted, it is determined that the restriction is based on the attribute relating to the specific application.
Next, it is determined whether or not urgent communication is necessary (step S303). Here, when urgent communication is necessary, for example, a case where a disaster occurs is included. If the result of determination in step S303 is that urgent communication is not necessary, the mode is switched to the energy saving mode (step S304) and the process ends. Thereby, it becomes possible to suppress power consumption.
On the other hand, if urgent communication is necessary as a result of the determination in step S303, for example, a mail application is started as an unregulated (permitted) application (step S305). Here, in accordance with the activation of the unregulated application, the communication is switched to another communicable communication line. For example, when a 3G line is regulated, the mode is switched to WiFi (registered trademark), PHS, Wimax (registered trademark), or the like. Further, the carrier may be switched by dual SIMM. Further, when urgent communication is necessary in step S303, switching to an alternative communication line that is not regulated may be performed (step S305).
Then, communication is performed using an unregulated application or an alternative communication line (step S306). Thereby, the user can easily recognize the contents of the restriction and can convey the user's message.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, communication is restricted, but an alternative communication line is secured only when urgent communication is required, such as during a disaster. As described above, after receiving the broadcast information and obtaining the ASAC information, the ASAC determination unit 341 determines which applications are currently permitted or which are not permitted (step S401). Next, the type of restriction is determined by the permitted application or the unauthorized application (step S402). For example, when the permitted application includes an application for disaster countermeasures such as “disaster prevention bulletin”, it is determined as “regulation due to disaster”. As described above, when a specific application is included in the permitted application group, it is determined that the restriction is based on the attribute related to the specific application.
On the other hand, in step S402, for example, even if a disaster countermeasure application such as “disaster prevention bulletin” is not included in the unauthorized application, it is determined that the regulation is “disaster regulation”. As described above, even when a specific application is not included in the group of applications that are not permitted, it is determined that the restriction is based on the attribute relating to the specific application.
Next, it is determined whether the regulation is due to a disaster (step S403). If the result of determination in step S403 is that there is no regulation due to disaster, the mode is switched to the energy saving mode (step S404) and the process ends. Thereby, it becomes possible to suppress power consumption.
On the other hand, if the result of determination in step S403 is that there is a restriction due to a disaster, the communication line is switched to another communicable communication line (step S405). For example, when a 3G line is regulated, the mode is switched to WiFi (registered trademark), PHS, Wimax (registered trademark), or the like. Further, the carrier may be switched by dual SIMM. Further, as a non-regulated (permitted) application, for example, when a mail application is activated, it may be switched to another communication line capable of communication. Then, communication is performed using an unregulated application or an alternative communication line (step S406). Thereby, the user can easily recognize the contents of the restriction and can convey the user's message.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the operation of the third embodiment. In the third embodiment, communication is restricted, but the mode is switched to the energy saving mode only when urgent communication is not necessary. As described above, after receiving the broadcast information and obtaining the ASAC information, the ASAC determination unit 341 determines which applications are currently permitted or which are not permitted (step S501). Next, the type of restriction is determined by the permitted application or the unauthorized application (step S502). For example, if an “event-related application” that can be used only at a concert venue is included in a group of unregulated applications, it is determined that the restriction is based on an event or the like. In addition, if the group of permitted applications includes an “event application” that can be used only at the concert venue, it is determined that the restriction is due to an event or the like.
Next, it is determined whether or not the restriction is due to an event or the like (step S503). If the restriction is not due to an event or the like, the determination in step S503 is repeated. On the other hand, if the restriction is due to an event or the like in step S503, the mode is switched to the energy saving mode (step S504) and the process ends. Thereby, it becomes possible to suppress power consumption.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the user can grasp the reason for the communication restriction. As a result, the user can determine whether or not it is necessary to switch to an alternative communication means, and can determine whether or not to switch to the low power consumption mode for suppressing power consumption.
