Description

Cartridge holder and cartridge device
The present invention relates to a cartridge holder and a cartridge apparatus.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-129297 for which it applied to Japan on June 24, 2014, and uses the content here.
Conventionally, water purifiers for the purpose of removing impurities such as chlorine contained in tap water have been widely used. Known forms of water purifiers include the faucet direct connection type attached to the faucet faucet, the stationary type installed on the sink, or the undersink type (built-in type) installed in the storage cabinet under the sink. Yes.
As such a water purifier, in particular, in the case of a water purifier used at home, an under-sink type water purifier has attracted attention because it does not impair the beauty around the sink. In recent years, it has become the mainstream to install drawers in the lower storage cabinet space of the system kitchen, so the undersink type water purifier is not a traditional back-floor platform but a small space in the storage cabinet. Also, it tends to be disposed in a dead space in the undersink, such as between the upper and lower sides of the drawer or the back of the drawer.
As a water purifier disposed in a dead space in an undersink, for example, in Patent Document 1, an apparatus main body for water treatment of raw tap water, and the apparatus main body outside a rear portion of a drawer in a cabinet space below a sink of a sink There has been proposed a water treatment device comprising a mounting tool for detachably mounting the device.
Moreover, as what concerns an undersink type water purifier, patent document 2 is a bracket of the water purifier which hold | maintains a water purifier horizontally and front-back in a cabinet, Comprising: The holder which hold | maintains the said water purifier so that attachment or detachment is possible Part, a fixing part to the cabinet, and a hose hooking part that is provided in front of the front end surface of the water purifier held by the holder part and hooks and holds the hose removed from the water purifier. A water purifier bracket has been proposed.
特開2007-291653号公報JP 2007-291653 A 特開2007-154513号公報JP 2007-154513 A
However, in the water treatment apparatus of Patent Document 1, since the electrolytic cell and the water purification cartridge are accommodated in the apparatus main body, the size of the apparatus main body is large. Therefore, when replacing the water purification cartridge or the like, a narrow cabinet space is required. Since it is necessary to insert the hand and pull out the water purification cartridge from the apparatus main body, it is difficult to say that the water purification cartridge can be easily replaced. In addition, since the hose connected to the water purification cartridge is also moved with the withdrawal of the drawer body, stress is applied to the connecting portion between the water purification cartridge and the hose. In particular, the joint of the water purification cartridge is thin and relatively weak compared to the coupler part of the hose that is connected by extrapolation to this, so the water purification cartridge (equipment main body) is frequently put in and out of the joint of the water purification cartridge. If a large load is applied, there is a risk of damage.
Moreover, in the bracket of the water purifier of patent document 2, since the fixing | fixed part is being fixed to the inner surface of a cabinet with a screw, a tool is needed for the installation and the change of an installation position etc. is troublesome, and it is versatile. There are difficulties.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and in particular, a highly versatile cartridge holder that can protect the joint of a water purifier cartridge and that allows easy replacement of the water purifier cartridge, and a cartridge apparatus including the same. The purpose is to provide.
A cartridge holder according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cartridge holder for holding a water purifier cartridge having a water intake joint and a water discharge joint to which water pipes can be connected, respectively.

In this cartridge holder, since it has a drain pipe locking part, for example, the water pipe is connected to the hose and the water pipe connected to the water purifier cartridge by the water pipe locking part. When a coupler is connected to the hose, even if a force is applied to the hose, stress can be prevented from being applied to the joint of the water purifier cartridge, which has a lower strength than the coupler, by absorbing the stress with the coupler. In addition, since the structure is simple and the water purifier cartridge is simply held by the holding member, and the water purifier cartridge can be held by locking the water pipe to the water pipe locking portion, the holding member is attached to the desired location by the mounting portion.
Moreover, in the cartridge holder, it is preferable that the water pipe locking portion is provided on both one end side and the other end side of the holding member.
According to this configuration, since the water distribution pipe locking portions are provided on both the one end side and the other end side of the holding member, the water purifier cartridge is placed in one direction with respect to the holding member, or in the opposite direction. It can be arranged so as to face.

According to this configuration, since the water receiving portion is provided in the holding member, for example, when the coupler is removed from the joint when the water purifier cartridge is replaced, even if water leaks from the coupler side or the joint side, the water receiving portion It is possible to prevent the installation location from being wetted with water.
In the cartridge holder, it is preferable that the attachment portion is detachably attached to the holding member.
According to this configuration, it is possible to easily attach the holding member by preparing various types of attachment portions in advance and selecting the attachment portion corresponding to the installation location.
In the cartridge holder, it is preferable that the attachment portion is attached in an undersink.
According to this configuration, the dead space in the undersync can be used effectively.
Moreover, it is preferable that the water distribution pipe includes a hose and a coupler that is connected to an end of the hose and can be coupled to the joint.
Further, it is also preferable that the water pipe locking portion locks the coupler.
Moreover, it is preferable that the water distribution pipe locking portion holds the hose.
Further, it is preferable that the water distribution pipe engaging portion is provided so that the water distribution pipe can be attached to and detached from the water distribution pipe engaging portion vertically or horizontally with respect to the direction of the water distribution pipe in the joint.
The cartridge holder preferably has a ratio L / d of 2 to 5 in the length direction (L) and the radial direction (d).
