Abstract

The present invention is related to an improved disposable object having two attachments, one attachment is sticked on the release paper of the sticky patch on the bottom side of disposable object whereby this attachment is easily removable from the disposable object allowing the disposable object to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch of the disposable object and keep it sticked in proper position and another attachment which helps wings to stick properly on under garment by providing thickness and proper grip which placed on the upper side of the disposable object made up of any skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in form of solid, semi solid, semi liquid, liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules which solves the problem of irritation and rashes between the legs and backside at butt part and absorbs sweat and helps to keep skin dry.

PREAMBLE

The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which is to be performed. FIELD OF INVENTION:

The present invention is related to an improved disposable object such as panty liners or any type of absorbent such as sanitary pad, maxi pad worn by women with wings or without wings having two attachments. In particular, the present invention is related to an improved disposable object having two attachments whereby one attachment is sticked on the release paper of the sticky patch on the bottom side of disposable object whereby this attachment is easily removable from the disposable object allowing the disposable object to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch of the disposable object and keep it sticked in proper position and another attachment which helps wings to stick properly on under garment by providing thickness and proper grip which placed on the upper side of the disposable object made up of any skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in the form of solid, liquid, semi solid, semi liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules which solves the problem of irritation and rashes between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION AND PRIOR ART:

There are different kinds of nappies available in market. Nappy liners are thin one-way shields to be placed on top of a cloth nappy to prevent wetness from touching the baby's delicate skin (and thereby preventing diaper rash). There are two kinds of liners: disposable and cloth. Either of these could be placed on the cloth nappy. Disposable nappy pads are an intermediate step between disposable diapers and cloth nappies. They work like women's sanitary pads, in that, you are supposed to insert one nappy pad in the child's nappy (be it cotton or plastic), and then change the nappy pad after a couple of hours. An incontinence pad is a small, impermeable multi-layered sheet (such as cotton [washable] or paper [disposable]) with high absorbency that is used in the incontinence and health-care industries. The term may be used to refer to what are also known as Incontinence Diapers or Incontinence Nappies. Incontinence pads are used as a precaution against Urinary incontinence. Incontinence pads are usually placed in an undergarment

A sanitary napkin, sanitary towel, sanitary pad, menstrual pad, maxi pad, panty liners or pad is an absorbent item worn by a woman while she is menstruating, while she is recovering from vaginal surgery, for lochia (post birth bleeding), after an abortion, or in any other situation where it is necessary to absorb a flow of blood from her vagina.

Different types of disposable pads are used by different age people such disposable nappy pads for child, disposable sanitary pads for woman, disposable pads for the old age people. All types of disposable pads are provided with the sticky patch on the backside for sticking such pads to the intended material such as underwear or any other. Usually a removable paper is sticked on the said sticky patch of the pads which is to be removed manually for sticking a pad to the undergarment.

Usually when such pad is once used it is replaced by the fresh pad and usually problems are faced while replacing the used pad and placing it with fresh one.

Disposable sanitary napkins are staple items of modern society. In their simplest form they comprise an absorbent element interposed between a pervious body contacting element and an impervious protective barrier. The absorbent element is, of course, intended to receive and contain menses and other vaginal discharges. The body-containing element (sometimes called a topsheet or an overwrap) is intended to provide more or less comfortable and dry-feeling contact with body surfaces while allowing free passage of fluids there through into the absorbent element.

But such sanitary napkins on usage of longer duration causes irritation to the body parts with which it comes in contact with. Moreover, such sanitary napkins keep the skin wet due to the sweating on usage of sanitary napkin for couple of hours. Further, such sanitary napkins cause rashes. They may also cause leakage of the discharge. Further they usually have thin wings which get shrink causing the leakage of the discharge during heavy flow. Moreover, sometimes such sanitary napkins do not get fixed properly with undergarments which cause inconvenience to the user.

Thus, there is a need to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment which help to stick disposable object on the intended material properly and which solves the problem of irritation and rashes between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the sanitary pads.

DISADVANTAGES OF PRIOR ART:

Currently available disposable pads face the below mentioned problem:

They do not provide easy removable of the paper sticked on the sticky patch of the pads and so the user faces the difficulty in changing the pad.

On removal of the paper sticked on the sticky patch of the pads, there are chances that the sticky patch of the pads may stick on hands of user.

The crotch area of the underwear has to be first tighten up and then the paper sticked on the pad has to be removed manually and stick to the underwear, thus there are chances of improper placement of the pad to the underwear. They on usage of longer duration causes irritation to the body parts with which it comes in contact with.

They keep the skin wet due to the sweating on usage of sanitary napkin for couple of hours. They cause rashes.

Further they usually have thin wings which get shrink causing the leakage of the discharge.

