Description

ELECTRIC ENERGY GENERATOR WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS
The present invention relates to a system for obtaining electric energy from permanent magnets.
Electric energy generators are known in the art, which exploit various sources of Energy,, such as wind apparatuses, which exploit the wind action to create electric energy, hydroelectric generators, and solar energy electric generators.
In view of this prior art, object of the present invention is providing an electric energy generator which is different, from known genera.tors , therefore solving the Energy problems with non- polluting systems.
According to the present invention, this object is obtained through an arrangement to produce electric energy characterized in that it comprises, in its stator, a permanent magnet having a circular shape, and in its rotor, a. suitably screened, permanent magnet, in order to obtain a continuous repulsion between stator and rotor, since the repulsion force acts on two poles with the same name {North - North) . This generator comprises means adapted to exploit the rotation of the rotor to generate electric energy.
Preferred embodiments and non-trivial variations of the present invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
It is intended that all enclosed claims are an integral part of the present description.
The features and the advantages of the present invention will appear from, the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment thereof, provided as a non- limiting example in the attached drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is a schematic front view of the apparatus ( stator) for producing electric energy according to an embodiment of the present invention;
Figure 2 is a schematic view of the magnetic field created by the stator;
Figure 3 is a schematic view in plan and profile of the rotor and the diamagnetic housing in which the rotor permanent magnet is placed; and
Figure 4 is a. schematic view, completed of all the parts composing the magneto-dynamic generator. Figures 1-2-3-4 show the apparatus for producing electric energy according to the present invention. This apparatus comprises a magnetic stator 1, preferably placed with a horizontal rotation axis, with an internal North pole 2 and an external South pole 3, which forms a magnetic field 4, and a rotor 5 with central axis, and a permanent magnet 6, with North pole towards outside 7, and South pole towards inside 8; conventionally, in the rotor, it is also possible to see. the housing of the permanent magnet in a diamagnetic envelope {material which does not let the magnetic force lines pass) 9, and the opening 10 of the diamagnetic envelope is shown, to allow the repulsion.
The operation of the apparatus is as follows.
When the rotor 5 enters in the stator 1, a repulsion is generated, which is greater on one side, left part A of the rotor 5 (North) , since it is not screened with diamagnetic material, 'while the right side B, always of the same pole, is screened by diamagnetic material: this difference of magnetic force generates a rotation of the central axis 4, this latter one mechanically connected to an electric generator. The difference of repulsion between side A and side B is fundamental for rotation, because a magnetic force difference is created, in which the greater force (repulsion) prevails with respect to the smaller force.
Summarizing, the generating device for producing electric energy of the invention comprises :
- a magnetic stator 1 of a circular shape with an internal North pole 2 with radial force lines and an external South pole 3 and
- a magnetic rotor 6 contained in the magnetic stator 1, the magnetic rotor 6 being connected to a central axis 5 and being composed of a permanent magnet 6 with its North pole 7 nearer to the respective internal North pole 2 of the magnetic stator 1 and its South pole 8 further away, the magnetic rotor 6 being housed in a diamagnetic envelope 9 which does not let the force lines pa.ss, the envelope 9 being equipped with an opening 10 to allow a repulsion between the North pole. 2 of the magnetic stator 1 and the North pole 7 of the magnetic rotor 6.
Moreover, the magnetic field 4 created by the permanent magnet 6 is composed of force lines having a path for which they go out of the North pole 2 of the magnetic stator 1 and re-enter in the South pole 3 of the magnetic stator 1, after having travelled along a path along the circumference composed of the North pole 2 and the South pole 3, in order to provide, in all internal points of the magnetic stator 1, a constant force.
With such structure, thereby, the generating device of the invention is adapted to provide a magnetic force difference between the magnetic stator 1 and the magnetic rotor 6, between a first unscreened side 10 and a second screened side of the diamagnetic envelope 9, the envelope 9 having such a thickness as to cover part of the permanent magnet 6 to prevent or decrease the repulsion force from the second side of the magnetic rotor 6 , making the repulsion prevail from the first side of the magnetic rotor 6, the difference between such repulsions generating the rotation of the axis 5 connected to an electricity generator,, for example an alternator or a dynamo.
The advantages of such form of energy are several . Ho type of pollution , enoraous energy amounts for long times , and place of use in any part of the world