Further, it is preferable that the water receiving portion is detachably provided at one end or both ends of the holding member.
Further, it is preferable that a cartridge fixing band for fixing the cartridge is detachably provided on the holding member.
Moreover, it is preferable that the water distribution pipe locking portion is detachably attached to the holding member.

Further, it is preferable that the water distribution pipe locking portion has a size in which the notch-shaped inner diameter is 30 to 95 mm.
A cartridge device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water purifier cartridge having a joint for entering and discharging water, a coupler coupled to the joint, and the cartridge holder, and the cartridge holder includes the cartridge for the water purifier. The cartridge is detachably held.
In this cartridge apparatus, since the cartridge holder is provided and the water purifier cartridge is detachably held in the cartridge holder, it is possible to prevent stress on the joint of the water purifier cartridge. Moreover, the cartridge for water purifiers can be arrange | positioned in a desired location by attaching a holding member to a desired location by an attaching part.
In another aspect of the cartridge holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cartridge holder for holding a water purifier cartridge having a water inlet and a water outlet joint to which a coupler is connected, the water purifier cartridge. A holding member that holds the water purifier cartridge in the state where the water purifier cartridge is held by the holding member, and an attachment portion for attaching the holding member.
According to the present invention, since the notch-shaped water pipe locking portion is provided to prevent stress from being applied to the joint of the water purifier cartridge, the joint having a relatively low strength can be protected.
Hereinafter, a cartridge holder and a cartridge device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a usage example of an embodiment of a cartridge device according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a cartridge device, and this cartridge device 1 is connected to a faucet 3 installed on a kitchen sink 2 via a pipe (not shown) and a hose 4.
That is, the cartridge device 1 is an undersink type (built-in type) water purifier.
In the usage example shown in FIG. 1, the cabinet under the kitchen is a drawer type that can slide in the front-rear direction, and the cartridge device 1 is attached to the side plate 5 on the back side of the lowermost drawer. In the example shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, the cartridge device 1 is accommodated and arranged inside the side plate 5, that is, inside the drawer. Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, it can be arranged outside the side plate 5, that is, on the back side (outside) of the drawer. In FIG. 1, the cartridge device 1 is attached to the back side inside the lowermost drawer, but it may be attached to the side surface inside the drawer.
As shown in FIG. 2, which is a schematic configuration diagram of the cartridge device 1, the cartridge device 1 includes a water purifier cartridge 10 and a cartridge holder 40.
As shown in FIG. 3, which is a cross-sectional view showing the overall configuration of the water purifier cartridge 10, the water (raw water source water) is filtered and purified by the filter medium 12 accommodated in the container body 11, and the purified water is shown in FIG. It discharges to the shown faucet 3 side.
That is, the water purifier cartridge 10 includes a container body 11 and a filter medium 12 accommodated in the container body 11.
The container main body 11 includes a bottomed cylindrical filter medium container 13 and a lid portion 14 attached to the opening side of the filter medium container 13.
The lid portion 14 is a substantially disk-like one that covers the opening of the filter medium container 13 and is formed of a hard resin, and its outer peripheral end is ultrasonic welded, vibration welded, or the like to the open side peripheral end of the filter medium container 13. It is fixed with. The lid portion 14 is formed with a water inlet joint 15 (water inlet joint) and a water outlet joint 16 (water outlet joint) on the outer surface side thereof. The joint of the present embodiment is configured to be able to connect a water pipe. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the water distribution pipe includes a hose 4 and a coupler that is connected to the end portion thereof and can be coupled to the joint. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the water inlet joint 15 is a tubular member configured to be liquid-tightly connected to an IN hose 4 having a water inlet coupler 17 connected to an end thereof. The water discharge joint 16 is a tubular member configured to be liquid-tightly connected to the OUT hose 4 to which the water discharge coupler 18 is connected.
As shown in FIG. 2, the water intake coupler 17 and the water discharge coupler 18 have an operation tube 20 that is externally inserted into the inner tube 19 so as to be capable of moving forward and backward. The large diameter portion 20 a of the operation tube 20 is advanced and retracted. Thus, the inner pipe 19 is externally inserted into the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 shown in FIG. 3, and the inner pipe 19 can be engaged with and disengaged from the large-diameter portion 15 a (16 a) of the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16. It has a known configuration that is stopped. These water coupler 17 and water coupler 18 are sufficiently large in diameter compared with the water joint 15 and water joint 16, and are formed with a relatively high strength by a hard resin. The strength is higher than that of the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16.
The water inlet coupler 17 and the water outlet coupler 18 have an inner pipe 19 exposed behind the large-diameter portion 20a in order to retract the operation pipe 20 when the operation pipe 20 is not operated, that is, in a steady state. The exposed inner tube 19 portion has a smaller diameter than the front large-diameter portion 20a and a smaller diameter than the hose 4 side of the coupler 17 (18), thereby forming an annular groove portion. In other words, the water inlet coupler 17 and the water outlet coupler 18 are formed with a groove formed by exposing the inner pipe 19 behind the large diameter portion 20a of the operation pipe 20.
The water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 are arranged symmetrically across the central axis of the container body 11 as shown in FIGS. Moreover, it arrange | positions at the center side, without arrange | positioning at the peripheral side of the cover part 14. FIG. As a result, the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 are formed to have the same distance from the side peripheral surface of the container body 11.
