CU/PCU发起定位请求, 然后由视频监控系统 (例如系统中的视频监控平台, 即 VSS 平台) 发送给移动定位系统。 本实施例中视频监控系统与移动定位系统可以 TCP/IP 进行通信, 具体地可以由视频监控平台与移动定位平台以 TCP/IP进行通信。 步骤 102: 移动定位系统响应所述定位请求, 并返回定位结果给所述视频监控系 统。 移动定位系统接收到视频监控系统转发的定位请求后, 发起相应的定位流程, 然 后将定位结果返回给视频监控系统, 发起定位流程的主体可以为移动定位平台 (LBS 平台); 步骤 103 : 所述视频监控系统将所述定位结果转发给所述视频监控客户端。 本实施例的方法中视频监控系统可以通过移动定位系统获取所需的地理位置信息 从而为用户设备提供地理位置信息,视频监控系统本身可以为用户设备提供视频码流, 这样用户采用同一设备接入视频监控系统即可获取视频码流和地理位置信息, 避免了 现有技术中采用不同设备分别接入视频监控系统和移动定位系统获取视频码流和地理 位置信息; 与现有技术相比, 本实施例的方法可以节约成本, 提高用户的体验。 在本实施例中视频监控系统和移动定位系统的融合是通过两个系统中的账号绑定 来实现的; 具体地, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的工作方法包括: 步骤 201 : 所述视频监控系统将所述视频监控客户端的账号绑定所述移动定位系 统中的移动定位客户端的账号和密码。 本实施例中移动定位客户端的账号和密码可以包括移动定位系统中 SP/UE (服务 提供商 /用户设备)账号和密码。 具体地, 可以将视频监控系统中 CU/PCU账号绑定移 动定位系统中 SP/UE账号和密码。 优先地, 视频监控系统可以在创建所述视频监控客户端的账号的过程绑定所述移 动定位客户端的账号和密码; 例如在创建视频监控客户端的账号的页面中增加输入需 要绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和密码。 本实施例中可以由视频监控门户来执行绑定 步骤。 步骤 202: 所述视频监控系统将绑定的所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码发送给 所述移动定位系统。 具体地, 可以由视频监控系统中视频监控平台将绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和 密码发送给移动定位平台。 步骤 203 : 所述移动定位系统对绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和密码进行鉴权, 并根据鉴权结果返回相应的绑定结果给所述视频监控系统。 具体, 若移动定位系统鉴权成功, 则返回绑定成功信息给所述视频监控系统; 视频监控系统 31由 VSS平台 (视频监控 平台) 311、 PU312/MPU313 (前置单元 312/移动前置单元 313 )、 CU314/PCU315 (客 户端单元 314/便携客户端单元 315 ) 及 VSS门户 316组成; 移动定位平台 301和视频 监控平台 311之间通过 TCP/IP进行通信; 视频监控系统 30中 CU/PCU账号开户时需 绑定移动定位系统中的 SP/UE 账号; 视频监控系统 31 的 CU314/PCU315 可以从 MPU313获取音视频码流时可同时通过移动定位系统 30获取到 MPU313的地理位置信 息。 1、本实施例中 CU/PCU账号开户绑定 SP/UE账号过程,参考图 4,包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 : VSS门户 316创建 CU/PCU账号时页面增加输入需绑定的 SP/UE账号 及密码。 步骤 402: VSS门户 316将需绑定的 SP/UE账号及密码通过 VSS平台 311传递给 LBS平台 301。 步骤 403 : LBS平台 301用此 SP/UE账号及密码进行鉴权认证并根据鉴权结果返 回相应的 SP/UE账号 /密码绑定结果给 VSS平台 311 ;其中鉴权成功则绑定成功,鉴权 失败则绑定失败。 步骤 404: VSS平台 311将 LBS平台返回的绑定结果转发给 VSS门户 316。 步骤 405 : VSS门户 316将 CU/PCU账号绑定 SP/UE账号的结果记录在数据库中。 2、 VSS系统 31中 CU314/PCU315获取 MPU的地理位置信息的过程, 参考图 5, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 501 : CU314/PCU315 发送 MPU 定位请求给 VSS 平台 311, 请求中携带
MPU313的 MDN号码(移动用户号码簿号码)或 IMSI号码(国家移动用户识别号码)。 步骤 502: VSS平台 311获取此 CU/PCU账号绑定的 SP/UE账号, 判断 SP/UE账 号是否成功绑定, 若成功, 只需步骤 503, 若失败执行步骤 506。 步骤 503 : 若成功绑定 SP/UE账号, 则 VSS平台 311转发此定位请求消息给 LBS 平台 301, 消息中携带有 SP/UE账号, 进入下一步骤。 步骤 504: LBS平台 301收到定位请求后发起定位流程,然后将 MPU定位结果返 回给 VSS平台 311。 步骤 505: VSS平台 311再转发 MPU定位结果给 CU314/PCU315; 步骤 506:若未成功绑定 SP/UE账号则返回定位失败响应给 CU/MCU,流程结束。 通过上述的流程实现了图 3中 CU314/PCU315从 MPU313获取音视频码流的同时 通过移动定位 30系统获取到 MPU313的地理位置信息。 本实施例的融合系统的工作方法,可以将视频监控系统和移动定位系统相互融合, 满足用户在视频监控系统中同时获取视频码流和地理位置信息的需求, 避免了采用两 种终端分别接入不同的系统分别获取视频码流和地理位置信息的情况, 提升了用户的 体验。
