防盗性能好,操作方便。本实用新型用螺旋管匝圈将展示商品封闭挂置,取下商品需要耗费比装载商品更多的时间,增加盗窃难度和风险,从而起到很好的防盗效果;而对于商家而言,工作人员只需简单地旋转手柄,无需专门的工具,就能取放商品,操作也比较方便。

图中,1-螺旋管,2-时间延时机构,3-手柄,4-上支撑杆,5- 下支撑杆,6-转矩输出轴,7-外罩,8-螺旋齿轮,9-取卸齿轮,10-装载齿轮,11-从动齿轮,12-手柄转轴,13-切换装置,14-卡板,15-弹簧,16-螺旋管护罩,17-安装脚,18-标牌,19-安装罩盖。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1至图4所示,带时间延时机构支持商品装取的螺旋展示挂钩,包括支撑臂、螺旋管1、时间延时机构2和单向转动的手柄3,时间延时机构2上设有转矩输出轴6,转矩输出轴6转动中心处设有轴向通孔,支撑臂包括上支撑杆4和下支撑杆5,上支撑杆4一端穿入所述轴向通孔中,实现与转矩输出轴6转动中心转动连接,并固定于时间延时机构2内部,上支撑杆4另一端设有一对L形安装脚17,上支撑杆4通过安装脚17固定于一展示家具上,下支撑杆5一端与上支撑杆4固连,下支撑杆5另一端为自由端,上支撑杆4和下支撑杆5的固定端设有一安装罩盖19,将上支撑杆4和下支撑杆5的固定端遮盖住。螺旋管1一端与转矩输出轴6固连,上支撑杆4和下支撑杆5穿设于螺旋管1内部且与螺旋管1接触。时间延时机构2包括外罩7、螺旋齿轮8、可与螺旋齿轮8啮合的装载齿轮10、从动齿轮11和可与从动齿轮11啮合的取卸齿轮9,手柄3上设有手柄转轴12,手柄转轴12贯穿外罩7两侧并转动连接在外罩7上,同时手柄转轴12还具有轴向滑动自由度,取卸齿轮9和装载齿轮10均同轴套设在手柄转轴12上且与手柄转轴12键连接,而转矩输出轴6位于外罩7 之外,与设置在外罩7上的圆孔转动穿连且与螺旋齿轮8一体成型,从而实现手柄3及转矩输出轴6分别与时间延时机构2传动连接。外罩7下方设有旋转止销与装载齿轮10配合实现手柄3单向旋转,防止反转。上支撑杆4与安装脚固定端相对的另一端从转矩输出轴6及螺旋齿轮8中心穿入后一直延伸到外罩7以内,外罩7上设有一螺钉穿孔,上支撑杆4上与安装脚固定端相对的一端端部周面上设有一凹孔,通过一螺钉穿过螺钉穿孔,再螺纹连接到上支撑杆4的凹孔中,就可将时间延时机构2与上支撑杆4固连起来。从动齿轮11和装载齿轮10的厚度均为螺旋齿轮8厚度的一半,取卸齿轮9和装载齿轮10的间距为螺旋齿轮8厚度的一半,从动齿轮11转动连接在外罩7内的隔板上,从动齿轮11偏置于螺旋齿轮8一侧并始终与螺旋齿轮8的半边啮合。外罩7上滑动连接有一切换装置13,切换装置13位于手柄3和取卸齿轮9之间,切换装置13上固连一卡板14,卡板14上设有与手柄转轴12直径适配且可卡在手柄转轴12周面的卡槽,卡板14自由端设有弹簧15,弹簧15连接在外罩7内的隔板上,手柄转轴12上固设有限位凸环。取卸齿轮9的直径小于装载齿轮10直径,这样使得商品从下支撑杆5装载的速率快于从下支撑杆5上取卸商品的速率。本展示挂钩还包括一透明的螺旋管护罩16,螺旋管护罩16架设于螺旋管1上方,螺旋管护罩16两端分别与外罩7和安装罩盖19卡接。时间延时机构2和手柄3之间设有标牌卡槽,用来挂放写有商品说明的标牌18。
时间延时机构2用于增加取卸展示商品所需的时间量,同时允许 挂钩上剩余的展示商品继续展示在本螺旋展示挂钩上。安装本螺旋展示挂钩时,需要先用螺丝刀拧松外罩7上的螺钉,取下时间延时机构2和螺旋管1,此时可将安装罩盖19沿所述支撑臂推到底,将安装脚17向上微翘穿过展示家具上对应的安装孔,在重力作用下本螺旋展示挂钩将整体固定在展示家具上,而后螺旋管1和时间延时机构2按上述取下顺序重新安装回所述支撑臂上,拧紧所述螺钉,而后将螺旋管护罩16卡在安装罩盖19和时间延时机构2的外罩7之间,此时本螺旋展示挂钩固定在展示家具上。本螺旋展示挂钩设置的默认状态为商品的取卸状态,若需切换至商品装载状态则需依靠切换装置13。使用过程中若需要将商品悬挂至本螺旋展示挂钩上,需将商品先放置于下支撑杆5自由端,按住切换装置13,推动卡板14移位让出通道,卡板14上的卡槽结构与限位凸环解除锁止状态,结构上允许其通过,此时手柄3可以无障碍地外拉到极限,然后放开切换装置13,卡板14回弹,卡住限位凸环一侧防止其回缩,此时装载齿轮10与螺旋齿轮8啮合,旋转手柄3,带动螺旋管1,螺旋管1随手柄3的旋转而改变下支撑杆5上展示商品的距离,上述螺旋结构3螺距足够容纳展示商品的包装厚度同时防止小偷暴力偷取展示商品,展示商品依靠螺纹传导沿下支撑杆5往远离自由端方向移动,此后重复上述描述逐个放置展示商品在自由端12理论上是单个商品,不排除特殊情况下一起装载多个极小极薄的展示商品并重复沿指定方向旋转手柄直至将全部展示商品悬挂在下支撑杆5上。装载完成后如需将装载状态切换至取卸状态,操作如下:再次按下切换装置13,弹簧压缩,上述卡板14上的卡槽与限位凸环解 除锁止状态,推动卡板14移位让出通道,向里推动手柄3至极限,放开切换装置13,卡板14回弹,卡住限位凸环另一侧,此时取卸齿轮9移动到与从动齿轮11啮合的位置,且手柄3无法再轴向移动,取卸齿轮9、从动齿轮11和螺旋齿轮8形成传动路径,旋转手柄3时螺旋齿轮8经转矩输出轴带动螺旋管1反转,将展示商品推到下支撑杆5自由端以便取下。
实施例2:
上支撑杆4一端与转矩输出轴6转动中心转动连接,上支撑杆4另一端设有膨胀螺栓,上支撑杆4通过膨胀螺栓固定在墙壁上。其余同实施例1。