The internal hole of the water inlet joint 15 communicates with the first water passage 21 formed between the filter medium container 13 and the filter medium 12 accommodated in the filter medium container 13, that is, outside the filter medium 12. Moreover, the internal hole of the water discharge joint 16 is connected to the end part side of the hollow fiber membrane mentioned later, ie, the opening side.
Here, the total length of the container body 11, that is, the length L from the tip of the water inlet joint 15 or the water outlet joint 16 to the bottom surface of the filter medium container 13 is, for example, about 220 mm to 300 mm, preferably about 250 mm to 280 mm. . When the length is 300 mm or more, the handleability is impaired or the installation location is limited. On the other hand, if the length is shorter than 220 mm, the required amount of filter medium cannot be filled, the filtration capacity is lowered, and the practicality is lowered. Further, the outer diameter of the container body 11 has a maximum diameter (d) of about 70 to 90 mm, preferably about 75 to 80 mm in the filter medium container 13. When the maximum diameter exceeds 90 mm, the handleability is impaired, or the installation in a narrow space becomes difficult, the installation location is limited, and the versatility is lowered. On the other hand, if the maximum diameter is 70 mm or less, the required amount of filter medium cannot be filled, the filtration capacity is lowered, and the practicality is lowered. Therefore, the ratio (L / d) between the length (L) of the container body 11 and the maximum diameter (d) of the container body 11 is, for example, between 2 and 5, preferably about 2.4 to 4.3. The water purifier cartridge 10 has a sufficiently slim structure. In addition, it is preferable that ratio of the length (L) of the whole water purifier cartridge 10 and the largest diameter is in the above-mentioned range. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be easily arranged in a narrow space in the undersink, such as the inside of the lowermost drawer or the back side thereof.
The filter medium 12 includes a molded activated carbon 22 and a hollow fiber membrane 23, which are arranged along the central axis direction of the filter medium container 13. The molded activated carbon 22 is disposed on the bottom side of the filter medium container 13, and the hollow fiber membrane 23 is disposed on the lid 14 side. The filter medium 12 composed of the molded activated carbon 22 and the hollow fiber membrane 23 is disposed with a slight gap between the filter medium 12 and the outer filter medium container 13. That is, a gap is formed over the entire circumference of the filter medium 12.
An annular gap between the filter medium 12 and the filter medium container 13 that is continuous in the circumferential direction of the filter medium container 13 is the first water passage 21 described above. As described above, the first water passage 21 communicates with the internal hole of the water inlet joint 15 so that the water flowing in through the water inlet joint 15 flows. The first water passage 21 has a cross-sectional area of the flow path, that is, an opening area of a cross section perpendicular to the central axis, of 0.3 cm 2 to 8 cm 2 , preferably 1.0 cm 2 to 5.5 cm 2 It has become. If it is smaller than 0.3 cm 2 , the pressure loss becomes high and a sufficient amount of water cannot be secured. Moreover, when larger than 8 cm < 2 >, the amount of filter media will decrease and sufficient filtration performance cannot be obtained.
Here, the hollow fiber membrane case 23 is accommodated in a cylindrical hollow fiber membrane case 24, and therefore the side surface side thereof is closed, so that the hollow fiber membrane case does not directly communicate with the first water passage 21. 24. Therefore, the water that flows into the first water passage 21 through the water inlet joint 15 flows to the bottom side of the filter medium container 13, that is, to the molded activated carbon 22 side, without directly flowing to the hollow fiber membrane 23 side. Yes.
As the hollow fiber membrane 23, those usually used as filter media for water purifier cartridges can be used. Specifically, for example, cellulose, polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene), polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyether, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polysulfone, polyacrylonitrile, poly A material made of various materials such as tetrafluoroethylene (Teflon (registered trademark)), polycarbonate, polyester, polyamide, or aromatic polyamide can be used. Of these, polyolefin-based or polysulfone-based ones are used in view of handling properties and processing characteristics.
The hollow fiber membrane 23 is a hollow fiber membrane bundled in a loop shape, the lid portion 14 side (exit side) being bonded and fixed with urethane resin, epoxy resin or the like, and the end portion opened so as not to be blocked by the resin Thus, the hollow fiber membrane case 24 is accommodated and fixed. The hollow fiber membrane 23 having such a configuration has an effective membrane area, that is, an effective filtration area, of 0.4 m 2 or more and 0.8 m 2 or less, for example, about 0.64 m 2 . The effective membrane area is calculated by the product of the outer diameter of the hollow fiber membrane and the length and number of portions not covered with the resin.
Further, on the lid portion 14 side of the hollow fiber membrane case 24, a lid portion side cap 25 is attached to the opening. The lid-side cap 25 is formed with a cylindrical connecting tube 26 that is inserted into the inner hole of the water discharge joint 16 and communicates with the water discharge joint 16. Thus, the purified water filtered by the hollow fiber membrane 23 is guided to the water discharge joint 16 through the connecting tube 26 and sent to the faucet side.