实施例二: 上述实施例一实现的是用户在视频监控系统中可获取视频码流和地理位置信息的 情况, 为了提高实施例一方法的适用范围以及满足用户实际需求, 本实施例提供了一 种融合系统的工作, 在上述实施例一的基础上, 如图 6所示, 还包括如下步骤: 步骤 601 : 所述移动定位系统将其内部的移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发 送给视频监控系统。 本实施例中移动定位客户端可以包括移动定位系统中服务提供商 SP 或者用户设 备 UE的客户端。 本实施例中可以由 LBS平台将 SP/UE发起的媒体码流请求传输给 VSS平台。 本实施例中媒体码流请求可以为获取移动前置单元 MPU媒体码流请求, 其中该请求客户携带欲获取其码流的 MPU的 PU ID。 步骤 602: 所述视频监控响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地址发 送给所述移动定位系统。 例如可以将 MPU的媒体码流 URL地址返回给 LBS平台。 步骤 603 : 所述移动定位系统将所述媒体码流的地址转发给其内的所述移动定位 客户端。 步骤 604: 所述移动定位客户端根据所述媒体码流的地址获取所述媒体码流。 移动客定位客户端可以根据得到 URL地址向 MPU建立连接, 获取 MPU的媒体 码流。 所述媒体码流可以包括音视频码流或者视频码流。 采用本实施例的方法, 可以将视频监控系统和移动定位系统相互融合, 一方面, 移动定位系统可以通过视频监控系统获取媒体码流, 使得用户设备在移动定位系统获 取地理位置信息的同时, 还可以获取媒体码流; 另一方面, 视频监控系统可以通过移 动定位系统获取地理位置信息,使得用户设备在视频监控系统中获取媒体码流的同时, 还可以获取地理位置信息; 避免了在利用不同用户设备分别接入两个系统来分别获取 媒体码流和地理位置信息; 与现有技术相比, 可以有效地融合视频监控和移动定位这 两个系统, 节约了成本, 提高了用户体验。 本实施例方法同样采用账号绑定的方式来实现移动定位系统和视频监控系统的融 合, 实现移动定位客户端从视频监控系统中获取媒体码流的。 由于实施例一已经详细 介绍了获取地理位置信息的具体过程, 所以下面本实施例将重点介绍获取媒体码流的 过程。 如图 7所示, 本实施例方法中实现移动定位客户端从视频监控系统中获取媒体码 流的过程具体包括: 步骤 701 : 所述移动定位系统将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系 统中视频监控客户端的账号和密码。 本实施例中视频监控客户端的账号和密码包括视频监控系统中 CU/PCU账号和密 码。 优先地, 所述移动定位系统在创建所述移动定位客户端的账号过程中绑定所述视 频监控客户端的账号和密码; 例如在 LBS 门户 SP/UE账号时页面增加输入需绑定的 CU/PCU账号及密码。 步骤 702: 所述移动定位系统将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码发送给 所述视频监控系统。 步骤 703 : 所述视频监控系统利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登录, 并将登录结果以及当登录成功时所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息发送给所述移 动定位系统。 步骤 704: 所述移动定位系统保存所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息。 步骤 705: 所述移动定位客户端获取所述 MPU列表信息, 从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求。 步骤 706: 所述移动定位系统根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户 端的账号在所述视频监控系统中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控客户端的账号处于登录 状态时, 将所述选定 MPU的媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控系统。 步骤 707: 所述视频监控响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将选定 MPU的媒体码流地址 发送给所述移动定位系统。 步骤 708:所述移动定位系统将选定 MPU的媒体码流地址转发给所述移动定位客 户端; 所述移动定位客户端根据 MPU的媒体码流地址与选定 MPU建立连接获取该
MPU的媒体码 下面以上述图 3 所示的融合系统为例来介绍本实施例方法中获取媒体码流的过 程; 图 3中移动定位系统 30中的 SP/UE账号开户时也需绑定 CU/PCU账号; 移动定 位系统 30的 SP/UE获取视频监控系统 31的 MPU的地理位置信息时, 可同时通过视 频监控子系统从 MPU313获取音视频码流。
1、 SP/UE账号开户绑定 CU/PCU账号, 参见图 8, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 801 : LBS门户 304创建 SP/UE账号时页面增加输入需绑定的 CU/PCU账 号及密码。 步骤 802: LBS门户 304将需绑定的 CU/PCU账号及密码传递给 LBS平台 301, LBS平台 301用此 CU/PCU账号及密码在 VSS平台 311进行登录;具体地,对 CU/PCU 账号及密码鉴权和获取 MPU列表信息成功时则表明登录成功。 步骤 803 : VSS平台 311将 VSS平台 311中的 MPU列表信息及 CU/PCU账号登 录 VSS平台结果返回 LBS平台 301,当登录成功时还需要将 MPU列表信息返回给 LBS 平台 301。 步骤 804: LBS平台 301将 VSS平台 311返回的 MPU列表信息及登录结果传递 给 LBS门户 304。 步骤 805 : LBS门户 304记录 VSS系统 30中的 MPU列表信息及 SP/UE绑定的 CU/PCU账号的登录结果于数据库中。
