本发明实施例提供了一种并发业务处理方法,参见图1,该方法包括:
步骤101:通知UE(User Equipment,用户终端)侧的第一业务对应的RLC(Radio Link Control,无线链路控制层)在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据;
步骤102:判断第二业务是否结束,如果是,则通知UE侧释放第二业务,并通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。
本发明实施例提供的一种并发业务处理方法,使RNC侧和UE侧的第一业务数据同时暂停收发,避免上行和下行干扰,使第一业务保持在线,避免了第一业务重复频繁接入网络引起的信令突发和拒绝第一业务建立引起的指标恶化,能够提升在第一业务和第二业务并发时第二业务的质量。
其中,在一种实施方式中,所述第一业务为PS业务,所述第二业务为CS业务。
在步骤102中,当判断结果为第二业务没有结束时,则继续判断第二业务是否结束。
在第一业务已经建立,第二业务待建立的场景中,可以通过一条Radio Bearer Setup(无线承载建立)消息来实现第二业务的建立,第一业务的数据暂停收发,具体地,所述S1中的通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,具体包括:向UE发送第一Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第一Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第二业务的信息、通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点。结合现有协议中的RB(Radio Bearer,无线承载)stop/continue(暂停/继续)、Activation Time(激活时间),可以对所述第一Radio Bearer Setup的RB stop/continue、Activation Time进行设置,具体地:所述第一Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第二业务的信息、第一Activation Time、RB stop,所述第一Activation Time设置为第一预设时间点。
在第二业务已经建立,第一业务待建立的场景中,为了避免第一业务重复频繁接入网络引起的信令突发,需要首先建立第一业务,建立第一业务可以通过Radio Bearer Setup消息来实现,但是该Radio Bearer Setup消息中不能携带让第一业务暂停收发数据的信息,因此,在建立第一业务后,需要再发送一条Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息来使第一业务暂停收发数据,具体地,在所述S1之前还包括:向UE发送第二Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第二Radio  Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第一业务的信息;
所述S1中的通知用户终端UE侧的第一业务对应的无线链路控制层RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,具体包括:向UE发送Radio Bearer Reconfiguration(无线承载重配)消息,所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点。结合现有协议中的RB stop/continue、Activation Time,可以对所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration的RB stop/continue、Activation Time进行设置,具体地:所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:第二Activation Time、RB stop,所述第二Activation Time设置为第一预设时间点。
在一种实施方式中,通知RNC侧的第一业务暂停或继续收发数据可以通过CRLC-config-Req(RLC配置)原语来实现,具体地,所述S1中的通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,具体包括:通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据。所述S3中的通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,具体包括:通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。
在第一业务暂停收发数据后,第二业务进行处理,在第二业务结束后,需要重新启动第一业务,让第一业务继续收发数据。
在第二业务结束后,需要释放第二业务,并通知第一业务继续收发数据,可以通过一条Radio Bearer Release(无线承载释放)消息来实现,具体地,所述S3中的通知UE侧释放第二业务,并通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,具体包括:向UE发送Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer Release消息包括:通知UE释放第二业务的信息、通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的第二预设时间点。结合现有协议中的RB stop/continue、Activation Time,可以对所述Radio Bearer Release的RB stop/continue、Activation Time进行设置,具体地:所述Radio Bearer Release消息包括:通知UE释放第二业务 的信息、第三Activation Time、RB continue,所述第三Activation Time设置为第二预设时间点。
另外,为了能够使第二业务结束后,第一业务能够尽快收发数据,及时地恢复第一业务速率,所述第二预设时间点为当前时刻,具体地,当UE接受到让第一业务继续收发数据的通知后,立即使UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据。
针对PS业务已经建立,CS业务待建立的并发业务场景,本发明实施例提供了一种并发业务处理方法,参见图2,该方法包括:
步骤201:向UE发送第一Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第一Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立CS业务的信息、通知UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点,通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的PS业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据;
步骤202:判断CS业务是否结束,如果是,则执行步骤203,否则,继续判断CS业务是否结束;
步骤203:向UE发送Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer Release消息中包括:通知UE释放CS业务的信息、通知UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的信息、UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的第二预设时间点,通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的PS业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。
针对CS业务已经建立,PS业务待建立的并发业务场景,本发明实施例提供了一种并发业务处理方法,参见图3,该方法包括:
步骤300:向UE发送第二Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第二Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立PS业务的信息;
步骤301:向UE发送Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息,所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:通知UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点,通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的PS业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂 停收发数据。
步骤302:判断CS业务是否结束,如果是,则执行步骤303,否则,继续执行CS业务;
步骤303:向UE发送Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer Release消息包括:通知UE释放CS业务的信息、通知UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的信息、通知UE侧的PS业务对应的RLC立即继续收发数据的信息,通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的PS业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。