It should be noted that an O-ring is interposed between the connecting tube 26 of the lid portion side cap 25 and the internal hole of the water discharge joint 16, thereby ensuring good water tightness. The inner diameter of the inner hole of the water discharge joint 16 on the filter medium container 13 side is formed larger than the inner diameter of the inner hole of the water inlet joint 15 on the filter medium container 13 side. Thereby, even if it tries to connect the water-injection joint 15 to the connection pipe | tube 26 accidentally at the time of an assembly, since these cannot be fitted, it is prevented from being assembled accidentally. Furthermore, because of this structure, the central axis of the filter medium 12 and the central axis of the lid portion 14 are arranged on a concentric axis, so an annular gap between the filter medium 12 and the filter medium container 13 (first water passage 21). However, it becomes uniform over the entire circumference, and the flow of water flowing in from the water inlet joint 15 can be evenly dispersed.
Inside the lid portion 14, ribs (not shown) for increasing the strength are provided radially. Since the protruding portion 27 is formed on the lid portion side cap 25 and this protruding portion 27 is formed so as to be fitted into the fitting concave portion 14a of the lid portion 14, this rib increases the pressure resistance of the lid portion 14. Can do. However, when the protruding portion and the fitting recess are provided in reverse, that is, when the fitting concave portion is provided in the lid-side cap 25 and the protruding portion is provided in the lid portion 14, the rib is the protruding portion (the center of the lid portion 14). ) Must be lowered toward. Therefore, the strength of the lid part 14 is lowered, which is not preferable.
Also, the lid portion side cap 25 is formed with a protruding portion 27 at the center (on the center axis). The protruding portion 27 is formed and arranged so as to be fitted into a fitting recess 14 a formed at the center of the lid portion 14. In the hollow fiber membrane case 24 in which the hollow fiber membrane 23 is accommodated in such a configuration, the protruding portion 27 of the lid portion side cap 25 attached thereto is fitted into the fitting concave portion 14 a of the lid portion 14. As a result, rattling is prevented. In addition, when the water purifier cartridge 10 is placed horizontally, the filter medium 12 is prevented from being biased in the filter medium container 13.
The molded activated carbon 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape, the end on the bottom side of the filter medium container 13 is bonded to the bottom side cap 28 by hot melt, and the end on the hollow fiber membrane 23 side is a partition plate 29 with holes. And are bonded by hot melt. That is, the molded activated carbon 22 is sandwiched between the bottom side cap 28 and the partition plate 29, and water is configured to flow radially inward between the bottom side cap 28 and the partition plate 29. Has been. The inner hole 22 a of the molded activated carbon 22 serves as a second water passage, and is arranged in communication with a cylindrical water passage 29 a formed at the center of the partition plate 29. That is, the water passage portion 29 a is inserted into the inner hole 22 a of the molded activated carbon 22. In addition, three protrusions are provided on the outer periphery of the bottom side cap 28. By this protrusion, a gap is formed between the bottom side cap 28 and the inner side surface of the filter medium container 13, and water flows to the bottom side of the filter medium container 13. The protrusion is preferably 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm. If it is smaller than 1.0 mm, it is difficult for water to flow. Further, when the water purifier cartridge 10 is placed horizontally, the first water passage 21 is biased toward the bottom surface when the water purifier cartridge 10 is placed horizontally, and water flows between the bottom side cap 28 and the bottom of the filter medium container 13. It becomes difficult. When it is larger than 2.0 mm, the amount of the filter medium decreases, and sufficient filtration performance cannot be obtained. A cylindrical portion 28 a is also formed at the center of the bottom side cap 28, and this cylindrical portion 28 a is inserted into the internal hole 22 a of the molded activated carbon 22. In addition, a groove is dug in the bottom side cap 15 and the partition plate 16, and this groove improves adhesion to hot melt.
In the case of the water purification cartridge 10 in which a water inlet and a water outlet are provided at one end as in this embodiment, water tends to stay between the bottom side cap 28 and the bottom of the filter medium container 13. In particular, since the end on the bottom side of the molded activated carbon 22 is bonded to the bottom side cap 28, water does not flow from the end surface on the bottom side of the molded activated carbon 22 toward the internal hole 22a. Therefore, water may stay for a long time. Therefore, the outer diameter of the bottom side cap 28 is preferably set to be smaller by 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm than the inner diameter of the filter medium container 13 in contact therewith. By providing in this range, the amount of water at the bottom can be increased, so that retention of water can be prevented. If it is larger than 1.0 mm, the generated activated carbon 22 is not stable and the amount of filter media is reduced, which is not preferable. Moreover, when smaller than 0.5 mm, the clearance gap with the filter medium container 13 will become narrow, and the amount of water which flows into a bottom part cannot be increased.
As shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of ribs 13 b are radially formed on the bottom inner surface 13 a of the filter medium container 13 from the center of the bottom inner surface 13 a to the outer peripheral side. These ribs 13 b are formed in a linear shape that protrudes toward the bottom side cap 28, that is, in a protruding line. By providing these ribs 13b, it is possible to prevent the fitting between the connecting cylinder 26 and the inner hole of the water discharge joint 16 from being removed. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the filter medium 12 from being detached from the lid portion 14. Moreover, the pressure resistance of the bottom part of the filter medium container 13 can be raised by providing the rib 13b. As in this embodiment, the water purification cartridge 10 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet at one end, and the end surface of the molded activated carbon 22 is bonded with a cap. In some cases, water may stay for a long time. In order to improve the flow of water, the height of the ribs 13b is preferably 2 to 5 mm so that water does not accumulate at the bottom and preferably 3 to 4 mm. If it is larger than 5 mm, the gap between the bottom side cap 28 and the bottom inner surface 13a of the filter medium container 13 becomes small, so the flow of water becomes worse and accumulates. If it is smaller than 2 mm, the pressure resistance of the bottom of the filter medium container 13 cannot be increased.