2、 SP302/UE303获取 MPU音视频码流, 参见图 9, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 901 : SP302/UE303通过 LBS平台 301获取到保存在数据库中的 MPU列表; 具体发送获取 MPU列表请求给 LBS平台 301, LBS平台 301从数据库中取出 MPU列 表信息返回给 SP302/UE303。 步骤 902: SP302/UE303从 MPU列表中选定一个 MPU, 然后发送获取选定 MPU 码流请求给 LBS平台 301, 请求中携带欲获取其码流的 MPU的 PU ID 步骤 903 : LBS平台 301对 SP/UE鉴权通过后获取该 SP/UE绑定的 CU/MCU账 号在 VSS系统 31中的登录状态; 若登录, 则执行步骤 904, 若未登录执行步骤 908。 步骤 904:若 CU/MCU账号处于登录状态,则 LBS平台 301将此请求转发给 VSS 平台 311, 进入下一步骤。 步骤 905 : VSS平台 311收到该请求后获取 MPU的媒体流 URL地址返回给 LBS 平台 301。 步骤 906: LBS平台 301将此 URL地址返回给 SP302/UE303„ 步骤 907: SP302/UE303得到 URL地址后向选定的 MPU建立 RTSP/RTP连接, 得到音视频码流。 步骤 908:若 CU/MCU账号处于未登录状态,则 LBS平台 301直接返回获取码流 失败响应给 SP302/UE303 , 流程结束。
实施例三 如图 10所示, 本实施例提供了一种融合系统, 包括视频监控系统 11和移动定位 系统 12; 所述视频监控系统 11包括视频监控客户端 111和视频监控平台 112; 所述移动定位系统 12包括移动定位平台 121 ; 所述视频监控客户端 111设置为发送定位请求给所述视频监控平台 112; 所述视频监控平台 112设置为将所述定位请求发送给所述移动定位平台 121, 以 及将所述移动定位平台 121返回的定位结果转发给所述视频监控客户端 112; 所述移动定位平台 121设置为响应所述定位请求, 并返回定位结果给所述视频监 控平台 112。 本实施例提供的融合系统可以供用户在视频监控系统中获取视频码流的同时, 获 取地理位置信息; 与现有技术相比, 节约了成本, 提升用户体验。 在上述融合系统的基础上, 如图 11所示, 本实施例中视频监控系统 11还可以包 括视频监控门户 113 ; 所述视频监控门户 113设置为将所述视频监控客户端 111的账号绑定所述移动定 位系统 12中的移动定位客户端的账号和密码, 并将绑定的所述移动定位客户端 12的 账号和密码发送给所述视频监控平台 112; 以及保存所述视频监控平台 112转发的绑 定结果; 所述视频监控平台 112设置为将绑定的所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码发送给 所述移动定位平台 121, 将所述移动定位平台 121返回的绑定结果转发给所述视频监 控门户 113 ; 以及视频监控客户端 111 发起定位请求之后, 根据保存的绑定结果判断 所述视频监控客户端 111 的账号是否成功绑定所述移动定位客户端的账号, 当成功绑 定时, 将所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码添加到视频监控客户端 111发起的定位请 求中, 然后将该定位请求发送给所述移动定位平台 121 ; 所述移动定位平台 121 还设置为对绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和密码进行鉴 权, 并根据鉴权结果返回相应的绑定结果给所述视频监控平台 112。 优先地, 本实施例中所述视频监控门户设置为在创建所述视频监控客户端的账号 的过程绑定所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码。 图 10和图 11融合系统可以实现用户设备接入视频监控系统后获取视频码流和地 理位置信息, 提升了用户体验。 在上述融合系统的基础上, 如图 12所示,本实施例融合系统中所述移动定位系统 还包括移动定位客户端 122; 所述移动定位客户端 122设置为发送媒体码流请求给所述移动定位平台 121, 以 及根据媒体码流的地址获取相应的媒体码流; 所述移动定位平台 121还设置为将所述媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控平台, 以及将所述视频监控平台 112返回的媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端 122; 所述视频监控平台 112还设置为响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的 地址发送给所述移动定位平台 121。 本实施例的融合系统还可以实现用户在移动定位系统 12中获取视频码流,在移动 定位系统 12中,可以为用户提供地理位置信息,还可以为用户提供媒体码流的地址使 用户可以从视频监控系统 11中获取媒体码流。 