本发明提供一种根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

请参见图1,图1是本发明所述根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法较佳实施例的流程图。如图1所示,所述根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤S100、定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略,所述智能家居控制策略设定有智能家居的动作方式,生效时生成动作控制指令。

本发明的实施例中,用户可自定义室内分区,且定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略。其中,所述智能家居控制策略不仅包括智能家居的动作方式及生效时生成的控制指令,还包括时间段的设置及控制策略关联对象的设置。例如,可设置客厅所对应的分区的智能家居控制策略为:每日22:00当检测到用户当前位置在卧室区域时,自动开启卧室灯并调节到适合阅读的亮度。通过设置智能家居控制策略,使得智能家居能根据上述策略执行对应的操作,实现了智能家居的智能化控制。

步骤S200、检测用户佩戴的定位设备并得到定位信息,以获取用户当前位置。
本发明的实施例中,可通过室内无线定位常用的三种方法来实现对用户的定位。室内无线定位常用的三种方法包括接收信号强度定位法、到达时间定位法和参考点定位法。接收信号强度定位法是通过信号发射装置发送一已知强度的初始测量信号,在信号接收装置处获取强度衰减后的测量信号,并根据强度衰减后的测量信号的强度及初始测量信号的强度对信号接收装置进行定位;到达时间定位法是通过信号发射装置发送一测量信号,在信号接收装置处获取测量信号的到达时间,并根据测量信号的传播速度及到达时间确定信号接收装置的相对位置;参考点定位法是预先选取至少两参考点并确定参考点之间的相对距离,之后根据三角函数运算确定待定位点的相对位置。可见,通过上述三种常见的室内定位技术,可实现对用户当前位置的精准定位,之后可对定位信息作进一步的应用。

步骤S300、判断用户当前位置是否落入某个室内分区,若是,则根据所述的某个室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令并分发给对应的智能家居。

通过步骤S200实现对用户当前位置的精准定位后,可将定位信息反馈至当前分区包括的所有智能家居,之后智能家居根据定位信息及控制策略执行相应的操作。例如,当定位用户当前位置处于客厅时,则开启处于客厅区域的电视、客厅灯、窗帘及空调,并自动设置电视音量,空调温度及开启时间段等。由于通过定位信息控制智能家居的开关及设置,无需用户走到各智能家居前进行人为操作控制,极大的方便了用户。

进一步地实施例,所述室内分区是用户根据实际生活环境预先划分的。目前,用户住宅主要分为单元式住宅、公寓式住宅、复式住宅、跃层式住宅、小户型住宅及花园洋房式住宅,上述住宅都至少包括客厅、卧室及厨房三个区域。故用户根据实际生活环境对室内进行分时,至少可分为三个区域,分别对应客厅区域、卧室区域及厨房区域。

进一步地实施例,如图2所示,所述步骤S100中定义室内分区及定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略具体包括:
步骤S101、预先将室内划分为第一室内分区、第二室内分区及第三室内分区。

具体的,第一室内分区对应客厅区域,第二室内分区对应卧室区域,第三室内分区对应厨房区域。显然,用户还可以将室内划分更多区域,并定义更为详细的控制策略。
步骤S102、定义与第一室内分区相对应的第一智能家居控制策略、与第二室内分区相对应的第二智能家居控制策略及与第三室内分区相对应的第三智能家居控制策略。

在步骤S102中,对每一室内分区的所有智能家居都可进行控制策略的定义。例如,可设置如表1所示的控制策略:

进一步地实施例,如图3所示,所述步骤S300中发送控制指令具体包括:
步骤S301、判断用户当前位置是否落入第一室内分区、第二室内分区或第三室内分区。
步骤S302、当用户当前位置处于第一室内分区、第二室内分区或第三室内分区内的其中一个时,则智能家居控制中心根据该室内分区所对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令。

本发明的实施例中,智能家居的控制策略在智能家居的控制中心端进行定义,并由所述智能家居控制中心根据控制策略生成用于对用户当前所处室内分区的所有智能家居进行控制的控制指令。

步骤S303、所述智能家居控制中心将所述动作控制指令发送至对应的智能家居。

通过本发明所提供的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,可以实现以下常见控制:

1)当检测到用户坐在客厅沙发上,根据用户的收看习惯,自动调控电视节目;
2)当检测到其他用户携带wifi设备进入家庭范围,给出主人选择是否共享wifi密码的选项,根据主人的确认结果,进行相应的操作;