The molded activated carbon 22 has a water-permeable nonwoven fabric (not shown) pasted on the outer peripheral surface thereof. As this nonwoven fabric, one having an appropriate opening is used so that coarse dust can be removed. The method for applying the nonwoven fabric to the molded activated carbon 22 is not particularly limited as long as it is a method that does not impair the opening of the nonwoven fabric and has no problems in strength, workability, etc. Is preferable because it is inexpensive and simple.
Further, a water collecting pipe 30 is provided on the inner surface on the inner hole side. The water collection pipe 30 substantially functions as a second water passage, collects water that has permeated through the molded activated carbon 22 and guides it to the water passage portion 29a side of the partition plate 29, and is provided on the inner hole 22a side. It consists of a water-permeable nonwoven fabric (not shown) that abuts on the inner surface of the glass and a cylindrical core material (not shown) provided on the inside thereof.
The core material is used to reinforce the molded activated carbon 22 in order to prevent the molded activated carbon 22 from being damaged as water flows through the molded activated carbon 22. As such a core material, any material can be used as long as it can maintain the shape of the molded activated carbon 22 at the time of water filtration. For example, a cylindrical resin provided with a large number of holes in a lattice shape, or a low-melting fiber Etc., which are heat-molded using a material such as a water-permeable pipe. As the non-woven fabric of the water collecting pipe 30, the same non-woven fabric stuck on the outer peripheral surface of the molded activated carbon 22 is used.
Here, the flow passage cross-sectional area of the water collecting pipe 30, that is, the opening area A1 of the transverse cross section orthogonal to the central axis is A1 / A2 = (1 /0.2) to (1 / 5.3), preferably (1 / 0.7) to (1 / 3.7). By forming the flow passage cross-sectional area A1 of the water collecting pipe 30 to such a size with respect to the flow passage cross-sectional area A2 of the first water passage 21, a sufficient water flow rate is secured in the entire water purifier cartridge 10. It has become so.
As described above, the partition plate 29 is attached to the end portion of the molded activated carbon 22 on the hollow fiber membrane 23 side, and is also attached to the hollow fiber membrane case 24. That is, the hollow fiber membrane case 24 containing the hollow fiber membrane 23 is attached so as to cover the opening on the molded activated carbon 22 side. Therefore, as described above, the water flow portion 29a formed at the center portion of the partition plate 29 is inserted into and communicated with the internal hole (second water flow passage) of the molded activated carbon 22, more specifically, the water collecting pipe 30. Thus, the inside of the water collecting pipe 30 (second water passage) and the inside of the hollow fiber membrane case 24 communicate with each other through the water passage portion 29a. That is, the water flowing in the water collecting pipe 30 flows into the hollow fiber membrane case 24 through the water passage portion 29a.
The water purifier cartridge 10 has a total length of the container body 11, that is, a length L from the tip of the water inlet joint 15 or the water outlet joint 16 to the bottom surface of the filter medium container 13 is about 220 mm to 300 mm. L) and the ratio (L / d) between the maximum diameter (d) of the container body 2 is 2.4 or more and 4.3 or less, so that the overall size is small and slim. Yes. In addition, since the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 are provided on one side in the length direction, an IN hose (a water inlet coupler) and an OUT hose (a water outlet coupler) are connected to the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16, respectively. They can be connected together in the same direction.
Therefore, for example, the water purifier cartridge 10 is arranged in a narrow space in the undersink, specifically in a narrow space in the storage cabinet, between the top and bottom of the drawer, the back of the drawer, or in the bottom drawer, and the IN hose, OUT It can be used as a water purifier by connecting the hose to the faucet. At that time, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be used horizontally or vertically, and therefore can be arbitrarily arranged according to the form of the space as the installation place without being limited to the placement.
Further, the molded activated carbon 22, the filter medium 12 made of the hollow fiber membrane 23, the lid part side cap 25, the hollow fiber membrane case 24, the partition plate 29, the water collecting pipe 30, the bottom part side cap 28, etc. with respect to the internal volume of the filter medium container 13. The ratio of the volume of each member is 80% to 95%, preferably 87% to 93%.
As shown in FIG. 2, the cartridge holder 40 is an embodiment of the cartridge holder according to the present embodiment. The water inlet coupler 17 is connected to the water inlet joint 15, and the water outlet coupler 18 is connected to the water outlet joint 16. It is for holding the cartridge 10 for water purifiers of the state which was in a state.
As shown in FIG. 5, the cartridge holder 40 has a holding member 41 for holding the water purifier cartridge 10, and the water purifier cartridge 10 held by the holding member 41 to the water inlet joint 15 of the water purifier cartridge 10. A coupler locking plate 42 formed with a pair of coupler locking portions 42a and 42a for locking the connected water intake coupler 17 and the water discharge coupler 18 connected to the water discharge joint 16, and a holding member 41 provided for the holding. In this embodiment, the member 41 is provided with an attachment member 43 (attachment portion) for attaching the member 41 to an appropriate location in the undersink, in this embodiment, the side plate 5 on the back side of the lowermost drawer shown in FIG. .