在上述融合系统的基础上, 如图 13所示,本实施例融合系统中移动定位系统还包 括移动定位门户 123 ; 所述移动定位门户 123设置为将所述移动定位客户端 122的账号绑定所述视频监 控系统 11中视频监控客户端 111的账号和密码,并将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账 号和密码通过所述移动定位平台 122发送给所示视频监控平台 112; 所述视频监控平台 112 还设置为利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登 录, 并将登录结果以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息发送给 所述移动定位平台 121 ; 所述移动定位平台 121还设置为保存所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息; 以及 设置为根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号在所述视频监控系 统 11中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控账号处于登录状态时, 将所述选定 MPU的媒体 码流请求发送给所述视频监控平台 112; 所示移动定位客户端 122设置为通过所述移动定位平台获取所述 MPU列表信息, 从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起选定 MPU的媒体码流请求给所述移动定位平台 121。 图 13 所述的融合系统可供用户在接入移动定位系统后从视频监控系统中获取 MPU的媒体码流进行播放。 优先地, 所述移动定位门户 123设置为在创建所述移动定位客户端的账号过程中 绑定所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码。 在上述实施例中各步骤的执行可以采用系统中的硬件或者软件实现。 本实施例的融合系统, 可以使得用户在视频监控系统中获取视频码流和地理位置 信息, 同样在移动定位系统中也可以获取视频码流和地理位置信息, 使得视频监控系 统和移动定位系统有效地融合, 使用户可以采用一个终端设备获取两种不同的信息, 避免了采用两个不同终端设备分别获取两种不同的信息, 极大地满足了用户的实际需 求, 提升了用户的体验。
实施例四: 本实施例提供了一种融合系统的工作方法, 本实施例中融合系统包括视频监控系 统和移动定位系统, 其中所述工作方法包括如下步骤: 所述移动定位系统将其内部的移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监 控系统; 所述视频监控响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地址发送给所述移 动定位系统; 所述移动定位系统将所述媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端; 所述移动定位客户端根据所述媒体码流的地址获取所述媒体码流。 本实施例提供的融合系统的工作方法, 能够有效地融合移动定位系统和视频监控 系统, 使得用户设备接入移动定位系统就可以获取视频信息以及地理位置信息; 本发 明提供的融合系统包括移动定位系统和视频监控系统, 该融合系统的工作方法包括: 所述移动定位系统将其内部的移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控系 统; 所述视频监控响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地址发送给所述移 动定位系统; 所述移动定位系统将所述媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端; 所述移动定位客户端根据所述媒体码流的地址获取所述媒体码流; 本发明方法中移动 定位系统可以通过视频监控系统获取视频信息从而为用户设备提供视频信息, 移动定 位系统本身可以为用户设备提供地理位置信息, 这样用户只需采用一个设备接入移动 定位系统即可获取视频码流和地理位置信息, 避免了现有技术采用不同设备分别接入 视频监控系统和移动定位系统获取视频码流和地理位置信息; 与现有技术相比, 本发 明的方法可以节约成本, 提高用户的体验。 本实施例方法同样采用账号绑定的方式来实现移动定位系统和视频监控系统的融 合, 实现移动定位客户端从视频监控系统中获取媒体码流的。 所以下面本实施例将重 点介绍获取媒体码流的过程: 本实施例的工作方法在所述移动定位系统将移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求 发送给视频监控系统之前还包括: 所述移动定位系统将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系统中视频监 控客户端的账号和密码; 所述移动定位系统将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码发送给所述视频监 控系统; 所述视频监控系统利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登录, 将登录结果 以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息发送给所述移动定位系统; 所述移动定位系统保存所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息; 所述移动定位系统将移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控系统的 步骤包括: 所述移动定位客户端获取所述 MPU列表信息, 从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起 获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求; 所述移动定位系统根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号在 所述视频监控系统中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控客户端的账号处于登录状态时, 将 所述获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控系统。 