本发明涉及家电技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
当前滚筒洗衣机都在朝着小体积、大洗涤容量、高转速的方向发展,对产品的振动性能提出了更高的要求。
滚筒洗衣机的底脚主要作用包括:1.支撑整个洗衣机的重量;2.减震、防滑。一般的设计是将滚筒洗衣机的四个底脚距离尽可能拉开、并调整滚筒洗衣机底脚橡胶的硬度,一般为80°以上,使洗衣机整机固有频率高于工作转速。但是该结构的底脚存在两个制约因素:第一、洗衣机体积较小,底脚的间距有限;第二、底脚硬度太高,吸振能力有限,并且摩擦力较低,当洗衣机稍有侧向力作用时便会导致移位。因此对滚动洗衣机的转速而言,当前的设计只能满足1400rpm机型,对更高的1600rpm以及1800rpm以上机型而言,都是一种设计缺陷。
目前很多的1600rpm以及1800rpm的机型,要么在高转速时振动量很大,且会发生缓慢移位;要么是对偏心量的控制非常严格,导致很多高转速洗衣机在实际脱水中很难以达到最高的转速。因此对用户来说并没有享受到高转速洗衣机带来的高脱水含水率的便利与好处。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种结构简单、减震防滑效果好的洗衣机。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,包括:机体,所述机体底部设有多个安装部;多个底脚,多个所述底脚分别安装在多个所述安装部上;以及多个高阻尼件,多个所述高阻尼件分别设在多个所述底脚上,并且每个所述高阻尼件分别包覆所述底脚的底部。

如图2所示,图2示出了采用现有技术中的底脚的洗衣机的整机振动效果,从图中可以看出。当洗衣机共振转速达到1500rpm时,即洗衣机处于高速共振状态时,洗衣机整机的振动超过0.3mm,该结构的底脚便限制了洗衣机整机的最高转速,使洗衣机最高转速不能超过1500rpm。
而根据本发明实施例的洗衣机可以为高转速的滚筒洗衣机,该滚筒洗衣机采用了高阻尼件20的底脚10结构,利用高阻尼件20的阻尼效果,可以有效吸收滚筒洗衣机的振动。具体地,滚筒洗衣机整机的固有频率在最高脱水转速以下,当滚筒洗衣机转速达到与整机的共振转速一致时,底脚10能够吸收振动能量,降低整机的转动。
当最高转速超过滚筒洗衣机的共振转速时,振动会逐渐降低,并且转速越高,振动越低,从而实现在整个滚筒洗衣机脱水过程中整机的振动均较小,避免滚筒洗衣机的整机共振问题,减小滚筒洗衣机的振动噪音,并且可以防止滚筒的移位。
高阻尼件20的材料选择可以根据洗衣机的实际使用需要进行合理调节,在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,高阻尼件20为高阻尼丁基橡胶件,即高阻尼件20为高阻尼丁基橡胶材料制备而成。

而采用现有技术中装配了普通橡胶的底脚在洗衣机转速达到1000rpm时,振幅开始大幅增加,在达到1300rpm时,振幅超过了0.25mm,并且在转速超过1300rpm时,振幅又开始大幅下降,该结构的底脚的振幅会随着洗衣机转速的变化发生较大变化,会导致洗衣机振幅较大,噪音大,并且大大限制了洗衣机所能达到的最高转速。
而根据本发明实施例的采用了高阻尼件20的洗衣机可以有效吸收洗衣机转动时产生的振动能量,降低整机的转动,使整机振幅小,不会随着洗衣机的转速的变化而产生较大振动,噪音也小,大大提高了产品的品质。
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,每个底脚10分别包括连接柱11和支撑板12。具体地,连接柱11形成为沿上下方向延伸的柱体,连接柱11的上端与安装部30相连。支撑板12形成为沿水平方向延伸的板体,每个高阻尼件20分别包覆支撑板12,连接柱11的下端穿过高阻尼件20与支撑板12的上表面相连。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,所述机体底部设有多个安装部;
    多个底脚,多个所述底脚分别安装在多个所述安装部上;以及
    多个高阻尼件,多个所述高阻尼件分别设在多个所述底脚上,并且每个所述高阻尼件分别包覆所述底脚的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,每个所述底脚分别包括:
    连接柱,所述连接柱形成为沿上下方向延伸的柱体,所述连接柱的上端与所述安装部相连;和
    支撑板,所述支撑板形成为沿水平方向延伸的板体,每个所述高阻尼件分别包覆所述支撑板,所述连接柱的下端穿过所述高阻尼件与所述支撑板的上表面相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述支撑板与所述连接柱同轴设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述支撑板与所述连接柱一体形成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述高阻尼件包覆在所述支撑板的下表面上的厚度大于该高阻尼件包覆在所述支撑板的上表面上的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述安装部为螺母,所述连接柱与所述安装部螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述高阻尼件的硬度为60°。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述高阻尼件为高阻尼丁基橡胶件。