The holding member 41 is a curved plate formed in an arc shape in a side view corresponding to the cylindrical outer shape of the water purifier cartridge 10, and has a water pipe locking portion for locking the water pipe. In the present embodiment, the water pipe locking portion is a coupler locking portion 42a that locks the coupler. The coupler locking portion 42 a is provided on the coupler locking plate 42 provided on the holding member 41. Specifically, coupler holding plates 42 are formed on the holding member 41 on one end side and the other end side in the front-rear direction, respectively. Further, water receiving portions 44 are formed on the end portions side of the coupler locking plates 42, respectively. The water receiving portion 44 is a curved plate formed continuously with the holding member 41, and is below the coupler locking plate 42 (hereinafter, the outer peripheral side of the curved surface of the curved plate of the holding member 41 is the lower side, and the lower side thereof. The direction opposite to the upper side is sometimes referred to as the upper side, and the direction connecting the upper side and the lower side is sometimes referred to as the vertical direction or the height direction). Each of the water receiving portions 44 is formed with a weir plate 44a at each end edge so as to be raised to the coupler locking plate 42 side. The dam plate 44a is used to dam the water so that the water does not flow down from the edge side when the water falls in the water receiving portion 44. It also functions as a reinforcing rib.
The coupler locking plate 42 is a thin plate-like member that is disposed between the side edges of the holding member 41 that is a curved plate, and the coupler locking portion 42a is adjacent to the upper side of the coupler locking plate 42 at a predetermined interval. A pair is formed. The coupler locking portion 42a is formed by cutting out the upper side of the coupler locking plate 42 in a substantially semicircular shape. As shown in FIG. The inner tube 19 is formed so as to be engaged with the exposed groove. The size of the notch of the coupler locking portion 42a can be appropriately selected according to the size of the coupler so that the coupler can be locked, but generally the semicircular diameter has a size of 30 to 95 mm. . Further, since the coupler locking portion 42a is semicircular and the upper side of the coupler locking plate 42 is cut away, the water inlet coupler 17 and the water outlet coupler 18 are connected to the coupler lock portion 42a. Thus, it is detachable in the vertical direction, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the coupler and hose 4.
The pair of adjacent coupler locking portions 42 a and 42 a are formed at an interval corresponding to the interval between the incoming coupler 17 connected to the incoming joint 15 and the outgoing coupler 18 connected to the outgoing joint 16. Further, the coupler locking plate 42 on one end side and the coupler locking plate 42 on the other end side are formed in the same shape. Therefore, the lid 14 of the water purifier cartridge 10 is connected to one end side (one of the holding members 41). Of the coupler 17 for entering water and the coupler 18 for discharging water, even if it is arranged on the holding member 41 so as to face the other direction (reverse direction). The groove portion is surely locked to each coupler locking portion 42a of the coupler locking plate 42.
In this embodiment, the attachment member 43 is detachably attached to one side outer surface of the holding member 41 by screws, and is provided integrally with the attachment plate 43a attached to the holding member 41 and the attachment plate 43a. Mounting piece 43b. A through hole (not shown) for a screw is formed in the mounting plate 43a, and a screw (not shown) is inserted between the through hole formed in the holding member 41, whereby the holding member 41 is inserted. It is attached so that attachment or detachment is possible.
The attachment pieces 43b are hooks formed in an inverted J shape, and in this embodiment, three attachment pieces 43b are provided at equal intervals in the length direction of the attachment plate 43a. These attachment pieces 43b are attached here by being hooked on the side plate 5 on the back side of the lowermost drawer as shown in FIG. That is, the cartridge holder 40 is detachably attached to the side plate 5 by the attachment piece 43b being hooked on the side plate 5.
The cartridge holder 40 having such a configuration is formed of a metal having corrosion resistance such as stainless steel or aluminum, or a hard resin.
In the cartridge apparatus 1 having the above configuration, when it is set as shown in FIG. 1, first, the water purifier cartridge 10 in which the water inlet coupler 17 and the water outlet coupler 18 are respectively connected to the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 in advance. Is placed on the holding member 41 of the cartridge holder 40, and the water coupler 17 and the water coupler 18 are locked in the desired direction by the coupler locking plate 42 positioned in that direction. That is, the groove portion of each coupler 17 (18) where the inner tube 19 is exposed is locked to the coupler locking portion 42a. By engaging the groove with the notched coupler locking portion 42a in this manner, the water inlet joint 15 and the water outlet joint 16 of the water purifier cartridge 10 are locked to the coupler locking portion 42a via the coupler 17 (18). .
Subsequently, the attachment piece 43b of the attachment member 43 is hooked on the side plate 5 on the back side of the lowermost drawer as shown in FIG. Thereby, the cartridge device 1 can be attached to the inside of the drawer side plate 5 as shown by a solid line in FIG. 1 and accommodated in the drawer. Alternatively, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, it can be attached to the outside of the drawer side plate 5 and disposed on the back side (external) of the drawer. The cartridge holder 40 may be attached to the drawer side plate 5 first, and then the water purifier cartridge 10 may be held by the cartridge holder 40.