Moreover, sometimes such sanitary napkins do not get fixed properly with undergarments, which cause inconvenience to the user.

OBJECTS OF INVENTION:

The main object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object such as panty liners, sanitary pad, maxi pad, sanitary napkin, sanitary towel or any type of absorbent worn by women with wings or without wings having an easily removable attachment sticked on the release paper of the sticky patch on the bottom side of disposable object whereby this attachment is easily removable from the disposable object allowing the disposable object to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch of the disposable object and keep it sticked in proper position.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment which is sticked on the release paper of the sticky patch of the disposable object such as panty liners, sanitary pad, maxi pad, sanitary napkin, sanitary towel or any type of absorbent whereby the disposable object is placed over the crotch area of the panty and the proposed attachment is then removed by pulling allowing the disposable object to stick on the panty, preventing the sticking of the disposable object to the hands while removing the paper or plastic strip over the sticky patch. By doing this operating system will be changed and direction of use will be changed.

Other main object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment placed on the upper side of the disposable object made up of any skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in the form of solid, semi solid, semi liquid, liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules which solves the problem of irritation and rashes between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment placed on the upper side of the disposable object which may be single layer or multi layer attachment to prevent the irritation between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment placed on the upper side of the disposable object can be inbuilt in the proposed object.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment placed on the upper side of the disposable object, which is antibacterial, antifungal and anti irritant.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object, which is hygienic, and allergy free in nature during operation of the disposable object.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment on upper side, which makes the skin dry by absorbing sweat. Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment on upper side, which offers rashfree skin to the user.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment, which minimizes the chances of side leakage by absorbing blood.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment, which provides thickness to the wings for proper grip preventing the leakage of the discharge.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment, which provides proper fixation to undergarments.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object, which is economical.

Another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object, which is user friendly and comparatively less time consuming to use.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachment on topside which can be of any suitable shape, size, material and color.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having an attachments on bottom side of any suitable shape, size, material and color.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object, which is eco- friendly.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object having adhesive, which is eco-friendly and skin friendly. Yet another object of the invention is to provide an improved disposable object, which prevents tangling in cubic hair during operation

In this present invention the features, nature and advantages of the disclosed subject matter will become more apparent from the detail description set forth below when taken in conjugation with the drawing and the reference numerals.

Meaning of the reference numerals used in fig.l to fig.8:

The present an improved disposable object (2) having an attachment A (1) as shown in fig.4 to fig.7, is sticked on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) on the bottom side of disposable object (2) whereby this attachment is easily removable from the disposable object (2) allowing the disposable object (2) to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) and keep it sticked in proper position and another attachment B (6) as shown in fig.l to 3 is placed on the upper side of the disposable object (2) made up of any skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in the form of solid, semi solid, semi liquid, liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules which solves the problem of irritation and rashes between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object (2).

The disposable pad (2) in the proposed invention is sanitary pad, nappy pad, nappy liners or panty liners or any type of absorbent.

The main embodiment of the proposed invention is to provide an improved disposable object (2) as shown in fig. 1 to 8, mainly comprises of:

Base (8) for absorbing the discharge;

Wings (7) for sticking the disposable object to the underwear or panty;

Attachment B (6) provided on the upper layer of disposable object (2) and

Attachment A (1) sticked on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) on the bottom layer of the disposable object (2), whereby attachment A (1) comprises of further comprising of a disposable paper or plastic strip (3) and thread (5).

The proposed disposable object (2) may or may not be provided with wings (7), whereby the wings (7) of the disposable pad (2) are provided with sticky patch (4) and the said wings (7) are extended and folded on front side. As shown in fig.l to 3, an improved disposable object (2) is provided with an attachment B (6) on the upper layer of pad (2). As shown in fig.l to 3, attachment B (6) can be of any shape convenient to user which reduces the maximum possible irritation to all the contacting area of the user with disposable object (2). Moreover, attachment B (6) can be placed on different areas of upper layer of the disposable object (2) as per the user's body. If the user woman is fat the gap between her butts would be far less than the user woman who is slim and having more gap between her butts. Thus, as shown in fig.l to 3, attachment B(6) of various size and shapes can be provided.

As shown in fig.la, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) on one of the extreme ends of disposable object and on wings of the disposable object (2) whereas in fig.lb, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) on both of the extreme ends of disposable object (2) and on wings (7) of the disposable object (2). As shown in fig.2a, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) extending through the periphery from on one of the extreme ends till the wings (7) of the disposable object (2) whereas in fig.2b, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) extending through the periphery from both of the extreme ends till the wings (7) of the disposable object (2) covering the periphery of entire disposable object (2). As shown in fig.3a, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) covering more portion of one of the extreme ends and extending through the periphery from the said extreme end till the wings (7) of the disposable object (2) whereas in fig.3b, the upper side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment B (6) covering more portion of both of the extreme ends and extending through the periphery from the said extreme ends till the wings (7) of the disposable object (2). The said attachment B (6) is made up of any type of soft material which leaves the user's skin irritation free and rashfree. The material is skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in form of solid, semi solid, semi liquid, liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules to provide softness to the contacting body area of user and which solves the problem of irritation and rashes ί

between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object (2).

