本发明涉及虚拟柜员机领域,尤其涉及一种签名方法、装置、虚拟柜员机用户端设备和柜员端设备。
背景技术
虚拟柜员机(Virtual Teller Machine,VTM)又称远程柜员机、视频柜员机等。在虚拟柜员机系统中,通过用户和远程银行柜员之间的远程音视频通话和桌面共享,虚拟柜员机系统可以帮助用户实现对公对私、国际国内、本外币、金融理财等全方位金融服务,用户可以自助完成大部分的金融业务。
几乎所有的金融业务都涉及到用户的身份确认、签名处理确认等,一旦其中一个环节出现问题,都会导致很多问题。但是,对于虚拟柜员机系统来说,在用户和柜员进行业务交互的过程中,因为是远程服务,所以很多确认信息不能由用户直接提供给柜员。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种签名方法、装置、虚拟柜员机用户端设备和柜员端设备,能够在虚拟柜员机上完成用户签名和签名信息的确认,提高金融业务的安全性,增强用户体验。
为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种签名方法,用于虚拟柜员机的用户端设备,所述方法包括:
采集用户签名的签名信息;
将所述签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备,通知所述柜员端设备确认所述签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一致。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
接收所述柜员端设备返回的确认所述签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一 致的确认结果;
显示所述确认结果。
可选地,所述用户签名包括电子签名、手工签名和电子手印签名中的至少一种。

本发明实施例提供了一种签名方法,用于虚拟柜员机的用户端设备,所述方法如图1所示,包括:

步骤12,将所述签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备,使得所述柜员端设备确认所述签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一致。
在本发明实施例提供的签名方法中,虚拟柜员机的用户端设备采集用户签名的签名信息,并发送到柜员端设备,由柜员端设备确认签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一致。实现了在虚拟柜员机上完成用户签名和签名信息的确认过程,提高了金融业务的安全性,增强了用户体验。
为了进一步地提升用户体验,柜员端设备会返回确认结果,由用户端设备将确认结果显示出来,以便用户查看。即所述方法还包括:
接收所述柜员端设备返回的确认所述签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一致的确认结果;

在本发明实施例中,优选地,所述用户签名包括电子签名、手工签名和电子手印签名中的至少一种。
下面分别介绍一下上述三种方式用户签名及签名信息的确认过程。
<方式一>
所述用户签名为电子签名时,所述用户端设备设置有电子签名接口;
所述采集用户签名的签名信息具体包括:
采集用户在所述用户端设备输入的数字证书的第一密码,其中所述数字证书为用户通过所述电子签名接口插入的用于电子签名的数字证书。
数字证书可以由相关的金融机构发放,并与用户账户进行实名关联。同时,在采集第一密码之前,用户端设备应先对数字证书的有效性和安全性进行校验,以防非法用户采用无效的数字证书窃取用户金融信息,即所述方法还包括:
采集所述数字证书的信息;
对所述数字证书的信息进行校验,获得校验结果;
所述采集用户在所述用户端设备输入的数字证书的第一密码具体为:
当校验结果显示对所述数字证书的信息校验成功时,采集用户在所述用户端设备输入的数字证书的第一密码。
对数字证书的验证可以采用现有技术中用于验证数字证书有效性和安全性的任意方法,在此不一一列举。
当数字证书的信息校验成功后,采集所述第一密码,由虚拟柜员机的后台系统对第一密码进行验证。密码验证成功后,可以将密码验证结果同时显示在虚拟柜员机的用户端设备和柜员端设备上。进一步地,由柜员在虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备上根据显示的密码验证结果进行进一步确认,并将确认结果返回用户端设备,以便用户端设备提示用户进行下一步操作。
为了进一步地保证金融交易过程的安全性,当需要将第一密码发送到柜员端设备时,采用加密的方式发送。即所述方法还包括:
对所述签名信息进行加密;
所述将所述签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备具体为:
将所述加密后的签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备。
其中,加密的方法可以采用现有技术中任意一种加密方式。
同时优选地,为了保证了用户和金融机构的合法权益,用户签名的整个过程都会形成视频文件,用于以后查证。即所述方法还包括:

下面结合图2介绍一下用户在虚拟柜员机上进行电子签名及签名信息确认的整体过程,包括:
步骤21,用户在虚拟柜员机系统用户端设备提供的数字证书接口处插入数字证书;

步骤23,如果校验成功,用户端设备提示用户输入第一密码,进行数字签名;

用户签名时除了可以采用电子签名外,还可以进行手工签名,如下。
<方式二>
所述用户签名为手工签名时,所述用户端设备设置有用于手工签名的签名纸;
所述采集用户签名的签名信息具体包括:
采集所述签名纸上的手工签名信息。
当需要使用手工签名时,虚拟柜员机用户端设备会弹出签名纸(不一定是纸质,只要能用于签名即可),用户进行签字,然后用户端设备回收签名纸,用于以后查证;同时,用户端设备扫描该签名纸,将扫描后的包含手工签名信息的第一电子文档发送到柜员端设备,同时,在柜员端和用户端设备上显示签名;柜员在根据预存的确认信息确认签名后,返回确认结果到用户端设备,用户端设备提示用户进行业务的下一个步骤。
当然,与电子签名的过程相同,扫描后的包含手工签名信息的电子文档需要加密后发送到柜员端设备。同时,用户签名的整个过程需要形成视频文件。
下面结合图3介绍一下用户在虚拟柜员机上进行手工签名及签名信息确认的整体过程,包括:
步骤31,虚拟柜员机用户端设备弹出签名纸;
步骤32,用户在签名纸上用笔签名;
步骤33,用户端设备对签名纸进行回收,存单;
步骤34,用户端设备对于签名进行扫描,生成包含手工签名信息的第一电子文档;
步骤35,将扫描结果显示在用户端设备界面上,供用户查看;
步骤36,用户端设备将第一电子文档加密,通过虚拟柜员机后台系统传递给柜员端设备;

当需要使用电子手印签名时,用户在虚拟柜员机用户端设备的手印采集窗口按下某一个手指或者整个手掌,然后用户端设备对指纹或者手印进行采集;然后,设备将采集结果同样以第二电子文档的形式反馈至虚拟柜员机系统柜员端设备,同时,在柜员端和用户端设备上显示指纹或手印;柜员在确认签名后,进行业务的下一个步骤。
同样地,扫描后的包含手印信息的第二电子文档需要加密后发送到柜员端设备。同时,用户签名的整个过程需要形成视频文件。
下面结合图4介绍一下用户在虚拟柜员机上进行电子手印签名及签名信息确认的整体过程,包括:
步骤41,用户在虚拟柜员机用户端设备的手印采集窗口上按下手指或手掌(不同的业务或金融机构而有所不同);

  17. 如权利要求14所述的签名装置,其中,所述用户签名为手工签名时,所述用户端设备设置有用于手工签名的签名纸;
    所述第一采集模块包括第二采集子模块,所述第二采集子模块设置成:采集所述签名纸上的手工签名信息。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的签名装置,其中,所述用户签名为电子手印签名时,所述用户端设备设置有手印采集窗口;
    所述第一采集模块包括第三采集子模块,所述第三采集子模块设置成:采集所述手印采集窗口的手印信息。
  19. 如权利要求12-18中任一项所述的签名装置,所述装置还包括加密模块,其中:
    所述加密模块设置成:对所述签名信息进行加密;
    所述第一发送模块设置成按照如下方式将所述签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备:
    将所述加密后的签名信息发送到所述虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备。
  20. 如权利要求12-18中任一项所述的签名装置,所述装置还包括视频文件生成模块:
    所述视频文件生成模块设置成:录制用户签名整个过程的视频文件。
  21. 一种签名装置,用于虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备,所述装置包括第二接收模块和确认模块,其中:
    所述第二接收模块设置成:接收所述虚拟柜员机的用户端设备发送的签名信息;
    所述确认模块设置成:确认所述签名信息与预存的确认信息是否一致,获得确认结果。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的签名装置,所述装置还包括第二发送模块:
    所述第二发送模块设置成:将所述确认结果返回给所述用户端设备。
  23. 一种虚拟柜员机的用户端设备,其中,所述设备包括权利要求12-20中任一项所述的签名装置。
  24. 一种虚拟柜员机的柜员端设备,其中,所述设备包括权利要求21或22所述的签名装置。