另外,为了能够使第二业务结束后,第一业务能够尽快收发数据,及时地恢复第一业务速率,所述第二预设时间点为当前时刻,具体地,当UE接受 到让第一业务继续收发数据的通知后,立即使UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据。
需要说明的是:本发明实施例提供的一种并发业务处理装置可以是一种RNC。
需要说明的是:在本发明实施例中,在第二业务和第一业务并发时,UE侧和RNC侧的第一业务同步暂停收发数据,在第二业务释放后,UE侧和RNC侧的第一业务同步继续收发数据。

2、本发明实施例提供的一种并发业务处理方法及装置,UE和RNC两端的PS业务数据同步停发,避免了上行和下行干扰可能导致的单通、双不通、杂音、掉话,在CS业务释放后,UE和RNC两端PS业务数据同步开始收发,能够及时恢复PS业务的速率,PS业务感知良好。
上述技术方案通过UE和RNC交互实现,具有工业实用性。

    判断第二业务是否结束,如果是,则通知UE侧释放第二业务,并通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。

  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知用户终端UE侧的第一业务对应的无线链路控制层RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,具体包括:向UE发送Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息,所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:第二Activation Time、RB stop,所述第二Activation Time设置为第一预设时间点。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知UE侧释放第二业务,并通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,具体包括:向UE发送Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer  Release消息中包括:通知UE释放第二业务的信息、第三Activation Time、RB continue,所述第三Activation Time设置为第二预设时间点。
  12. 一种并发业务处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一发送单元,用于通知用户终端UE侧的第一业务对应的无线链路控制层RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据,通知无线网络控制器RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据;
    判断单元,用于判断第二业务是否结束,如果是,则通知第二发送单元;
    第二发送单元,用于通知UE侧释放第二业务,并通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据,通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一业务为PS业务,所述第二业务为CS业务。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元,用于向UE发送第一无线承载建立Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第一Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第二业务的信息、通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点。
  15. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元,用于通过层间RLC配置CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第一预设时间点暂停收发数据。
  16. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第三发送单元,用于向UE发送第二Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第二Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第一业务的信息;
    所述第一发送单元,用于向UE发送无线承载重配Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息,所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC暂停收发数据的第一预设时间点。
  17. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二发送单 元,用于接收到判断单元的通知后,向UE发送无线承载释放Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer Release消息包括:通知UE释放第二业务的信息、通知UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的信息、UE侧的第一业务对应的RLC继续收发数据的第二预设时间点。
  18. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二发送单元,用于通过层间CRLC-config-Req原语通知RNC侧的第一业务对应的RLC在第二预设时间点继续收发数据。
  19. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二预设时间点为当前时刻。
  20. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元,用于向UE发送第一Radio Bearer Setup消息,所述第一Radio Bearer Setup消息包括:通知UE建立第二业务的信息、第一激活时间Activation Time、无线承载RB stop,所述第一Activation Time设置为第一预设时间点。
  21. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元,用于向UE发送Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息,所述Radio Bearer Reconfiguration消息包括:第二Activation Time、RB stop,所述第二Activation Time设置为第一预设时间点。
  22. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二发送单元,用于接收到判断单元的通知后,向UE发送Radio Bearer Release消息,所述Radio Bearer Release消息包括:通知UE释放第二业务的信息、第三Activation Time、RB continue,所述第三Activation Time设置为第二预设时间点。
