Abstract

This invention is related to Comprehensive, Mobile Protection Shield which can convert into Protection Cabin that can be used in the Military during the time of war, in Police for the social events and in the places having the existence of war by having the characteristic of being able to protect the human being from at least three sides, in other words; from the sides where arms take place and from the front where face takes place. Additionally, according to the circumstance, by being in compliance to be used with single person or multiple persons, it can be produced by enlarging its dimensions and at the same time, it has the characteristic to move by only pushing by means of its wheels without carrying with the hand.

SPECIFICATION

Usage areas of our invention are in the Military during the time of war, in Police for the social events and in the places having the existence of war by having the characteristic of being a Mobilized Shield to be used by the people to have protection from the effects of the firearms. Additionally, it can also be used in the natural disasters such as the earthquake and similar ones. In the following sections of out Invention, we shall do the explanations by being related to its using.

Our Invention has a structure to provide the protection of the human beings and especially the security forces in versatile and mobilized way.

The types of shields recently used are the ones particularly used by the policemen and security forces, for one person and protecting the front part of the body and having the feet section of head part openly exposed and they are the systems carried by the hand. It is required to carry these shields with the hand. Especially in the regions of war and social events, the shield used either security forces of the civil citizens who try to go from

somewhere to another are for one single person and they provide the protection from one single direction and it is required to carry these shields by lifting with the hand.

The biggest difference of our Invention from the existing technologies its ability of being able to protect the human being from at least three sides, in other words, from the sides where aims take place and from the front where face takes place. Additionally, according to the situation, by being in compliance with single person or multiple person usages, it can be produced by enlarging its dimensions and at the same time it can be pushed easily without carrying with the hand by the courtesy of its wheels.

Basic structure of our Invention consists of the Main Body (1) formed by three panels and 4 pieces of panels which can be mounted and dismantled to/from this Main Body (1). There is also the possibility to add two pieces of rear protection doors (2) easily to this Main Body (1) when desired and these doors are formed by two panels and they can be opened and closed like the door. Against the threads which may come from above, again if desired so, there is also top protection door (3) which can be attached to the Main Body (1) and consisting of a single panel which can be opened towards the top and can be closed. Additionally, there is also bottom base lid (13) which can be mounted on the bottom of this Main Body (1) and it is formed by the panel which can be folded 180 degrees by means of screwed hinge system.

Protection Shield together with all of its additional panels can be converted to a complete protection cabin when bottom base lid (12) is particularly added.

On each one of Main Body's (1) panels, on each one of the two pieces of rear protection doors (2) and on the top protection wall (3) there are transparent observation windows (4) which provide observation of the outside by having resistance against the impacts and bullet proof characteristic .

In order to move the Main Body (1) easily by pushing with the movements of the feet and hands by turning to the desired direction, there are three pieces of carrier wheels (5) inside part of the panels in the Main Body (1) by having sensitivity for the movement direction and having protection and they can be locked when desired. Number of these wheels can be increased if requested. On the panels of the Main Body (1), on each one of the rear protection doors (2) and on the top protection door (3) there is one piece of holding and pushing places (6) and together with these holding and pushing places, there is also one piece of safety hole

(7) which can be opened and closed and at the same time can be used with the purpose of protection if needed by having slide from the inside and to extend the barrel of the gun out and to be used for the needs similar to this.

Besides, against the possibility of skipping of the bullet or similar harmful substance from the ground, there are bottom protection panels (8) taking place on the bottom parts of the panels of the Main Body (1 ) panels and to the bottom parts of each rear protection doors (2) by being placed with an angle to the ground.

In order to combine the panels of the Main Body (1), L shaped screwed assembly pieces (9) are used and their number can be increased. On the rear protection doors (2) and on top protection door (3) and in the place close to the middle of the bottom base Lid (13), screwed hinge system (10) is used providing convenient opening and closing. Their numbers are also increased according to request.