Moreover, the attachment B (6) can be of any shape and convenient to user which reduces the maximum possible irritation to all the contacting area of the user with disposable object (2). The present improved disposable object (2) can be made of any required size having the required size of the attachment B (6) according to the user's requirement. The attachment B (6) of the present invention can be placed on the different area of the disposable object (2) as per the user's convenience and requirement.

The attachment B (6) of the present invention absorbs the sweat making the skin dry. Moreover, the present invention provides softness to the user's body area coming in contact with the disposable object (2) and so avoids any type of rashes to the user's body.

The attachment B (6) placed on the upper side of the disposable object (2) can be single layer or multi layer attachment to prevent the irritation between the legs back side at butt, part during operation of the disposable object. Moreover, attachment B (6) can be inbuilt in the proposed disposable object (2). Further, attachment B (6) placed on the upper side of the disposable object which is antibacterial, antifungal and anti irritant.

Further, the attachment B (6) of the present invention minimizes the chances of leakage by absorbing the discharge. Moreover, said attachment B (6) doesn't allow the wings of the pads to get shrink and thus prevents the leakage of the discharge. It also provides thickness to wings of the disposable object (2) for proper grip and fixation to the undergarments and also help to keep disposable object in proper position.

The attachment B (6) is of any suitable shape, size, material and color.

As shown in fig.4 to 7, an improved disposable object (2) is provided with an attachment A (1) on the bottom layer of disposable object (2) whereby this attachment A (1) is easily removable from the disposable object (2) allowing the disposable object (2) to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch of the disposable object (2) and keep it sticked in proper position.

As shown in fig. 4 to 7, an attachment A (1) which is sticked on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) on the bottom layer of the disposable object (2) mainly comprises of: a disposable paper or plastic strip (3) which is sticked on the release paper(3) on the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) on the bottom side a thread (5) for pulling the said disposable paper or plastic strip (3) to allow the disposable object (2) to stick to the underwear or panty; thread (5) like structure having one of the ends attached on one of the ends of the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) and other end is extended on the opposite side for pulling the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) for sticking the disposable object (2) to the underwear and the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) balancing strip sticked beneath which the thread (5) is extended in the opposite side for balancing while pulling of the thread (5) for the removal of the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) for sticking the disposable object (2) to the underwear.

The disposable paper or plastic strip (3) is an extended disposable paper or plastic strip (3) which is of length larger than length of the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) whereby the proposed attachment A (1) is attached to the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) and the remaining length gets folded which is to be pulled for removing the said disposable paper or plastic strip (3) from the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) allowing the said pad (2) to stick to the underwear.

As shown in fig.7, the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) can be of shape which also covers the wings (7) of the disposable object (2) in a manner that the sticky patch (4) on the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is covered and also the sticky patch (4) of the wings (7) are covered.

The said thread (5) is made up of material such as paper or plastic or cloth which is easy to pull.

The proposed attachment A (1) is very useful for use of any kind of disposable objects. The proposed attachment A (1) can be of any size and shape.

The proposed attachment A (1) can be provided on bottom side of the disposable object (2) in different ways as shown in fig.4 to 7, that it can be removed from the side comfortable for user. Moreover, as shown in fig.5 and fig.6, one or more than one attachment A (1) can also be provided as per user's requirement.

As shown in fig.4a, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment A (1) on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) of disposable object (2) whereas in fig.4b, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment A (1) on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) of disposable object (2) having opposite side for removal of attachment A (1) than in fig.4a.

As shown in fig.5a, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is provided with pair of attachment A (1) on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) of disposable object (2) whereby both attachment A (1) can be removed by pulling the respective thread (5) of the attachment A (1) to stick the disposable object (2) to the user's underwear. As shown in fig.5b, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) having provided pair of attachment A (1) can have different margins than in fig.5a. As shown in fig.6 the bottom side of the disposable object (2) having provided pair of attachment A (1) having same margins. Moreover, as shown in Fig.7a, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is provided attachment A (1) on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) of disposable object (2) as well as on wings(7). Further, as shown in Fig.7b, the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is provided with attachment A (1) on the release paper of the sticky patch (4) of disposable object (2) as well as on wings (7) having opposite side for removal of attachment A (1) than in fig.7a.

The proposed disposable object (2) is hygienic and allergy free in nature during operation of the disposable object. Moreover, the proposed disposable object (2) is user friendly and comparatively less time consuming to use. Thus, the proposed improved disposable object (2) can be of any suitable shape, size, material and color.