具体地获取媒体码流的过程可以参考实施例二中步骤 701-步骤 708的描述。 优先地, 本实施例方法中所述移动定位系统将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所 述视频监控系统中视频监控客户端的账号和密码的歩骤包括: 所述移动定位系统在创 建所述移动定位客户端的账号过程中绑定所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码。 同样以上述图 3所示的融合系统为例, 来叙述本实施例的工作方法; 其中本实施 例中 SP/UE账号开户绑定 CU/PCU账号的过程, 可以参考图 8所示的过程; 本实施例 中 SP302/UE303获取 MPU音视频码流, 可以参考图 9所示的过程; 这里就不在赘述。 本实施例的融合系统可以使得用户只需接入移动定位系统中即可同时获取视频码 流和地理位置信息, 提升了用户体验。
实施例五: 如图 14所示, 本实施例提供了一种融合系统, 包括视频监控系统 14和移动定位 系统 15 ; 所述移动定位系统 15包括移动定位平台 151和移动定位客户端 152; 所述视频监控系统 14包括视频监控平台 141 ; 所述移动定位客户端 1521设置为发送媒体码流请求给所述移动定位平台 151, 以 及根据媒体码流的地址获取相应的媒体码流; 所述移动定位平台 151设置为将所述媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控平台 141, 以及将所述视频监控平台 141返回的媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端 152; 所述视频监控平台 141设置为响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地 址发送给所述移动定位平台 151。 本实施例提供的融合系统, 有效地融合移动定位系统和视频监控系统, 使得用户 设备接入移动定位系统就可以获取视频信息以及地理位置信息。 本实施例系统可以采用账号绑定的方式来实现移动定位系统和视频监控系统的融 合, 具体地, 本实施例系统的一种改进技术方案为: 在上述融合系统的基础上, 还包 括: 移动定位门户 153 ; 所述移动定位门户 153设置为将所述移动定位客户端 152的账号绑定所述视频监 控系统 14中视频监控客户端的账号和密码,并将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号和 密码通过所述移动定位平台 151发送给所述视频监控平台 141, 保存所述视频监控平 台返回的登录结果和 MPU列表信息; 所述视频监控平台还设置为利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登录, 并 将登录结果以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统 14中的 MPU列表信息发送给所述 移动定位平台 151 ; 所述移动定位平台 151还设置为将所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息发送给所 述移动定位门户 153 ; 以及设置为在所述移动定位客户端 152发起媒体码流请求之后, 根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号在所述视频监控系统 14 中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控账号处于登录状态时, 将所述选定 MPU 的媒体码流 请求发送给所述视频监控平台 141 ; 所述移动定位客户端 152设置为通过所述移动定位平台 151获取保存的所述 MPU 列表信息, 从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求给所述移 动定位平台 151。 在本实施例中所述移动定位门户 151设置为在创建所述移动定位客户端的账号过 程中绑定所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码。 本实施例中融合系统各系统或模块的功能描述可以参考实施例二和实施例四对各 方法步骤的描述。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种融合系统的工作方法, 所述融合系统包括视频监控系统和移动定位系统, 其中所述工作方法包括如下步骤:
所述视频监控系统将其内部的视频监控客户端发起的定位请求发送给所述 移动定位系统; 所述移动定位系统响应所述定位请求, 并返回定位结果给所述视频监控系 统;
所述视频监控系统将所述定位结果转发给所述视频监控客户端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 在所述视频监控系统将视频 监控客户端发起的定位请求发送给所述移动定位系统之前还包括:
所述视频监控系统将所述视频监控客户端的账号绑定所述移动定位系统中 的移动定位客户端的账号和密码; 所述视频监控系统将绑定的所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码发送给所述 移动定位系统;
