Description

Pouch sleeve
The present invention relates to a pouch sleeve comprising a sleeve and a pouch disposed inside the sleeve. This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-132791 filed in Japan on June 27, 2014, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Conventionally, plastic film bags have been applied to accommodate foods that are heated by pouring hot water (pouring foods). A typical example of a plastic film bag for containing such pouring food is a laminated film bag called a so-called “pouch”. In addition to this, as a container for pouring hot water into a container and heating it, a molded container made of expanded polystyrene, a double container made of a paper cup, or the like is widely used. In addition, as a packaging container for cooking a container containing ingredients etc. in a microwave oven, mainly a heat-resistant molded container or a double container with a heat insulating effect added to the peripheral wall of the molded container is used. ing.
For example, the package described in Patent Document 1 is cooked in a state where the pouch is placed in the package, and the pouch taken out together with the package from the microwave oven is still surrounded by the package. A method of opening a pouch and eating processed food in the pouch can be provided. In this eating method, the package is a tool for maintaining the pouch in a self-supporting state in a microwave oven, and functions as tableware together with the pouch when eating.
Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3118609
However, since the package described in Patent Document 1 focuses on self-support during heating, it is not assumed to be carried in this container. In addition, in order to eat using the package described in Patent Document 1 as a container, the opening of the pouch is small, and it is difficult to take out the food with a spoon or the like.
Furthermore, recently, a highly convenient food that can be drunk as it is after being stored in a packaging container and poured into the drife is desired. Therefore, in packaging containers, it is possible to realize a container that can satisfy both the strength and convenience of a container so that it can be poured into a container in which Dries is contained and eaten as it is, and the volume can be reduced during transportation before opening. It is desired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can be cooked and heated by pouring hot water or the like when assembled into a three-dimensional shape. An object of the present invention is to provide a pouch sleeve capable of realizing volume reduction at the time.
The pouch sleeve according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a flat pouch and a flat sleeve, and is configured to be assembled into a self-supporting cylindrical shape by expanding the vicinity of the front center of the sleeve in the thickness direction. A pouch sleeve as a composite packaging material, wherein the pouch has a pouch front surface and a pouch rear surface sealed at both ends, and a pouch bottom, and the sleeve includes at least the pouch bottom and pouch side portions. The pouch includes a front piece and a rear piece which surround the pouch bottom side and are positioned on the front and rear sides of the pouch when unopened. A rear surface, a side surface, and a portion serving as a sleeve bottom, and the front piece and the rear piece include the front surface of the sleeve or the sleeve rear surface and the sleeve bottom. The front piece and the rear piece are connected to the bottom arch fold line provided as an arch shape that forms a boundary with each other and connects both sides in the lateral direction, and the lower end of the front piece and the rear piece. The bottom center folding line extending in the lateral direction in the state and the both side ends of the sleeve are connected by sandwiching the both side ends of the pouch between the front piece and the rear piece, and extending in the vertical direction. The side edge portion is located on the side edge portion side of the side surfaces on both sides and extends in the vertical direction, and the side edge portion extends laterally from the side surface when assembled into the cylindrical shape as a solid body. Side fold lines to be projected, legs located at the lower ends of the side surfaces, a lower fold line descending from the outer end of the arch fold line downward 45 degrees outward, and an outer end of the arch fold line in the vertical direction An inner leg sectioned by a bottom side fold line extended to And applying a force to both side edges of the sleeve so that both the side edges approach each other, and applying a force to the lower end of the sleeve to apply the bottom center folding line and the bottom The sleeve bottoms of the front piece and the rear piece are made uniform by bending with an arch fold line to change the sleeve into a three-dimensional shape, and the pouch connected to the sleeve front surface and the sleeve rear surface is a cylinder. Open.
The pouch sleeve according to the first aspect can be formed thinly with a pouch filled with Dreifose or the like. In addition, the pouch is sandwiched between the front piece and the rear piece of the sleeve folded in half at the bottom center folding line, and the sealed side ends of the pouch and the both side edges of the sleeve are adhered. Thus, it can be formed as a connection structure. Moreover, the upper part of the pouch is opened and deformed so that both sides of the sleeve are reduced in the lateral direction, and the bottom center fold line is pushed upward to deform the sleeve bottom into a smooth arch surface, and the front and rear width The pouch sleeve can be assembled three-dimensionally by separating the sleeve front surface and the sleeve rear surface so as to enlarge the width of the sleeve. At this time, the pouch sleeve can be stabilized independently by the inner leg portion and the leg portion, and can be regulated so that the three-dimensional deformed state does not return. For this reason, cooking such as pouring hot water can be easily performed, and the food can be easily scooped up with a wide spoon from the pouch opening.