In order not to let rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3) open in the state of motion, there are hooked lock systems (11) on rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3). Hooks on rear protection doors (2) is on one door and passing parts of the hooks are on the other door. Hooks on the top protection door (3) are on the Main Body (1) and passing parts of the hooks are on both sides of top protection door. Number of hooked lock systems (I I) can be increased in the desired quantity. Besides that, on the panels of the Main Body (1) there are hanger places (12) added to the panels of the Main Body (1) in order to carry small quantity of material.

In order not to let rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3) fall towards the inside and not to have the falling of the front part of bottom base Lid (13) towards down, there are leaning stripes (15) on the edge part of the side panels of the Main Body (1) and on the bottom parts of the Main Body's (1) front panel. U shape slide screwing system (16) is used in fixing bottom base Lid (13) to the Main Body (1).

In order to prevent involuntary opening of bottom base Lid's (13) front part towards the top, L shaped bars (17) are used on bottom base Lid's (13) passing placed. There is support w heel (14) in order to provide the balance on the rear edge of the bottom base Lid (13) and support wheel (14) can be more than one according to circumstance.

Protection Shield, panels of its Main Body (1), rear protection doors (2), top protection door (3) and bottom base Lid (13) can be made of metal material, transparent material, armored material and from similar materials with the condition of being light.

As we have mentioned in the beginning, the using of the system is as follows

1) By having the purpose of protecting domestic security units such as the Police, by also changing the dimensions of the system, it is possible to use it as single or multiple protection shield or as the protection cabin.

2) During the wars, it can be used as the shield to have the soldiers or civilians go from one place to another and at the same time, it is suitable as the shield of the soldiers in the open terrain. 3) During the wars and natural disasters, it can be used in taking the wounded and ill persons in a safe way or even to take them by placing wheeled stretcher in it.

4) In earthquakes, it can be used as protection before the earthquake and as the protection and sheltering cabin after the earthquake.

In order to achieve the purpose of the Invention, designed mechanism has been illustrated in the attached pictures.

Claims

1 ) Our Invention is Comprehensive Mobile Protection Shield which can convert into

Protection Cabin and it has Main Body (1) consisting of three panels and 4 main sections as Rear Protection Doors (2), Top Protection Door (3), Bottom Base Lid (13) which can be added and dismantled to/from this Main Body (1) conveniently when requested.

2) Main Body (1) mentioned in Claim 1 has Rear Protection Doors (2), Top Protection Door (3). Bullet Proof Transparent Observation Windows (4), Holding and Pushing Places (6), Security Hole (7).

3 ) in order to have the Main Body (1) mentioned in Claim 1 move conveniently by turning it to the desired direction with the movements of the feet and hands and by pushing, it has three pieces of carrier wheels (5) inside 40 part of the panels in the Main Body (1) by having sensitivity for the movement direction and having protection and they can be locked when desired and the number of these wheels can be increased if requested.

4) Main Body (1) mentioned in Claim 1, there are bottom protection panels (8) taking place on the bottom parts of the panels of the Main Body (1) panels and to the bottom parts of each rear protection doors (2) by being placed with an angle to the ground against the skipping of the bullet or similar harmful substance from the ground.

5) In order to combine the panels of the Main Body (1) mentioned in Claim 1 , it has L shaped assembly pieces (9) and the number of these pieces can be increased.

6) On the Rear Protection Doors (2) and on the Top Protection Door (3), in a close place to the middle of Bottom Base Lid (13) mentioned in Claim 1, it has screwed hinge system (10) which provides the opening and closing conveniently and its number can be increased according to request.

7) In order not to let rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3) mentioned in Claim 1 open in the state of motion, there are hooked lock systems (11) on rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3).

8) on the panels of the Main Body (1) mentioned in Claim 1, there are hanger places (12) added to the panels of the Main Body (1 ) in order to carry small quantity of material .

9) It has the support wheel (14) in order to provide the balance on the rear edge of the bottom base Lid (13) mentioned in Claim 1 and support wheel (14) can be more than one according to circumstance.

10) In order not to let rear protection doors (2) and top protection door (3) fall towards the inside and not to have the falling of the front part of bottom base Lid (13) towards down, there are leaning stripes (15) on the edge part of the side panels of the Main Body (1) and on the bo ttom parts of the Main Body's (1) front panel mentioned in Claim 1.
