需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及的终端可以包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、无线手持设备、平板电脑(Tablet Computer)、个人电脑(Personal Computer,PC)、MP3播放器、MP4播放器等。
另外,本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
图1为本发明一实施例提供的终端的设置方法的流程示意图,如图1所示。
101、检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数。
102、根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息。
103、根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
需要说明的是,101~103的执行主体可以为位于本地终端中的应用,或者还可以为位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者还可以为位于网络侧的服务器中的设置装置,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的应用程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本实施例对此不进行限定。
这样,通过检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,进而根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息,使得能够根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数,能够自动对终端的工作参数进行设置,无需用户进行手动设置,有效地避免了现有技术中由于终端的设置通过用户进行手动设置而导致的操作繁琐的问题,从而提高了终端设置的效率。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在101中,所检测的所述终端所在环境的环境特征参数可以包括但不限于下列信息中的至少一项:
亮度参数;
噪声参数;
时间参数,即系统时间;以及
移动参数。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为亮度参数的情况,在101中,具体可以利用利用光传感器,检测该终端所在环境的亮度参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为噪声参数的情况,在101中,具体可以利用声音传感器,检测该终端所在环境的噪声参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为移动参数的情况,在101中,具体可以利用加速度传感器、指南针、陀螺仪、磁力传感器和水平仪中的至少一项,检测所述终端的移动参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
由于终端的可移动性,可能会出现终端所在环境和终端所处状态发生切换的场景,例如,终端从一个黑暗的房间中,移动到一个明亮的房间中,并将一直在明亮的房间等,此时,如果只检测到终端在黑暗的房间中的环境特征参数,则会出现误差。因此,需要获得终端处于稳定状态下,其所在环境的环境特征参数。可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在101中,具体可以按照预先设置的采样频率,采集终端在一段时间范围之内,例如,5分钟内等,所在环境的N个环境特征参数,N为大于或等于1的整数,进而根据所采集的N个环境特征参数,计算一个平均值,以作为我们进行终端设置的环境特征参数。
这样,能够避免由于终端所在环境和终端所处状态的瞬间变化而导致的无效设置的问题,从而能够有效提高终端设置的可靠性。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在102中,具体可以根据所述环境特征参数,确定所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,进而根据所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,确定所述设置信息。
具体地,终端所在环境可以对应于多种场景下的一个状况,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。例如,白天在室内,所述终端可以放在办公桌上等,该环境安静,而且光线较亮。或者,再例如,晚上在室内,所述终端可以放在床头柜上等,该环境安静,而且光线较暗。或者,再例如,在室外,所述终端可以放在手提包里或兜里等,该环境嘈杂,而且光线较暗。
具体地,所述终端所处状态可以对应于多种场景下的一个状况,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。例如,白天在室内,所述终端可以放在办公桌上等,该终端静止不动。或者,再例如,晚上在室内,所述终端可以放在床头柜上等,该终端静止不动。或者,再例如,在用户步行时,所述终端可以放在手提包里或兜里等,该终端缓慢移动。或者,再例如,在交通工具上,所述终端可以放在手提包里或兜里等,该终端快速移动。
通过执行101获得所述环境特征参数之后,具体可以利用预先设置的环境参数阈值,确定所述终端所在环境的环境等级参数,以指示所述终端所在环境,或者还可以利用预先设置的状态参数阈值,确定所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
具体地,可以利用亮度参数阈值,将亮度参数所指示的亮度进行等级划分,如亮度等级参数可以为光线较亮和光线较暗。可以理解的是,可以进一步将每个亮度等级参数对应一个数值,例如,等级1和等级2。
具体地,可以利用噪声参数阈值,将噪声参数所指示的噪声进行等级划分,如噪声等级参数可以为噪声较大(即嘈杂)、噪声较小(即较安静)和没有噪声(即非常安静)。可以理解的是,可以进一步将每个噪声等级参数对应一个数值,例如,等级1、等级2和等级3等。
具体地,可以利用时间参数阈值,将时间参数所指示的时间进行等级划分,如时间等级参数可以为早晨、上午、中午、下午、晚上和深夜。可以理解的是,可以进一步将每个时间等级参数对应一个数值,例如,等级1~等级6。
具体地,可以利用移动参数阈值,将移动参数所指示的移动进行等级划分,如移动等级参数可以为静止不动、缓慢移动和快速移动。可以进一步将每个移动等级参数对应一个数值,例如,等级1、等级2和等级3。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述终端的工作参数可以包括但不限于下列参数中的至少一项:
是否开机;
提示音模式;
音量;以及
推送信息接收模式。
其中,
所述提示音模式可以包括但不限于振铃模式、振铃加震动模式、震动模式和静音模式即不振铃也不震动模式,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
所述音量可以包括若干个等级,即音量从小到大依次可以为音量1、 音量2、音量3、音量4和音量5,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