3)当检测到用户特定时间段进入厨房,可根据用户习惯进行相应的操作,如开启冰箱门,打开电饭煲开关等;

4)根据用户习惯,检测到用户进入某一区域,做开关作用,打开门。如检测到您已开门,并自动启动家庭模式,开灯,开窗帘,开音响,开空调;
5)检测到用户进入卧室,结合时间段自动启动睡眠模式,关灯,关窗帘,设置空调时间,关电视,关WIFI;
6)检测用户进入书房,结合用户习惯或时间段,选择开启书桌上面的台灯或者开启整个书房的等;

7)检测到用户离开,根据当前时间段,自动关闭煤气和相应的设备。如窗户,灯光等。
可见,通过本发明所提供的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,无需用户通过操作智能家居的控制面板等人工动作实现对智能家居进行控制,通过佩戴定位设备即可实现对智能家居的智能控制,极大的方便了用户。

进一步地实施例,所述根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的系统中,所述室内分区是用户根据实际生活环境预先划分的;具体如上所述。

区域判断单元,用于判断用户当前位置是否落入第一室内分区、第二室内分区或第三室内分区;具体如上所述。
指令生成单元,用于当用户当前位置处于第一室内分区、第二室内分区或第三室内分区内的其中一个时,则智能家居控制中心根据该室内分区所对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令;具体如上所述。
指令发送单元,用于所述智能家居控制中心将所述动作控制指令发送至对应的智能家居;具体如上所述。
综上所述,本发明所提供的一种根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法及系统,方法包括:定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略,所述智能家居控制策略设定有智能家居的动作方式,生效时生成动作控制指令;检测用户佩戴的定位设备,获取用户当前位置;判断用户当前位置是否落入某个室内分区,若是,则根据所述的某个室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令并分发给对应的智能家居。本发明根据对用户所处的室内位置进行实时定位,并根据定位信息对智能家居进行实时控制,使得用户无需人为进行智能家居的开、关等操作,极大的方便了用户。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其包括:

    根据实际生活环境预先将室内划分为至少三个室内分区;
    分别定义与每个所述室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略,所述智能家居控制策略设定有智能家居的动作方式,生效时生成动作控制指令;
    检测用户佩戴的定位设备并得到定位信息,以获取用户当前位置;

    判断获取到的所述用户当前位置是否落入其中一个所述室内分区;
    若判定所述用户当前位置落入其中一个所述室内分区,则根据所述判定的室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令并分发给对应的智能家居。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略的步骤具体包括:
    所述智能家居的动作方式包括开启、关闭或设置开启时间段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中根据实际生活环境预先将室内划分为第一室内分区、第二室内分区及所述第三室内分区,并分别定义与所述第一室内分区相对应的第一智能家居控制策略、与所述第二室内分区相对应的第二智能家居控制策略及与所述第三室内分区相对应的第三智能家居控制策略。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述判断获取到的所述用户当前位置是否落入其中一个所述室内分区的步骤具体为;判断获取到的所述用户当前位置是否落入第一室内分区、第二室内分区或第三室内分区。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中当判定所述用户当前位置处于所述第一室内分区、所述第二室内分区或所述第三室内分区内的其中一个时,所述方法还包括:智能家居控制中心根据该室内分区所对应的智能家居控制策略生成所述动作控制指令。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述方法还包括:所述智能家居控制中心将所述动作控制指令发送至对应的智能家居。

    定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略,所述智能家居控制策略设定有智能家居的动作方式,生效时生成动作控制指令;
    检测用户佩戴的定位设备并得到定位信息,以获取用户当前位置;
    判断获取到的所述用户当前位置是否落入某个室内分区,若是,则根据所述的某个室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令,并分发给对应的智能家居。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述室内分区是用户根据实际生活环境预先划分的。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述智能家居的动作方式包括开启、关闭或设置开启时间段。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述定义与室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略的步骤具体包括:
    预先将室内划分为第一室内分区、第二室内分区及第三室内分区;

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的根据定位信息自动调控智能家居的方法,其中所述判断获取到的所述用户当前位置是否落入某个室内分区,若是,则根据所述的某个室内分区对应的智能家居控制策略生成动作控制指令,并分发给对应的智能家居的步骤具体包括:
    判断所述用户当前位置是否落入所述第一室内分区、所述第二室内分区或所述第三室内分区;

    当所述用户当前位置处于所述第一室内分区、所述第二室内分区或所述第三室内分区内的其中一个时,则智能家居控制中心根据该室内分区所对应的智能家居控制策略生成所述动作控制指令;