In the second aspect of the present invention, in the pouch sleeve according to the first aspect, the pouch may be made of a barrier film.

The bottom side fold line 39b has a side fold line 37c continuously extending on the upper side, and on the opposite side, a bottom side fold line 49b and a side fold line 47c are sandwiched by sandwiching the bottom center fold line 40b. It is continuous. These side fold line 37c, bottom side fold line 39b, bottom side fold line 49b, and side fold line 47c are continuous to form a straight line when the sleeve 30 shown in FIG. 5 is unfolded.
The pouch sleeve 10 according to the present embodiment includes a bottomed flat pouch 20 made of a barrier film and a flat sleeve 30 in which the pouch 20 is housed. An upper end 21 a of the pouch is an upper end 31 a of the sleeve 30. , 41a. However, the upper ends 31 a and 41 a of the sleeve 30 may be configured to protrude above the upper end 21 a of the pouch so that the pouch 20 is completely accommodated inside the sleeve 30.
<Conveyance state (unopened)>
In the pouch sleeve 10 according to the present embodiment, food is enclosed in the pouch 20 (not shown), and the upper end 21a thereof is sealed and flattened. By sandwiching the flat pouch 20 with a substantially flat sleeve 30 in which only the bottom center folding line 40 is mountain-folded, an unopened conveyance state can be obtained. In this state, the thickness of the pouch sleeve 10 is very thin and the volume is small.
<Three-dimensional assembly (opened)>
First, in the pouch sleeve 10 according to the present embodiment, the upper end 21a of the unopened pouch 20 is opened by the user. Next, the user applies a force so that the bottom center fold line 40 moves upward, and at the same time, the bottom arch fold line 38 and the bottom arch fold line 48 are mountain-folded, and the bottom 34 and the bottom 44 are continuously arched. The both ends of the bottom center folding line 40 that has been folded in a mountain are flush with each other so as to form a curved surface.
At this time, the lower fold line 38a is mountain-folded to bring the leg portion 35c and the inner leg portion 35a closer to each other, and the lower fold line 48a is folded to make the leg portion 45c and the inner leg portion 45a closer to each other. Move closer. When the lower fold line 38b is folded in a mountain, the leg part 35d and the inner leg part 35b are brought closer to each other, and when the lower fold line 48b is folded in a mountain, the leg part 45d and the inner leg part 45b are brought closer to each other. At the same time, the bottom side fold line 39a is valley-folded to deform the inner leg 35a so as to protrude downward in the vertical direction from the bottom 34, and the bottom side fold line 39b is valley-folded. The inner leg portion 35b is deformed so as to protrude downward in the vertical direction from the bottom portion 34, and the inner side leg portion 45a is protruded downward in the vertical direction from the bottom portion 44 by folding the bottom side fold line 49a. When the bottom side fold line 49b is valley-folded, the inner leg 45b is deformed so as to protrude downward in the vertical direction from the bottom 44.
At the same time, the user applies a force so that the side edge portion 36a and the side edge portion 36b of the sleeve 30 approach each other, and the sleeve 30 is contracted inward in the lateral direction, whereby the side edge fold line 37a is valley-folded and side-folded. The lines 37b and 37c are mountain-folded, and the side edge fold line 37d is valley-folded to move the front face 32 and the rear face 42 apart from each other in the front-rear direction, which is the thickness direction.
The front sheet material 21 and the rear sheet material 22 of the pouch 20 adhered to the front surface 32 and the rear surface 42 are separated in the front-rear direction, which is the thickness direction, following the movement of the front surface 32 and the rear surface 42 spreading. The bottom sheet material 23 that has been folded in half at the center bottom fold line 24 is flattened, and the space inside the pouch 20 is enlarged, so that the upper end 21a is largely opened. Thus, by changing the sleeve 30 into a three-dimensional shape, the pouch 20 connected to the front surface 32 and the rear surface 42 of the sleeve 30 can be opened in a cylindrical shape.
When the sleeve 30 changes to a three-dimensional shape, the leg portion 35c, the inner leg portion 35a, the leg portion 35d, and the inner leg portion 35b protrude downward in the vertical direction to form a double leg and are grounded at four points. In this way, the pouch sleeve 10 can be made strong and stable and can stand by itself. Thereby, even when hot water is injected, it is possible to provide the pouch sleeve 10 that is safely independent.
Moreover, since it can be three-dimensionalized by one operation and can be locked so as to maintain the state, it can be easily opened and eaten easily.
At the same time, the finger-hanging portions 46c, 46d, 46e, and 46f are formed so as to protrude in the lateral direction, so that they can be stably held. Therefore, even when grasped and carried with hot water injected, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the contents from being transmitted to the hand of the grasper.