所述移动定位系统对绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和密码进行鉴权, 并根 据鉴权结果返回相应的绑定结果给所述视频监控系统;
所述视频监控系统保存所述绑定结果;
所述视频监控系统将视频监控客户端发起的定位请求发送给所述移动定位 系统的步骤包括: 在所述视频监控客户端发起定位请求之后, 所述视频监控系统获取绑定的 移动定位客户端的账号和密码; 所述视频监控系统根据保存的绑定结果判断所述视频监控客户端的账号是 否成功绑定所述移动定位客户端的账号;
当成功绑定时, 将所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码添加到视频监控客户 端发起的定位请求中, 然后将该定位请求发送给所述移动定位系统。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 所述视频监控系统绑定所述 视频监控客户端的账号和所述移动定位系统中的移动定位客户端的账号和密码 的步骤包括: 所述视频监控系统在创建所述视频监控客户端的账号的过程中绑定所述移 动定位客户端的账号和密码。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 还包括: 所述移动定位系统将其内部的移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给 视频监控系统; 所述视频监控响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地址发送给 所述移动定位系统;
所述移动定位系统将所述媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端; 所述移动定位客户端根据所述媒体码流的地址获取所述媒体码流。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 在所述移动定位系统将移动 定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控系统之前还包括:
所述移动定位系统将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系统中 视频监控客户端的账号和密码; 所述移动定位系统将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码发送给所述 视频监控系统; 所述视频监控系统利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登录, 将登 录结果以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息发送给所述 移动定位系统;
所述移动定位系统保存所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息; 所述移动定位系统将移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控 系统的步骤包括:
所述移动定位客户端获取所述 MPU列表信息,从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求; 所述移动定位系统根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户端的 账号在所述视频监控系统中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控客户端的账号处于登 录状态时, 将所述获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控系统。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 所述移动定位系统将所述移 动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系统中视频监控客户端的账号和密码的 步骤包括: 所述移动定位系统在创建所述移动定位客户端的账号过程中绑定所述视频 监控客户端的账号和密码。
7. 一种融合系统的工作方法, 所述融合系统包括视频监控系统和移动定位系统, 其中所述工作方法包括如下步骤:
所述移动定位系统将其内部的移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给 视频监控系统; 所述视频监控系统响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的地址发 送给所述移动定位系统;
所述移动定位系统将所述媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端; 所述移动定位客户端根据所述媒体码流的地址获取所述媒体码流。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 在所述移动定位系统将移动 定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控系统之前还包括:
所述移动定位系统将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系统中 视频监控客户端的账号和密码; 所述移动定位系统将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码发送给所述 视频监控系统; 所述视频监控系统利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登录, 将登 录结果以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息发送给所述 移动定位系统;