Claims (6)

  1. 带时间延时机构支持商品装取的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是包括支撑臂、螺旋管(1)、时间延时机构(2)和单向转动的手柄(3),时间延时机构(2)上设有转矩输出轴(6),支撑臂包括上支撑杆(4)和下支撑杆(5),上支撑杆(4)一端与时间延时机构(2)连接,上支撑杆(4)另一端固设于一固定物上,下支撑杆(5)一端与上支撑杆(4)固连,下支撑杆(5)另一端为自由端,螺旋管(1)一端与转矩输出轴(6)固连,上支撑杆(4)和下支撑杆(5)穿设于螺旋管(1)内部且与螺旋管(1)接触,手柄(3)及转矩输出轴(6)分别与时间延时机构(2)传动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是时间延时机构(2)包括外罩(7)、螺旋齿轮(8)、可与螺旋齿轮(8)啮合的装载齿轮(10)、从动齿轮(11)和可与从动齿轮(11)啮合的取卸齿轮(9),手柄(3)上设有手柄转轴(12),同时手柄转轴(12)还具有轴向滑动自由度,取卸齿轮(9)和装载齿轮(10)均同轴套设在手柄转轴(12)上且与手柄转轴(12)固连,同一时间内从动齿轮(11)和装载齿轮(10)二者中仅有一个与螺旋齿轮(8)啮合,从动齿轮(11)转动连接在外罩(7)内的隔板上,转矩输出轴(6)转动连接于外罩(7)上且与螺旋齿轮(8)固连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是外罩(7)上滑动连接有一切换装置(13),切换装置(13)位于手柄(3)和取卸齿轮(9)之间,切换装置(13)上固连一卡板(14),卡板(14)上设有与手柄转轴(12)直径适配且可卡在手柄转轴(12)周面上的 卡槽,卡板(14)自由端设有弹簧(15),弹簧(15)连接在外罩(7)内的隔板上,手柄转轴(12)上固设有限位凸环。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是取卸齿轮(9)的直径小于装载齿轮(10)直径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是还包括螺旋管护罩(16),螺旋管护罩(16)架设于螺旋管(1)上方,螺旋管护罩(16)与外罩(7)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的螺旋展示挂钩,其特征是时间延时机构(2)和手柄(3)之间设有标牌卡槽。