所述推送信息接收模式可以包括允许接收推送信息模式和禁止接收推送信息模式,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
进一步地,在根据所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,确定所述设置信息之前,还可以进一步设置所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项与设置信息的对应关系。
具体地,具体可以设置所述终端所在环境的环境等级参数与设置信息的对应关系,或者还可以设置所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数与设置信息的对应关系,或者也可以设置所述终端所在环境的环境等级参数、所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数与设置信息的对应关系,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
例如,在预设时间范围内,例如,5分钟等,环境等级参数指示环境安静,而且光线较暗,移动等级参数指示终端静止不动,说明用户可能需要休息,那么,此时对应的设置信息可以为静音模式,或者还可以为禁止接收推送信息模式。
或者,再例如,在预设时间范围内,例如,5分钟等,环境等级参数指示环境嘈杂,而且光线较暗,移动等级参数指示终端快速移动,说明用户可能在交通工具上,那么,此时对应的设置信息可以为振铃加震动模式,且音量5,以及允许接收推送信息模式。
举例说明,在获得所检测的终端所在环境的环境特征参数之后,可以根据该环境特征参数,利用预先设置的环境参数阈值,确定所述终端所在环境的环境等级参数和所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数,这些参数则指示了终端所在环境和终端所处状态。进而根据预先设置的所述终 端所在环境的环境等级参数、所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数与设置信息的对应关系,获得与所述终端所在环境的环境等级参数和所述终端所处状态的移动等级参数,对应的设置信息。
本实施例中,通过检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,进而根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息,使得能够根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数,能够自动对终端的工作参数进行设置,无需用户进行手动设置,有效地避免了现有技术中由于终端的设置通过用户进行手动设置而导致的操作繁琐的问题,从而提高了终端设置的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,能够自动对终端的工作参数进行设置,无需依赖用户的操作设置,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于用户反复进行设置操作而导致的增加终端的数据处理的问题,从而降低了终端的处理负担。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图2为本发明另一实施例提供的终端的设置装置的结构示意图,如图2所示。本实施例的搜索装置可以包括检测单元21、确定单元22和 设置单元23。其中,检测单元21,用于检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数;确定单元22,用于根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息;设置单元23,用于根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
需要说明的是,本实施例所提供的终端的设置装置可以为位于本地终端中的应用,或者还可以为位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者还可以为位于网络侧的服务器中的设置装置,本实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的应用程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本实施例对此不进行限定。
这样,通过检测单元检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,进而由确定单元根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息,使得设置单元能够根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数,能够自动对终端的工作参数进行设置,无需用户进行手动设置,有效地避免了现有技术中由于终端的设置通过用户进行手动设置而导致的操作繁琐的问题,从而提高了终端设置的效率。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述检测单元21所检测的所述终端所在环境的环境特征参数可以包括但不限于下列信息中的至少一项:
亮度参数;
噪声参数;
时间参数,即系统时间;以及
移动参数。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为亮度参数的情况,所述检测单元21,具体可以用于利用光传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的亮度参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为噪声参数的情况,所述检测单元21,具体可以用于利用声音传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的噪声参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,对于所述环境特征参数为移动参数的情况,所述检测单元21,具体可以用于利用加速度传感器、指南针、陀螺仪、磁力传感器和水平仪中的至少一项,检测所述终端的移动参数。详细描述可以参见现有技术中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
由于终端的可移动性,可能会出现终端所在环境和终端所处状态发生切换的场景,例如,终端从一个黑暗的房间中,移动到一个明亮的房间中,并将一直在明亮的房间等,此时,如果所述检测单元21只检测到终端在黑暗的房间中的环境特征参数,则会出现误差。因此,需要获得终端处于稳定状态下,其所在环境的环境特征参数。可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述检测单元21,具体可以按照预先设置的采样频率,采集终端在一段时间范围之内,例如,5分钟内等,所在环境的N个环境特征参数,N为大于或等于1的整数,进而根据所采集的N个环境特征参数,计算一个平均值,以作为我们进行终端设置的 环境特征参数。