所述移动定位系统保存所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息; 所述移动定位系统将移动定位客户端发起的媒体码流请求发送给视频监控 系统的步骤包括:
所述移动定位客户端获取所述 MPU列表信息,从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求;
所述移动定位系统根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控客户端的 账号在所述视频监控系统中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控客户端的账号处于登 录状态时, 将所述获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控系统。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的融合系统的工作方法, 其中, 所述移动定位系统将所述移 动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控系统中视频监控客户端的账号和密码的 步骤包括: 所述移动定位系统在创建所述移动定位客户端的账号过程中绑定所 述视频监控客户端的账号和密码。
10. 一种融合系统, 包括视频监控系统和移动定位系统; 所述视频监控系统包括视频监控客户端和视频监控平台;
所述移动定位系统包括移动定位平台; 所述视频监控客户端设置为发送定位请求给所述视频监控平台; 所述视频监控平台设置为将所述定位请求发送给所述移动定位平台, 以及 将所述移动定位平台返回的定位结果转发给所述视频监控客户端;
所述移动定位平台设置为响应所述定位请求, 并返回定位结果给所述视频 监控平台。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的融合系统,其中,所述视频监控系统还包括视频监控门户; 所述视频监控门户设置为将所述视频监控客户端的账号绑定所述移动定位 系统中移动定位客户端的账号和密码, 并将绑定的所述移动定位客户端的账号 和密码发送给所述视频监控平台;以及保存所述视频监控平台转发的绑定结果; 所述视频监控平台设置为将绑定的所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码发送 给所述移动定位平台, 将所述移动定位平台返回的绑定结果转发给所述视频监 控门户; 以及视频监控客户端发起定位请求之后, 根据保存的绑定结果判断所 述视频监控客户端的账号是否成功绑定所述移动定位客户端的账号, 当成功绑 定时, 将所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码添加到视频监控客户端发起的定位 请求中, 然后将该定位请求发送给所述移动定位平台;
所述移动定位平台还设置为对绑定的移动定位客户端的账号和密码进行鉴 权, 并根据鉴权结果返回相应的绑定结果给所述视频监控平台。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的融合系统,其中,所述视频监控门户设置为在创建所述视 频监控客户端的账号的过程中绑定所述移动定位客户端的账号和密码。
13. 如权利要求 10至 12中任一项所述的融合系统, 其中, 所述移动定位系统还包 括移动定位客户端; 所述移动定位客户端设置为发送媒体码流请求给所述移动定位平台, 以及 根据媒体码流的地址获取相应的媒体码流; 所述移动定位平台还设置为将所述媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控平 台, 以及将所述视频监控平台返回的媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户

所述移动定位平台还设置为将所述登录结果和所述 MPU列表信息发送给 所述移动定位门户; 以及设置为根据保存的登录结果获取绑定的所述视频监控 客户端的账号在所述视频监控系统中的登录状态; 当所述视频监控账号处于登 录状态时, 将所述选定 MPU的媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控平台; 所述移动定位客户端设置为通过所述移动定位平台获取保存的所述 MPU 列表信息, 从 MPU列表中选定 MPU, 发起获取选定 MPU的媒体码流请求给 所述移动定位平台。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的融合系统,其中,所述移动定位门户设置为在创建所述移 动定位客户端的账号过程中绑定所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码。
16. 一种融合系统, 包括视频监控系统和移动定位系统; 所述移动定位系统包括移动定位平台和移动定位客户端;
所述视频监控系统包括视频监控平台;
所述移动定位客户端设置为发送媒体码流请求给所述移动定位平台, 以及 根据媒体码流的地址获取相应的媒体码流;
所述移动定位平台设置为将所述媒体码流请求发送给所述视频监控平台, 以及将所述视频监控平台返回的媒体码流的地址转发给所述移动定位客户端; 所述视频监控平台设置为响应所述媒体码流请求, 并将相应的媒体码流的 地址发送给所述移动定位平台。
17. 如权利要求 16所述的融合系统,其中,所述移动定位系统还包括移动定位门户; 所述移动定位门户设置为将所述移动定位客户端的账号绑定所述视频监控 系统中视频监控客户端的账号和密码, 并将绑定的所述视频监控客户端的账号 和密码通过所述移动定位平台发送给所述视频监控平台, 保存所述视频监控平 台返回的登录结果和 MPU列表信息; 所述视频监控平台还设置为利用所述视频监控客户端的账号和密码进行登 录, 并将登录结果以及当登录成功时将所述视频监控系统中的 MPU列表信息 发送给所述移动定位平台;