In the water purifier cartridge 10 of the cartridge device 1 arranged as described above, the water (raw water) supplied through the IN hose 4 passes through the incoming joint 15 as shown in FIG. To flow into the first water passage 21. The water flowing into the first water passage 21 passes through the outside of the hollow fiber membrane case 24 and flows into the side surface (outer surface) of the molded activated carbon 22. In addition, since a certain amount of resistance is applied when passing through the molded activated carbon 22, the water that has passed through the outside of the hollow fiber membrane case 24 flows into the entire side surface of the molded activated carbon 22 almost uniformly.
The water that passes through the molded activated carbon 22 and is primarily filtered by this is collected in the water collecting pipe 30 provided in the inner hole 22a and guided to the hollow fiber membrane case 24 side.
The water that has flowed into the hollow fiber membrane case 24 is secondarily filtered and purified by the hollow fiber membrane 23 and then discharged to the water discharge joint 16 through the connecting tube 26 of the lid portion side cap 25. Thus, the water purified by the water purifier cartridge 10 flows through the OUT hose 4 to the faucet side.
Further, when the water purifier cartridge 10 is replaced, the water intake coupler 17 is removed from the water inlet joint 15 while the water purifier cartridge 10 is held in the cartridge holder 40, and the water outlet coupler 18 is removed from the water outlet joint 16. remove. Then, water may leak from the coupler 17 (18) side or the joint 15 (16) side. However, since the water receiving portion 44 is provided below the coupler locking plate 42 where the coupler 17 (18) has been locked, the leaked water is received by the water receiving portion 44, so And the inside of the undersink can be prevented from getting wet.
According to the cartridge holder 40 of this embodiment, since it has the notch-shaped coupler locking portion 42a, the groove portion of the coupler 17 (18) connected to the water purifier cartridge 10 is engaged with the coupler locking portion 42a. Even if a force is applied to the hose 4 connected to the coupler 17 (18), for example, by pulling out the drawer, the stress is absorbed by the coupler 17 (18) and the strength compared to the coupler 17 (18). It is possible to prevent stress from being applied to the joint 15 (16) of the water purifier cartridge having a low value. Therefore, the joint 15 (16) having a relatively low strength can be protected and its breakage can be prevented.
In addition, since the structure is simple and small, and the water purifier cartridge 10 is simply held by the holding member 41, and the coupler 17 (18) is locked to the notched coupler locking portion 42a, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be held. By attaching the holding member 41 to a desired location in the undersink with the mounting piece 43b of the mounting member 43, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be disposed at the desired location. Therefore, for example, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be easily replaced by arranging the water purifier cartridge 10 at a place where the water purifier cartridge 10 can be easily replaced. In addition, since no tool is required for attachment, it is easy to change the attachment position, and the versatility becomes high.
In addition, since the water pipe locking portion, that is, the coupler locking portion 42a (coupler locking plate 42) in this embodiment, is provided on both the one end side and the other end side of the holding member 41, water purification is performed on the holding member 41. The device cartridge 10 can be arranged in the forward and reverse directions. Therefore, the freedom degree of arrangement | positioning in an undersink can be raised, and replacement | exchange of the water purifier cartridge 10 can be made easier.
Further, since the water receiving portion 44 is provided below the coupler locking plate 42 of the holding member 41, for example, when the coupler 17 (18) is removed from the joint 15 (16) when the water purifier cartridge 10 is replaced, the coupler Even if water leaks from the 17 (18) side or the joint 15 (16) side, it can be prevented from getting wet in the drawer or the undersink by receiving the water in the water receiving portion 44.
Moreover, according to the cartridge apparatus 1 of this embodiment, since the cartridge holder 40 is provided and the water purifier cartridge 10 is detachably held in the cartridge holder 40, the joint 15 (16) of the water purifier cartridge 10 is stressed. Can be prevented from being damaged. Further, by attaching the holding member 41 to a desired location in the undersink by the attachment member 43, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be disposed at the desired location, and therefore the water purifier cartridge 10 can be easily replaced. The versatility can be improved.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the mounting portion according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the mounting member 43, and various configurations can be employed. Specifically, the mounting portion is simply the mounting plate 43a except for the mounting piece 43b in the mounting member 43 shown in FIG. 5, and a part or all of the mounting plate 43a is formed of a magnet.
Thus, by forming the attachment plate 43a, that is, the attachment portion with a magnet, the attachment portion can be easily attached to a metal portion or the like in the undersink. Moreover, it can also comprise so that an attaching part may be attached with respect to this metal plate etc. by sticking a metal plate etc. in a desired position previously.
Therefore, in this example using the magnet as the attachment portion, the cartridge holder 40 can be attached and detached more easily, and the degree of freedom of arrangement in the undersink can be increased. Note that the mounting plate 43a shown in FIG. 5 may be used as a magnet so that both the mounting by the magnet (mounting plate 43a) and the mounting by the mounting piece 43b can be performed.
Also, as the mounting portion of the cartridge holder 40, a rail-shaped one can be adopted as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b). That is, as shown in FIG. 6B, the mounting portion is formed by the guide rail 45 and the traveling rail 46, and the traveling rail 46 is formed by screwing on one side of the holding member 41 of the cartridge holder 40. deep. Further, the guide rail 45 is attached to a desired portion in the undersink, for example, a side plate 47 in the undersink by screwing or the like as shown in FIG.
