Description
本发明一种架空地线提升器涉及电力系统,是一种用于架空地线提升的装置。
目前电力系统输电线路都配有架空接地线,架空接地线通过挂环和线夹挂在塔端,日积月累,挂环和线夹会出现磨损,需要带电进行更换。然而挂环和线夹距离塔端很近,没有现成的专用工具,更换线夹工作费时费力,且有一定的危险。
已有的工具都是采用固定架加上螺栓提升的,螺栓需要人使用扳手操作,加之需要克服架空接地线的重量,操作困难,劳动效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种架空地线提升器,能快速将架空接地线向上提起,解决更换架空接地线线夹困难的问题,提高劳动效率。
一种架空地线提升器是采取以下技术方案实现的:一种架空地线提升器包括固定架和机械提升装置,机械提升装置的上部与固定架相连接,所述提升装置包括基座、齿轮、齿条、操作手柄和吊钩,齿轮通过螺栓安装在基座上,操作手柄设置在齿轮轴上,所述操作手柄一端通过齿轮轴固定,能围绕齿轮轴转动,带有防逆止功能;齿条和齿轮相啮合;齿条末端安装有吊钩;所述机械提升装置不少于两套。
架空地线提升器使用时,将固定架卡在塔端,吊钩挂在架空接地
线上,转动操作手柄将架空接地线向上提升,作业人员可顺利更换线夹;更换完毕之后,将操作手柄向上推,吊钩向下滑落,架空接地线恢复到原来位置。
一种架空地线提升器结构合理、安装使用方便,可以快速将架空接地线向上提起;操作简单,省时省力,提高劳动效率。

参照附图1,一种架空地线提升器包括固定架1和机械提升装置,机械提升装置的上部与固定架1相连接,所述提升装置包括基座2、齿轮3、齿条4、操作手柄5和吊钩6,齿轮3通过螺栓安装在基座2上,操作手柄5设置在齿轮轴7上,所述操作手柄5一端通过齿轮轴7固定,能围绕齿轮轴7转动,带有防逆止功能;齿条4和齿轮3相啮合;齿条4末端安装有吊钩6;所述机械提升装置不少于两套。
架空地线提升器使用时,将固定架1卡在塔端,吊钩6挂在架空接地线上,转动操作手柄5将架空接地线向上提升,作业人员可顺利更换线夹;更换完毕之后,将操作手柄5向上推,吊钩6向下滑落,架空接地线恢复到原来位置。

- 一种架空地线提升器,其特征在于:包括固定架和机械提升装置,机械提升装置的上部与固定架相连接,所述提升装置包括基座、齿轮、齿条、操作手柄和吊钩,齿轮通过螺栓安装在基座上,操作手柄设置在齿轮轴上,所述操作手柄一端通过齿轮轴固定,能围绕齿轮轴转动,带有防逆止功能;齿条和齿轮相啮合;齿条末端安装有吊钩;所述机械提升装置不少于两套。
