Description

FOOD PROCESSOR
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention is concerning about a food processor, in particular, a food processor to process food into particles.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The prior art food processor in the market normally includes lots of parts and need complicated steps to process food. Furthermore, most of them are used to process food into mince or strip rather than into particles. But particles are more convenient to be putted into food feeder which promote the opportunity for baby to chew food. So there is the need to develop an easy to use tool which can process food into particles on demand. On the other hand, in the prior art, the blade of the food processor and the container is separated. That is, when going out, you have to take multiple instruments. It is not so convenient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To solve the existed problems of the prior art, this invention develops a new food processor, which can be used to process food into particles and have the function of keeping fresh food. It also can be added with a grinding part to have the function of juice extractor. One solution of this invention is to skillfully combine the blade of the cutting part, container and handle etc. together to develop a multi-function food processor. Furthermore, the blade is designed in a special shape to make it more suitable to process food into particles. As food particles are more feasible to be put into food feeder, which increases the opportunity for baby to chew food. This solution is detailed as follows:
A food processor which comprises a food container, a cutting part and a handle; the container comprises an open end and a sealed end; the cutting part comprises a blade; the back of the blade, which is opposed to the edge of the blade, is connected with the sealed end of the container. Normally, in this invention, the back of the blade, is connected with the outside of the sealed end of the container.
One preferred solution of this invention is that a grinding part is set in the said container.
One preferred solution of this invention is that the said grinding part is fixedly or movably connected with the said container.
One preferred solution of this invention is that it further include a cover; the said blade can be fully placed into the said cover.
One preferred solution of this invention is that the said edge of the blade is in vertical position against with the horizontal cross section of the said cover.
One preferred solution of this invention is that the said edge of the blade is in special shape.
One preferred solution of this invention is that the said edge of the blade is in special shape of S shape or double-S shape or V shape or W shape or double-W shape or arc shape or multiple continuous arcs shape.
One preferred solution of this invention is that the said handle include a top cover to cover the said container.
The further updated solution to this invention is that there are at least two notches on the said grinding part and there are corresponding projections on the container to match those notches so that the said grinding part will not rotate relative to the container. Such updated movable solution is very feasible for disassembling the grinding part and is convenient for cleaning. In particular, if the shape of the grinding part is designed to match with container, the grinding part can be set upside-down and is placed in the container so that the top cover can cover the container while the grinding part is in it when the food processor is not in use.
According to this invention, fresh food is kept in the upper container of the food processor by covering the top cover. When it needs to process the food, place the food in the cover and cut the food into particles with the blade of the food processor, and then put the particles in the food feeder for baby feeding.
Compared with the prior art food processor which process food into mince which reduce the opportunity for baby to chew food by himself, this invention is not only to process food into particles and to put the particles in food feeder for baby to chew, but also a bonsai appearance of the food processor is interesting and attractive, and the food processor can be used as a small decorating part. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is the first preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor.
FIG. 2 is the second preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor. FIG. 3 is the third preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor. FIG. 4 is the fourth preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT(S
As in FIG 1, it is the first preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor. It comprises a food container 104, a cutting part 101 and a handle 105; the container 104 comprises an open end and a sealed end; the cutting part 101 comprises a blade; the back 103 of the blade, which is opposed to the edge 102 of the blade, is connected with the sealed end of the container 104. In this embodiment, the cutting part 101 is connected with the outside of the sealed end of the container 104. The handle 105 is connected with the container 104. The handle 105 further includes a top cover 106 to cover the said container 104. In this preferred embodiment, the edge 102 of the blade is in special shape. A preferred solution is that the said edge of the blade is in special shape of S shape or double-S shape or V shape or W shape or double-W shape or arc shape or multiple continuous arcs shape. Through lots of experiments, the W shape edge as displayed in FIG.1 is better to have the function to process food into particles. While using the food processor, place food in the container 104 and cover the container 104 with the top cover 106 to keep the food in freshness and hygiene. If it needs to process the food into particles, it would be very easy to process food into particles with the W shape blade. Further updated embodiment of this solution is as in FIG. 4. It includes a cover 107 to cover the blade so that the blade is kept safe and hygiene. When processing food, the food can be placed in the cover 107, then use the blade to process the food into particles.
As in FIG. 2, it is the second preferred embodiment of this inventive food processor. It comprises a food container 204, a cutting part 201 and a handle 205; the container 204 comprises an open end and a sealed end; the cutting part 201 comprises a blade; the back 203 of the blade, which is opposed to the edge 202 of the blade, is connected with the sealed end of the container 204. In this embodiment, the cutting part 201 is connected with the outside of the sealed end of the container 204. The handle 205 is connected with the container 204. In this preferred embodiment, the edge 202 of the blade is in special shape. The difference between solution in FIG.1 and that in FIG.2 is the difference of the handle 205. In this embodiment, the handle 205 is in arc shape and is cross connected on the edge of the container. This kind of handle is feasible for carrying. Certainly, this solution can be added a top cover (not displayed in the FIG 2) to cover the container 204. And based on this solution, it would also be a better updated solution as that in FIG.4, it could include a cover to cover the blade so that the blade is kept safe and hygiene.