As shown in fig.8(A) & 8(B), an improved disposable object (2) is an extended foldable release paper (3) with or without attachment A(l) can be sticked and keep the disposable object (2) packed until it is to be used.

Any surface/surfaces of disposable object (2) which comes in contact with human surface does not cause any irritation due to the application of the disposable object (2). Also it helps to reduce get rid off any irritation occurred due to their application thereon. The proposed disposable object (2) prevents tangling in cubic hair during operation. Moreover, the proposed disposable object (2) is sweat absorber and sweat reducer. Further, the proposed disposable object (2) does not allow skin darkness during operation.

The proposed disposable object (2) as optional stretchable fabric can be applied. Further, the proposed disposable object (2) reduces the bad odor. Moreover, the proposed disposable object (2) arrangements provides extra grip with the skin and undergarments. Further, the proposed disposable object (2) still skin friendly and fabric friendly material thereon.

Claims

I CLAIM:

1. An improved disposable object (2) mainly comprises of:

a. Base (8) for absorbing the discharge;

b. Wings (7) for sticking the disposable object (2) to the underwear or panty; c. Attachment B (6) provided on the upper layer of disposable object (2) made up of any skin friendly material such as cotton cloth or fiber which may or may not be treated with any form of irritation reducing material in form of solid, semi solid, semi liquid, liquid or gas such as sponge, powder, gel, chemicals, granules which absorbs the sweat making the skin dry and provides softness to the user's body area coming in contact with^the disposable object (2) and so avoids any type of rashes to the user's body to leave the user's skin irritation free between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object (2) and d. Attachment A (1) sticked on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) on the bottom layer of the disposable pad (2), whereby this attachment A (1) is easily removable from the disposable object (2) allowing the disposable object (2) to stick on the intended material such as panty through sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) and keep it sticked in proper position whereby the an attachment A (1) which is sticked on the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) on the bottom layer of the disposable object (2) mainly comprises of:

i. a disposable paper or plastic strip (3) which is sticked on the release paper (3) of the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) on the bottom side having a thread (5) for pulling the said disposable paper or plastic strip (3) to allow the disposable object (2) to stick to the underwear or panty;

ii. Thread (5) like structure having one of the ends attached on one of the ends of the disposable paper, release paper or plastic strip (3) and other end is extended on the opposi

plastic strip (3) for sticking the disposable object (2) to the underwear and iii. An extended the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) balancing strip sticked beneath which the thread (5) is extended in the opposite side for balancing while pulling of the thread (5) for the removal of the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) for sticking the disposable object (2) to the underwear.

2. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, is sanitary pad, nappy pad, nappy liners or panty liners or any type of absorbent.

3. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment B (6) can be of any shape, color, material and size convenient to user which reduces the maximum possible irritation and rashes to all the contacting area of the user with disposable object (2).

4. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment B (6) provided on the upper layer of disposable object (2) can be of any shape, size, color and any type of soft material which leaves the user's skin irritation free, rash free and sweat free.

5. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment B (6) can be placed on different areas of upper layer of the disposable object (2) as per the user's body.

6. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment B (6) placed on the upper side of the disposable object (2) can be single layer or multi layer attachment to prevent the irritation between the legs back side at butt part during operation of the disposable object (2).

An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby disposable paper or plastic strip (3) is an extended disposable paper or plastic strip (3) which is of length larger than length of the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) whereby the proposed attachment A (1) is attached to the release paper(3) of the sticky patch (4) and the remaining length gets folded which is to be pulled for removing the said disposable paper or plastic strip (3) from the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) allowing the said disposable object(2) to stick to the underwear.

An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby the disposable paper or plastic strip (3) can be of shape which also covers the wings (7) of the disposable object (2) in a manner that the sticky patch (4) on the bottom side of the disposable object (2) is covered and also the sticky patch (4) of the wings (7) are covered.

10. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment A (1) sticked on bottom layer of disposable object (2) can be of any size, shape, material and color as per user's requirement even shape of attachment A(l) is parallel to disposable paper or release paper(3).

11. An improved disposable object having an attachment A (1) which is sticked on the release paper of the sticky patch (4) of the disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby the said thread (5) is made up of material such as paper or plastic or cloth which is easy to pull.

17. An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment B (6) placed on the upper side of the disposable object (2) prevents the side leakage by absorbing the blood.

An improved disposable object (2) as claimed in claim 1, whereby attachment A (1) sticked on bottom layer of disposable object (2) is then removed by pulling allowing the disposable object (2) to stick on the panty, preventing the sticking of the disposable object (2) to the hands while removing the paper or plastic strip over the sticky patch, by doing this operating system will be changed and direction of use will be changed.
