Description

一种架空地线提升器 技术领域
本发明一种架空地线提升器涉及电力系统，是一种用于架空地线提升的装置。
背景技术
目前电力系统输电线路都配有架空接地线，架空接地线通过挂环和线夹挂在塔端，日积月累，挂环和线夹会出现磨损，需要带电进行更换。然而挂环和线夹距离塔端很近，没有现成的专用工具，更换线夹工作费时费力，且有一定的危险。
已有的工具都是采用固定架加上螺栓提升的，螺栓需要人使用扳手操作，加之需要克服架空接地线的重量，操作困难，劳动效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种架空地线提升器，能快速将架空接地线向上提起，解决更换架空接地线线夹困难的问题，提高劳动效率。
一种架空地线提升器是采取以下技术方案实现的：一种架空地线提升器包括固定架和机械提升装置，机械提升装置的上部与固定架相连接，所述提升装置包括基座、齿轮、齿条、操作手柄和吊钩，齿轮通过螺栓安装在基座上，操作手柄设置在齿轮轴上，所述操作手柄一端通过齿轮轴固定，能围绕齿轮轴转动，带有防逆止功能；齿条和齿轮相啮合；齿条末端安装有吊钩；所述机械提升装置不少于两套。
架空地线提升器使用时，将固定架卡在塔端，吊钩挂在架空接地 线上，转动操作手柄将架空接地线向上提升，作业人员可顺利更换线夹；更换完毕之后，将操作手柄向上推，吊钩向下滑落，架空接地线恢复到原来位置。
一种架空地线提升器结构合理、安装使用方便，可以快速将架空接地线向上提起；操作简单，省时省力，提高劳动效率。

具体实施方式
参照附图1，一种架空地线提升器包括固定架1和机械提升装置，机械提升装置的上部与固定架1相连接，所述提升装置包括基座2、齿轮3、齿条4、操作手柄5和吊钩6，齿轮3通过螺栓安装在基座2上，操作手柄5设置在齿轮轴7上，所述操作手柄5一端通过齿轮轴7固定，能围绕齿轮轴7转动，带有防逆止功能；齿条4和齿轮3相啮合；齿条4末端安装有吊钩6；所述机械提升装置不少于两套。
架空地线提升器使用时，将固定架1卡在塔端，吊钩6挂在架空接地线上，转动操作手柄5将架空接地线向上提升，作业人员可顺利更换线夹；更换完毕之后，将操作手柄5向上推，吊钩6向下滑落，架空接地线恢复到原来位置。