As the structures of the guide rail 45 and the traveling rail 46, any conventionally known structures can be adopted. For example, as shown in FIG. 6B, a guide rail 45 having a U-shaped guide portion 45b formed on the lower side of the plate body 45a is used, and the guide portion 45b is provided on the upper side of the plate body 46a as the traveling rail 46. In this case, a bent portion 46b that is slidably and detachably engaged can be used.
Even by adopting such a mounting portion including the guide rail 45 and the travel rail 46, the travel rail 46 can be easily attached to the guide rail 45 by attaching the guide rail 45 to a desired position in advance. it can.
Therefore, also in this example, the cartridge holder 40 can be attached and detached more easily, and the degree of freedom of arrangement in the undersink can be increased.
Further, as the attachment portion of the cartridge holder 40, a cup-shaped one can be adopted as shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 7, a bottomed cylindrical shape (as viewed in cross section) that can be detachably engaged with one end of the holding member 41, that is, one water receiving portion 44 side, and can be screwed as necessary. (Shown). By engaging one end of the holding member 41 that holds the water purifier cartridge 10 with the mounting cup 48, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be placed vertically.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the above-described embodiment and modification can be placed vertically while the water purifier cartridge 10 is placed horizontally, and the mounting cup 48 can be placed at a desired location. Since the water purifier cartridge 10 can be arranged at a desired location, the degree of freedom of arrangement in the undersink can be further increased.
Moreover, in the said embodiment and modification, although the curved plate of the side view circular arc shape was used as the holding member 41, as shown, for example in FIG. 8, arrange | positions the curved plate 49a of the side view circular arc shape facing each other. Therefore, it is good also as a holding member which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention by having the holder 49 comprised so that the cartridge 10 for water purifiers may be elastically held may be one or more (it is two in FIG. 8).
That is, the holding member shown in FIG. 8 fixes a plurality of holders 49 on the substrate 50 by screws or the like and further raises the respective end portions of the substrate 50 to form the coupler locking plate 42. An attachment member 43 is provided on one side of the 50. Although the water receiving portion is not shown in FIG. 8, the water receiving portion may be provided outside the coupler locking plate 42.
In this example, since the structure which has the holder 49 which hold | maintains the water purifier cartridge 10 elastically by elastic deformation of the curved board 49a as a holding member was employ | adopted, the water purifier cartridge 10 can be hold | maintained easily and firmly. .
Although various modifications of the cartridge holder have been described, various modifications other than the modifications described above can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the attachment portion may be configured to be integrally fixed to the holding member without being configured to be detachable from the holding member.
In the figure, the cartridge holder is provided in the lowermost drawer, but may be provided in another drawer.
Further, the configuration of the water purifier cartridge and the specific configuration of the filter medium are not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and appropriate changes can be made.
In the above embodiment, the water pipe locking portion is a coupler locking portion that locks the coupler. However, in another embodiment, the water pipe locking portion holds or locks another part of the water pipe. It may be. For example, you may hold | maintain another member near a joint among water distribution pipes. Specifically, whether the water distribution pipe includes a hose and a coupler, or a case where the water distribution pipe includes a hose and does not include a coupler, the water distribution pipe locking portion may hold the hose.
Further, the holding member may be provided with one or more cartridge fixing bands for fixing the cartridge. As a specific example of the cartridge fixing band, for example, a structure similar to the holder 49 of the above embodiment may be further provided in addition to the holding member 41. In addition, a ring-shaped member having an inner diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the container main body 11 can be given. The cartridge fixing band may be provided so as to bridge the mounting plate 43a of the holding member 41. The cartridge fixing band may be configured to be attachable / detachable to / from the holding member 41, or to be attachable / detachable (for example, having a connecting portion that can be connected and released). The cartridge fixing band may be made of a constituent material having elasticity, and may be configured so that the container body 11 can be tightened when the cartridge is fixed, and can be easily removed when the cartridge is removed from the holding member 41.
Moreover, the water distribution pipe latching | locking part may be provided with respect to the holding member so that attachment or detachment is possible. Specifically, the coupler locking plate 42 including the coupler locking portion which is the water pipe locking portion of the embodiment may be detachable from the holding member 41. As a means for detachable, the coupler locking plate 42 may be held on the holding member 41 by screwing or the like. Further, another member that can be attached to and detached from the coupler locking plate 42 may be a water pipe locking portion that locks to the coupler or the hose.
Furthermore, the position of the water pipe locking portion may be adjustable with respect to the holding member. In particular, the position may be adjustable in the height direction (vertical direction in FIG. 5).
Since the water pipe locking portion can be attached to and detached from the holding member, or the position can be adjusted, the cartridge can be attached and detached more easily. Also, according to the structure of the cartridge, specifically the structure, size and position of the water distribution pipe, it is possible to effectively lock it according to the structure of the cartridge by exchanging the water pipe locking section or adjusting the position. can do.
According to the present invention, since the notch-shaped coupler locking portion is provided to prevent stress from being applied to the joint of the water purifier cartridge, the joint having a relatively low strength can be protected. In addition, since the water purifier cartridge can be disposed at a desired location by the attachment portion, the water purifier cartridge can be easily replaced, and versatility can be enhanced.
