Description

A PACKAGE STRUCTURE FOR BEVERAGES DESCRIPTION Technical Field
The invention relates to a multipurpose package structure used for preserving fizzy or unfizzy beverages.
State of the Art
As it is known, fizzy and unfizzy beverages are preserved in the packages made of plastic, glass, metal and paper based materials in bottle and can forms and are presented to the customers by this way.
The beverage packages in which the fruit juices are preserved are mostly made of paper material and have a layer made of tin foil material on the inside. This type of beverage packages are cast away as waste material after the product is consumed. The reason for this is that it is deformed after a specific economic life and it loses its feature. The beverage packages made of metal and glass are, however, not preferred for a second use due to having a rough structure and due to the fact that their structure is not suitable for a second use. The beverage packages made of metal and glass are mostly used for recycling for their material. The beverage packages used in the state of the art do not have a structure available for a second use due to both their shape structure and their material content. They cannot be used especially in long journeys, holiday travels and by children in schools.
In the patent research conducted regarding the prior art, application no. TR2014/03441 was encountered, in the abstract section of this application, it is stated that the product according to the invention, which is a beverage container, is a container preferably made of plastic, to be used for the beverages contained in paper boxes. The main object of the beverage container, which will be used generally by children in everyday life, is to enhance rigidity of the paper package contained inside and to prevent the beverage from spilling.
The application titled TR2013/08220 relates to a type of package especially configured in order to provide hygienic use of beverage containers, consisting of main body comprising beverage discharge area and package fixing section and protective package comprising pull tab.
Object of the invention
The object of the invention is to comprise different technical characteristics bringing forth a novelty different than the beverage package structures used in the state of the art.
An object of the invention is to be suitable for reuse due to being made of glass based material. Another object of the invention is to be made of plastic or metal based material preferably having a durable structure.
Another object of the invention is to have a shape structure suitable for a second use.
Another object of the invention is to comprise a cap with sealing feature for preserving fizzy beverages. Moreover, it is to have a quick pull tab on the cap. It is aimed to make the reuse possible due to optional threaded feature of the cap. Another object of the invention is to present an environment friendly product as it is suitable for reuse as a glass after the consumption. Another object of the invention is to promote awareness in the consumer during consumption and provide the chance and comfort of consuming in glass while walking outdoors. Another object of the invention is to reduce storage and shipment costs by placing the glass shaped packages inside the box straight/upside down.
In order to realize the objects stated above, the invention is a beverage package structure comprising a body having a chamber in which fizzy and unfizzy beverages are preserved, base and cap; characterized in comprising; -threaded tightening surfaces formed on the funnel,
-and the cap screwed on said threaded tightening surfaces,
-tightening fugs formed on said cap,
-and pull tab formed on said cap.

Beverage package structure (10) in Figure 1 , in which fizzy and unfizzy beverages are preserved, having a chamber (18) comprising a body (11), base (12) and cap (16), characterized in comprising threaded tightening surfaces (14) formed on the funnel (13), cap (16) screwed on said threaded tightening surfaces (14), pull tab (17) configured on said cap (16), and tightening lugs ( 5) formed on said cap (16).
The package structure (10) having a chamber (18), in which fizzy and unfizzy beverages are stored, comprises a structure which can be used for the second time due to its shape. Durability and gripping is provided by means of the bottom base (12) area and the chevron patterned surfaces formed in this area. The neck structure that narrows towards the base (12) provides comfortable handling. On the funnel (13) section of the body (11) threaded tightening surfaces (14) are formed and they preferably make it possible to screw the cap (16) and to reuse. Pull tab (17) is also formed on the cap (16) and this makes it possible to use the package structure (10) by directly using the pull tab (17) without the necessity to open the cap (16). Afterwards, optionally by bending the tightening lugs (15), the tightening function of the cap (16) passivated. Thus, use of the cap (16) via screwed surfaces is made possible. Tightening lugs (15) apply pressure on the funnel (13) and restrain the chamber (18). As a result of the passivation of these lugs (15), cap (16) becomes ready for rotating motion and is activated. Preferably, package structure (10) can be made of metal. However, apart from this, it is possible to be made of plastic and plastic derivatives.

Claims