可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述确定单元22,具体可以用于根据所述环境特征参数,确定所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项;以及根据所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,确定所述设置信息。
可选地,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述终端的工作参数可以包括但不限于下列参数中的至少一项:
是否开机;
提示音模式;
音量;以及
推送信息接收模式。
需要说明的是,图1对应的实施例中方法,可以由本实施例提供的终端的设置装置实现。详细描述可以参见图1对应的实施例中的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,通过检测单元检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,进而由确定单元根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息,使得设置单元能够根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数,能够自动对终端的工作参数进行设置,无需用户进行手动设置,有效地避免了现有技术中由于终端的设置通过用户进行手动设置而导致的操作繁琐的问题,从而提高了终端设置的效率。
另外,采用本发明提供的技术方案,能够自动对终端的工作参数进 行设置,无需依赖用户的操作设置,因此,能够避免现有技术中由于用户反复进行设置操作而导致的增加终端的数据处理的问题,从而降低了终端的处理负担。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计 算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种终端的设置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数;
    根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息;
    根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息,包括:
    根据所述环境特征参数,确定所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项;
    根据所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,确定所述设置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数包括下列信息中的至少一项:
    亮度参数;
    噪声参数;
    时间参数;以及
    移动参数。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为亮度参数;所述检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,包括:
    利用光传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的亮度参数。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为噪声参数;所述检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,包括:
    利用声音传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的噪声参数。
  6. 根据权利要求3~5任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为移动参数;所述检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数,包括:
    利用加速度传感器、指南针、陀螺仪、磁力传感器和水平仪中的至少一项,检测所述终端的移动参数。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端的工作参数包括下列参数中的至少一项:
    是否开机;
    提示音模式;
    音量;以及
    推送信息接收模式。
  8. 一种终端的设置装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测单元,用于检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数;
    确定单元,用于根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息;
    设置单元,用于根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于
    根据所述环境特征参数,确定所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项;以及
    根据所述终端所在环境和所述终端所处状态中的至少一项,确定所述设置信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征 参数包括下列信息中的至少一项:
    亮度参数;
    噪声参数;
    时间参数;以及
    移动参数。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为亮度参数;所述检测单元,具体用于
    利用光传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的亮度参数。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为噪声参数;所述检测单元,具体用于
    利用声音传感器,检测所述终端所在环境的噪声参数。
  13. 根据权利要求10~12任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征参数为移动参数;所述检测单元,具体用于
    利用加速度传感器、指南针、陀螺仪、磁力传感器和水平仪中的至少一项,检测所述终端的移动参数。
  14. 根据权利要求8~13任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端的工作参数包括下列参数中的至少一项:
    是否开机;
    提示音模式;
    音量;以及
    推送信息接收模式。
  15. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时:
    检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数;
    根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息;
    根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备:
    检测终端所在环境的环境特征参数;
    根据所述环境特征参数,确定与所述环境特征参数对应的设置信息;
    根据所述设置信息,设置所述终端的工作参数。
